Ground staff at "check-in" however could be friendlier...we fliers are investing quite a bit: our futures and our cash.

We participated as a family of four: my spouse, grandmother, and our 8-year-old son. The boat had three floors, and we were on the middle one. After we set sail, the weather was nice, and we were able to see the sunset. The city lights from the boat were also very beautiful. The food, including steak and lobster, was fairly good. If I go to Hawaii again, I would like to participate again. By the way, I took motion sickness medication, so I was fine with seasickness.
夫婦と祖母、息子（8歳）の4人で参加しました。
船は3フロアあったようで丁度真ん中のフロアでした。
出航してしばらくするとその日は天気もよくサンセット見ることが出来ました。
船から見る街の光りもとてもきれいでした。
食事はステーキもロブスターもまあまあ美味しかったです。
ハワイに行くことがあれば、また参加したいです。
ちなみに酔い止めを飲んでいったので、船酔いは大丈夫でした。

I watched the fireworks at the Sheraton on Friday from the boat. Almost everyone goes out to the railing halfway through, so there isn't much time to enjoy the food. I think the food is of decent quality and sufficient.
金曜日のシェラトンの花火を船上から観覧しました。途中からほぼ全員が欄干に出るので、料理を堪能するような時間はないです。料理はそこそこのランクで十分だと思います。

The female driver conducted the tour by herself and was very accommodating. Since it was in English, I had trouble understanding the meeting times at each location. Waimea Canyon was magnificent and wonderful. For lunch, we had one hour of free time to eat at any restaurant we liked, but there wasn't enough time for choosing a place, ordering, and eating, so we had to gulp down our food and rush back to the bus. Finally, at the Fern Grotto cruise, there was a hula show, and on the way back, we enjoyed singing, a hula show, and a hula lesson, which was a lot of fun. The driver didn't show any signs of fatigue and took us back to the hotel.

It was an e-bike tour and it was very good. The staff member who accompanied us took some interesting photos. The ground was quite muddy from the rain the day before, and since there were no mudguards on the mountain bikes, my clothes got pretty dirty. I think it's better not to schedule anything right after. The experience of riding a mountain bike in nature is something you don't get to do often, so it became a great memory.

We participated with our 1-year-old child and parents! The food, including lobster and steak, was very satisfying for a 3-star experience. The only thing our 1-year-old could eat was some bread, so we brought our own food and drinks for the child. They provided a high chair for us!
Towards the end, everyone was dancing and having a great time, but since our child fell asleep, we just watched.
It was a wonderful experience!
1歳の子供と両親と一緒に参加しました！3スターでロブスター、ステーキなど料理は大満足でした。1歳の子供が食べれそうな物は、パンくらいでしたので、子供のご飯と飲み物は持ち込みしました。ハイチェアを用意してくれました！

A 1-star rating means a seat on the first floor. I attended on a Friday when the Hilton's fireworks were set off, so the indoor space felt a bit cramped. You can choose between alcoholic and non-alcoholic welcome drinks. If you want more, you can check the menu and order for yourself. There was also a Japanese menu available. The food was delicious, but since it was crab, it took a long time to eat, and I didn't have the chance to go see the sunset. However, I was able to watch the fireworks from the deck, which was a valuable experience. The itinerary was also written next to the Japanese menu, but it seems that it doesn't always run on time.

I made a reservation for an anniversary dinner with a course that included cake, champagne, photos, and a guaranteed table. The view was beautiful, we enjoyed plenty of champagne, and the show inside was authentic, allowing us to have a wonderful time!

This was my fourth time in Hawaii. I've been to major beaches like Waikiki Beach, Kailua, North Shore, and Hanauma Bay, and since December is the rainy season there, I chose to visit Kualoa, which I had never been to before. People often associate Hawaii with beach activities, but after visiting Kualoa this time, I thought, "Why haven't I come here before?!" I was truly moved by the incredible natural beauty of Hawaii! The location tour, in particular, left a strong impression with its dynamic scenery right in front of me. It was also adorable to encounter the cats frequently within Kualoa Ranch!
ハワイは4度目でした。ワイキキビーチ、カイルア、ノースショアにハナウマベイなど主要ビーチは行ったことがある上に12月であちらは雨季という事もあり、今まで行ったことがないクアロアを選びました。ハワイ＝ビーチアクティビティというイメージを持ちがちですが、今回クアロアを訪れて「どうして今まで来なかったんだろう！」と思うくらい、ハワイの大自然に触れてとても感激しました！特にロケ地ツアーは目の前に広がるダイナミックな景色がとても印象に残りました。クアロアランチ内でたびたび猫ちゃん達に出会ったのも可愛かったです♫

This trip to Hawaii was a bit disappointing due to the strong winds and rain, but Hawaii did not let me down. The food and staff on the Star of Honolulu made it enjoyable. I am truly grateful and hope to participate in the best conditions next time.
今回のハワイ旅行は今までに無く風が強く雨が降り少し残念気味でしたが、ハワイは裏切りませんでした。スターオブホノルル号の料理とスタッフが盛り上げてくれました。心から感謝します、次回はベストコンディションで参加したいです。

I participated for the first time. The weather was nice, so the sunset and night view were very beautiful! The food and dance show were also great!

I chose Friday because I wanted to see the fireworks.
I was able to see them beautifully from the boat.
The food was also impressive, especially the lobster.

Hawaii Volcanoes National Park Tour & Tropical Waterfalls Sightseeing from Hilo

The tour was wonderful! Rob, our guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had plenty of time at each of the stops, and really got to explore the island. The hikes in Volcanoes National Park were easy, and we got to see a variety of areas and sites. The waterfalls and black sand beach in the afternoon were beautiful. Absolutely loved the day and the tour!

I participated with my husband, but the explanations at key points were tough for me since I don't understand English. (My husband understands English, so he was fine.) Also, the mountain bikes don't have mudguards, so my back and butt got splattered with mud and turned completely brown. It won't come out even after washing. Therefore, it's definitely better not to participate in a white T-shirt or anything like that.

We participated with my parents and our family, a total of seven people. As soon as we took our seats, we toasted! Dinner began while listening to live singing, and both the crab and steak were delicious. I made an impromptu request for my grandfather's favorite nostalgic songs, and they responded with smiles. The hall staff were friendly and provided attentive service. When the show started, I was moved by how close we were to the dancers! They danced right beside us, which was impressive. At the end, everyone participated in a dance! The staff really got everyone excited, and it was incredibly fun. I was able to hug the staff and take a photo together, creating wonderful memories. I would love to participate again! Thank you very much.
両親と私たち家族、計７名での参加でした。席についてすぐに乾杯！生歌を聞きながらのディナーが始まり、カニもステーキもおいしかったです。祖父の大好きな昔懐かしの名曲を急遽リクエストさせて頂きましたが、笑顔で応えてくださいました。ホールスタッフの方も気軽に話をして下さり、丁寧な接客でした。ショーが始まってダンサーとの距離の近さに思わず感動！すぐそばで踊ってくれるので迫力がありました。最後は参加者全員でダンス！スタッフが盛り上げてくださり、最高に楽しかったです。スタッフの方とハグをして一緒に写真を撮ることができ、ステキな思い出になりました。また参加したいです！ありがとうございました。
