It was an immersive tour that allowed us to fully enjoy the great nature of Kualoa. There was no wasted time, and we were able to see all the highlights. However, it was stated that long pants were absolutely necessary, but they weren't needed at all (they might be required for horseback riding). Additionally, a buffet-style lunch was included, but honestly, it wasn't very tasty. I think it's better to bring some light snacks to eat. There are plenty of spots for taking photos, but for the jungle tour, the left side of the front seats is the best for taking pictures!

We participated on the first day of our honeymoon. Since neither of us is a big eater, we made a reservation for the 1-star course. When we got on the shuttle bus, we received stickers to wear on our clothes, but the colors indicated the different courses we had reserved. Ours was the cheaper option, which felt a bit awkward. The dining area on the first floor of the bus was not fully occupied. Overall, the food was average, but the meat was delicious. My husband went back for seconds on the crab several times. The Hawaiian show was impressive, and the dancers in the empty sections of the audience gave it their all. We were also able to go out to the rooftop deck at one point. One disappointing aspect was the room temperature. I had brought a slightly thicker hoodie for warmth, but it was so cold in the dining area that it didn't help at all... I might just be particularly sensitive to the cold. The woman from the Korean couple next to us was in a camisole. The sunset and the night view of Hawaii from the boat were very beautiful. I regret to say that I couldn't fully enjoy it because of the cold, so I give it 3 stars. If you're sensitive to the cold, please make sure to dress warmly.

I made a reservation based on my companion's request. Since we wanted a window seat, I booked with the Celebration Plan. While we did have a seat at the end, there was an aisle between the table and the side of the ship, and there was frequent movement of staff and people moving between the decks, so it wasn't a relaxing experience to enjoy the sunset from the table.

Additionally, since several of my companions were not fond of lobster or beef, I also requested meal changes. However, there was no mention of this on the Veltra voucher, so I emailed the local operator to confirm the changes. When we checked at the table after boarding, the wrong order had been placed.

After showing the floor manager (assistant manager) the final confirmation email from the operator and reiterating our requests, I was told they would check and serve according to our requests. However, in the end, the service did not match our requests.

I called the manager again to request changes to the menu, and ultimately, we were able to have our meal as we wished, but I was left dissatisfied with the fact that our order had not been processed correctly and with the attitude of the manager during the interaction.

On a positive note, the view and the performances by the waiters and dancers were great.

フロアマネージャー（アシスタントマネージャー）へ催行会社からの最終確認メールを見せた上で、こちらの希望を改めて伝えた所、確認してリクエストに沿うように出す、と返答されましたが、結局リクエストと違う形で給仕されました。
改めてマネージャーを呼び、メニューの変化を要求し、最終的には希望に沿う形で食事が出来ましたが、オーダーが通ってなかった事と、マネージャーの対応時の態度には不満が残りました。

ただ、景色やウエイターやダンサーのパフォーマンスは良かったです。

Anyway, on this Haleakalā tour, Neri, the only female driver, was incredibly skilled as a guide and had perfect driving techniques.

The tour was on August 16, and it was really cold; even wearing a Heattech turtleneck and an ultra-light down jacket, I felt like I was shivering. I think it would have been nice to have ear muffs, hand warmers, and something like a blanket or a cape as extra gear.

My fellow passengers were from Germany and the United States (San Francisco, Chicago, etc.), and we all had a great time. The guide spoke in English, and I think I understood about half of it, but it wasn't a problem at all.

なお、同乗者はドイツ、アメリカ(サンフランシスコ、シカゴなど)のメンバーでしたが、十分に楽しむことが出来ました。
英語のガイドですが、何となく半分程度は理解出来たと思いますが、特に問題はありませんでしたよ。

The weather was good, but perhaps due to the lack of wind, clouds covered the sky and we couldn't see many stars at the summit. Since the weather is beyond our control, I accepted that. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the guide who suggested we should try again next time. However, at around 1000 meters, we started to see a few stars, so we stopped the car and were able to see the stars again. The guide offered to explain the stars now or to plan for a future visit, allowing everyone to choose.

I felt very humbled, but since we were all meeting for the first time, I thought it would be difficult to choose one option as opinions might differ. There were four groups, and one person from my group said they wanted to proceed with the explanation, but someone from another group suggested we should plan for a future visit, so everyone agreed on the latter. I was fine with the idea of a future visit, but I felt a bit disappointed because I didn't think everyone would be able to return.

Other than that, I thought the attention to detail in the selection of background music and the setup of chairs at the summit was wonderful.

天候は良かったのですが、風があまりなかったせいか雲がかかり山頂で星があまり見えませんでした。天候はどうしようもできないので納得をしています。お心遣い頂き今度リベンジしましょうと言って頂いたのですが、1000mあたりの場所で少し星が見えてきたので、車を停めて頂き改めて星を見せて頂けました。もし良かったら今星の説明をさせて頂くか今度リベンジか皆で選んで下さいとの言葉を頂きました。
非常に恐縮ですが、お互い初めて会った人ばかりで意見は別れる場合もあるのにどちらか選ぶ事は難しいと思います。4グループいて1人の方が今お願いしますと言われましたが違うグループの方がリベンジでと言われたので皆さんリベンジで合わされました。私もリベンジで良かったのですが、皆さんが再訪出来る訳では無いと思いましたので、その点だけ残念に思いました。
その他はBGMの選曲や山頂での椅子のセッティングあらゆる面での説明など事細かな配慮は素晴らしかったと思います。

I came to Hawaii for the first time for my daughter's wedding. We enjoyed a wedding with sightseeing in Hawaii! For our last night, I thought I would treat ourselves to a dinner cruise and made a reservation. Since there was no shuttle service, it was a bit of a struggle to get there. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, and we couldn't see the sunset. As early as the pick up times for this tour, it was worth it!! The experience to watch the sunrise over Maui and right above the clouds of Haleakala was absolutely amazing!! Shuttle ride up the mountain was perfect to take naps before arriving to the summit. Pick a spot along the fence line as soon as you can because it gets crowded very fast!!

Now...all visitors, PLEASE understand that you are a VISITOR into the home of Hawaiian Islanders, RESPECT their boundaries on their land!!! DO NOT hop over fence lines!! There are barriers for a reason!!
1) They are protecting their island plants and animals as they aren’t very many anymore.
2) STAY OFF SACRED LAND!!! They welcomed you into their home, respect the places you are not allowed to enter!!

Don’t be ignorant!! Respect the land you travel!
There were MANY ignorant people that even when the park representatives came out to get people back over the right side of the fence were ignored!

They opened their home and welcomed you so that you can experience an amazing view, enjoy it by appreciating their hospitality and respecting their boundaries.

The natives will chant as the sunrises, it would be nice for everyone to quiet the conversation and bask in the chant and take in this spectacular experience.

It was unfortunately a cloudy day with strong rain and wind. The boat was rocking quite a bit, and since I anticipated this, I brought motion sickness medication and took it early, so my friend and I were able to enjoy ourselves. However, there were about five people who looked quite unwell from seasickness. Perhaps because manners differ from country to country, some people seemed unable to move due to their discomfort, and there were situations at the dining area that were hard to watch. I noticed some people looked like they might get seasick just from seeing that. However, the rocking of the boat due to the weather is unavoidable, so if you participate, I think it's necessary to be well-prepared (with motion sickness medication, good health, bags, etc.).

Additionally, the inside of the boat was very cold, and when I requested to turn off the air conditioning, I was told it wasn't possible. If you have something to wear over your clothes, it's not a problem, but with just a thin cardigan, it can be quite chilly depending on your seat.

However, the fireworks were beautiful, and the collaboration with the night view was stunning. The Polynesian show was lively, and we ended on a very enjoyable note, so I give it four stars.

また、船内はとても寒く、クーラー切って欲しいと言う依頼も、できないと言われました。羽織りものがあれば、問題ありませんが、薄いカーディガンでは、席によってもかなり寒いです。

でも、花火も上がって、夜景とのコラボは綺麗やったし、ポリネシアンショーはのりのりで、最後はとても楽しく終われたので、星4つです。

A mother-daughter trip to Hawaii tracing memories of my father. Since my mother loves lobster, we made this reservation. We chose this because there was also a boat ride during my parents' trip together. My mother was full of smiles and happy with the jazz and Hawaiian music, hula, and shows that my father loved. The show staff and service were excellent, and we had a wonderful time.

However... I think Japanese people might not be good at getting into the spirit of these shows. It's all about joining in, after all.

Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset due to the rain, but the performance on the ship was fantastic. The newly revamped show, celebrating 60 years, had the dancers performing right next to us in the small space, so we could hear their breathing, which was great.

Since it was Friday, we also enjoyed the Hilton fireworks for five minutes.

The meal was an all-you-can-eat meat and crab option, but it was difficult to eat the crab without scissors. There must be safety concerns, but it was challenging to get the meat out.

It was a nice surprise when the hula show performer came to say goodbye before we took the bus back to the hotel.

あいにくの雨でサンセットは見られませんでしたが、船内のおあふぉーマンスは最高でした。60年を記念して新しくなったショーも狭い船内ですぐわきで踊るので、息遣いが聞こえ、良かったです。
金曜日だったのでヒルトンの花火も5分ですが楽しめました。
食事は肉とカニの食べ放題でしたが、ハサミとかないのでカニは食べるのが大変でした。安全の問題があるのでしょうが、身を出すのが大変でした。
下船後にバスでホテルまで帰る前にフラショーの方がまた来てねと挨拶に来たのはサプライズサービスでよかったです。

I participated alone. There were just under 50 people on the bus, and I was the only Japanese person. Since it was close to Thanksgiving, most of the attendees were from the mainland United States or Canada. The guide on the bus enthusiastically encouraged everyone to introduce themselves to those sitting around them, which allowed me to connect with the people in front of me, behind me, and next to me (thanks to this, I became friends with an elderly Canadian couple sitting behind me, and on the way back, I sat next to the husband and we had a lively conversation).

We were able to experience hula, tattooing, and fire-starting, which I think kids would also enjoy. The fire dance was so intense that we could feel the heat even as audience members; it was spectacular and thrilling. The excitement from the audience was incredible, and just being there was fun! There was a couple celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary, and everyone in the venue celebrated together, creating a wonderful sense of unity. I think it's especially great for those on their honeymoon or celebrating anniversaries to create memorable experiences.

I believe you won't fully enjoy it unless you understand English to some extent, but if you want to fully experience the foreign atmosphere, I definitely recommend it!

hulaの体験や、タトゥー体験、火起こし体験もでき、お子様でも楽しめると思います。ファイヤーダンスは客先でも熱風を感じるほどで、迫力満点、素晴らしかったです。観客の盛り上がりもすごくてその場にいるだけで楽しかったです！結婚60周年というご夫婦がいて会場皆でお祝いしてとても一体感がありました。ハネムーンや記念日の方は特に良い思い出作りができると思います。
英語がある程度理解できないと充分楽しめないと思いますが、外国の雰囲気を存分に味わいたいなら是非オススメです！

The price was high, but it was a worthwhile experience. The meeting point at the Marriott Hotel is hard to find, so it's better to ask the Japanese-speaking staff at the front desk. The restroom is shown to you before boarding.

The level of our guide, Yamauchi, was high, and we received the best guidance. It was a memorable tour. It was very cold, but the stars seen from the summit of Haleakalā were a once-in-a-lifetime experience. During the explanation of the stars, it felt like something out of Star Wars, with laser beams creating an illusion that the stars were suddenly closer. It was really cool.

This was our first time visiting the lovely Fern Grotto, and we had a wonderful time. The crew were so sweet, especially with our daughter who got into one of the local plants that made her cry and tongue swell. They performed hula and sang beautifully, playing to the children on board. We highly recommend this short river boat ride for families with young kids.

In the morning, I rode an electric bike, and in the afternoon, I was supposed to go kayaking, but it was canceled due to bad weather.

The electric bike had a strong assist, so even with a light pedal, the front wheel would lift. It easily rolled over rocks (not stones) and climbed steep hills with ease.

There seemed to be two courses, and we split at the first fork: one for a group with women and the other for a men-only group. I was in the men-only group, and according to the instructor, this one was more intense and fun.

I participated with my 60-year-old father (who does some hiking) and I, at 24 (who enjoys sports like snowboarding and riding bikes). My father managed to finish, albeit with some effort. Personally, I thought it was a great experience. It was truly thrilling and physically demanding, and I would say it felt dangerous; I doubt such a course would be permitted in Japan.

The scenery was beautiful, and the course allowed us to enjoy the great outdoors. There were several spots that resembled scenes from the Jurassic Park movies. However, there were genuinely dangerous moments as well. Please enjoy it without pushing yourself too hard and keep your speed in check.

*You will get quite muddy, so be mindful of your clothing.
*Make sure to buy water beforehand.
*Having sunglasses would be beneficial.
*If you're not confident in your physical ability, it's best to inform them in advance.
*If you imagine the summer vacation from 2019 with Ariyoshi, you might feel despair.

電動バイクはアシストがかなり強く、軽くこいでもフロントが上がります。岩（石ではなく岩）を踏んでもガンガン乗り越えるし、坂道もグイグイ登ります。

コースは２つあるようで初めの分かれ道で分かれました、一つは女性のいるグループ、もう一つは男性のみのグループ。
私は男性のみのグループでしたが、インストラクター曰くこっちの方が激しく楽しいそうです。

60歳の父（山登り程度の運動をする）と24の私（スノボ等運動好き、バイクも乗る）で参加しましたが、父は“なんとか”完走できました。
私的にはいい体験ができたなと思いました。
本当にスリリングで体力を使う内容で、
あえて言わせてもらうなら危険で、日本だと許可おりないだろうなと思うコースです。

景色は綺麗、コースも大自然を堪能できます。ジュラシックパークの映画でみた光景も何箇所かみれます。
ただし、本当に危険な場面もありました。無理をせずにスピードを抑えて楽しんでください。

※かなり泥で汚れます。服装には注意
※水を買っておきましょう
※サングラスがあるといいです
※体力に自信がない方は事前に申告した方が吉
※2019年有吉の夏休みを想像してると絶望します。
