- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- Children 7 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- Guests must be able to swim if they are planning on entering the water.
- Guests are reminded that snorkeling in the ocean is a physical activity and good health is recommended for participation.
- No spray sunscreen is allowed on board the boat.
- For safety reasons, no glass containers are allowed on the boat.

- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
- Minors are required to have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.
- Guests are asked to wear their swimsuits when boarding the boat as there are no changing facilities available once you depart the harbor.
