This cruise was horrible for many reasons!! First it was not the boat in description, there was no glass bottom. Second the bartenders where just very rude and had no people skills. You could tell they didn't want to be there and didn't care if we knew it. The food was actually really good and hot.No tables to eat it on though. But and I wish we had taken a picture. We drove out maybe 20 mins pulled to the driest part of the mountains and sat. The only thing to look at was the wind turbines and cars. Sat for about hr and was back at the harbor before sun down. This is our second time on Maui. When we come back this will not be a repeat cruise!!!

The sea was beautiful.

Since there were no people, it felt like a private beach!

They also lent us equipment, which was great!

We were able to experience a cruise, so it was fun!

On our recent trip to Maui my wife and I went on the zipline excursion at the Lahaina Fruit Farm. The drive up to the fruit farm was breath taking. High above the west shores of Maui we were treated to a picturesque view of the off shore islands and beautiful coastlines below. Upon arrival we were treated to fresh dragon fruit and other local fruits. We later learned how expensive dragon fruit is on the island and wished we had ate more! The staff were friendly and inviting.

The only thing we were unaware of when booking the excursion was that the zipline trip only consisted of 1 zipline and visitors were given multiple rides along that single line. Now that we went back and looked at the original ad, we see that was disclosed in the advertisements, but it still was slightly disappointing.

That minor disappointment was soon forgotten as the single run zipline cruises above the dragon fruit fields with a unobstructed view of the ocean in the distance. It was truly breathtaking. My wife and I had never done any zipline activities before so it was actually a great beginner activity as we were hesitant the first run but with each additional attempt we found ourselves becoming more brave and attempting new things such as going backwards, no hands and attempting to swing ourselves upside down.

While we did not participate in the Aquaball, we wished we had. It was something we had never seen before and those who did participate said it was even more fun than the zipline itself.

All and all, our experience was a good experience and I would recommend this activity to anyone who wants to experience a entry level zipline excursion with breath taking views. Would also be ideal for families with younger children. We enjoyed our time!

We participated as a family with our two children, who are in the 4th and 6th grades. Although we don't speak Japanese, I think beginners can enjoy it while admiring the gentle horses and the wonderful scenery. If you have a bit of experience, they will let you ride faster at times, and you can ride for quite a long time, so I highly recommend it.

日本語は通じませんが、大人しい馬と素晴らしい景色を眺めながら、初心者でも楽しめると思います。少し経験があれば途中走らせてくれますし、結構長い時間乗れますので、おすすめです。

Can I give 10 stars? If you're a newbie, don't worry, it's easy!!! I've never done snorkeling before and my wife is afraid of water...HELLO!!! We're giving this place 5 stars!!! That should tell you that this is the go-to place on Maui for snorkeling. We were in line for registration and a couple before us who have done snorkeling many times before were ranting and raving about the exceptional amenities on this adventure. It's a class-act all the way, from start to finish. Food, alcohol, corrective lens goggles, floatation devices...the list goes on and on. I can't put into words the level of excellence that this company delivers from start to finish. EVERY element is addressed and for two newbies who never did this kind of thing and are totally out of our comfort zone, this should give you a clue as to the totality of excellence that this company delivers.

The early morning cruise was very pleasant with a nice breeze, and the one-and-a-half-hour journey to Lanai Island was quite comfortable. The cinnamon roll for breakfast was also delicious. The crew on board was very attentive.

On Lanai Island, I didn't participate in the island tour and spent about three hours at the beach. I didn't see any turtles, but I saw plenty of fish. You can rent beach chairs and mats at the beach.

On the way back, as mentioned in other reviews, the waves were higher and it was a bit more rocky than on the way there. They had prepared motion sickness medication after lunch, so I think it's a good idea for those who are concerned to take it. On the return trip, the crew served drinks, ice cream, and fruit. It was quite sunny on the way back, and many people chose to stay inside on the first floor of the boat instead of on the deck.

Before signing up, I thought the tour price was a bit high, but it was a well-organized tour, and I was very satisfied!

早朝のクルーズは風が気持ちよく、ラナイ島までの1時間半とても快適に過ごせました。朝食のシナモンロールも美味しかったです。船上ではクルーがいろいろと気を使ってくれます。
ラナイ島では島内ツアーには参加せず、ビーチで3時間ほど過ごしました。カメは見れませんでしたが、魚はたくさん見れました。ビーチでは、ビーチチェアとゴザも借りれます。
帰りは、他の方の口コミにもありましたが、行きよりも波が高く揺れます。酔い止めの薬もランチの後に準備してくれていましたので、心配な方は飲んで行ったらいいと思います。帰りも、ドリンク、アイスクリーム、フルーツ等、クルーがサーブしてくれます。帰りは日差し強く、デッキではなく、一階(?)の船内で過ごす方も多かったです。
申込む前は、ツアー料金が高いな～と思っていましたが、至れり尽くせりのツアーで満足です！

First of all, Molokini Island had excellent water clarity. There are various comments about the lack of fish, but there were times when schools of fish came up to the surface, so I think it depends on the timing. While it’s true that there were more species around the Black Rock area, if you look closely, you can still find over ten species quite easily.

However, since the water is a bit deep, you might be at a slight distance from the fish at the bottom. That said, if you go closer to the shore, the water gets shallower, and because the clarity is high, you can see the bottom well, which is enjoyable in its own way.

I experienced snuba, but on this tour, there wasn’t time for regular snorkeling at Molokini if you were doing snuba, so those who want to snorkel at Molokini should keep this in mind.

After Molokini, we went to Turtle Town, where there were relatively fewer fish, but we were able to see turtles. It seems that Turtle Town can have strong currents on some days, making it inaccessible.

The tour itself mainly had foreign guests. The captain was a Japanese person who spoke English, but this was coincidental, and I think it changes from day to day (also, everything is primarily conducted in English). If you have no understanding of English at all, it might be a bit challenging, but if you understand a little, I think it’s not a problem at all. Additionally, the crew was very friendly, and I was satisfied with the food included.

まず、モロキニ島は透明度抜群でした。魚が少ないとか色々なコメントもありますが、水面に魚群が上がってくることもあり、タイミング次第かと思います。種類等は確かにブラックロック周辺などの方が沢山みられましたが、よく探せばそれでも10種以上はすぐ見つかるかと思います。
ただ、少し水深があるので、底の方の魚には若干距離があるかもしれません。とはいえ、岸辺に行けば水深は浅くなりますし、そもそも透明度が高いので底の方もよく見えてそれはそれで楽しいです。
当方はスヌーバを体験したのですが、今回のツアーでは、モロキニでスヌーバを行う場合は通常のスノーケリングをモロキニで行う時間はありませんでしたので、モロキニでスノーケリングをしたいと考えている人はご留意下さい。
モロキニの後にタートルタウンにいきましたが、こちらは比較的魚は少ないものの、カメには会うことができました。タートルタウンは日によっては流れが強く、行けない場合もあるようです。
ツアー自体は、外国のお客さんがメインでした。船長は英語を喋る日本の方でしたが、これはたまたまで、日によって変わると思います（また、基本は英語だけで全て行われています）。英語が全くダメな方は若干ハードルが高いかもしれませんが、多少わかるのであれば全然問題はないと思います。また、クルーは大変親切でしたし、ご飯も含め満足しています。

Today my early teen son and I did the zipline and aquaball adventure combo, along with another small group of three other participants. As the morning progressed our group and theirs became friends, this is because we were in a safe environment with a friendly accommodating staff having a great time.
When we arrived at the farm Angelica greeted us with fresh cut perfectly ripened fruit: two varieties of dragon fruit and pineapple. The location was easy to find, has a large parking area and is aesthetically charming.
Our the zipline and aquaball guides, Jen and Jake were very personable and cared about our safety. Jen gave a brief demo on the pollination process of the dragon fruit and other facts regarding the farm as well as answered all our questions.
The zipline is very beginner and basic with great views of either the ocean or the mountain as you zip effortlessly over the dragon fruit plants below. I would not recommend this zipline for someone seeking more than a beginner level. My son loved every zip and would have gone all day long had that been an option for us. I have ziplined prior and was still able to enjoy the experience.
I highly recommend the aquaball - we loved it so much as did all the participants in our group. Its unique and only got better with the second run. Giving the chance I would definitely do it again. My son agrees.

Overall experience: we left happier than we arrived and felt grateful for the opportunity to try something new. Thank you everyone at Lahaina Fruit Farm.

I participated alone this time, but there were others who joined solo as well, and everyone had a friendly atmosphere, making it a truly enjoyable time. In addition to the wonderful sunset and the starry sky at the summit, the best part was the thoughtful care from our guide, Yamapi, which made it an unforgettable experience. I noticed other noisy tours and some that seemed rushed and focused only on efficiency, but if you're planning to climb Haleakalā, I absolutely recommend this one! Next time, I want to bring my parents to share the same wonderful experience.

今回は一人参加だったのですが、同じように一人で参加されてる方もいたり皆さんフレンドリーなムードで本当に楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。山頂の素晴らしい夕陽と満点の星空に加えて、何よりガイドのやまぴーさんのさりげなく最高の気遣いで忘れられない体験となりました。他には騒がしいツアーや、効率だけの慌ただしそうなツアーも見受けられましたがもしハレアカラに登られるのであれば絶対こちらがオススメです！次は両親を連れて同じ素晴らしい経験をさせてあげたいと思います。

The venue with about 500 seats set up in the seaside square of the Wailea Marriott was fully booked. We were given leis, and before the show, there were free drinks (including alcohol) and food that we could choose from at each table. By the time we finished eating, the show began. Most of the audience were tourists from the mainland United States, with a few from Japan, Korea, and China. There were many families and newlyweds from various countries, and they called children up to the stage and introduced the newlyweds during hug time. The fire show and hula dance lasted about two hours and passed by in no time. It was so much fun!

ワイレアマリオットＨの海沿いの広場に設置された約５００席の会場は満席でした。レイを掛けてもらいＳＨＯＷの前にフリードリンク（アルコール類含む）、各テーブル毎に食ものを取りに行き好きな物を選んで食事が終わった頃ＳＨＯＷが開始、アメリカ本土からの観光客が殆どで日本、韓国、中国系はチラホラ。
各国の家族連れや新婚さんも多く、子どもを壇上に呼んだり新婚さんを紹介したりハグタイム。ファイアーショーやフラダンス等約２時間があっと言う間に過ぎました。とっても楽しかったです。

The guide was knowledgeable and very informative on the drive from Hilo to Hana, making several stops along the way, including a nice picnic lunch, (but meager vegetarian lunch for 2 of us who are vegetarians). I did get the feeling that we were on a timeline, though.
The Helicopter trip back to Hilo was fun and interesting, but did not go up into the volcano area and just flew along the coast and up the side of the volcano a bit. The pilot was very thoughtful and helpful throughout the trip.

Overall, it was a good tour, and I recommend it.
To the tour operators: you need to improve on your vegetarian lunches (maybe do a wrap with a tortilla, instead of lettuce?

Captain John served as a great captain, host, comedian, server, tour guide he does it all! We did the snuba with Jamie, it is extra, but is definitely worth it, he gives a good tutorial before you go out, and makes it relaxing and enjoyable. The rest of the staff on board was great, and Trey the photographer was very professional as well. We rented a digital underwater camera and purchased a Cd that had all our pictures on it, and it turned out great! 5 stars for Four Winds!

There isn't one bad thing we can say about our Zipline tour! These guys were very knowledgeable and professional about it. I'm not the biggest fan of heights, but was never really anxious at all. They are very good at explaining the dos and don'ts and making sure everything is done safely and securely. They were also very funny and kept the atmosphere fun for everyone. The area is gorgeous and tree houses, platforms, and equipment are all very new and well taken care of. Five stars!

This activity was fantastic. Our tour guide, Bocker, was knowledgeable of the sites! He taught us so much. He also watched out for his group with care. The rainforest and waterfalls were absolutely breathtaking. Would do this again!

My family and I had such a wonderful time! Our guide Rusty was awesome and was so informative. He made sure that everyone was enjoying themselves. Definitely will be booking with you again.

This was my third time at Haleakalā, and the staff were kind, friendly, and it was a wonderful experience. Also, the brunch at the golf course after the sunrise was unforgettable; I ordered pancakes that were more delicious than any I've ever had. It was fantastic.

３回目のハレアカラでしたが、スタッフの方々も親切でフレンドリーで素敵な体験でした。
また、サンライズが終わったあとのゴルフ場でのブランチもパンケーキをオーダーしたのですが、どこのパンケーキよりも美味しくて忘れられません。
素敵でした。

The sunrise tour starts early but it is totally worth it! None of the pictures I saw of the sunrise can communicate the shear beauty of the view. The sun creeps over the cloud cover and suddenly everything is lit up with golden sunshine. After that, they took us to the summit and a couple other places on the mountain to see the crater and then took us back down and served us breakfast.

Had a great time. We did the 8 line zip tour. It was really hot but we got free water bottles and the course was not hard at all. Our guides were awesome. Matt, Loki, and Bobo, kept us laughing the entire time. Matt is nothing but jokes!!! They made sure everyone was okay and felt safe. It was clear that they love their job and made sure we had a great time!!

Food was good but ribs could have been better. The kids loved the cruise and the kid non alcoholic drinks they got.

This tour was absolutely amazing! Not only did we have an awesome tour guide, Rory, but the sunrise was breathtaking! Rory got us there with plenty of time to spare and got us the best place to stand! He was so informative and passionate about his island! He gave us so much information about the culture of Hawaii that he didn't have to do. I can't recommend this tour enough!

Excellent Driver and Guide. Too bad bus size prevent us from getting to summit. Family style dinner was also very good.

Best tour we have ever taken anywhere. Very small group (only 4 of us). The tour driver was very Knowledgeable. Easy driving tour without having to rush. With ony 4 in the group, we stay longer on stops we liked and shorter on the ones we didn't. Lunch was good, again without having to rush off to stay on schedule. The same was true for the helicopter ride back. The polit was fantastic and always made sure we have our camera shots before leaving a givin area. He even spotted a whale (in late May no less) for us to see. Is this tour pricey? yes. Is it worth every penny? YES YES YES !

Definitely happy we took the cruise out to see the sunset on the water. Well-worth the money! Good food, good drinks, great live music, great staff, family-friendly, and all ages welcome. I would absolutely go again on a return trip to Maui!

Molokini Island has very beautiful waters and is the perfect place for snorkeling. However, on the day we experienced it, the waves were rough, making it quite challenging. There are also Japanese staff members, which is reassuring. It all depends on your physical condition.

しかし、私たちが体験した日は波が荒くそれどころではない状況に・・・

We had a great time at the Luau. The food was great and they have a great system to get everyone through the buffet line quickly. The show was really spectacular, great music, great performances and I loved learning the history of the beginning of Hawaii.

We are so glad we took a tour rather than attempt the drive ourselves. Our guide Les shared interesting stories and pointed out neat spots like the weeping walls and the sensitive ferns in addition to all the stops listed in guidebooks. It was a wonderful experience even though the twisty roads caused a bit of nausea---but Les made an unexpected stop for ginger candy to help. Great trip!

You can experience the scenery and worldview that cannot be seen from the ground, enjoying the island surrounded by the blue sea and great nature from above the blue sky.

I had a great time diving on MALA PIER and a run through with my SCUBA Skills read for diving on Molokini later in the week. Extended Horizons were fantastic and had checked my SCUBA qualification before I arrived so knew I have a 40' limit. We ran through the skills for 10 minutes and then spent 40 minutes exploring the pier. Loads of fish, turtles and pillow stars. I can't recommend this site strongly enough it was amazing.
