Maui
Had a nice ride on the Pride of Maui. The crew was friendly and very competent. Unfortunately it was very windy so we just went out a bit and hugged the harbor. The food was very good except the cheesecake.
The directions to the dock should be revised. Make the second turn into the harbor, passed Buzz's Wharf. It is NOT the dock with the single building at the end. Drive along the buildings/condos and parking the spaces nearest the Coast Guard building.
Revise the directions, sub out the cheesecake, turn the singers mic up.
Crew were fantastic and catered to everyone’s needs. The snorkeling spots were fantastic and full of life. Breakfast and lunch were an added bonus and delicious. Definitely would recommend!

We have been to a few luaus and this is top notch. The food was exceptional and we were cared for by Toko and Marks so well that we never had a chance to ask for anythng: they checked on us before we even needed to inquire for another drink or food item. The entire staff was so friendly and the performanace was spectacular. What talent-from beginning to end!!!!

I booked this activity for clients, a young couple on their honeymoon. They raved about the snorkeling, the crew, the boat, and the organization of the excursion. They said they would recommend this to anyone visiting Maui.
We thoroughly enjoyed the entire cultural experience even though this was our 3rd visit over the past decade. Service and hospitality was extraordinary. The performances and stories about Maui was very illuminating and important for all to experience.
I was really looking forward to this trip but it was ultimately a disappointment. The staff and captain were professional, and the boat had the gear needed to fish. However, we spent more time getting to the fishing spots and not enough time fishing.
Increase the fishing time, whether it’s fishing closer to the harbor or increase the tour time.
Had a great experience at the Luau. Food, dancers and history were great. Our waiter (John) was excellent.
Really enjoyable half day our run by an extremely organised crew who clearly have done it a thousand of times over. Every part of the process was straightforward and seamless. They provide meals, drinks, gear and instruction if required. For the money I felt ‘breakfast’ could have been a bit more substantial (essentially fruit and dry croissants + tea/ coffee), however lunch was perfectly adequate. Crew were mostly friendly and approachable. Snorkel area was a little crowded as the boat takes quite a number of people out there! But there is high rate of attrition and it becomes more spacious as things go. Overall a really fun day, do recommend it and reasonably good value for money.

We drove up from Wailea. That proved to be a great decision. We were planning on attending a luau close to our condo and we had seen a couple of them walking along the beach briefly. Old Lahina Luau was on another level. More like dinner theatre with excelent food and service. We'll go again on our next trip.

We really enjoyed this experience Yoshi made possible for our family. He thought everything through, from bathroom breaks to groceries and souvenir store stops on the way up, to the tea, telescopes, and warm clothes at the top. The views and sunset were breathtaking! The trip down the mountain was safe and quick with no traffic.
If you want to see more star, pick a night with a new moon.
It seems that the number of Japanese tourists is decreasing, so the participants joined two American families. There was no need to worry as the guidance was provided in both Japanese and English.
Traveling by car to the summit was really easy. While some people may choose to rent a car, I recommend joining the tour because the mountain roads have no streetlights and no guardrails.
The sunset and starry sky were truly amazing. The sunset viewed from the summit was a sun sinking into a sea of clouds. The starry sky was so filled with stars that it made me wonder how many there actually are. If you can time your visit with the new moon, I think you'll be able to see it even more beautifully without the interference of moonlight. I would love to participate again if I have the opportunity!

サンセットと星空は本当に凄かったです。山頂から見るサンセットは雲海に沈む太陽でした。星空もこんなに星があるのかと思うくらい。是非、新月のタイミングに合わせられると月の明かりに邪魔されずによりきれいに見えると思います。機会があれはまた参加したいです！

The Old Lahaina Luau is worth the money! Wonderful staff, food and entertainment. It was easy to park and check-in. All the staff was very hospitable, and made us feel so special. The food was good (so much food!), and the Hulu dancing was authentic and entertaining. Highly recommend!
Super nice boating and fishing day in Maui. The boat was a nice size for the group and fast enough to quickly move between spots. Crew very attentive and helpful. My grandson caught a few fish and we cooked them up later. A fun day and worth the fee.
If you come to Maui, you must experience this snuba. The crew members were also very interesting and kind. Even if you don't understand much English, they will explain with gestures. You can do snuba twice on the same day for an additional fee. You definitely should do it twice. It was that great of an experience.

We did a lot of boat driving but very little fishing, I think I dropped to actually fish 5 times in 4 hours. Overall not an experience I would want to repeat.

It was a great time when I booked this. Doing the vip yes, we did set up close. But the food was cold when it came out. When I looked on the website, it said premium liquor my husband only drinks a certain type of liquor and it was more of Tequila sunrise, pinla coladas. We were disappointed in that area. But the show was wonderful. I also had checked with this company about getting my friends husband a wheelchair, and it took about 4 calls of going back-and-forth, and they said, no problem. We've got you covered. So when we drove up and spoke to someone at bellhop station where I was supposed to go they did not know anything about a wheelchair. So gladly, we had put his wheelchair in the back of our car. Believe me, I read all the reviews at this place. They always got 5 stars. I give it 4, but honestly. It would be a 3.5.

It was the day when Kana and Takako were on board, so they kindly explained the precautions for snorkeling, allowing us to enjoy it with peace of mind. The boat also had a slide, and sliding down into the sea was exhilarating! After swimming, the Mai Tai made at the open bar was the best for my dry throat. The only disappointment was that I didn't get to encounter a turtle.

ただ、スタッフの方はフレンドリーでとても良かったです。
