My sister and I were upgraded to a helicopter tour to Hana. Then we came back by limo to our hotel. It was a great trip and we enjoyed every minute!

This tour was fantastic! I recommend this to anyone who wants to get a breath taking view of the entire island of Maui. The equipment is state of the art and the personnel were helpful and cheerful!

Lovely morning at Haleakala. Was cloudy at first, but eventually the beautiful sunrise appeared. Breakfast was great and they offered a choice of three selections.

The guide was incredibly attentive, engaging with each person individually and ensuring that everyone came together in the end. Since we were at an altitude of 3,000 meters, there was no need to worry about altitude sickness, as we had regular breaks and restroom stops. When we reached the summit, they even lent us down jackets for the cold. The moment the sunset over the sea of clouds from the mountaintop was breathtaking. After that, we used a telescope to view stars that can only be seen in Hawaii, and the guide shared a lot of fascinating information about astronomy. It was a tour that was never boring, both in terms of the location and the conversation.

ガイドさんが、とにかく、気を配ってくれると人で、皆さん一人一人に、話をかけていき、最終的には、皆が、纏まるようにしてくれます。標高3000メートルの山の為、高山病にならないように、マメに休憩時間トイレも取ってくれるので心配いりません。頂上についたら、寒い時用のダウンも貸してくれます。山上からの夕陽が沈み瞬間の雲海は最高です。その後は、望遠鏡でハワイでしか観れない星を見て、天体観測の話をいっぱいしてくれます。ロケーションもトークも飽きないツアーでした。

Would thoroughly recommend this Luau. All you can eat and drink plus a great show put on by the dancers. A really great evenings entertainment and some great memories.

I didn't expect there to be so few types of fish. I was hoping for many more varieties, so I was a bit disappointed. I was able to see a sea turtle, but it seems that some other guests weren't able to see it. There were few Japanese people. Given the content and the amount of fish, I won't be returning.

I finally realized my long-time dream of participating in this tour with my family to see the magnificent scenery together! I had looked at guidebooks and watched broadcasts on BS television, but the views I saw in person were beyond words. I was also impressed by our guide, Mr. Yamauchi, and his high level of professionalism in taking care of participants' health and considering restroom breaks while guiding us through the 3000-meter mountains. The majestic views of Haleakalā and Mr. Yamauchi's stories resonated deeply with our family, and I’m truly glad we participated. Thank you, Mr. Yamauchi, for the wonderful tour!

このツアーに家族で参加して雄大な景色をみんなで見たい！という長年の私の夢がついに叶いました。私はガイドブックやBSテレビの放映を見ていきましたが、実際に見る景色は言葉に表せないほど素晴らしいものでした。またガイドのヤマウチさんの、参加者への体調の気配りやお手洗いの配慮などが3000ｍ級の山を案内するプロとしての意識の高さに感心させられました。ハレアカラ山の雄大な景色とヤマウチさんのお話は私たち家族の心に大きく響くものがあり、本当に参加して良かったです。ヤマウチさん素敵なツアーありがとうございました。

We had a fantastic time on our Road to Hana tour! Larry is a great tour guide. I just wished we could have spent more time at the Seven Sacred Pools. We saw many waterfalls, so this is an excellent choice for people that love nature!!

The guide was great and witty. A lot of fun despite not being able to see the sunrise because of the fog that morning.

We read it was a good idea to do this at the beginning of your trip so you're still on your 'time' due to the early morning time frame. Even though you are going to nice warm Maui, it is very cold up there early morning. You are in the elements for about an hour, bring a jacket, blanket, beach towel, something... It's easier to enjoy the spectacular sunrise if you're not freezing.
Glen was a fun tour guide. We enjoyed our morning with Glen.

Words can't express how beautiful the sunrise is from up here. Definitely bring jeans, sweatshirt, hat and gloves!! You need it.

It was the perfect trip for five hours. Crew was great and the captain personally cooked our lunch. He also made an awesome salsa dip!! Wish we could have seen more but weather did not permit it.

I can't forget the sunrise I saw at Mauna Kea on the Big Island, so I joined a sunrise tour at Haleakalā as well. Even though my English isn't great, we managed just fine, so you will too. The sunrise was truly magnificent. After the sun rose, Haleakalā felt so otherworldly, almost magical and mysterious. I was also very happy that they chanted as the sun rose.

ハワイ島マウナケアでみた朝日が忘れられず、ハレアカラでもサンライズツアーに参加しました。英語が苦手な私たちでもなんとかできたので、大丈夫です。やはり、朝日は素晴らしかった。朝日が昇った後のハレアカラは、この世のものとは思えないほど、幻想的で神秘的な感じがしました。日の出と同時にチャントを唱えてくれるのもとっても嬉しかったです。

Due to environmental protection measures at Haleakalā, there is now a limit on the number of people who can climb Haleakalā, and sunrise tours have been canceled everywhere. The only option we found was Veltra. Since it was an English tour, we were very anxious as we hardly understood English, but we thought that no matter what was explained, the view would remain the same, so we decided to participate.

After arriving on Maui, we asked the Japanese staff at the hotel to help us with phone contact. There were about 20 participants, including four Japanese, including us. The guide and driver explained (probably) the history of Haleakalā and the types of plants in English as we headed to the summit. When we arrived, the starry sky was breathtaking, and we could see shooting stars. We were told we could rest on the bus since there was still time until sunrise, but the beauty of the scenery and the increasing number of tourists made us wait outside in the cold for about two hours to secure a good spot for photos. Unfortunately, the weather was such that the sunrise was hidden behind clouds, although we could clearly see flashes of lightning illuminating the clouds. However, the red light peeking through the clouds was beautiful in its own way. Even though we couldn't understand English, the scenery was amazing! We were very moved.

However, as we had anticipated, it was very cold at the summit, and the bus was not very cool for Hawaii. We brought so many warm clothes that they took up a quarter of our suitcase, but we were still extremely cold and couldn't stop shivering. Some people around us were just wrapped in hotel bath towels. I recommend that participants bring as much warm clothing as possible.

ハレアカラの環境保護から、ハレアカラに登る人数に上限ができ、サンライズのツアーがどこも中止になっている中、唯一見つけたのがベルトラでした。英語でのツアーということで、英語がほとんど分からない私たちはとても不安でしたが、何を説明されようと見える景色は変わらないだろうと思い、参加しました。
マウイ島に到着してからの電話連絡はホテルの日本人スタッフにお願いをしました。
参加者は20名ほど。うち日本人は私たち含め４人でした。ガイド兼運転手は、もちろん英語で(おそらく)ハレアカラの歴史や植物の種類などを説明しながら山頂まで向かいます。到着した時は満天の星空が広がり、流れ星も見えました。(おそらく)サンライズまで時間があるからバスで休んでてもいいよと言われましたが、あまりのキレイさと、どんどん観光客が増えていき写真撮影の場所取りのため、かれこれ２時間寒空の下、日の出を待ちました。残念ながら雲が多く、どこがで光る稲妻がピカッと雲の中からはっきり見えるくらいの天候だったため、朝日は雲に隠れていましたが、雲から覗く赤い光はそれはそれでとてもキレイでした。英語は分からなくても、やっぱり景色はすごい！とても感動しました。
ただ、覚悟はしていたものの、頂上はとても寒く、それでいてバスの中はハワイにしてはあまりクーラーが効かず…。スーツケースの４分の１を防寒着が占めるほど、たくさん持っていきましたが、それでもすごく寒く震えが止まりませんでした。周りの海外の人は、ホテルのバスタオルを巻いているだけの人もいましたが…。参加される方は、これでもかというくらい防寒着を持っていくことをお薦めします。

The tour was excellent the tour guide very knowledgeable, humorous, the drive was amazing, evaluation was incredible, amazing sunset, but the food in the restaurant was meant to be a set menu, but it was family style. Honestly tasteless food,

The boat was in excellent condition, the crew was very helpful and organized so that all were safe at all times and having the greatest experience Molikini is the most awesome snorkel trip
That we do on maui every time we vacation we have gone , but pride of maui is the best experience yet. We will definitely book on this boat again .. captain Scott made it a very safe and enjoyable experience.

We were all very satisfied with our long-awaited stargazing experience on Maui. The sunset was also breathtaking, and if we visit Hawaii again, I would like to go to Maui this time to see the sunrise.

This was our second trip to Maui as well as our second to the Mendes ranch! The staff was very informative once again. They also make you feel welcomed from the start. Thanks to the cowgirls and cowboy for being our guides on this ride! (Plz forgive me for not recalling the names right now)
Will do it again next time we're in Maui!!!

The staff works quick and efficient. They provide water up there at the activity as well which was amazing! Ice cold water bottles in coolers. Super convenient and necessary on a hot summer day in Ausguts. The staff added to our enjoyment and fun as well! They took as many pictures as we wanted and answered all of our questions. They shared their experience living in Maui Hawaii and their experience of working on the field and their travels, so super friendly. Zip lining was amazing. We did it as the sun set. So we got to dry up from the Aqua ball and Zipline across the field. They told us how to turn over and let loose. It was different then all my experiences where I just went across the rope holding on traditionally. The staff moved fast and I felt safe and secure with them as I landed on the landing board. If you ever went zip lining before, you want someone strong and secure to catch you. We got to do this Zipline 4 times each! I had my friend stand in the field and get amazing pics from so close. After we were done we changed and saw the sun setting on their field. We wanted to see the sun from a higher vantage point so we asked them where to go. They told us to just drive up the road.

We had just enough time to drive right up the road after and continued watching one of the most beautiful and serene sunset.

All in all this was one of my highlights of my trip! I will never forget it!! I would definitely recommend this to all my friends or anyone reading this review.

I booked the 430 appointment so I had a relaxing day in the morning and plenty of time to get to the plantation without being rushed. I called them and they gave me great driving directions to my phone via text which was extremely helpful. So the drive up and the plantation was beautiful. We got to see another side of Maui then where were staying at. We were welcomed in when we came by the owner of the field. Then we went up to a little cottage and we got to taste many different kinds of delicious home grown dragon fruit and we were offered cold drinks by the staff. The staff there were so sweet and helpful and accommodating! They have bathrooms and showers to change! Jennifer took us thru the fields while our belongings were taken up in a golf cart. On our way up Jennifer explained to us how they grow the dragon fruit. It was fascinating to learn how much work is involved and to hear it from her who does the work first hand . It was really interesting and informative. In addition there are bananas and pineapple to see. The Aqua ball was so fun! I'm always looking for new and adventurous activities to try and this was something I've never done. It is a huge blown up ball with an opening for a person to jump inside! It cooled us down and we had so much fun! You get in one person a time and they fill the ball up with cold water. You are then securely closed and are pushed down the hill. I was with some friends so we had fun pushing each other down. The staff waits for you at the bottom, takes you out safely and you get a gold ride back up the hill to complete the Aqua ball activity again.

The entire crew on the "Pride of Maui" was wonderful and caring. The trip was awesome. The weather was in our favor. We went out to the Molokini crater and snorkeled while there my son and I tried snuba for the first time and loved it. The guide for that was very knowledgeable and helpful. The videographer was very concerned to get everyone's picture. We moved to a different location to see the turtles and again the crew was concerned that everyone got to see a few of them. The food on board was also enjoyable. The only downside for me and my kids was that it didn't last longer.

To participate, you need English proficiency and the ability to go there on your own. Naturally, all explanations are in English, so it might be difficult for small children.

当然、説明も全て英語ですので…小さい子供さんには…難しいかもしれません。

I was looking to snorkel around Molokini and get some time sailing ... this package offered both. They have two boats so they offer two start times - 7 and 8 AM. The boats are moored at opposite ends of the marina, which is why they ask you to check in at parking, but they told us pier 99 when they confirmed the night before by phone. The large parking lot, on the opposite side of the marina from pier 99, is still a fine choice, as there is not much parking near pier 99. There is a big shopping center across the street and they direct you to park there, but the marina lot would be a better walk to pier 99. The website tells you to wear deck shoes, but they made us remove our shoes when we boarded the boat and we didn't see them again until we returned to port. They had a large tub of good sunscreen available on board, so you don't need to bring your own. The crew was great - captain Yoshi was friendly and informative, the three mates doubled as snuba instructor, snorkeling advisors and wait staff. The whole crew worked hard to make the fun for everyone. We motored directly to Mokolini, about an hour transit. Breakfast on the way included awesome cinnamon rolls, fruit and coffee. We arrived at Mokolini and started snorkeling. It was too rough for Snuba and soon the wind and waves got worse so Yoshi hauled anchor and we moved to the second snorkel location. I guess this happens frequently so we were lucky to get some time at the iconic spot. Both places had a good variety of fish and we did see a ray at the shoreline location. We had lunch at anchor at the second snorkel location - teriyaki chicken, rice, and salad and ice cream. It tasted really good after all the swimming. After hauling anchor Yoshi secured the engines and we sailed for about an hour, enjoying excellent mai tais and beer. The drink service was a little slow, so we had to push to get our two drinks during the sailing time. In conlcusion - Trilogy was pretty good.

I loved this cruise, but the food sucked! They had chicken, ribs and shrimp. No real sides, just main dishes. The chicken and ribs had no flavor. I would do the cruise again, but the cocktail one, not the dinner one. Also, I think it should have been 3 hours instead of 2.

I participated through an introduction from my wife's friend. I thought Rick and Yamapi's attentive guidance was truly wonderful. I learned the importance of high-quality service. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to participate. Thank you very much!

I would reccomend revising the online video of this cruise, spent 180 for 2 to have super strong drinks you can barely drink, buffet style not so great dinner and music by guitarist only downstairs. Staff rang bell only when tipped pretty pathetic coming from someone who works for tips as a living, highly dissapointed and was informed later my locals that this is worst cruise to go on and wondered how the are still open!! Waste of money for sure!!!!

We participated as a family of three. Unfortunately, there weren't many fish, but the water clarity was quite nice and refreshing. The children were also satisfied. I would like to thank the Japanese assistant who helped us when my daughter got seasick. We had various conversations, and I wanted to hear more about Hawaii. Thank you very much.
