Never zip lined before. Everyone from from the office people, drivers to our guides, were great. Knowledgable and made you feel at ease. Great scenic tour. Our guides were funny and made you feel good about zip lining.

For our honeymoon, we wanted to do some stargazing, so we decided to go to Maui. I was torn between whether to do sunset or sunrise stargazing... I struggled with that decision. I also debated whether to choose an option from the travel agency or look for another tour. I kept worrying about it until the last minute.

In the end, choosing the tour from Maui All Stars was definitely the right decision! It became the best memory of our trip, and it’s a goal for us to come back again! Since the tour is affected by the weather, I honestly can’t say what it would be like on a less fortunate day, but I can say for sure that with our guide, Yamapi, we were in good hands no matter the situation. You’ll understand once you participate (laughs).

From the moment we started moving, it was fun, and because it was a small group, it felt very homey. Yamapi naturally facilitated communication with thoughtful care to create that atmosphere. Since there was interaction among participants, we were able to share the wonderful scenery with new friends, which doubled the excitement. We also made some lovely connections.

As for the tour, I usually get car sick even with medication, and my husband is prone to altitude sickness, but we had no issues at all! We were constantly excited by the changing scenery from the car. At each stop, the guide provided insights that made us go "I see!" and we had memorable photo sessions filled with laughter. The sunset was breathtaking. It was something you can't fully capture in photos; you have to experience it with all your senses.

And then for stargazing. Just watching the stars was satisfying, but this tour offered so much more, and we learned a lot. It’s enjoyable for everyone, including children and elderly people, so we’d love to bring our family along next time. The price is slightly higher than others, but once you participate, the difference in value is clear. I highly recommend it for first-timers.

I can see why there are so many repeat customers. Both Alan and Maui All Stars provided quick and courteous service. It’s a reliable tour, and once you experience it, you’ll definitely understand its value.

新婚旅行で星空観測がしたくて、行き先をﾏｳｲへ。星空観察はｻﾝｾｯﾄ、ｻﾝﾗｲｽﾞのどちらと一緒にしようか、、、で悩み。
ｻﾝｾｯﾄにするも、旅行会社のｵﾌﾟｼｮﾝか他のﾂｱｰから探すかで悩み。
ぎりぎりまでとにかく悩む悩む。
でも、結果はﾏｳｲｵｰﾙｽﾀｰｽﾞさんのﾂｱｰで大正解！！
旅行中で一番の思い出となり、また絶対にこようね！って目標にも。
ﾂｱｰ内容的に天候に左右されてしまうので、正直、天候に恵まれた私達は恵まれない日がどんなものかはわかりません。
ただ、確実に言えるのはどんな状況でもｶﾞｲﾄﾞをしてくださる"ﾔﾏﾋﾟｰさんなら大丈夫"ということ。とにかく参加したらわかります(笑)
移動中から楽しくて、少人数だからｱｯﾄﾎｰﾑ。そんな雰囲気になるようにｺﾐｭﾆｹｰｼｮﾝの橋渡しを細やかな気遣いで自然にﾔﾏﾋﾟｰさんしてくれます。
参加者同士の交流があるから、素晴らしい景色を共有できる仲間が増えて感動は倍増ですよ。素敵なご縁もできました。

ﾂｱｰは、いつもなら薬飲んでも車酔いが酷い私も、高山病に掛かりやすい旦那も問題なし！
車から変わっていく景色にテンションあがりっぱなし。各地点のｶﾞｲﾄﾞでは"なるほど"と唸ったり、ぎゃははと爆笑する思い出の写真撮影をしてくれます。
ｻﾝｾｯﾄは圧巻。写真では伝えられないものを五感で感じます。
そして星空観察。観るだけでも満足ですが、それ以上のものをこのﾂｱｰは体験し、多くを学びます。お子様でも、ご高齢の方でも安心して楽しめるので、私達も家族を連れて次回は参加したいですね。
料金が他よりはわずかに高いですが、参加すればその価値の違いは一目瞭然。初めて行く方、おすすめです。
ﾘﾋﾟｰﾀｰさんが多いのもよくわかります。
そして、このAlanさんも、ﾏｳｲｵｰﾙｽﾀｰｽﾞさんも、どちらも対応が迅速、かつ丁寧です。
信頼できるﾂｱｰ、体験したら絶対に意味がわかるはずです。

Crew was very friendly and helpful. Great place to go snokeling. Even food was good. Well wirth money and time

We had an amazing afternoon last Thursday. The crew were amazing. They gave my son (almost 2) a floatation device to lie on with a window and he saw everything that we were looking at during Molokini snorkelling. Wonderful family memories for the 3 of us :)

This is a great inexpensive way to experience another island in Hawaii. The trip is only 45 minutes and the view is amazing. The staff is friendly and the boat is clean with comfortable seating.

We had a wonderful time. Luke our instructor was fantastic, he was patient and encouraging and spent the time to make sure we knew what to do. It was a fantastic experience.

Initially, we planned to go to Haleakalā on our own, but joining this tour was definitely the right choice. Our guide, Mr. Yamauchi, had an amazing spirit of hospitality. At the stop at Kula Lodge, he said, "I'm not a salesperson," yet he kindly explained the recommended products, which contributed quite a bit to their sales (laughs).

The sunset over the sea of clouds was incredibly beautiful. It felt like being in heaven. While it seems that the sunrise tour is more popular, it was emphasized that the sunset offers a more beautiful sky due to the fine dust in the air. There were many thoughtful touches for participants, such as providing chairs for stargazing. It truly felt like "the joy of the customer is the joy of oneself," which must mean this is his calling. While watching the stars, we realized how small we are. The trivial annoyances of daily life were forgotten.

This time, the light from the half-moon prevented us from seeing shooting stars, so I would like to join again during the new moon.

当初は自分たちでハレアカラに行く予定でいましたが、こちらのツアーに参加して大正解でした。ガイドの山内さんのおもてなし精神が素晴らしいです。途中立ち寄ったクラロッジでは「お店の回し者ではないけど」と言いつつ、丁寧におすすめ商品の説明をして下さり、かなり売り上げに貢献してしまいました（笑）
雲海に沈むサンセット、とても美しかったです。まるで天国にいるみたいでした。ツアーとしてはサンライズの方が人気があるようですが、サンセットだと空気中に微細な塵があるために空の染まりがより美しいと力説されてました。星空観察もチェアーを用意するなど、参加者への心遣いがたくさん感じられました。まさに「お客様の喜びは自身の喜び」といった感じで、天職なのでしょうね。星を見ながら我々がいかに小さな存在であることを実感しました。日常のささいな嫌なことが忘れられました。
今回は半月の光が邪魔をして降るような星は見られなかったので、次回は新月の時に合わせて参加したいです。

I took my two children and enjoyed the morning deal. Everyone was moved by the dynamic sights! The nearby free public parking was full by the time we left, so it's better to arrive early.

子供2人連れて、朝一のお得プランでした。ダイナミックな姿が見れてみんな感動です！
近くのフリー（パブリック）パーキングは帰るころにはいっぱいになっていたので早めに行ったほうがいいですね。

My mom, aunt, and I went ziplining and aqua balling and we had the time of our lives. I had the pleasure of speaking to Crystal one of the owners on the phone before we went and she was so polite and so inviting. We called the day before and she fit all three of us in. When we got there we had people already waiting outside for us and flagging us down. Andrew and Taylor were the people that helped us when we got there. They were so polite and made us feel very welcome. They calmed our nerves, answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable. They really love what they do and made us feel like friends visiting the farm. The farm is beautiful and intriguing. Dawn is the farm manager and she walked us to our car and showed us some more beauty about the farm. She was a sweetheart and made us feel so welcome we didn't want to leave! If anyone wants to have a good time I highly suggest you do the combo and hipline and aquaball!!! They are so fun!! Thanks so much guys!

I would suggest anyone to do it in the morning because in the afternoon it's way too short, you get about 1hr to snorkel because it takes more than one hour to get to molokini and another to get back. Everything was a lot of fun but I WOULD NEVER DO THE SNUBA OPTION AGAIN - it's a different business so you'd have to pay there, me and my husband were both disappointed, it's not that much of a difference from snorkeling because the line isn't too long, it's just 30 mins of the time you're there, the guy running it was extremely rude and you have to pay an additional 60$ per person, NOT WORTH IT!
But apart from the snuba issue, the rest of the trip was fun, and bbq lunch was good! Molokini is beautiful.

THE KIDS WERE SO ENTERATINED AS WERE MOM AND DAD AND THERE WAS SO MUCH FOOD TO PICK FROM NO ONE COULD HAVE GONE HUNGRY!

I participated in the early morning tour. I was able to see whales, and the price was also reduced, so it was great. However, there was no Japanese-speaking guide. If you need a Japanese guide, it might be better to avoid the early morning tours.

早朝ツアーに参加しました。クジラも見られたし、料金も安くなっていたので、良かったです。ただ、日本語ガイドの方はいらっしゃいませんでした。日本語ガイドが必要な方は早朝は避けた方がいいかもしれません。

I was able to see a lot of whales, and it was moving!!
The morning sea feels great.
However, there were many boarding points, and it was hard to understand.

Beautiful, magnificent, spectacular, and extraordinary. Just a few words that come to mind when talking about my experience with this activity. I knew that while I was on Maui, that I wanted to go scuba diving. Unfortunately, you have to be certified to go scuba diving. So, I did the next best thing. I went on a snorkel/snuba diving adventure. Not only was the experience breathe taking, but the instructors, captain, film crew, and the rest of the staff was so courteous and knowledgeable. Any questions, comments, or concerns you have they are more than willing to go above and beyond your expectations to make you feel comfortable. Well worth every penny I spent on this activity. Anyone who is thinking about going snorkeling, should check out this company. They have amazing customer service which is hard to find. The snuba adventure is unlike anything I've ever tried. You get the opportunity to swim up close and personal with all kinds of sea life. Highly recommend spending the extra money to go snuba diving.

Had a great first trip to Hawaii. This was the highlight of our trip . Great crew, great and plentiful food , great ride out (whales ), Molokini was also great , of course. My brother lives on Maui, we had a great trip.

Exceeded my expectations for so late in the season. Saw more whales than expected and learned a lot about their behaviors. Excellent photo opportunities too.

We had a nice time - some surprises at the end made the drive worth it. Enjoyed the lunch and the helicopter ride as well. Beautiful scenery. Learned a lot about Maui's vegetation, very knowledgeable driver. Only reason I didn't give it the highest rating is that we were expecting to swim in waterfalls or wading pools (the seven pools?). Didn't see the seven pools and the waterfalls were not accessible (and would have been too cold anyway).

As humans we are programmed for self-preservation. Walking off a platform into air is not something that comes naturally. The safety equipment was in tip top shape, the guides were helpful and encouraging. To take the edge off the hesitation they were jovial and kept us in good humor.

A special shout out to Tianna, who was on day 4 of her employment. On my first platform she was giving me words of encouragement that helped me summon up the courage to take that first long step.

Kevin and Bastein rounded out the guides with humor and laughs.

This tour was the best we have taken in Hawaii! Our bus driver, Bob Brown was engaging, making the trip in the bus fun and informative. He gave us extras, taking us to another volcano sight! The food was delicious at the golf course restaurant we were taken to for breakfast! It was cold, so we advise that you plan to dress warmly with even mitten and hat! It is a five star event!

It was a drizzly and chilly day, starting off with a low energy. The whales might still be sleeping due to the bad weather... The atmosphere on the boat was quite subdued, but as the cruise progressed, we started spotting whales! "Oh! Over there!!!" "Oh! This way!!!" They came quite close, even splashing us with their breath. The early morning plan might have different chances of seeing whales depending on the weather. However, when you do see them, it's a 100% satisfying activity.

小雨ぱらぱらのお天気で肌寒いし、低めのテンションでのスタート。クジラさんもお天気悪いから、まだ寝ているのかもしれない。。。ますますテンション低めの船内でしたが、クルーズの後半になると、あっ！あそこ！！！あっ！こっち！！！とクジラさんが登場してきてくれました。しかもかなりの至近距離まできてくれて、ブリージンクの潮がかかるくらいです。早朝プランはお天気によってクジラさんに会える確立が違ってくるのかもしれませんね。でも、会えると満足度100％なアクティビティです。

I booked the early morning plan. We left around 6:30, and since it wasn't too far from the Sheraton, we arrived at the harbor in about 15 minutes by taxi. The boat was quite rocky, but I was glad to see several whales. It was a bit disappointing that I couldn't take good photos since the whales only appear for a moment.

6時半ぐらい出発して、シェラトンからあまり遠くので、タクシーで15分ぐらいでハーバーに着いた。船揺れが結構う激しかったけど、なん匹の鯨を見れてよかったです。鯨が出てくるのが一瞬なんだから、写真がうまく取れなくてちょっと残念です。

Marco was terrific - lots of interesting history and stories; the weather played along too. I would highly recommend!

I know every whale watch is a different experience but this was the best whale watch cruise ever. The crew was extremely knowledgeable and the captain seem to have a knack to know where they were going to be and how to move into the best position. The boat was two decks and you could move freely between them. It's a bigger boat which some say is worse for fighting for rail space when whales are spotted but I saw a smaller boat next to us and the waves were rocking them almost out of the water while our boat was barely rocking. We got lucky enough to spot two sets of whales and some bottle-nose dolphins even though it was the end of the season. The second set of whales came right up next to our boat and hung around for a while for us to get a really, really close look.

This was my second time participating. I invited my mother and a friend to join as well. Since it was a total lunar eclipse, the mountaintop was crowded. After that, we were suddenly hit by winds as strong as a typhoon, which made me realize the wonders of nature. However, the stories and support from the mountain guide warmed our hearts, and all the participants were very satisfied!!! Next time, I want to experience a starry sky at 3,500 meters. I was also given recommendations for delicious food, souvenirs, and restaurants, making it a fun trip to Maui.

皆既月食という事もあり山頂は混んでいました。
その後、いきなり襲われたのは台風並みの強風
大自然の驚異を実感しました。
しかし山ぴーさんのお話と対応で心温まり
参加者みんなが大満足でした！！！
また次は満点の星空を3500メートルで体験したいです。
美味しい食べ物やおみやげ、そしてレストランまで教えてもらい
楽しいマウイの旅でした。

I made a reservation for the morning. I was able to get to the port quickly, but I got lost trying to find the check-in location. It was in a small hut located in the largest pier that juts out into the sea. Please be careful, as there may be a chance you won't see it due to the line.

Now, the boat is two stories, and you can sit wherever you like during the cruise, but it felt like people were moving left and right every time a whale appeared. I was able to see them multiple times, both far and near. I didn't see any jumps, but it was a very satisfying cruise.

海に突き出た一番大きい桟橋の中にある小屋でした。行列の影で見えない可能性もあるので注意してくださいね。
さて、船は２階建てで好きな場所に座りクルーズしますが、クジラが出るたびに人々が右に左に移動する感じでした。
遠く近く合わせて何回も見れました。
ジャンプは見れなかったですがかなり満足のクルーズでした。

Had a great time.would not want to drive myself. Well worth it to have someone else drive. Too much to see along the way.the driver Tom was very good. Would recommend the trip to anyone.

My wife and I had a great time on this boating excursion/snorkeling trip today! Kudos to the captain and crew for accommodating the windy conditions and incorporating a whale watching excursion. Really down to earth and relaxed... I will recommend this trip with you to everyone that is visiting Maui. Fun time!!!

This was a great adventure! The staff was quite fun to be around. One of the crew-- Alex (I believe) was especially great in providing information and he had great energy and an awesome attitude!

We would definitely recommend this cruise!

I stayed at a guesthouse in Kaanapali next to Lahaina. We departed at 6:50 AM, took 5 minutes to reach the public parking lot, and then walked for another 5 minutes to the meeting point. There were already a lot of tourists gathered.

We boarded at 7:30 AM for a 2-hour whale watching tour. I was hoping to see whales like in the pictures, but all we saw that day was just a glimpse of a tail. It felt like the end of the season. I want to try again next year.

Lahaina隣のKaanapaliの民宿に宿泊、6時50分出発、パブリック駐車場迄5分、その後5分歩いて集合場所に行った。すでに大勢の観光客が集まっていた。
7時半に乗船し2時間のウオッチング。写真で見るようなクジラを期待していたが、この日は少し尾ひれが見えただけ。シーズン終わりの感がした。来年再チャレンジしたい。

On the third day of our family's first 3-night, 5-day trip to Maui, we joined an early morning tour that was a good deal, even though it wasn't the time for the Japanese guide. We thought we might see whales while looking at the ocean. It seemed like we went out far enough where other tour boats didn't go. We even encountered whales crossing right in front of our boat. ...And the guide exclaimed "Incredible!" because we took the best photos. And it was all with an iPhone. It was the best whale watching experience on our first trip to Maui. I would love to participate again.

家族4人の3泊5日初マウイ弾丸旅行の3日目、日本語ガイドが乗る時間帯ではないが海を見ていればクジラが観れるだろうと早朝のツアーが割安だったので参加しました。ほかのツアーの船がいかない沖まで行っていたように思えます。船のすぐ前を横切るクジラにも会えました。・・・そしてなんとガイドさんもIncredible!と叫ぶほど最高の写真が撮れました。しかもiPhoneでです。初マウイで最高ホェールウォッチングでした。また参加したいと思います。
