We enjoyed the tour and rank it as one of our best that we have ever taken. The guide was knowledgeable, had a great sense of humour and was very courteous. We had no idea that Kauai was such a movie making mecca! The structure of the DVD played during the tour was done very well.The addition of singing along with the South Pacific musical song of 'We Ain't Got Dames' was a fitting end to a great tour.
The driver was courteous and very conscious of our needs. We would recommend this to others and have fond memories of this tour

Kauai Movie Sightseeing Tour - Roberts Hawaii

A must-do for movie lovers!

This is a top-notch tour for movie and television lovers alike! The locations picked are ones which are instantly recognizable from the clips played by the tour guides en-route to each place. Many of the locations are absolutely stunning, and provide ample photo opportunities.

The guides on this tour are top-notch and provide detailed information about each stop and the movies/TV shows which were filmed there.

Being able to visit the abandoned Coco Palms was definitely a highlight of this tour. This is an exclusive that only Roberts Hawaii offers and is a big plus for booking with them!

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this tour and highly recommend it to movie fans of all ages!

空からの絶景

今回、カウアイ島に行くに当たり、絶対に参加したかったのがヘリコプターツアー。
TVでみて一目ぼれしたカウアイ島の絶景を見るには、やはりTVと同じように空からでしょ！ということでこちらのツアーに申し込みました。

結果、大正解！

ナパリコーストや、ワイメアキャニオンなど、眼下に広がる景色には行きを飲むものがあります。
また、絶対にヘリコプターでしか行けない場所を見れるのも貴重な体験です。
カウアイ島に来たら一度は参加するべきです。

今回、ちょっと奮発してFirst classを申し込みましたが、多少予算オーバーでも絶対にFirst classに乗るべきだと思います。
後部座席は4人がけで、体重によって座席が振り分けられるため、どこに座るかわかりません。
真ん中の席になると、ちょっと外が見づらいかなぁと。

あと、日本語ガイドとありましたが、私の時は英語ガイドでした。
他にもお客がいたためだと思います。

いずれにせよ、空からの景色はなかなか見れるものではありません。
アクティビティの値段としては少々高い部類ですが、それに見合うだけの価値はあります。

参加して本当に良かったツアーでした。

We started our time on Kauai with this. Awesome!! A great overview of the island. I would recommend that people have a basic outline of the major areas but the pilot was terrific. My only disappointment was the quality of the skycam doesn't do justice to the brilliant colors we actually saw!! Also, if the sky cam could be made to pan a little, even say 15 or 20 degrees to either side more of this beauty could be captured!! While a little expensive this is a must do!!

まずカウアイに訪れたら空から全体を把握！

ヘリコプターに乗る理由はその初めて訪れる場所の全体像を把握、ハイライトを、というところにあると思う。
特に短い滞在で　トレッキング等はしないつもりの旅程ならぜひお勧めする。ナ・パリコーストは上から眺める景色がやはり最高だし　カウアイの特徴である長年の雨で浸食された猛々しく美しい赤土と緑濃い山々の深さをきちんと眼で確かめるにはヘリコプターが手っ取り早く　素晴らしいと思う。
山頂を駆け抜ける野生の動物の発見などは上空から眺めて初めて発見できたのでは、と思った。大変感動する物でした。
このツアーには料金別でシートが決まっていますが、ファーストクラス参加の私たち夫婦は　機長さんの真横、全面はガラスとコックピットのみというまさに特等席だったので　景色が見やすくお値段は張りますが　この席をおすすめします。
普通クラスだと悪くはないけれど（後部座席４人乗り）前の席の姿が常に見えるので少し写真撮影などには障害になるかもしれません。
とにかくカウアイでの短い滞在のあなたならヘリコプターをお勧めします！！！！

景色サイコー！！

カウアイ島は初めてだったので、島全体を一気に観る事ができるヘリコプターツアーを選びました。
ヘリコプターは何回か乗ったことがありますが、今回が一番乗り心地が良かったです。

上空から見る景色は、サイコーでした。コストは若干高めですが、参加する価値はあります。

日本語ナレーションは無く、英語だけだったので、次回はもっと英語を勉強してから参加したいです。

We just wanted to send a thank you to HawaiiActivities and Sunshine Helicopters for such an amazing helicopter excursion. This was our first helicopter experience and it surely won't be our last. Seeing waterfalls and green valleys and ocean cliffs from the angles we did was so heavenly. We wish you the best and hope to one day return and do it all over again.

Ultimate Kauai Experience

We had a lovely time on this helicopter ride around Kauai and would recommend this to anyone wanting to take the lazy way of seeing parts of the island we just weren't willing to hike to +++. The valleys and waterfalls were gorgeous and the pilot was first-class. Thank you for the opportunity to post this review.

Kauai Movie Sites Tour - Film & TV Sets, Hanalei Bay, Opaekaa Falls & More

An Interesting Tour

When I found out that parts of Jurassic Park were filmed on Kauai I had to visit the film locations. The tour guide was very informative and showed us movie clips to refresh our memory of what the scene looked like in the movie. The scenery of Kauai is just stunning, and you can see why people filmed at these locations.

年末にカウアイ島プリンスヴィルに滞在しました。初めての滞在でしたので島内観光をしたかったけどあまり観光で忙しく過ごすのも嫌でしたのでヘリコプターで一気に観光することにしました。
事前に集合場所をリフエからプリンスヴィル空港に変更していただけたのでホテルからもすぐ近くで楽でした。
機内ではパイロットが英語で島内の見所を案内してくれました。
とても見物しやすくとても美しかったです。天候も良く最高でした。豊かな自然が手に取るように堪能できました。
こんなに素敵なツアーに感激です。

初めてカウアイ島へ行きましたが、やはりハイライトは空からの眺め・・ナパリコーストなどを見ることだと、このツアーに参加しました。空からの眺めは、日本国内でも今まで経験がありますが、ここカウアイで無数の滝の織り成す風景は絶景です。また、ナパリコーストも期待以上でした。次回また機会があれば、参加したいですね。今度はもっと滝が多い雨の時かなんか///

This was, by far, the best part of Kauai. I have recommended this to everyone I know. If you go to Kauai, you MUST see it by helicopter ! The staff were super friendly and the tour was truly awesome.

Highly recommended. We loved seeing Kauai from above. The Na Pali coast is just amazing, and the pilot told us that you can hike in there. Maybe someday when we come back, we'll try. Well-worth every penny. Thanks!

Ultimate Kauai Adventure

We had a great stay in Kauai and got to see the Waimea Canyon and Na Pali Coast! My wife and I brought the kids this time and did the ultimate Kauai helicopter tour. After the pre-flight jitters we were awing & snapping some beautiful pictures and the kids had a blast!!! Definitely a highlight to our vacation.

カウアイ島の素晴らしさを満喫！

初めてヘリコプターに乗りました。実は高いところ苦手なので…。ところが、いざ乗ってみるとそんな苦手意識をアッと言う間に忘れるくらい素晴らしい景色の連続でした。とにかくオススメです。ワイメアキャニオンは前日車で行っていたのですが、やっぱり上から見ると全然違うんです。いろいろな映画がここで撮影されるのも分かります。『実は恐竜がいるんだよ。』と言われても不思議ではないくらいとにかく自然の偉大さ・奥深さ、そしてそれをしっかりと残している素晴らしさを見ることが出来ました。
天気は…カウアイは雨が降ったり止んだりなのでずーっと晴れていることは期待しない方がいいと思います。小雨が降ると虹も見られますし(その虹は地上では絶対不可能な3/4の円くらいまで見られます）、逆に出発時に雨が降っててもツアー中には晴れてる所に行けると思いますし。ただ、乗り物酔いする人はちょっと注意してくださいね。
何人かで参加する方(特にハネムーナー)。当日の参加者の体重によって座る場所を指定されます。なので必ずしも隣になれないので…その辺は覚悟しといてください。

カウアイは天候が激しく変わるので、天候により問題はありますが、雨でも虹が見えるので、それはどちらがいいとはいえないかもしれません。私たちは出発のときは晴れていましたが、途中霧雨で虹が見え、ナパリでは快晴でした。でもヘリポートに戻ったときはどしゃぶりで、次の方々がかわいそうでした。

ホテルの近くのエリアにもツアーはありましたが，日本語ナレーション付きだったのでこれに決めました。地上や海から見ていた場所ですが上から見るとやはりすごい！迫力！です。日本語のナレーションはカウアイ島の歴史などを説明してくれるので退屈しませんし，滝の流れるクレーターも目の前！レンタカーで行く場合は，事務所の場所をホテルにあるパンフレットで確認しておくといいと思います。（ウチは気がつかなかったので近所で聞きました。）

絶景の連続でした。

カウアイ島でのヘリツアーの内､ウィルスカイヤー社のツアーのみ、ツアー中日本語でのガイダンスが流れるので､かなりお勧めです。やっぱり説明があるのとないのとでは全然違うと思いますので。ツアーの最初に日本語の案内必要かと聞いてくれました。へり内の席はどこもそうだと思いますが､バランスを考えて､ツアー会社が決められます。私が参加したときは右回りで､ツアー中盤以降のワイメア渓谷→ﾅﾊﾟﾘｺｰｽﾄ→滝いっぱいと絶景続きでした。特にﾅﾊﾟﾘｺｰｽﾄから、断崖絶壁を滝が絹糸みたいに幾重にも流れ落ちていく風景は絶景でした。けっして安くないですけど、必見だと思います。あと、最初に記念DVDを購入するかと聞かれます。だれも購入しないようだとDVDは撮影されません。その日のみえ具合を確認後、購入を決められないのがつらいところ。他社と比べて割高に感じるDVD料金。しかし、それには訳があり､購入する意思をつたえておくと、きちんと２人が乗り込むところから撮影されるので､かなりいい記念になると思います。
