Guided Waterfall Rappelling Adventure in Kauai
Perfect island adventure!
Reviewed by: Rachelle B, 2022/06/26The guides were awesome and extremely personable. They were sure that all the participants were comfortable with the process. They cheered us on and made sure we have a great time. The waterfalls are on private land that you would never otherwise get to experience. While the idea of rappelling may sound crazy, with the help of the guides, anyone can enjoy this adventure. Definitely a highlight to our trip! When we are back on the island, we’ll do it again!

Kipu Ranch Kauai ATV Tour with Waterfall Swim - Triple Trail Expedition
An awesome family adventure!
Reviewed by: Saundra S., 2022/06/25My family had an awesome time on this tour with our guides Ryan and Cousin Giggles! They made sure all drivers felt comfortable behind the wheel of their ATV and made safety a priority. The trails were fun with a great waterfall stop at the end. Only a few people actually got in the water. My husband did and said the rocks were very slick and water very cold but he would jump in again. It rained that morning but the trails were still very dusty in places and there were also large mud puddles. Take clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting bright red dirt on. My teens stated this was one of their favorite activities.

Luau Kalamaku - Kauai Polynesian Show with Hula & Fire Dancers
Not my favorite luau
Reviewed by: Saundra S., 2022/06/24I have attended luau's on two other islands and they were significantly better than this one. The food was subpar and did not include some traditional items I've seen at other luaus like poi. They do have an open bar with limited selections like Mai Tai and Blue Hawaii and local beers. There was no real imu ceremony and you could not view the pig being cooked in the ground like in others. The show was OK but more of a theatrical play centered around a storyline with little about Hawaiian history. We also did the train ride which was also just OK. You see some orchards and a few animals like pigs, cows, and horses. I would not recommend this luau to a friend. We were very disappointed overall.

Boat ride was so relaxing!

光の反射が少し残念
Reviewed by: こまわり, 2022/06/18体験談を読み、前席〈ファーストクラス）であれば、光の反射がなく絶景が見れるとのことでしたが、前席でも光の反射で見にくい時がありました。でも、後席よりは格段に良いと思いますので、ファーストクラス指定が良いと思います。
ツアー催行日の前日の夜に催行会社からホテルに電話があり、予定していたフライトが整備点検のためキャンセルになったとのこと、代替のフライトが２時間後でしたので大きな問題はなかったですが、ホノルルから日帰りので予定の方は、帰りのホノルル行きのフライトは余裕を持ったスケジュールにした方が良いと思います。

Not worth it if you have to get transportation there…

The captain had corny jokes; from the boat, you couldn’t see anything but the hau trees that lined the river; once you get to the grotto, it’s a pretty view but you’re 50-100yards from the cave entrance. The family sang but with all the people there, you could barely hear.
The taxi ride from Poipu was $70 each way. Add that to the cost of 2 tickets($60), this tour was not worth $200. Had we been located closer to the harbor, we might have been able to justify the cost.

It did not look like a "grotto" at all. The musical entertainment was okay but nothing to rave about. Something to do for seniors and children; otherwise, the tour is nothing to be excited about.

Best dinner and show ever!

Worth every penny!

We were given detailed instructions before beginning which made our adventure so smooth. Loved our tour so much we definitely have plans of returning with our grown adult kids to enjoy again. please note, when they say wear something that you dont mind messing up with red clay...it is a messy adventure but loads of fun!

Sacred Falls Adventure - Wailua River Kayak, Hike & Waterfall Swim
Great Time!

He was very personable ( even learned all 12 of our names during the trip) and taught us many things along the trail. We are novice kayakers and felt that the trip was well suited to our abilities. The hike was very easy as well. Would highly recommend and would like to say a huge thank you to T for making the experience over the top.

Amazing experience.

Gorgeous tour with knowledgeable guides!

The guides were knowledgeable and entertaining throughout the paddle and dealt marvelously with the various experience levels within the group. We will be going again on our next trip to Kauai!

It was very family oriented. I eat a fully plant-based diet and he personally came to our table to inform me of the amazingly unexpected meal accommodations they made JUST for me. The experience was incredible.
