The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the activities. However, some people on the same bus were being excessively noisy both on the bus and on the boat, which made us uncomfortable. There are people who want to rest on the shared bus, and it was too loud, making it difficult for us to have conversations. I understand that it might be difficult to address this on the spot, so I would appreciate it if you could raise awareness about this in your guidelines or instructions.

スタッフは親切でアクティビティも楽しめました。ただ、同じバスの方たちがバスの中や船内で度を越えた騒ぎ方をしていて不快な気持ちになりました。乗り合いバスの中は、休みたい人もいますし、騒がし過ぎて、バスや、船内では。私達の会話もほとんどできませんでした。その場での注意は難しいと思いますので、注意事項などで喚起していただけますと幸いです。

We had an early morning meeting, but they arrived on time to pick us up. The guidance was in English only, and since my English skills are non-existent, I couldn't understand the conversation at all, but it seemed like the guide was doing their best. (I'm sorry...) It was a mixed taxi, but the air conditioning was extremely strong, so even someone like me who gets hot easily was shivering, so I think a jacket is essential. The weather was nice, and even though it was February, we could see the beautiful sunrise.

朝早くからの集合でしたが、、時間通りにお迎えきていただけました。英語のみの案内なので、当方英語力皆無で、トーク内容は全然わかりませんでしたが、一生懸命ガイドしていただいてるようでした。（すみません。。）混合タクシーでしたが、めちゃめちゃ冷房が効いていて、暑がりの私でも震えましたので上着は必須だと思います。
お天気も良く、２月の時期でしたが朝日もきれいにみえました。

Yoshi was an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide with the whole experience being relaxed. We saw some wonderful, once in a lifetime sights. Would definitely recommend this tour.

This was my first experience snorkeling abroad, so I felt very reassured by having a Japanese guide. Unlike regular beaches, Hanauma Bay offers a unique experience with entry restrictions and mandatory viewing of an educational video upon entry. I encountered sea turtles three times, and I was able to take great photos and videos with the rented camera. The fish in the coral reefs were large and impressive. Although the actual snorkeling lasted about an hour, I think it was just the right amount of exertion for us in our mid-fifties. It was truly enjoyable! Since it was November, I followed the guide's advice and wore a wetsuit, so I didn't feel cold at all. Additionally, I was advised to take motion sickness medication beforehand, which helped me avoid feeling unwell even when the waves were high. I really appreciated the guide's helpful advice.

海外でのシュノーケリングは初体験だったので、日本語ガイド付きという点でとても安心でした。また、普通のビーチと違い、入場制限や入場時の啓発ビデオ視聴が義務付けられているハナウマ湾ならではの体験ができました。ウミガメとの遭遇も３回もあり、レンタルしたカメラでもいい写真や動画を撮ることができました。また、サンゴ礁の魚たちはサイズが大きくて、見ごたえがありました。シュノーケリング自体は正味１時間ですが、５０代半ばの私たちにとってはちょうどいい負荷だったと思います。本当に楽しかったです！１１月ということで、ガイドさんのアドバイスにしたがいウエットスーツを着用したので寒さも感じませんでしたし、事前に酔い止めを勧められて服用していたので、波が高くても気分が悪くなることもありませんでした。ガイドさんの適切なアドバイスがとてもありがたかったです。

It was my first time doing ocean activities in Hawaii, and it was amazing! I was moved to see Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the water. I will definitely make a reservation the next time I go to Hawaii. I also plan to book a sunset catamaran next time 😊.

The fishing guy was very helpful, fixed all the issues. Good service, but I wanted more fish.

Driving the buggy myself was so much fun! Since there were no other Japanese people besides our couple, I was a bit worried about my English, but we had an instructor for every four groups, and there was also a video explanation in Japanese, so I was able to participate in the tour with peace of mind.

The gate was lowered accurately to the right spot. Therefore, I didn't have to walk a long distance. The driver was friendly, and he was happy when I gave him a tip.

The driver only spoke English, but he was quite friendly. When I gave him a tip, he was very happy. His driving was safe.

Forrest was quite knowledgeable and so polite! I'm prone to motion sickness, but did not get nauseous at all in the van. Got to get out and walk along the water, pet and feed horses, and learn all about the history of the beautiful, Hawaiian valley. The gift shop was great, too, with very reasonably priced snacks and ice cream. Wonderful and memorable experience! Mahalo nui loa!

I'm not good at marine sports, but I was invited by a friend and participated. We paddled a canoe and were able to go to deep parts of the ocean that we wouldn't have dared to go to on our own. Riding the waves was fun, and the scenery was beautiful—it was the best! The instructor was also good at Japanese, which made me feel at ease!

マリンスポーツは苦手ですが友達に誘われて参加しました。
カヌーをこいで自分たちだけでは怖くて行けない海の深いところまで行けて、波に乗るのも楽しく、景色も綺麗で最高でした！
インストラクターの方も日本語が上手で安心しました！

I think it can be enjoyed by everyone from small children to adults. The fusion of a show and circus makes it even more enjoyable if you understand English.

小さい子供から大人まで楽しめると思います。

My five year old granddaughter had a blast catching the most fish. The captain and mate took her under their thumb and gave her a first lesson she’ll never forget. Very awesome.

I was worried because it said to contact in English if there were any issues, but everything went smoothly and they picked me up on time. I'm glad.

問題があった時に英語で問い合わせと書いてあり心配でしたが、何も問題なく時間通りに迎えに来てもらいました

For movie fans who want to experience a different side of Hawaii, I recommend this. I think you'll enjoy it even more if you understand English.

映画のファン、いつもと違うハワイを味わいたい方にはおすすめです。

It's all in English (laughs). My daughter, who can hear but doesn't understand English, was confused. But we managed somehow! At one point, my 4-year-old daughter was surprised and cried when she got splashed with water, but I enjoyed it until the end! They took many precious photos of my timid daughter trying her best to pet the dolphins. When you give a signal, the dolphins perform various tricks based on that signal. It was so much fun!

なんとかなります！
途中、4歳の娘はお水をかけられてびっくりして泣いてしまいましたが私は最後まで楽しめました！
ただ、ビビリな娘が頑張ってイルカさんを撫でているところなど沢山お写真に納めてくださり貴重な体験ができました。
ただ合図するとイルカさんはその合図によって色んなパフォーマンスをしてくれます。
楽しかったです〜！

Went early had breakfast - super easy check-in- very knowledgeable and helpful employees- great picture takers as well 😊 . Wish we had signed up for more. Well worth it. Enjoy!!

Everything went smoothly-tour operator picked us up on time at designated spot and returned us at appropriate time, and gave us a narrative talk about the area enroute to Diamond Head. The destination was exceptional -with amazing views of the inland and coastline. One tip- it appears that the later you go in the day the busier the trail gets. We left at 8:30 am and the crowds were manageable. If you're in Honolulu-definitely check this beauty out-and plan to get a good cardiovascular workout in climbing to the top!

One in a Lifetime Experience with the most beautiful Views

We had a great time on the glass bottom boat tour with our toddler. He loved seeing the fish and hearing about the coral reefs. It was his first time on a boat! The tour guide was very informative and was so happy to share all information he had about the island.

There are few photos, but the videos I took are amazing to watch later! If you go to Hawaii, you definitely should experience the 150m ride!

We had a really great time on our charter on Tues Nov 11th. It was blowing hard in the morning but the crew managed to find us an area that was out of the wind. Captain Zach, Gauge and Styles(?.... Can't quite remember his name) were truly the best part of the whole thing. They were all super engaging and gave a lot of information about the sea life around the island, although the Captain might need to work on his jokes a little! Haha. I would highly recommend this charter company to anyone. Thanks guys! - Leroy, Nathanda and the boys.

My family does horseback riding, so I wanted to try it in Hawaii as well! This was my first experience riding, but even someone like me was able to ride for two hours without any trouble. For experienced riders, just walking might not be enough, but the scenery is amazing as you get to ride across vast lands that you wouldn't normally experience! I'm glad I went.

家族が乗馬をやっているのでハワイでも乗りたい！ということで行きました。私は乗馬初体験でしたが、こんな私でもトラブルなく無事2時間乗っていられました。経験者には歩くだけで物足りないかもしれませんが。しかし景色は普段味わえない広大な土地を歩くので最高です！行ってよかったです。

The hotel pickup was on time. A friendly driver took us to the location while providing sightseeing information. The weather at Hanauma Bay was perfect. Since the number of visitors is limited, we were able to enjoy snorkeling in a spacious and relaxed environment. The return pickup time was also accurate, allowing us to spend our time efficiently and as planned.

ホテルのピックアップは予定時間通り。フレンドリーなドライバーが観光案内をしながら現地まで送ってくれました。ハナウマ湾の天気は最高でした。
入場者数が制限されているので、ゆったりとしたスペースでシュノーケリングを楽しむことができました。
帰りのお迎え時間も正確で、無駄なく予定通りの時間を過ごすことができました。

I have seen both "O" and "K" before, and the content of this performance is on par with "O." The 90 minutes flew by in no time. Since it was a weekday in November, the venue was about 70% full. There were empty seats on the sides, making it relatively easy to find seats. I watched from the front row, and it was very impressive, but my neck got tired. I recommend sitting in the 4th or 5th row from the front.

今までに「オー」と「カー」を観てきましたが、公演の内容は「オー」に匹敵するほどのレベル。あっという間に90分の時間が過ぎていきました。
11月の平日ということで会場は7割程度の入り。脇の席が空いていて、比較的に席は取りやすいようでした。最前列の席で観覧し迫力満点でしたが、首が疲れます。前から4〜5列目がお薦めです。

It was an experience that exceeded my imagination. The sunset and starry sky were very moving. Yamapi's explanations were also easy to understand.

Captain Nick and crew showed us a great time on our fourth consecutive annual November sunset cruise. Each one is a little different vibe. Sunday appears to be the best day for a more peaceful vibe. Great interaction with Captain and crew. The food is OK (catered boxes) but we started scheduling a post-cruise restaurant dinner last year at nearby Fresco and enjoyed that again this year. We plan to take this cruise every year!

It was a bit different from the sandbar I had in mind, but my family who accompanied me seemed to enjoy it. I thought the staff's response was very good. I wish the light snack donuts had been malasadas.

思っていたサンドバーとは少し違っていましたが同行していた家族は、それなりに楽しめたようです。スタッフさん達の対応はとても良かったと思いました。軽食のドーナツがマラサダだと良かったなとおもいました。
