We had a great time on our snorkeling trip to Lanai. Great crew, beautiful day, lots of dolphins, great snorkel spot - some of clearest water we have ever snorkeled in. Thanks!

We had a lot of fun and our guide Lindsay was great. The paddle is not difficult and the trail is easy. Waterfall was so awesome!

The whole experience was awesome! The sandbar and the snorkeling were really cool. The banana boat and bumper tube was super fun! At one point while on the banana boat we had stopped and just watched a turtle pop its cute head up and swim by. I would definitely do this again.

The guide who came to pick us up was so cheerful that the trip there and back was never boring!

Diamond Head was not as tough as I expected, and I was able to enjoy the scenery while climbing. The view from the top was amazing, and when we came down, the guide was there to pick us up again, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable!

ダイアモンドヘッドは思ったより過酷では無く景色を楽しめながら登れたし頂上の景色は最高でしたし降りたらまたガイドさんがちゃんと迎えに来てくれて全然ストレスなく楽しめました！

This was. The kids 1st time to the islands paid to have them greeted with leis. It was fun they enjoyed. The person was amazing goving suggestions on activities offering alternatives due to the weather. Highly recommend

What an amazing evening at the Luau! Everything from the welcome to the evening was magical! Came as strangers, left as family as we learned of the ways of the past! Mahalo

It was a pleasant experience. The guide was cute and amazing! I highly recommend it. You can really feel the essence of Hawaii. You should definitely visit Kualoa Ranch.

Initially, the tour was canceled due to rain and thunder before our scheduled departure. We were able to reschedule for the next day, but it was cloudy, the tide was bad, and the water was deep enough that I couldn't stand. 💦 However, all the staff were very friendly, and their effort to entertain the guests was clearly felt. They also paid attention to safety management; they checked how my daughter and I were wearing our life jackets and made adjustments because it was important, which made us feel safe and allowed us to enjoy ourselves. Having staff who can speak Japanese is definitely reassuring. During snorkeling, we were able to see a school of fish, and the staff helped us spot a sea turtle, even if just for a moment. It's natural that the weather can be unpredictable, but I would love to try again on a nicer day and would definitely want to book this tour again.

当初予約の日時に、出発前に雨と雷でツアーが欠航になりました。翌日に変更できたのですが、曇っていて潮が悪く背が立たないくらい深かった💦
でも、スタッフさんたちは皆さんフレンドリーで、ゲストを楽しませようという感じがとても伝わりました。安全管理も気を配っていて、私と娘のライフジャケットのつけ方を見て、大事なことだからと直してくださったり、安心して楽しく過ごせました。やはり、日本語可能スタッフさんがいてくれると安心ですね。シュノーケリングではお魚の群れを見ることができ、スタッフさんが教えてくれてウミガメもちょっとだけ見ることができました。
自然なので仕方がないですが、もうちょっとお天気のいい時に再チャレンジしたいし、またこのツアーにお願いしたいと思いました。

The driver helped me with lifting and lowering my heavy suitcase, which was a great help. After arriving at Terminal 1, I will head to Terminal 2.

I booked this for a trip to Hawaii with my father.

It was conveniently located in the Royal Hawaiian Center in the heart of Waikiki.

Before the show, there was a buffet with desserts and welcome drinks. The show featured hula, Tahitian dance, fire knife performances, and even tributes to Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, all with an intensity that exceeded my expectations! It was a fantastic blend of Hawaiian culture and rock 'n' roll, and I enjoyed it from start to finish.

I was especially surprised when I received a ring during the Elvis Presley performance! It became the best memory of my trip with my father.

The staff were cheerful, the venue was clean, and the sound and lighting were professional. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to have a fun night in Hawaii. I would love to go again when I return to Waikiki!

ワイキキ中心部のロイヤル・ハワイアン・センター内でアクセスが良かったです。

ショーの前にはビュッフェがあり
デザートやウェルカムドリンクもありました。
ショーはフラ、タヒチアンダンス、ファイヤーナイフ、エルビス・プレスリーやマイケル・ジャクソンのステージまであり、想像以上の迫力！
ハワイらしさとロックンロールが融合したショーで最初から最後まで楽しめました。

特にエルビス・プレスリーのパフォーマンスでは、なんと指輪をいただけてびっくり！父との旅の最高の思い出になりました。

スタッフの方も明るく、会場もきれいで、音響や照明も本格的。ハワイで楽しい夜を過ごしたい方には本当におすすめです。またワイキキに来たら行きたいです！

We are very happy that we chose to experience a Lua and specifically with the Smith Family. You can tell they love to do this in every little detail. Would highly recommend!

The meeting place was stated to be inside the hotel, but in reality, it was on the street outside the hotel. There was no tour guide who understood Japanese, and after waiting for 10 minutes with no sign of them, I went outside and wandered around until I found the bus and called out to them. I think I would have been left behind if I had stayed inside the hotel. It was very unkind. The park itself was just as I expected and very good!

集合場所がホテル内と書いてあったが、実際にはホテル外の路上。日本語がわかる添乗員おらず10分待っても来ないため、外に出てうろうろしていたところバスを見つけこちらから声を掛けた。ホテル内にいたらおいていかれるところだったと思う。とても不親切。パーク自体は予想通りでとても良かったです！

Our service was wonderful. We had great seats. The dancers were amazing.

I couldn't communicate in Japanese, but I had a great time horseback riding even in the heavy rain! The people were very kind, and I felt safe riding. I want to try again on a nice day!

A trip to Hawaii with my 86-year-old mother and three couples in their 50s. We planned to spend a relaxing seven nights at the Hilton Grand Islander time share. However, I remembered that my mother had expressed interest in parasailing, so I checked out Veltra later in the trip. There were discounts for early morning sessions, and the meeting point was about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. I wasn't sure if all three of us could fly together, so I called to inquire (in English). They informed me that depending on the weather, if the captain deemed it possible, all three could go together; if not, one person would fly twice, so we wouldn't have to fly with strangers. I quickly made an online reservation for the next morning! In the end, all three of us flew together, and we were all very satisfied with the tour.

On the day of the activity, I thought it best to bring as little as possible, so I only took towels, water, and cash for tips for the number of people. However, I didn't have enough cash to purchase the paid photos, so I had to return to the hotel to get my credit card. Since you generally don't get wet, I think one towel per group is sufficient.

86歳の母と50代夫婦3人のハワイ旅行。ヒルトングランドアイランダーのタイムシェアで7泊の基本のんびりと過ごすだけの予定でした。ただ母が以前からパラセーリングに興味があると言ってたのが気になり、旅も後半に入ってからベルトラをチェック。朝早くなら割引もあり、集合場所もホテルから歩いて10分ほどの場所。ただ、3人一緒に飛べるのかがはっきりしなかったので、電話（英語）で問い合わせると、天候によりキャプテンの判断で3人が可能なら3人、難しい場合は1人が2回飛ぶ形で2人づつということで、知らない人と飛ぶことはないとの回答だったので、早速翌朝の回をネット予約し決行することに！結果3人一緒に飛べて3人とも大満足のツアーでした。

当日はなるべく少ない荷物と思い、人数分のタオルと水とチップ用の現金だけを持って行きましたが、有料の写真を購入するお金の持ち合わせがなく、ホテルにクレジットカードをとりに戻りました。基本濡れないので、タオルもグループで一枚あれば十分と思います。

The difference from the past is that there are many participants and various ways to enjoy it (in the past, it was only snorkeling), so people of all ages can have fun. However, on this day, we were affected by half rain and cold.

昔との違いは、多くの参加者、いろいろな楽しみ方（昔はシュノーケリングのみ）があるので、年齢層に関係なく楽しめます。ただこの日は半分移行雨と寒さにやられました。

This is my fourth visit, but I brought my family for the first time. Everyone was excited and voiced their joy while enjoying the beautiful scenery during the drive. We had a great time exploring the magnificent views and filming locations. However, all the guidance after departure is in English.

私は4回目の訪問ですが、初めての家族を連れて行きました。運転しながらい凛な景色を見て全員が声を出して喜んでいました。壮大な景色やロケ地を見て回りとても楽しい時間を過ごせました。ただ出発後は案内はすべて英語です。

It was the day when Kana and Takako were on board, so they kindly explained the precautions for snorkeling, allowing us to enjoy it with peace of mind. The boat also had a slide, and sliding down into the sea was exhilarating! After swimming, the Mai Tai made at the open bar was the best for my dry throat. The only disappointment was that I didn't get to encounter a turtle.

カナさんとタカコさんが乗船されている日だったので、シュノーケリング時の注意点などを丁寧に説明いただき、安心して楽しむことができました。船にスライダーもあり、海へと滑り落ちるのは爽快です！泳いだ後のカラカラの喉に、オープンバーで作ってもらえるマイタイは最高でした。唯一、カメに出会えなかったことだけが残念でした。

I wasn't very knowledgeable about the war, but they provided detailed information about that time. It was great that a Japanese person was the tour guide.

It wasn't too long, and I was able to see it from a very close seat, so it felt like it went by in a flash. The performers used their well-trained bodies, and their performances were amazing, often leaving me breathless. Additionally, the scene where they drew pictures in the sand was captivating and entertaining. I didn't feel much of a storyline, but the frequent transitions kept the production engaging. It was refreshing to see the audience being involved in the performance. This might be a new form of entertainment.

長すぎもなく、とても近い席で見れたのであっというまでした。鍛え抜かれた身体を使い、演技者のパフォーマンスが素晴らしく，息を呑む事もしばしばでした。また、砂の絵を描くシーンでは、面白くて見入ってしまいました。ストーリー性はあまり感じなかったのですが、切り替えが多くて飽きない演出でした。会場のお客さんを取り込み、パフォーマンスをさせたのは新鮮な印象でした。新しいエンターティメントかもしれないですね。

I had a lot of fun.
I think it's better to wear clothes that can get dirty.
If I have the chance to go again, I would like to try horseback riding as well.

I participated with my daughter, who said she wanted to fly in the sky. I thought she might be a little scared, but she was flying higher than the birds and was having an amazing time! The staff were very kind to the children, which helped ease their nerves. She said she wants to fly again, so I hope we can experience it once more. Thank you very much!

I have been going to Hawaii for many years and was aware of Kualoa Ranch, but I had avoided this attraction because I wasn't very interested in the Jurassic Park movies. However, after participating for the first time, I was greatly impressed by the scale and structure of the attraction. This time, I joined three tours: the Jungle, Movie, and Kualoa Farm tours, and I would like to participate in the remaining tours in the future if given the opportunity. Also, the staff members were really kind, and I’m very glad I participated in this tour.

ハワイに長年行っており、クアロア・ランチのことは知っていましたが、ジュラシックパークの映画にあまり興味がないので、このアトラクションを敬遠していました。しかし、初めて参加して、スケールの壮大さやアトラクションの構成に大変感動しました。今回は、ジャングル、ムービーとクアロア農園の３件のツアーに参加しましたが、機会があれば残りのツアーにも今後参加したいと思います。あと、スタッフの方々も本当に親切で、今回のツアーに参加して本当に良かったです。
