Please be very careful when making a reservation. It starts late and ends early. 【予約時には十分注意してください】遅く始まって、早く終わります。

The opening is at 17:15 and it's first come, first served, but the actual opening is at 17:30, and you will be guided to your seats while taking photos, which makes it extremely late. Additionally, you will be split into two groups for seating, so just lining up early doesn’t guarantee good seats. The meal is a typical buffet style, but if you don’t grab everything in one round, they start clearing it away quickly. It’s tough, but I recommend taking two plates to get your food. Just when I thought the show was getting exciting, it ended nearly an hour earlier than expected. (It was supposed to end around 20:15, but it actually ended at 19:20.) It was so bad that I requested a refund, but I was told it was not eligible. The staff at Veltra were very sincere in their response, but the event itself was the worst.

開場が17:15かつ早いもの順と言っていますが、17:30に開場、写真を撮りながら席へ案内されるためめちゃくちゃ遅くなります。また、途中から二手に分かれて座席へ案内されるようになるため早く並んでいたから良い席になるわけではありません。食事は良くあるビュッフェスタイルですが、1周で取りきらないとあっという間に片付けが始まります。大変ですけどお皿を2枚もって料理を取ることをお勧めします。ショーが始まって盛り上がってきたと思ったら想定よりも1時間近く早く終了しました。（20:15ごろ終了とのことでしたが、実際は19:20でした）あまりにひどいので返金対応を求めましたが、対象外との返事でした。
ベルトラの方には誠心誠意対応していただきましたが、催事自体は最悪です。

I participated with my daughter and four grandchildren. It started with a welcome drink, and before the show began, we had tattoos drawn on us and enjoyed activities like javelin throwing and canoeing—there was so much to do! At the beach, we saw seals lying around, which was a sight we don't often get to see. When the show started, the kids also participated in hula dancing on stage, and there were singing and dancing performances, including an impressive fire dance. It was a wonderful experience!

It was a smaller venue than I imagined, but I had a great time. The elaborate staging with large equipment was wonderful, but the simple act of climbing the pillar impressed me the most.

I enjoyed Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas, Tokyo, and Hawaii. The unique performances in Hawaii were thrilling and exciting ⭐️ It was an incredible hour and a half. A few audience members even joined the stage, making it a wonderful Hawaiian experience.

It was very good. I think there were many Western audience members. Perhaps because of that, the audience was lively, and the overall atmosphere was very American. They reacted to each performance, cheering and expressing their joy, which made it enjoyable for us as well. It was a vibe that you don't often find in Japan, but experiencing that atmosphere made the trip to Hawaii worthwhile.
The show obviously featured dynamic acrobatics as the main attraction, but there were also interludes of skits that created a storyline. It wasn't a complicated story, but it was enjoyable just to watch. The costumes and dances conveyed Hawaiian culture well, making it a show unique to Hawaii.
Due to the weak yen, the ticket prices were quite high, but it became a wonderful memory.

The buffet had a wide variety of food and drinks, and I definitely overate. The Hawaiian songs and dances were also enjoyable. The sunset view in the background was lovely.

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon and werent diasappointed. The venue itself was beautiful, as was all the food and presentations around. It had a very Hawaii vibe and feel. 船から見るホノルルは新鮮で良かった。また夕日は最高にロマンティックでした。お食事はビュッフェで、野菜がいっぱい食べれて良かったです。食事はもう少し美味しければ尚良いかも。。。ケーキも美味しかった。またショーも良かったです。あっという間の2時間でした。
甲板は風が強いので、羽織ってるものが飛ばされないように注意してくださいね。誘導が曖昧なので、自分でしっかり聞いてバスに乗ってください。数名間違えていらっしゃる方がいて、出発が遅くなりました。

The atmosphere was cheerful and enjoyable. The meals were buffet-style with a wide variety, and I felt completely full. After the meal, I relaxed on a chair, enjoying the night view while feeling the sea breeze. Since it was Friday, I also got to enjoy fireworks.

When it comes to Hawaii, the sunset dinner cruise is a must. I boarded after a long time. To be honest, the food was just okay, but I had a great time with the show. The price felt a bit high, but I think that's understandable in these times.

Overall, the seats were close to the stage, so it was very impressive! The costumes had a Hawaiian vibe, and the story incorporated Hawaiian culture, making the time fly by. It’s a bit pricey, but having seen Cirque du Soleil performances multiple times, I felt that this experience was unique to Hawaii and definitely worth seeing.

This time, we made a reservation for a slightly nicer course to celebrate our anniversary! The food was just the right amount, and we received a commemorative photo with the date, making it a wonderful anniversary. It was also great that there was a shuttle service to the nearby hotel.
