I was able to see a wonderful starry sky. Our guide, James, was a friendly nice guy, and we had a great time. This is a tour that everyone should experience at least once.

A fantastic representation to this event of the past. An opportunity to pay your respects to those who lost their lives.

We had such a great tour. Our bus driver was outstanding and made the ride fun and informative! Enjoyed learning more about the events in Pearl Harbor, and thoroughly enjoyed touring the Missouri. Highly recommend!

I usually don't venture out of Waikiki, so this time I joined a tour. The guide spoke Japanese, which was reassuring. During the bus ride, they provided commentary in both Japanese and English.

At the Dole Plantation, I got to ride the pineapple train and enjoy pineapple ice cream. The guide showed us how to buy the train tickets. I had expected to see a lot of pineapples while riding the train, but we mostly passed through grassy areas where they weren't very visible. If you looked closely, you could see some pineapple-like plants in the distance. After getting off the train, I realized I could have seen pineapples up close without riding, but I think it's worth taking the ride at least once if you're there.

The pineapple ice cream was large, so we shared it. It was delicious.

We spent about two hours at the North Shore. I thought we might see sea turtles, so I headed towards the ocean, but I didn't find any. After that, we had a meal at a café with an ocean view, and before I knew it, time flew by, and I hurried back to the bus.

While passing a shop near the bus, I was suddenly approached and told I had ten seconds to listen to a sales pitch for cosmetics. The North Shore is vast, and time is limited, so I recommend politely declining if you're not interested in cosmetics.

In Hawaii, it's difficult to travel far without renting a car, so I really enjoyed being able to visit various places on this tour.

いつもワイキキから出ないので、今回はツアーで連れて行ってもらいました。
ガイドさんは日本語がわかる方で安心感がありました。バスの移動中はずっと日本語と英語でガイドしていました。
ドールプランテーションではパイナップルトレインに乗ったり、パイナップルアイスが食べられました。トレインのチケットはガイドさんが買い方を教えてくれます。トレインに乗ってパイナップルがたくさんあるところをまわると思っていましたが、草原のようなところであまり見られませんでした。よーく見ると遠くにパイナップルみたいなものが実ってました。トレインを降りてから、間近でパイナップルを見られたので乗らなくてもよかったかなと思いましたがせっかく行くなら一度は乗ってみてもいいと思います。
パイナップルアイスは大きいのでシェアしました。美味しかったです。
ノースショアでの滞在時間は2時間ほどでした。ウミガメが見られるかと思い海の方に行きましたが、見つかりませんでした。そのあと海の見えるカフェで食事したらあっという間に時間が過ぎてしまい急いでバスにもどりました。
バスの近くのお店を通りかかったときに突然声をかけられ、10秒と言われて話を聞いていたら化粧品の販売でした。ノースショアは広くただでさえ時間がないので、化粧品に興味のない方は早めに断ることをおすすめします。
ハワイではレンタカーなどを借りないと自分で遠くに行くことは難しいので、今回ツアーでいろいろ行けて楽しかったです。

I participated in the English tour. We were the only Japanese group, but the guide was fluent in Japanese and provided explanations in Japanese at each point, which made me feel at ease.

The dinner they prepared (a sandwich from a famous shop) was incredibly delicious, and I will never forget the taste while enjoying the sunset at the summit.

The experience of being taken by car to a place higher than Mount Fuji is something very precious that you can only experience here.

We also got to observe the stars at a high-altitude spot exclusive to this tour. While enjoying the warm cocoa they provided, I was thrilled to spot the "Southern Cross," which is hard to see from Japan.

英語ツアーで参加しました。日本人参加グループは私たちだけでしたが、ガイドさんは日本語も堪能で、ポイントごとに日本語で説明してくれて安心しました。
用意してくれた夕食（有名店のサンドイッチ）がとても美味しくて、山頂での夕日を眺めながら食べた味は一生忘れません。
富士山よりも高い場所へ車で連れて行ってくれる体験は、ここでしか味わえないとても貴重なものだと思います。
星空観測もこのツアー限定のかなり標高の高い場所で見せてもらえました。用意してくれた暖かいココアをいただきながら、日本からはなかなか見られない「南十字星」を見つけて大はしゃぎしました。

I felt安心 (safe) participating with a guide who could speak Japanese. I joined the tour on the day a volcano erupted, so I was able to take photos of the volcano from the summit. The oxygen was quite thin at the top, and I felt a bit dizzy, haha. I thought it might be good to have a little more caution, but no one in our tour experienced any health issues. The journey and the scenery along the way were also very enjoyable.

日本語を話せるガイドさんで安心して参加できました。
ちょうど火山が噴火した日に参加したので山頂からボルケーノを写真に残すことができました。
山頂はかなり酸素が薄く結構フラフラしました笑
もう少し注意喚起をしたほうがいいのでは？とも思いましたが、我々のツアーでは体調不良者は1人も出ませんでした。
道中の道のりや風景もとても楽しかったです。

Diamond Head had great weather and the views were fantastic. Our guide, Jonathan, explained everything in detail and made it enjoyable. After Diamond Head, since it was just our group, we were able to stop by the shops we wanted to visit, take photos, and he was flexible with the timing. It was a fulfilling day.

ダイアモンドヘッドはお天気も良く、景色がとても良かったです、ガイドのジョナサンが、詳しく、ポイントを丁寧に説明してくれて、楽しかったです。ダイアモンドヘッドの後は、私達のグループだけだったので、行きたかったお店に、寄っていただいたり、
写真を撮ってくださり、時間も柔軟に対応していただき、充実した1日でした。

Going to the summit of Mauna Kea is an incredible experience. It felt like being on Mars and seeing the clouds below you and the sunset felt surreal. We were also lucky enough to see the glow of the lava from the volcano from there. Hawaiian Eyes Tour with Chris was a seamless experience. Chris gave lots of interesting information about the area and took a lot of care with our safety. I highly recommend this experience; it’s well worth the cost!

We happened to be the only participants that day, so my wife and I were able to enjoy the wonderful sunset and the starry sky from the summit of Haleakalā in a private-like setting. We also learned some fun techniques for capturing the night sky with an iPhone.

たまたま当日他の参加者なく我々夫婦のみでハレアカラ山頂からの素晴らしい夕陽と満天の星をプライベートプレイスのようなポジションで楽しむことができました。iPhoneでの星空撮影など楽しいテクニックも教えてもらいました。

I saw the most amazing sunset of my life at the summit of Mauna Kea! Our guide, James, was very considerate of us, even though we didn't understand much English, and it made for a wonderful trip!

I will participate in the Mauna Kea Sunrise Tour guided by Sho-chan. I will definitely return to the Big Island next year or the year after.

The whole trip from the pick up to the summit was amazing. Our tour guide James was awesome and very informative. Highly recommend making this trip when you are on the island!

Overall, this is an excellent option for anyone wanting an easy, affordable, and meaningful visit to Pearl Harbor.

The 5:00 AM pickup made it easy to reach the trail before the crowds and heat, and the sunrise views from the summit were absolutely worth the early wake-up with rewarding panoramic views of Waikiki and the coastline at the top.

Chief’s Luau was an incredible and lively Polynesian cultural experience from start to finish, with the fire knife dancing as the highlight!

We visited the North Shore with its beautiful beaches and surf spots, drove along the east side with coastal views, and stopped at the Dole Plantation for delicious pineapple treats and souvenirs.

Our guide was engaging and shared interesting behind-the-scenes stories that made the tour. The 90-minute duration as well was perfect to see the highlights without feeling rushed

The buffet offered a good variety of dishes, and the Polynesian show was entertaining and lively, adding a fun cultural touch to the cruise!

The Mauka Warriors Luau was an incredible Christmas Eve experience and a great way to celebrate in Hawaii.

The Waikiki Trolley Hop-On Hop-Off Tour was a very convenient and enjoyable way to explore Honolulu and the surrounding areas at our own pace.

This was a very memorable and educational experience as well as emotional and meaningful, and we appreciated learning more about the history surrounding Pearl Harbor.

Highly recommend for anyone wanting to see the highlights of Oahu without the stress of driving as this was an excellent way to experience the island’s beauty, culture, and local spots all in one day.

The dinner had a good variety of traditional Hawaiian foods, and the staff was welcoming and organized from start to finish

Watching the sunset over Waikiki from the water was beautiful and relaxing.

The day was well organized with plenty of photo opportunities and comfortable transportation

Visiting the Arizona Memorial was very moving and educational, and the guides shared a lot of interesting history throughout the tour

The buffet dinner had a nice variety of food, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the Polynesian show was entertaining and energetic.

I wasn't expecting much due to some clouds, but the sea of clouds at the summit was absolutely stunning! Also, the sunset was very beautiful, and as I watched, the starry sky gradually became clearer, allowing me to see a full sky of stars in the end!

You can take a lot of photos, so definitely capture various landscapes and moments!

若干の曇り模様であまり期待していなかったのですが、その分山頂の雲海は絶景でした！
また、夕日もとても綺麗に見え、星空も見ているうちに少しずつ貼れていき、最後には一面の星空を見ることができました！

たくさんの写真を撮ってもらえるので、是非いろんな景色と写真を撮ってください！

I had always wanted to visit Mauna Kea when I went to the Big Island of Hawaii, and I participated alone.

The weather was clear, and I was moved by the sunset and the starry sky from a place higher than Mount Fuji. Unfortunately, it was a full moon, so I want to try again during a new moon next time.

The tour was primarily in English, but our guide, Wes, was fluent in Japanese and very friendly, which made it a lot of fun.

ハワイ島に行ったら行きたい！と思っていたマウナケア。1人で参加しました。

天気も快晴で、富士山よりも高い場所からのサンセット、星空に感動。あいにく満月だったので、次回は新月の時にリベンジしたいです。

ツアーは基本英語でしたが、ガイドのウェスさんは日本語達者&気さくな方で、とても楽しめました。

Unfortunately, due to the rain followed by clouds, we couldn't see the starry sky at all, and we only caught a glimpse of the sunset from the mountain peak. There's nothing we can do about it.

One thing that caught my attention was that the voucher mentioned to give about 10% of the total cost as a tip to the guide, but after the tour, the American guests just left without tipping. It felt like I was the fool for following the voucher's instructions.

In fact, during the trekking tour at Kilauea Volcano National Park, the American guests also did not tip (I did, though). To prevent other customers from Japan from feeling foolish, I wish they would stop including tipping instructions on the voucher. It feels like being deceived.

運悪く雨のち曇りだったため、星空は全く見えず、辛うじて山頂の夕日ぐらいでした。仕方が無い。
気になったこととしてバウチャーには、全体費用の10%ぐらいをチップとしてガイドさんに渡せと書いていましたが、ツアーが終わるとアメリカ人の方は何食わぬ顔でそのまま行ってしまった。バウチャー通りにチップを渡したこちらがバカを見た感じでした。
実際、キラウエア火山国立公園のトレッキングツアーでも、アメリカ人のお客様はチップを渡しませんでした。(僕は渡したが)
日本から来るほかのお客様がバカを見ないためにも、もうバウチャーにチップどうこう書くのを辞めてもらいたい。騙されている気分。
