I highly recommend the tour of the botanical garden. I opted for the in-person tour and it was well worth the cost. I got a private tour, with far more information than just being told about the plants. "Doc" was very knowledgeable about the plants and their origins. I learned a great deal and got to taste and smell many different varieties. As an added plus, your admission lets you come back for a week and walk around, see the waterfall, picnic, etc.

I participated in the lunch package from the Ko Olina area. There were few participants from Ko Olina, just two groups including us. However, we were warmly welcomed by a large bus. The buffet was more delicious and varied than I expected, but while we were away from our seats to see the whales, we couldn't access the food area anymore. It seems better to keep your seat before getting up. We were able to see quite a few whales! I couldn't take many photos, but I would love to participate again.

そして、ビュッフェは予想よりは美味しいく種類豊富、しかし、クジラ見に席離れている間に料理のスペースは入れなくなりました。

Coastal horseback riding plan
On the way to the horseback riding location, we got to see the Dole Pineapple Plantation and some interesting trees, and we enjoyed garlic shrimp for lunch, which was a lot of fun.
The guide provided a wealth of information that was very impressive.
For the horseback riding, they selected a horse that suited each person, and the guide interpreted how to operate it, making it easy to understand.
As it was my first time riding, I was a bit scared at first, but we moved very slowly, so I gradually got used to it, and by the second half, I was able to take photos with my camera using one hand.
On the way back, we also enjoyed coconut juice, making it a very fulfilling plan that I highly recommend.
The only disappointment was that we couldn't see any sea turtles on the coast.

It was advertised that if you couldn't see anything, the next time would be free. Although it was within one season... Occasionally, there were announcements about what could be seen in the direction of a certain time, but the atmosphere among the passengers was quite dull, thinking it might not be possible to see anything, or that it might be a lie. However, by chance, I was able to see just the tail of a whale! My husband said he saw it from the back. I never expected to see it so close to the hotels in Honolulu. Still, since most people couldn't see anything, they announced that the next time would be free. I didn't order food, but when I asked for coffee, refills were free. It's cold during this season, so a windproof jacket is necessary. I was also wearing several long sleeves underneath.

たまに〇時の方向に何が見えるとかのアナウンスがあるのですが、見れなそう～、ウソなんじゃない～、と乗客一同ダルダルな雰囲気でしたが
偶然にもくじらのしっぽだけを見れました！主人は背中の方から見れたそうです。
まさかホノルルのホテル群が間近にある海で見られるとは思いもしませんでした。
それでも殆どの方は見れなかったので、次回無料のアナウンスになっていました。
ご飯はオーダーしませんでしたがコーヒーを頼んだところ、レフィルは無料でした。
この季節は寒いので風を通さない上着が必要です。下にも何枚も長袖を着ていました。

You can be picked up near the hotel early in the morning and enjoy sightseeing.

You arrive at the Polynesian Cultural Center in the early afternoon and have a not-so-tasty lunch.

After that, you can enjoy various attractions on the island with the guide.

After dinner (I wasn't expecting much since lunch wasn't good, but the dinner was delicious, possibly because it was deluxe), we watched a magnificent show.

It was impressive with a large number of participants, and we had a great time.

Since the ending time is late, if you sleep on the bus ride back, you'll quickly arrive at your hotel in Honolulu.

I recommend it.

We were picked up at the hotel and headed to the Onizuka Visitor Center (about 2800m above sea level). As we sped along the highway, we listened to our guide explain about the black cattle, sheep, and goats raised on a ranch on the Big Island. After joining up with other tour guests, we began our ascent up the mountain. About an hour and a half after the pickup, we arrived at the Onizuka Visitor Center. We had dinner from our bento boxes and took a stroll around the area. I was amazed by the stunning silver color of the silversword (a native species of the Big Island, Mauna Kea Silver Sword), and since this is also a sacred site for Hawaiians, I discovered a prayer area (the original form of an altar), which piqued my interest. It was clear that prayers were directed toward the mountain.

Dressed in warm clothing, we got back in the vehicle. The car began to climb the bumpy mountain road that could only be navigated by a four-wheel drive. After about an hour of rough terrain, we reached the summit. As expected, at 4200m on Mauna Kea, we could see the sea of clouds far below. Due to the high altitude, it is said to be 99% clear. There are 13 observatories at the summit, one of which is the Subaru Telescope. I was informed that a 14th telescope is planned for construction, but due to regulations, they cannot build more than 13, so one will likely need to be dismantled.

As we were doing this, the sun began to set slowly. Gradually, the surroundings darkened, and the sun disappeared into the clouds. The orange light reflected on the edges of the clouds after the sun vanished was mystical, making one feel as if there were a sun god in this world. Just to the left, Venus began to shine brightly.

Once the sun set, stars gradually became visible in the sky. The faint path of the sun was also visible, and it started to get cold. I spotted Orion, Cassiopeia, and the North Star. That was the limit of my knowledge. Eventually, the guide used a laser pointer to ask the tour guests about their zodiac signs while introducing the constellations spread across the sky. The world of Greek mythology unfolded before us. We saw the Orion Nebula, Gemini, Aquarius, Libra, and even Subaru, although some constellations had already set. Unfortunately, my zodiac sign is not visible when Orion is out.

After the introduction to the constellations based on Greek mythology concluded, we got back into the four-wheel drive and began our descent.

　太陽が沈むと、天空にだんだんと星が見えてきます。うっすらと太陽の通る道も見え、寒くもなってきます。オリオン座、カシオペア座、北極星を見つけました。そこまでが私の知識の限界。やがてガイドさんが、レザーポインターを使い、誕生星座をツアー客に質問しながら、天空に広がる星座の紹介です。ギリシャ神話の世界が広がります。オリオン座の大星雲、双子座，水瓶座、双子座、天秤座、さらにはスバルなど、もちろん、既に沈んだ星座もあります。私の星座は、オリオンが出ているときは見えません。残念。
　ギリシャ神話に基づく星座の紹介が終わったところで、四駆に乗り込み下山を始めました。

Our Pearl Harbor Deluxe Motorcoach shuttle tour was one of our favourite experiences on our hawaii holiday. We were welcomed by a friendly and humerous tour guide who made our tour fun and very informative. We started our information session on the Arizona memorial which included a screening of a video clip looking back into the era of the invasion of the japanese into pearl harbor and the demolage that was to take place. We learnt that on that fatal day the Japanese bombed that no one at pearl harbour that day were aware of the Japanese planes nearing and were not prepared for the carnage that was to follow. We then took the ferry over to the Arizona memorial where we got to look upon the sunken Arizona battleship and pay respect to all those who deceased on that ship. We then caught the ferry back and then took a bus over to the U.S.S Missouri ship where a tour guide explained the importance of the ships past etc. where the japanese signed the treaty with the u.s. to end the war and its use in three wars. We were then able to explore the ship by ourselves and see where the soldiers once bunked, ate, and took to everyday duties on the ship. We then bought a few items from the gift shop and met our motorcoach tour guide back at the coach to continue on to see the sights of Punch Bowl cemetary and Honolulu. Our tour guide continued to show us important sights and buildings around honolulu.
We got to see the beauty of the honolulu landscape which include tropical and international plant life and amazing architecture. We were then taken back to our hotel where we were dropped right outside and thanked our amazing tour guide for a great day had.

It was a new moon, so I was amazed to see more stars than I had imagined. The explanations about the stars were clear and detailed, using a laser pointer, which made it interesting. I brought two Uniqlo Ultra Light Down jackets, but since they offered to lend ski wear, I thought I would be fine and only wore one. I regretted that at the summit because it was really cold with the strong wind. But overall, I was very satisfied!

We had a great time, a truly awesome experience! The tour itself is a truly educationaland an emotional place, and the memorial is just absolutely beautiful. It had always been a goal to be able to make it to the Pearl Harbor Memorial, and I was finally able to make it thanks to this tour! We had a splendid tour guide, which made things even better. Patrick, our tour guide was great, informative, and friendly! I will definitely be doing this trip again up my return to Honolulu, Hawaii with my family, and hopefully we have Patrick or another great tour guide like him. I enjoyed all of the lovely sites to see. It was a gorgeous tour, I definitely recommend this trip to all my family and friends, actually in general I recommend this tour to any and everyone. :)

The Guide for the Waimea Canyon tour was excellent. Very informative and enjoyable! The Wailua River Cruise to Fern Grotto was a total waste of time. The "entertainment" was very, very poor. Back in Florida, a local restaurant has entertainment far superior. Would definitely recommend the Waimea Canyon tour. Would Never have Anything to do with the Wailua river cruise to Fern Grotto with the laughable entertainment. Not interesting or professional enough to keep even the attention of children.

It was exactly as I imagined seeing the whales. I was able to see them spouting water, diving with their backs showing, and their tails. The boat was anchored at the whale watching point, so the kids got a bit bored along the way. Since it was just a little extra to add breakfast when ordering a juice, I thought it might be nice to book the breakfast plan next time.

I was worried about the cold, but it turned out to be a warm and enjoyable tour. We stopped at various places to take photos, and at the summit, they took pictures of us in recommended poses, which was very kind. The weather was great that day, and the sunset sinking into the sea of clouds was beautiful. The starry sky I had been looking forward to was also clearly visible, and we took plenty of time to enjoy the explanations of the constellations. It was moving to see the Milky Way and shooting stars. The lunch box (with miso soup) and the tea and cookies we had along the way were also great.

寒さが心配でしたがおもってたよりも温かく楽しいツアーとなりました。色々なところで車を止めて写真をとって頂いたり、山頂では、おすすめのポーズで写真をとってくれたり、とても親切でした。当日は、お天気もよく、雲海に沈む夕日がキレイでした。楽しみにしていた星空もくっきりキレイに見えて、たっぷりと時間をとって、星座の説明を楽しくして頂きました。天の川や流れ星も見れて感動です。お弁当（お味噌汁付き）も途中でいただく紅茶とクッキーもよかったです。

Attended the 7am tour: first van, then helicopter. We were paired with another family of three.

Beautiful scenery, articulate tour guide named Sue, delicious and filling light lunch, and the helicopter ride was unsurprisingly a treat (lasted around 20-30 min). See my photos of both the Road to Hana van ride and helicopter ride for reference. The best is going into the sky on a partially overcast day, because the pilot will take you cloud-surfing.

The whole tour lasted around four hours.

We had the best tour ever, because we had the doctor himself give us the tour. We learned so much and tried every fruit you can eat as we toured the garden. As we enter acted with the Dr. We learned he was from where we lived and actually graduated at the same high school as my wife, twenty years before her though. We would recommend anyone to learn and tour this garden, it's well worth it.

We had a great time exploring Haleiwa and experiencing horseback riding. It was our first visit to Haleiwa, and we were able to enjoy some leisurely shopping and dining, making for a fulfilling experience. The horseback riding course took us along the beach and through some gentle hills. The sea breeze we felt from atop the horse was very pleasant. On our way back, we stopped by a beach and encountered a sea turtle. We had heard from our guide that it was rare to see one, so we were both thrilled.

夫婦ともにハレイワは初訪問でしたが、のんびりショッピングや食事をする時間もあり、充実した時間を過ごせました。
乗馬は、海辺や小高い山を散策するコースでした。

We participated as a couple. It was a very large ship, and we boarded with many foreign guests. For breakfast, soy sauce was provided, which made us feel that consideration was given to Japanese guests. During our last visit to Hawaii, I heard that whales can be seen in January, so I signed up and was able to see live whales. I was moved by the large tail of the mother whale and the small tail of the baby whale. Next time, I plan to bring binoculars to enjoy the experience even more!

夫婦で参加しました。とても大きな船で、多くの外人客とともに乗船しました。朝食には醤油が用意され、日本人に配慮されていることを感じました。前回ハワイ訪問時、1月はクジラが見れるとのことで参加を申しみ、なまクジラを拝見出来ました。親子クジラの大きな尻尾と小さな尻尾には感動する覚えました。次回はオペラグラスを用意して、見学したいと思います！

The food was as bad as in an American food court. The show itself was fun. I didn't feel like I wanted to see it multiple times.

We participated as a family of three. The food was delicious, and the show and the group dance were very enjoyable, but... the seats were just too cramped. With someone sitting next to you, it was hard to get up, and when the food and drinks were brought out, there wasn't enough space on the table, so we had to eat quickly, which felt a bit uncomfortable. I wish there was a little more room between the seats in front, behind, and on the sides.
