I participated with my mother. At first, I was really worried about whether we would see any whales, but within 20 minutes of the boat departing, we encountered our first one! When I looked in the direction the captain indicated, I quickly spotted it blowing water high into the air. After that, we had several more encounters! Among them, there were two whales snuggling together like a mother and her calf. I was moved to meet wild whales off the coast of Honolulu. On the way back, I also participated in a lei-making class and received a lei as a keepsake. I would love to join again if I have the chance.

Unfortunately, I couldn't reach the summit due to strong winds, but since it was clear, I was able to experience the breathtaking sunset! The Orion constellation is clearly visible even in Tokyo, but at Mauna Kea, I was amazed to see it among so many stars that I couldn't even tell where it was. I'm so happy to have had such a wonderful experience in my lifetime! I hope I can go again in the summer.

Please! It would be great if there were seats available so that I could comfortably listen to the wonderful explanations while lying down. My neck got tired!

We used this for our honeymoon trip!
In the morning, we were picked up at the hotel and first went to the "What Tree Is That?"! We took some photos and spent about 15 minutes there, which was just right!
After that, we headed to the Dole Plantation! Since it’s a souvenir shop, we had a nice break for the restroom!
After leaving Dole, we had some free time in the town of Haleiwa! We bought coffee, ate some garlic chicken, and also had Matsumoto Shave Ice!
Just when we were satisfied, we headed for horseback riding! It was my first experience, but the horses were cute, and we could ride leisurely through the valley! I was glad to take photos with my own camera!
After that, we went to Iri Beach and encountered a honu basking in the sun!
It was a very good tour! Next time, I want to try horseback riding in the ocean too (≧∇≦)!

P.S. Our guide, Mr. Sakai, was also a nice person!

ホテルでピックアップしてもらい、まずはこの木なんの木へ！写真を撮ってこの木なんの木を見学して滞在時間は15分くらいでしたが、ちょうどよかったです！

その後は、アイリービーチに行き、甲羅干ししているホヌに遭遇！
とても良いツアーでした！次回は海の乗馬にもチャレンジしたいです（≧∇≦）

Stargazing around 4,000 meters, it was an incredible starry sky that you can't experience in Tokyo. During the tour, our guide, Mr. Matsuzaki, took various commemorative photos for us, and I was surprised that we could download high-resolution images for free. I got so caught up in taking my own photos that I ended up with only a few, but participants should definitely have their photos taken. It makes for a great keepsake.

4,000m付近での星空観測、東京ではありえない満天の星空、感激でした。
ツアー中、ガイドのMatsuzakiさんは色々記念撮影してくれて、また無料で大画像をダウンロードできるのには驚きです。

We were very lucky to see the whales appear numerous times right in front of our window as we were eating our lunch. We chose a table furthest from the buffet line, but it was definitely worth it making the trip. It was a beautiful afternoon, the waves were calm and no body from our party got sea sick. Food was amazing! The ukelele, hula and lei making cultural activities on board gave people of all ages and cultures a chance to experience a taste of Hawaii.

I chose this tour because I wanted to go horseback riding by the beach and explore the town of North Shore, but based on my experiences with various other tours in Hawaii, I felt that the content for this price was frankly too high. The day started with anxiety as the tour bus did not arrive at the pickup time. It eventually showed up 10 minutes late, but the vehicle was old and dirty, and the guide spoke very quickly, making it hard to understand.

In Haleiwa, we weren't allowed to explore the town; instead, we could only take pictures in front of the food stalls while the guide bought garlic shrimp for everyone. It felt rushed throughout, and we ended up arriving back in Waikiki around 3 PM, which was a short time for a high price.

I had a coupon for garlic shrimp, and when I asked the guide to use it, he didn't cut it out or show it to the shop staff, but instead just refunded me $5. They charged the tour guests the regular price, but the guide bought it at a lower price, so he must be pocketing the difference.

For that reason, while I was satisfied with the views of the North Shore and the horseback riding by the beach, I cannot recommend this tour company.

海辺乗馬とノースの街を観光したかったため、このツアーを選んだが、ハワイで様々な他会社のツアーに参加した経験から考えると、この内容でこの値段ははっきり言って高すぎると感じた。この日は、ピックアップ時間になってもツアーのバスが来ず、不安になる朝から始まった。結局10分遅れで到着されたが、車は古くて汚いし、ガイドさんのトークは、とても早口で非常に聞き取りづらい。また、ハレイワの街では、街散策もさせてもらえず、ガーリックシュリンプをガイドさんがまとめて買う間に屋台の前で写真を撮るのみ。終始せわしなくて、結局ワイキキには15時ごろには着いていて、時間は短いのに高い。
私はガーリックシュリンプのクーポンを持っていたので、ガイドさんにこれを使って買ってくれと頼むと、そのクーポンを切り取ることもなく、お店の人にみせることもなく、5ドル返金してくれました。ツアー客からは正規の値段を取り、しかし、ガイドさんは安く買っていて、その差額はガイドさんが得ているのでしょうね。
そういうわけで、ノースの海を見たり、海辺での乗馬は景色もよくて満足だったが、このツアー会社はおすすめできません。

The breakfast was delicious, and I was impressed by the beautiful sight of the whale's spout and tail. I was back at the hotel by 11:30, which allowed me to do some sightseeing in the afternoon. I think it's a great plan.

I was about to give up when I couldn't find any whales and was preparing to return to port. Then, I spotted a whale spouting water. They extended the cruise time and slowed down the boat. After that, I was able to see it spout several times, and I also caught a glimpse of its distinctive tail. The excitement of finally seeing the whale was overwhelming. On top of that, a sea turtle swam by gracefully. The view of Waikiki from the sea was beautiful, and I think it's great to enjoy a leisurely cruise while waiting for the whales.

The center itself focuses too much on entertainment and not enough on education. It is run by the Morman education system, so one would think if we are supporting the students we in turn would be educated about the various Polynesian cultures around the pacific.

I participated in my first trip to Hawaii with my family. We took a taxi from our hotel in Waikiki to the pier, checked in, and boarded the ship! I was a bit anxious about the language barrier since everything was in English, but there were Japanese announcements, so I didn't have much trouble. There were quite a few Japanese guests as well. The cruise started in the morning with great weather, and since we chose a plan without meals, we stayed on the top deck enjoying the sea and the scenery. As for the whales... we saw them! We could see the spouts and dorsal fins every few minutes, and it felt like we were cruising alongside them, which was very pleasant; I wanted to keep watching. I also hope to see them jump next time!

初めてのハワイ旅行で家族と一緒に参加しました。ワイキキのホテルからタクシーで船着場まで行きチェックインして乗船！英語ばかりだったらと少し不安でしたが日本語のアナウンスもあったので大して困ることもありませんでした。日本人客もけっこういました。朝からのクルーズで天気も良く、食事なしのプランにしたのでずっと一番上のフロアにいて海と景色を楽しみました。肝心のクジラですが、、、見えました！何分か置きに潮吹きや背びれが見えて一緒に平行してクルーズしているようでとても気持ちが良く、ずっと見ていたいなーと思いました。ジャンプも見てみたいと思いましたが次回に期待します！

In celebration of our 11th Year Anniversary, my husband and I agreed getting on a helicopter tour. At first, I was worried about motion sickness, and all these negative thoughts we had in our minds especially that we have young children but as we were heading to the helicopter site, the fear that we've had before is turning to an excitement, even more so after we were checked-in by Vincent, who was very helpful, funny, and was able to answer some of the questions and concerns I had before the flight. The weather was cooperating with us too as it was sunny, bright blue skies, with no high winds considering that there was a storm and strong winds the day before. We were asked to check-in 45 minutes before the flight and I thought that was too early but once we got there, the time actually went by too fast as we watched videos of these great sceneries taken on the flights that got us even more fired up!

Adam was our pilot that day and he was very professional, friendly, and informative. He even had us take our time to see the whales as we spotted them swimming in the ocean (we saw 4), and also tons of turtles floating above the water. I like how he communicates with everyone as well and made sure that we are all doing okay.

We are local residents by the way, we've been living in Oahu for 19 years and I have never seen the island so remarkably beautiful until we took this flight! It was amazing and I never stopped talking about it! The sceneries were breathtaking, especially the views of Kaneohe Sandbar! Just incredibly stunning, and what a stress reliever! I don't know how else to express myself but our experience was beyond our expectation! I never appreciated Mother Nature as much as I do now so thank you Blue Hawaiian Helicopters for showing us these and the wonderful experience that will truly last a lifetime! Lucky to live Hawaii..INDEED!

Horseback riding by the seaside was very relaxing. Although the horse stopped to eat grass a few times, the guide helped us along and we had a great time. There was also a couple in their 60s, so I think it's an activity that can be enjoyed by a wide range of people.

I stayed in Hilo, and I participated on this tour on the way to Waipio. It's only 20min drive from Hilo, and the place was beautiful. I loved the casual walk in the natural rain forest, and it was like being in the Jurassic Park movie. The waterfall was secluded and awesome. I'd recommend this to anyone and especially the ones with small kids.

As everyone mentioned, the sunset was magical and wonderful. Additionally, we were lucky that it coincided with the new moon, so the stars were truly beautiful. We could see artificial satellites, shooting stars, and even the distant Kilauea volcano's crater glowing red in the darkness! I'm really glad I participated! In Masashi's tour, the bento provided was not in the usual takeout containers but in a traditional layered box, and instead of disposable chopsticks, we had real ones, and the miso soup was served in a bowl, which showed great thoughtfulness. Also, our guide, Konno, took some stylish photos that became wonderful keepsakes. Thank you!

皆さんの感想通り、サンセットは幻想的で素晴らしかったです。また、ラッキーな事に新月のタイミングだった為、本当に星が綺麗に見えました。人工衛星も流れ星も、また真っ暗な中に遠くのキラウエア火山の火口が赤く燃えている様子も見えるとは！参加して本当に良かった！マサシさんのツアーでは提供されるお弁当がよくあるテイクアウト容器ではなくお重に入っていて、お箸も割り箸ではなくて、お味噌汁もお椀で飲めて、心遣いが感じられました。また、ガイドの今野さんがセンスある写真を撮ってくれてとっても良い記念になりました。ありがとう！

Beautiful Kualoa Ranch!

Myself and two daughters (17,21) choose the Adventure package because we couldn't decide on which tour to do, so many options. We did the jungle expedition, Hollywood tour and the 800 year old fish pond. The guides were all very knowledgeable but most of all entertaining. The ranch has a deep history and the staff has done well to respect what was once there and is still being used today. Beautiful trip!

The sunset was amazing!
The stars were incredible!
It was my first time reaching the summit in February, and the conditions for stargazing were perfect, so I was blessed with great timing and weather.
The travel time is long, but Stefan's entertaining talk makes the journey enjoyable.
Stargazing, one of my goals on the Big Island... it's something you should see at least once in your lifetime!
