I arrived at the airport feeling excited, and there was a woman at the Roberts information desk. I chose this tour because it focuses on stargazing and photography at a relatively high altitude (I actually had discount coupons for other tours and was quite torn about my choice). In the end, it was extremely good! My family participated, and we were able to capture my son's best shots as well as some great photos of the volcano, which left us all thrilled.

While the weather is a matter of luck, I could feel the professionalism and teamwork of the company. Next time, I would like to use this service for a sunrise tour. Thank you very much!

After departing from the port, we spent quite a while on the boat. It was a long ride, and the sea wasn't particularly rough, but including the kids, our family was hit hard by seasickness. So, we couldn't enjoy breakfast...

However, once we arrived at the snorkeling spot and got into the water, the seasickness improved, and everyone was thrilled to be in the deep, clear sea.

On the way back, we encountered dolphins, which was super exciting. But then, shortly after that, I felt nauseous again and ended up resting while returning.

The captain was cheerful and lively, making it a lot of fun. I think the hamburgers for lunch would have been really delicious if we hadn't been seasick!

You can choose the tour, but you can't choose the weather. It was a windy day, so the boat was really rocking. Some people were holding their heads and feeling sick (including my son).

According to reviews, it didn't seem like there would be many participants, but on the day we went, I think there were over 50 people on board. The second floor was almost full.

We saw dolphins right after we set off. There were several of them, which was a great start.

It takes about 40-50 minutes to reach the snorkeling point. Once we arrived, we received a safety briefing before heading out to snorkel. The water was clear, and we could see fish and sea urchins. My 4-year-old daughter also put on the fins and goggles we borrowed and swam. The waves were high, so just swimming was quite challenging.

After snorkeling, we enjoyed a waterslide from the boat. It was thrilling but fun.

We had breakfast and lunch on the boat, and the lunch burgers were delicious.

Seeing my son suffering from seasickness and a headache, an American lady said, "Drinking ginger ale will help." However, I'm not sure if that's true.

Anyway, it was tough with the high waves, but it was a very good experience!

シュノーケルポイントまでは、40-50分？乗ります。着いたら安全に関するレクチャーを受けてから、いざシュノーケルに出陣。水は澄んで、魚もウニも見えました。４歳の娘も一丁前に借りた足のフィンとゴーグルを着けて、泳ぎました。波が高かったので、ただ泳ぐのも大変でした。

シュノーケルのあとは、ボートからのウォータースライダー。スリリングだけど、楽しかったです。

朝食もランチもボートで食べましたが、ランチのバーガーは美味しかったです。

船酔いで頭が痛くて仕方なかった息子を見かねて、アメリカンのオバチャマが、"ジンジャエールを飲むと、マシになるよ。"と言っていたものの、定かではありません。

とにかく、波が高くて大変でしたが、とても良い経験が出来ました！

This was our family's fourth trip to Hawaii. We wanted to visit West Oahu, which we hadn't been to before, so we decided to join this tour. On the day of the tour, we were lucky to have just our family, and we were able to talk a lot with our guide, Akima. He shared various tips, such as the delicious food court places at Ala Moana (Lahaina Chicken, Blue Water Shrimp) and recommended buying grass-fed meat at Whole Foods if we wanted to cook for ourselves. We later visited those places and bought the meat, which was really cheap and delicious! Personally, I found it much tastier than Wolfgang's. The tour took us to West Oahu, which isn't often featured in guidebooks, and I believe it's a power spot. Akima's stories about the myths were fascinating and mystical, and just listening to them was very healing for me.

The highlight was snorkeling. At first, the water was murky and visibility was poor, but as we swam further, the water cleared up, and we could see colorful tropical fish. To our surprise, we encountered three sea turtles! We were able to swim alongside them. Akima, our underwater photographer, took pictures of us with the sea turtles and later emailed them to us. My middle school son, who has snorkeled in places like the Great Barrier Reef, Guam, Saipan, and Phuket, said, "This was the best ever! I want to go again!" Thank you, Akima, for the wonderful memories! We look forward to the next time!

今回家族で4回目のハワイ。まだ行ったことのない西オアフに行きたいと思って参加しました。ツアー当日は運良くうちの家族だけで、ガイドのあきまさんともたくさんお話しでき、おいしいアラモアナのフードコートのお店（ラハナチキン、ブルーウォーターシュリンプ）や自炊するならホールフーズでグラスフェッド（牧草だけを食べて育った牛）のお肉を買うといいなど、ツアー以外のことも色々教えて頂き、後日実際お店に行ったり、お肉も買いましたが、本当に安くておいしかったです‼︎（お肉は個人的にはウルフギャン◯よりもずっとおいしい☆）ツアーもガイドブックにはあまり紹介されていない西オアフ、パワースポットであるからだとも思いますが、あきまさんがして下さる神話の話がおもしろく、神秘的で私は見ているだけでとても癒されました。
クライマックスのシュノーケリング、入ってすぐは濁っていて視界が悪かったのですが、泳ぎ進めていくうちに視界もクリアになり、色とりどりの熱帯魚が見れ、さらにはなんと3匹の海亀に遭遇‼︎一緒に泳ぐことができました。水中カメラマンのあきまさんには海亀との写真をいつの間にか撮って頂き、後日メールで送って頂きました。グレートバリアリーフ、グアム、サイパン、プーケットなどの海でもシュノーケリングをしたことがある中学生の息子が「今までで一番良かった‼︎また行きたい‼︎」と言っていました。あきまさん、素敵な思い出をありがとうございます‼︎次回もまたよろしくお願いします☆

I participated in a tour to observe the starry sky at Mauna Kea, hoping for a sky full of stars during the new moon. The weather was clear at the summit of Mauna Kea, and I was excited for what promised to be a wonderful night of stargazing. However, around sunset, clouds suddenly spread across the sky, and the sunset only peeked through the gaps in the clouds. Despite this, I was very lucky to see the rare phenomenon of sun pillars. After that, it started to rain, and the stars seemed to vanish. The guides, Shin and Big Jin, began searching for a stargazing spot. When we had descended quite a bit, they explained, "Let's wait for another five minutes, and if the clouds don't clear, we'll head back." Just as everyone was starting to give up, the clouds suddenly parted, and although it was brief, we were able to see the Milky Way. We may not be able to conquer the weather, but thanks to the guides' efforts, we were able to enjoy the starry sky. Thank you very much.

Since it was my first time on the Big Island, my husband and I decided to participate in the Mauna Kea sunset and stargazing tour! I was worried about altitude sickness since I had never climbed a high mountain before, but it was not a problem at all. The weather was fantastic that day, and both the sunset and stargazing from near the observatory were truly amazing, creating memories for a lifetime. If you're going to the Big Island, I highly recommend this tour.

My first time at Kualoa.
I had just seen the latest Jurassic World, so I was super excited about this scene and that scene!
The tour guide was friendly and kind.
However, please don't expect much from the lunch buffet. The taste was shocking, and it made my taste buds tremble.
I hardly ate anything.
Still, I'm glad I participated in this tour!

Since summer vacation had just started, it was just our family of four. We visited places that are hard to reach with individual or large tours, and ended with snorkeling. The snorkeling spot had calm waves, and our elementary school-aged sons seemed to relax and enjoy themselves very much. We were thrilled to see turtles, many types of fish, and even caught a glimpse of a manta ray later on! Akima's stories were enjoyable, and we definitely want to request him as our guide again next year!

夏休みが始まったばかりだったので、私たち家族4人だけでした。個人や大手のツアーではなかなか行けないような所を周って、最後はシュノーケルでした。シュノーケルの場所は波も穏やかで、小学生の息子達もとてもリラックスして楽しめたようです。亀やたくさんの種類の魚や後半ちらっとマンタも見ることができ、大興奮でした！アキマさんのお話も楽しくて、ぜひぜひ来年もガイドをお願いしたいです！

I could not be more pleased with my experience on the Star of Honolulu for our vow renewal! The entire experience was flawless from the captain and his beautiful words to the fireworks over the beach at the end. Only two suggestions or pieces of information for others considering this... 1) the three-star experience is not air conditioned and if you are there in July like we were, be prepared to sweat! 2) no children's menu so if you have a picky little one like I do, bring kid-friendly snacks
