The staff were friendly, the ship was clean and we enjoyed the food and entertainment. The entertainers, from the dancers to the musicians on our deck, were fun to watch and listen to. The food was tasty and the portions were generous. The only downside, in my opinion, was that they served dinner immediately after setting sail. Given that sunset was 30 mins after we sailed, we either had to choose to watch the sunset and let our food get cold, or eat our food and miss the sunset. We had plenty of time to eat, so I wish they had waited until after sunset to serve the food.

It was mostly cloudy, and unfortunately, we could hardly see the sunset or the starry sky. The tour guide was bright and cheerful, which was satisfying. However, we couldn't win against nature...

Very beautiful. Did the self guided and enjoyed itverymuch

Originally, it was supposed to be an experience with my daughter, but she fell ill on the day, so I participated alone. The driver and guide were experienced, making the ride enjoyable. First, I visited the Dole Plantation for the first time in ten years. After about 30 minutes of sightseeing, we went to the beach where we hoped to see honu (turtles). Unfortunately, they weren't on the shore, but they were nearby, coming up for air. Then, we headed to Haleiwa. I had originally planned to have garlic shrimp for lunch, but since I was alone, I switched to an acai bowl, which was delicious. Finally, we went for the horseback riding experience. With the experienced guide leading us, we walked slowly in a line, two meters apart. The ocean was beautiful, and I had a fulfilling time. On the day, there were four participants, and since the roads were clear, we had some free time in Haleiwa on the way back. Then, we headed to Honolulu. It was a very fulfilling tour.

本来なら娘と2人での体験でしたが、当日体調不良になり、私1人での参加になりました。運転兼ガイドさんの説明も慣れており、楽しい車中になりました。まず、ドールプランテーションに10年ぶりに行きました。30分ほど見学し、その後、ホヌ(亀)が居るかもしれない海岸に残念ながら浜辺にはいませんでしたが、すぐ近くにいて、息継ぎに顔をあげます。そして、ハイレアへ。本来ならガーリックシュリンプの昼食を考えていましたが、1人参加になってしまったので、アサイーボウルに変更。美味しかったです。そして、いよいよ乗馬体験へ。慣れたガイドさんを先頭に2メートル間隔でゆっくり歩きます。海が綺麗で充実した時間を過ごすことができました。当日、体験者が4人と道路が空いていたので帰路にも、ハイレアで自由時間がありました。そして、ホノルルへ。とっても充実したツアーでした。

My wife and I were recently transferred from the mainland and celebrated our 41st Anniversary here in Honolulu without our family, So we thought a seven course meal sunset dinner meal cruise with Jazz entertainment would an ideal way to celebrate our weddding anniversary. Coincidentally we were sitted next to another couple from Chicago who just renewed their wedding vows after 41 years of marriage also and found a lot in common with them (same age of children and grandchildren and pathway in life), thus truly enjoyed each company - for they were traveling by themselves as well. The Captain, the crew were great (especially Foster our server), the service was fantastic, and the food was great. And of course the entertainment and the ambiance with sunset backdrop and Waikiki ocean shore scenery made it memorable.

Our driver arrived on time (to the minute) to our hotel pick up point. He was cordial and helped with the seat belt shoulder strap (due to passengers need to ingress the rear set of seats). He dropped us off and picked us up as planned. We had a very nice hike up to the lookout station and WWII bunkers on Diamond Head. The view was absolutely worth the trip! Veltra made the trip that much more enjoyable.

A fun and unique experience. Big Cheif was a loveable entertaining character. The flame exerbition was incredible

Haleakalā had bad weather, so we couldn't see the sunset. However, I thought it was impressive how the guide skillfully found a spot for stargazing by slightly changing locations. The tour progressed smoothly, and I felt the guide was very capable. I'll try again next time for a revenge trip.

ハレアカラは天気が悪くサンセットは見れませんでした。
しかし、微妙に場所を変えて星空観測する場所を臨機応変に見つけるあたりプロだなと思いました。ツアーの進行もストレスなく力量のあるガイドさんだなと感じました。
また今度リベンジします。

In the morning, I was picked up at 8:25, but my daughter, who was supposed to accompany me, fell ill, so I participated alone. First, after about 15 years, I wandered around the Dole Pineapple Plantation for 30 minutes. Before heading to Haleiwa, I went to a beach where I might see honu (turtles). Unfortunately, I only saw honu coming up for air, but it was exciting to encounter them up close. Now, at Haleiwa, I had planned to eat garlic shrimp, but since I was alone, I changed to an acai bowl. As expected, it was delicious. Finally, it was time for the horseback riding experience. The horse I rode was well-trained and calm, but it seemed to be hungry and munched on the grass beside us. However, when I gave the go-ahead, it started walking slowly. It was a fulfilling 45-minute horseback riding experience. On the way to and from, I spotted honu from the car on the coast. Since the road was clear, we were able to take some time in Haleiwa on the way back. I had a wonderful experience until the evening.

朝、8:25にピックアップでしたが、同行するはずの娘が体調不良になり、1人での参加となりました。まずは、15年ぶり？に、ドールパイナップルプランテーションで30分フラフラ。ハイレアに向かう前にホヌさん(亀さん)いるかも知れない海岸へ、残念ながら息継ぎをするホヌさんしか見えませんでしたが、近距離での遭遇。なんだか、ワクワクしました。さて、ハイレアでは、ガーリックシュリンプを食べる予定でしたが、1人では無理なので、アサイーボウルに変更。言わずと知れた美味しさ。そして、いよいよ今回のイベント乗馬体験です。慣れたお馬さんはお利口でおとなしく、途中、お腹すいている時間だったらしく、横の草をむしゃむしゃ。しかし、GOサインを出すと、ゆっくり歩き出します。充実した45分の乗馬体験でした。行き帰り共、海岸にいる、ホヌさんを車上から確認しました。道が空いていたので帰路にもハイレアで時間を取ってくださいました。夕方までとても良い体験ができました。

This was my second time at Mauna Kea. I barely managed to see the sunset, but unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the starry sky. During my first visit to Mauna Kea, I was blessed with good weather and was able to fully enjoy the sea of clouds, the sunset, and the starry sky, which I realize now was very lucky.

2度目のマウナケアでした。サンセットはかろうじて見れたという感じでしたが、星空は残念ながら拝むことができません。はじめてのマウナケアは、天候に恵まれ、雲海も、サンセットも、星空も満喫できたのは、とてもラッキーだったのだと…

Mr. Matsuzaki greeted us with high energy in the welcoming car. He kept us entertained during the ride, making it a fun tour. We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed the wonderful views, and he explained the stars clearly using a laser pointer. He also shared various information about Hawaii, which made it truly enjoyable. Thank you very much.

The tour content was changed, and it ended up being a tour that only visited Haleakalā National Park. If that was the case, I would have preferred not to have the tour at all. Alternatively, I would have appreciated a change in destination to include visits to other places or some consideration like a discount or an earlier return. It was disappointing that there was no consideration for only visiting one location.

ツアー内容が変更されて、ハレカエラ国立公園だけに訪れたツアーであった。それで有れば、ツアーを結構しないで欲しかった。或いは、行き先を変更してでも、他の場所の訪問や見学を入れる。ディスカウントする。早く帰って来る。とかの配慮が欲しかった。一ヶ所しか行かないなら、それに対する配慮も無く、残念でした。

Full day of very interesting activities. Excellent show at Polynesian Cultural Center.
I strongly recommend this tour to everyone with limited time on the island.

It was definitely worth the time to visit the Fern Grotto. It was enjoyable and we even got a bit of Hawaiian history!

The guide was very friendly and shared a lot of information about Hawaii, which was very educational. Riding was of course fun, but I was also able to see sea turtles, and the garlic shrimp lunch recommended by the guide was very delicious. If I had to say something, I was disappointed that there was little time for shopping.

ガイドさんがとてもフレンドリーでハワイの色々な事を話してくれてとても勉強になりました。乗馬はもちろん楽しかったのですが、ウミガメも見ることが出来たしガイドさんオススメのガーリックシュリンプのランチがとても美味しかったです。しいていえば買い物の時間が少なかったのが残念です。

I think this tour, which allows you to enjoy both horseback riding and sightseeing in Haleiwa, is a great deal. However, if the weather is bad, the course will change to the seaside route, so having sunny weather is the most important thing. This time, it was sunny with no issues; the only thing left was to avoid falling off the horse. I enjoyed about 90 minutes of horseback riding without any falls. PS. Am I the only one who feels that the taste of the garlic shrimp in Haleiwa has declined?

乗馬とハレイワ観光の両方ができるこのツアーはお得だと思います。でも天候が悪いと海辺コースに変更なるため、晴れる事が一番重要です。今回は晴れで問題なし、後は落馬をしない事だけです。落馬もなく約90分の乗馬を楽しみました。PS.ハレイワのガーリックシュリンプの味が落ちたと感じたのは私だけでしょうか？

This was my several visits to the Big Island, but I had never been to Mauna Kea before. One reason was my concern about altitude sickness, but after participating for the first time, I felt that worry was unnecessary. Certainly, some caution is needed, but the staff provided thorough explanations, and as long as you follow their instructions, you can enjoy a wonderful sunset and beautiful stars without any worries.

Climbing to over 4,000 meters for the first time gave me the illusion of being on another planet rather than Earth. I believe this is a sensation you can't experience anywhere else.

既に数度目のハワイ島でしたが、これまでマウナケアには行ったことがありませんでした。ひとつには高山病への心配もあったからですが、初めて参加してみて、その心配は不要だったと思いました。確かにある程度の注意は必要ですが、スタッフの方が丁寧に説明してくださり、その指示にさえ従っておれば、基本的には何の心配も無く、素晴らしい夕日と、きれいな星を堪能できます。
初めて4000メートルを超える高地に登り、地球ではなく、他の惑星に居るような錯覚を覚えました。これは他では体験できない感覚だと思います。

The natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere of the Big Island of Hawaii were wonderful. I enjoyed the tropical island's eternal summer. The sunset from the summit of Mauna Kea felt like the orange sun sinking into the sea of clouds happened very quickly. In the dark night sky, the mysteries of the universe were illuminated by countless stars and the Milky Way, making me realize that Earth is just a small speck in this infinite universe. I am grateful to the Big Island of Hawaii for all the emotions it has given me.

ハワイ島の大自然と落ちつきあるゆったりした街。南国の常夏の島を楽しみました。
マウナケア山頂からの夕日は、雲海に沈むオレンジ色の太陽がとても早く感じられました。
また暗闇の夜空には、宇宙の神秘たくさんの星・天の川が天空に輝いており、地球もこの無限の星の仲間であり、改めて宇宙の大きさ、広さ、地球が宇宙では小さな一粒であると感じました。
たくさんの感動を与えてくれる島・ハワイ島に感謝します。

Generally the tour is good, however, the tour guide didn't introduce other activities available at Pearl Harbor, such as Battleship Missouri Tour. We could organise the tours better if he told us how much time other tours take. The Battleship tour definitely worth it, we stayed behind for it.

Due to rain that evening, there was no sunset. But three of us enjoyed the dinner and live entertainment. Fortunately, we were seated at a table right in front. Our waiter, Ethan was superb! He was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Dinner was delicious! Would recommend this event.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR . EVEN THOUGH IT IS A VERY LONG TOUR, ITS WORTH IT. SAW AND TOOK LOTS OF BEAUTIFUL VIEWS!!! THE STAFF WAS REALLY INFORMATIVE AND NICE.

I chose this sunset tour because I'm not confident about waking up early for sunrise.
The scenery depends on the weather, so it might be up to your luck, but if you go, it's better to bring a coat. It's cold.

This tour allows you to spend most of the itinerary in a car while heading to see the sunset sinking into the sea of clouds at your feet, so even if you have some concerns about your physical fitness, you can participate with peace of mind. I was captivated by the guide's careful and interesting stories, making the time to the destination fly by. It seems that the tour can be affected by the weather, but fortunately, we were blessed with good weather on the day of participation, and despite it being a half-moon, we were able to enjoy a sky full of stars, which was fantastic.

ほとんどの行程を車で過ごして、足元に広がる雲海に沈んでいく夕陽を観に行けるツアーなので、多少体力に不安があっても安心して参加できます。ガイドさんの丁寧で面白い話に聞き入ってしまい、目的地までの時間もあっという間に感じました。天候に影響されるツアーではあるようですが、幸い参加日は天気に恵まれ、半月にも関わらず満天の星空を眺めることもできて最高でした。

Toa was very knowledgeable about the history of the memorial and also very entertaining

We were really looking forward to the trip. When we got there we sat for quite awhile waiting for late people and people running back and forth to their car. I know this is not the tour company’s fault but annoying still. As we set off it started to rain. This turned into one of the worst rain storms the island had in years. Flash floods and power outages etc. The tour probably should have been cut short but they did bring hot coffee and ponchos which was great. Lunch was good and the guides giggles and Troy tried to make the best of things. I would have really enjoyed doing this when it wasn’t pouring

The canyon horseback riding was amazing. After a 30-minute explanation, we had an hour of riding. I was also able to enjoy shopping and dining in Haleiwa. I could shop at the pineapple farm, and finally, I got to see sea turtles. It was a fulfilling day.

渓谷乗馬が最高です。３０分の説明の後、１時間の乗馬です。
ハレイワでもゆっくり買い物や食事ができました。
パイナップル農園で買い物もできたし
最後に海カメも見れました。
充実した１日でした。

Good .The driver was excellent and very knowledgeable and funny. The different stops were quite interesting, and Hanauma bay very beautiful. Buffet dinner was good.
