Regarding the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport at the end of my trip, the voucher states, "There may be a delay of 5 to 10 minutes from the scheduled time, but if you are not picked up 15 minutes past the scheduled time, please call the operating company listed on the voucher." I thought I would need to contact them after 15 minutes past the scheduled time, but when I checked the voucher, it had the company name but no phone number. I was in a panic, wondering if I should ask the hotel where I checked out to look it up. Fortunately, the bus arrived nearly 20 minutes late, so it all worked out. After confirming my name with the English-speaking driver, he asked me something, but it was hard to understand... It took me a moment to realize he was asking for my airline. Departure is around 7:00 AM. At the pickup location, you will receive a color-coded wristband for each tour, making it easy to identify which tour you have signed up for. You will also receive a schedule that clearly indicates what time to participate in each activity. There will be signs at the location with the names of each activity, so make sure to gather there before the time indicated on your schedule.

The movie location tour had a bright, cheerful, and adorable female guide who spoke Japanese. All the participants were Japanese, and the guide's stories were entertaining, making it a lot of fun. The breathtaking scenery was truly moving! If you've seen the movie, you will definitely be even more excited!

The jungle exploration tour had about 20 participants, both foreigners and Japanese, in one vehicle. The guide spoke only English, so I couldn't understand most of the content, but it was amazing to see beautiful scenery while driving off-road!

The Taste of Kualoa tour had a Japanese guide, and all the participants were Japanese as well. We got to see fruits and plants that you can't find in Japan, and there were tastings. It was a fun experience that you don't get to have often!

Kualoa Ranch is in the mountains, and the weather can change quickly. This time, it went from a downpour to clear and hot weather. It's a good idea to bring a towel and a folding umbrella just in case! It's definitely worth a visit!

ジャングル探検ツアーは、外国の方と日本人20人弱で一台の車に乗ります。ガイドさんは英語のみだったので、内容はほとんど分からなかったですが、オフロードを思いっきり走りながらいい景色を見れて最高でした！

テイストオブクアロアツアー、こちらは日本人のガイドの方でツアー参加者も全員日本人でした。日本では見られないフルーツや植物を見たり、試食があったり。なかなかできない経験ができ楽しかったです！

クアロアランチは山で、天気が変わりやすく、今回もスコールが来たと思ったら快晴で暑くなったりしました。タオルと折り畳み傘は念のため持って行ったほうがいいです！
行ってみる価値は十二分にあります！！

I was disappointed that I couldn't get off the bus even though I went all the way to the North Shore. It was also a letdown that both meals were at the Polynesian Cultural Center. I had intended to see the whole island, but it felt one-sided, and I felt like I missed out.

I used the service for both arrival and departure.

Upon arrival, as soon as I exited through the personal exit at the airport, there was a staff member waiting to confirm my name. From there, another staff member guided me to the bus with my luggage. For the return trip, they came to pick me up at the hotel almost on time, and the driver helped with my luggage and confirmed my name and airline.

For both trips, they picked me up from about four hotels. Since they consolidated nearby hotels, the transfers were relatively quick.

However, after I had my luggage unloaded at the hotel upon arrival, I was asked for a tip with "Tip, tip!" The staff member was quite large and imposing, so I gave them a dollar (laughs). I was under the impression that the fee included tips, so I wasn't satisfied with that. The driver for the return trip was very pleasant and kind. Other than that, there were no issues!

行きは、空港に着いて個人用出口から出たすぐのところに、名前確認担当のスタッフの方が待っていてくれました。そこから別のスタッフが荷物とともにバスまで案内してくれました。
帰りは、ほぼ時間通りにホテルまで迎えに来てくださり、運転手の方が荷物運びと、名前と航空会社の確認もしてくれました。
行き帰りともに、だいたい4か所くらいのホテルを回って送迎してもらいました。
近くのホテルを少なくまとめているので、わりと早く移動できました。

ただ、行きにホテルで荷物を降ろしてもらった後に、「チップチップ！」と要求されました。体も大きい方で圧がすごかったので１ドル渡しました(笑)
チップ込みの料金だから利用したのに、ここは納得いきませんでした。
帰りの方はとても感じがよくて親切でした。
あとは問題なかったです！

Spending time with my family on the same vehicle was priceless. Even as a beginner, I felt comfortable because we received thorough instruction indoors at the start.

During the tour, the friendly kindness of our Japanese guide, Nana, and the fun stories from the local company president, who was both approachable and playful, made for great memories, along with the beautiful coastal views near sunset. We also had the delightful service of having wonderful photos taken at various spots, which were sent to us later.

ハワイ島もセグウェイも初めてでしたが、美しい景観と歴史含めたガイドと夕刻のゆったり流れる時間を一時間以上もセグウエィに乗って散策、家族で同じ乗り物に乗って過ごすなんて、お金には代えがたい経験でした。
初めてでも、最初に室内でしっかり指導をしていただけるので大丈夫です。

One downside was that I didn't quite understand the initial explanation, and when I asked for clarification, it seemed like the male guide who spoke Japanese explained it very reluctantly. It was disappointing to encounter an unfriendly person.

Other than that, it was great that they explained things in a fun way, mixing in jokes in both English and Japanese.

The hotel check-out was at 10:00, and the meeting time was at 10:55. Since I had large luggage, I waited for about 50 minutes right in front of the entrance of the Hilton to avoid being late. When the promised time came and no one resembling the group arrived, I asked the Hilton concierge to call, and they replied that the person had already left because they didn't come when called. I panicked as my flight departure time was approaching. In the end, I was able to take a later flight, but the security check at the airport had a long line, and I barely made it in time for boarding. I have requested various tours from Beltora many times before, but this was the first time I experienced such terrible service. I am considering switching to a taxi next time.

I was relieved to find the reception in a very easy-to-understand location after exiting the airport. I gave my name, and they wrote down the name of the hotel where I was staying on my carry-on case. Relatively inexpensive way to see some of the river greenery. Appreciated the history/culture narration. Lead entertainer on the way back was funny! Hula ladies don’t really seem into it, you feel like they are just doing a job and don’t necessarily enjoy it, and they seemed tired. Fern grotto a beautiful site.

Absolutely amazing experience! Comfortable ride with stellar views and good company! Watching the sunset on Haleakalā is just breathtaking! Don’t let the clouds fool you. Guide was knowledgeable regarding the area and dinner was delicious! Would definitely do it again!

The guide shared stories about Hawaii and gave us a horseback riding lecture during the drive, which made the travel feel quick. The Dole pineapple soft serve was a good portion, and sharing one between two people was just right. It was refreshing and delicious. The garlic shrimp was also plump and tasty. Riding along the coast and through the forest was very pleasant. It was great that we could take photos as well. I'm glad I participated.

ガイドさんが車内でハワイに関する話や、乗馬レクチャーをしてくださったので、移動も早く感じました。
ドールのパイナップルソフトは量があり、2人で1個買って丁度よかったです。さっぱりしていて美味しかったです。
ガーリックシュリンプもプリプリで美味しかったです。
乗馬も海沿いや林の中を気持ちよく歩けました。写真を撮ってもらえたのもよかったです。

Despite having specified a time, I was made to wait over an hour at the airport. Moreover, I was told they didn't know where my hotel was, and I had to inquire at the desk. When I finally arrived at the hotel, they parked in the middle of the road, causing a huge traffic jam behind us, which was both embarrassing and apologetic. I really felt that I should have just used Speedy Shuttle.
