Had a great time!! Our tour guide, Honda, was friendly and knowledgeable.

even though i dont have any horseback riding experience before, i was truly enjoyed it. Beautiful horses are pretty well trained. No worries even for beginners.. plus, a staff was accompanied us on a horse, checking any possible problems back and forth.

Beautiful ride, lots of fun, highly recommend. My guide was wonderful and helpful.

I was able to fully enjoy places other than Waikiki. The horseback riding in the canyon is something that is hard to experience in Japan, so the kids were very satisfied. It was great that even my 9-year-old son, who is small for his age, could participate.

ワイキキ以外を、満喫できました。渓谷の乗馬は、日本でわなかなか体験することが出来ないので、子供たちが満足していました。9歳の小さな体型の息子でも参加出来て、良かったです。

Unfortunately, I couldn't reach the summit due to strong winds, but since it was clear, I was able to experience the breathtaking sunset! The Orion constellation is clearly visible even in Tokyo, but at Mauna Kea, I was amazed to see it among so many stars that I couldn't even tell where it was. I'm so happy to have had such a wonderful experience in my lifetime! I hope I can go again in the summer.

Please! It would be great if there were seats available so that I could comfortably listen to the wonderful explanations while lying down. My neck got tired!

強風で山頂には残念ながら登れませんでしたが、晴れていたので夕陽の落ちる感激を体験できました！星空は東京でもハッキリ分かり観ることのできるオリオン座ですが、マウナケアではどこにあるのか分からないくらいの沢山の星の中にあるのに感激 感動 人生の時間の中にこんな素晴らしい体験ができたことが嬉しい！また、夏に行けたらいいな〜〜なんて思っています。
お願いです！その時は素晴らしい説明が寝ころんで聞け観る事が出来るようにシートがあると良いな〜〜。首が疲れたので

We used this for our honeymoon trip!
In the morning, we were picked up at the hotel and first went to the "What Tree Is That?"! We took some photos and spent about 15 minutes there, which was just right!
After that, we headed to the Dole Plantation! Since it’s a souvenir shop, we had a nice break for the restroom!
After leaving Dole, we had some free time in the town of Haleiwa! We bought coffee, ate some garlic chicken, and also had Matsumoto Shave Ice!
Just when we were satisfied, we headed for horseback riding! It was my first experience, but the horses were cute, and we could ride leisurely through the valley! I was glad to take photos with my own camera!
After that, we went to Iri Beach and encountered a honu basking in the sun!
It was a very good tour! Next time, I want to try horseback riding in the ocean too (≧∇≦)!

P.S. Our guide, Mr. Sakai, was also a nice person!

新婚旅行で利用しました！
朝、
ホテルでピックアップしてもらい、まずはこの木なんの木へ！写真を撮ってこの木なんの木を見学して滞在時間は15分くらいでしたが、ちょうどよかったです！
その後、
ドールプランテーションへ！お土産もの屋さんなのでトイレ休憩がゆっくり出来ました！
ドールを出て、ハレイワの街でしばしの自由時間！
珈琲を買ったりフリフリチキンを食べたり、
松本シェーブアイスも食べました！
ちょうど満足した時間帯に、乗馬に向かいました！初体験でしたが、馬もかわいいしゆったりと渓谷の中を乗馬出来ました！しっかり自分のカメラで写真も撮ってもらえて良かったです！
その後は、アイリービーチに行き、甲羅干ししているホヌに遭遇！
とても良いツアーでした！次回は海の乗馬にもチャレンジしたいです（≧∇≦）

追伸 ガイドのさかいさんも良い方でした！

It was my first time, but I enjoyed it! The garlic shrimp I had on the North Shore was delicious! The guide's driving was a bit too fast and it was a little scary.

Great experience. The people who work there was amazing friendly and care about your safety. They said that we don't go fast, to me that was fast and fun. If that was fast imagine real atv is more fast. The scenery was amazing beautiful. I think out of all the things to do koala ranch this is the best activity.

Stargazing around 4,000 meters, it was an incredible starry sky that you can't experience in Tokyo. During the tour, our guide, Mr. Matsuzaki, took various commemorative photos for us, and I was surprised that we could download high-resolution images for free. I got so caught up in taking my own photos that I ended up with only a few, but participants should definitely have their photos taken. It makes for a great keepsake.

4,000m付近での星空観測、東京ではありえない満天の星空、感激でした。
ツアー中、ガイドのMatsuzakiさんは色々記念撮影してくれて、また無料で大画像をダウンロードできるのには驚きです。
自分で写真を撮るのに夢中になって、枚数は少なかったですが、参加者はぜひ撮ってもらった方が良いですね。良い記念になります。

I chose this tour because I wanted to go horseback riding by the beach and explore the town of North Shore, but based on my experiences with various other tours in Hawaii, I felt that the content for this price was frankly too high. The day started with anxiety as the tour bus did not arrive at the pickup time. It eventually showed up 10 minutes late, but the vehicle was old and dirty, and the guide spoke very quickly, making it hard to understand.

In Haleiwa, we weren't allowed to explore the town; instead, we could only take pictures in front of the food stalls while the guide bought garlic shrimp for everyone. It felt rushed throughout, and we ended up arriving back in Waikiki around 3 PM, which was a short time for a high price.

I had a coupon for garlic shrimp, and when I asked the guide to use it, he didn't cut it out or show it to the shop staff, but instead just refunded me $5. They charged the tour guests the regular price, but the guide bought it at a lower price, so he must be pocketing the difference.

For that reason, while I was satisfied with the views of the North Shore and the horseback riding by the beach, I cannot recommend this tour company.

海辺乗馬とノースの街を観光したかったため、このツアーを選んだが、ハワイで様々な他会社のツアーに参加した経験から考えると、この内容でこの値段ははっきり言って高すぎると感じた。この日は、ピックアップ時間になってもツアーのバスが来ず、不安になる朝から始まった。結局10分遅れで到着されたが、車は古くて汚いし、ガイドさんのトークは、とても早口で非常に聞き取りづらい。また、ハレイワの街では、街散策もさせてもらえず、ガーリックシュリンプをガイドさんがまとめて買う間に屋台の前で写真を撮るのみ。終始せわしなくて、結局ワイキキには15時ごろには着いていて、時間は短いのに高い。
私はガーリックシュリンプのクーポンを持っていたので、ガイドさんにこれを使って買ってくれと頼むと、そのクーポンを切り取ることもなく、お店の人にみせることもなく、5ドル返金してくれました。ツアー客からは正規の値段を取り、しかし、ガイドさんは安く買っていて、その差額はガイドさんが得ているのでしょうね。
そういうわけで、ノースの海を見たり、海辺での乗馬は景色もよくて満足だったが、このツアー会社はおすすめできません。

The sunset from 4,000 meters was breathtaking. The alpenglow after sunset was also mystical.
The lunch at the relay point, along with the miso soup, was delicious.

P.S. I was able to borrow a warm jacket, but it's necessary to prepare for the cold.

４０００ｍから沈む夕日は圧巻でした。日没後のアルペングローも神秘的でした。
中継地点でのお弁当、みそ汁もついて美味しかったです。

Everyone was friendly, and even though I participated alone, I had a great time. It was my second time skydiving, and the weather was clear with great visibility that day, which made it enjoyable.

皆さんフレンドリーで一人で参加したのですが、楽しかったです。
スカイダイビングは2回目でしたが、当日は晴天で見晴らしが良く、
面白かったです。

The horseback riding experience was satisfying, but I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't hear the guide's explanations at all during the ride. For two hours, I just followed in silence. I think I would have enjoyed it more if there had been a Japanese-speaking guide.

乗馬体験は満足のいくものでしたが、道中ガイドの方の説明が全く聞き取れずちょっとがっかりでした。二時間ただただ無言でついていくだけでした。日本語のガイド案内があるともっと楽しめたと思います。

I went to see the sunset on the last day while I was at the study group. It was incredibly beautiful. I was moved. I will definitely participate next time.

勉強会のついでに最終日にサンセット見に行きました。めちゃめちゃ綺麗でした。
感動しました。次回も是非参加します。

Unfortunately, the weather was not great (>_<), so even though we made it to the summit, we couldn't see the starry sky. However, I appreciate that there is compensation for a free participation next time! I'm really looking forward to it! I wonder when I can go again＾＾

Thanks to Yamapi's friendly personality, everyone was able to chat and have a great time together. I was also happy to try the new items at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts on the way there; they were delicious!♪

残念ながらお天気が(>_<)というわけで山頂まで行ったものの星空を見ることはできませんでしたが、次回無料で参加できる補償つき！だったのでありがたい～。ぜひ次回に期待したいと思います！いつ行けるかなー＾＾

Horseback riding by the seaside was very relaxing. Although the horse stopped to eat grass a few times, the guide helped us along and we had a great time. There was also a couple in their 60s, so I think it's an activity that can be enjoyed by a wide range of people.

海辺の乗馬は癒されました。
途中馬が草を食べてしまったり止まったりもしたけど、ガイドさんが誘導してくれて楽しめました。
60代のご夫婦もいたので、幅広く楽しめるアクティビティーだと思います。

Sight to see, worth the effort, spectacular views at the end of the trek! Elvis was an awesome guide, respected the aina and culture. He was a great host, took good care of the entire group!

Our 5yr old and 3yr old had a great time on our helicopter tour. We recommend this as a wonderful thing to do as a family while visiting the island.

As everyone mentioned, the sunset was magical and wonderful. Additionally, we were lucky that it coincided with the new moon, so the stars were truly beautiful. We could see artificial satellites, shooting stars, and even the distant Kilauea volcano's crater glowing red in the darkness! I'm really glad I participated! In Masashi's tour, the bento provided was not in the usual takeout containers but in a traditional layered box, and instead of disposable chopsticks, we had real ones, and the miso soup was served in a bowl, which showed great thoughtfulness. Also, our guide, Konno, took some stylish photos that became wonderful keepsakes. Thank you!

皆さんの感想通り、サンセットは幻想的で素晴らしかったです。また、ラッキーな事に新月のタイミングだった為、本当に星が綺麗に見えました。人工衛星も流れ星も、また真っ暗な中に遠くのキラウエア火山の火口が赤く燃えている様子も見えるとは！参加して本当に良かった！マサシさんのツアーでは提供されるお弁当がよくあるテイクアウト容器ではなくお重に入っていて、お箸も割り箸ではなくて、お味噌汁もお椀で飲めて、心遣いが感じられました。また、ガイドの今野さんがセンスある写真を撮ってくれてとっても良い記念になりました。ありがとう！

The stars were incredible!
It was my first time reaching the summit in February, and the conditions for stargazing were perfect, so I was blessed with great timing and weather.
The travel time is long, but Stefan's entertaining talk makes the journey enjoyable.
Stargazing, one of my goals on the Big Island... it's something you should see at least once in your lifetime!

2月に入って山頂まで行けるのは初めてだったということと、
星を見るのに最高のコンディションだということで、タイミングと天気に恵まれました。
移動時間は長いのですがステファンのオモシロトークで道中も楽しませてくれます。
ハワイ島の目的のひとつだった星空観測・・・一生に一度は見るべきだ！

I participated with my daughter, who had experienced it once in Guam, and myself, who has done it several times. This time, we experienced a free fall of about 60 seconds from 4,267 meters, which was completely different from what we had in Guam. Moreover, during our previous experience, it was slightly drizzling, so diving in the clear weather this time allowed us to see the beautiful scenery of Hawaii below perfectly, which was fantastic.

However, the instructor who accompanied my daughter was quite experienced, perhaps too much so, and didn't really hype things up. While other people were spinning around after the parachute opened, my daughter seemed to just be falling straight down... I thought the enjoyment really depends on the instructor. By the way, I had an amazing time.

過去にグアムで一回経験したことのある娘と、あちこちで何回か経験済みの親で参加しました。
今回は4267メートルでフリーフォールが約60秒とグアムで経験したものとは全く別世界を味わえたものでした。しかも前回は若干霧雨のような状態でしたので、今回のピーカン天気でのダイビングは下界のハワイのきれいな景色もバッチリ見えて最高でした。
しかし、娘についてくれたインストラクターの方はずいぶんベテランの方で慣れすぎているっていうかあまり盛り上げてくれないっていうか、パラシュートが開いてからもほかの人はぐるぐる回ったりしているのに娘だけはただ落ちてくるだけみたいな・・・
楽しさはインストラクターによるかなあと思いました。
ちなみに私は最高に楽しかったです。

In February, I went to Maui for my honeymoon and wanted to experience not just the ocean but also the mountains, so I participated in this tour. The sunset and starry sky viewed above the clouds were exquisite. The summit had an unusually strong wind, making it difficult to stand, but the colors of the sun and sky were incredibly beautiful and moving.

During the stargazing time, the already clear starry sky was breathtaking, and with the use of three telescopes, we were shown various stars and received detailed explanations, which made it enjoyable. On the drive to Haleakalā, we talked about Maui, and I received a lot of information.

If I have the opportunity to go again in the summer, I would love to participate in seeing the summer constellations.

2月にhoneymoonでマウイに行き、海だけではなく山も体験したいと思い参加しました。
雲の上て見る夕陽と星空は絶品でした。山頂は稀に見る強風で、立っているのもやっとといった感じでしたが、太陽や空の色はとても綺麗でかんどうしました。
星空の時間帯にも、ただでさえ澄んだ星空で感動なのに、３つの望遠鏡を駆使しながら、あらゆる星を見せてくださったり、解説も細かくしていただき楽しめました。
ハレアカラまでのドライブ中にも、マウイのことを話しながら向かってくださり、沢山の情報をいただきました。

また夏に行く機会があったら、夏の星座を見に参加させて頂きたいです。

It was amazing! I was moved by the wind, thrill, and refreshing feeling I experienced with my whole body, as well as the views of Hawaii from above! Even though my English is at an elementary level, the instructor who flew with me spoke some Japanese, albeit broken, and communicated through gestures, so I felt no anxiety. Above all, they were super friendly and had great energy! I want to come back to Hawaii for skydiving again... no, I will definitely come back!

P.S. The price goes up, but I recommend purchasing the DVD. Every time I watch the footage, the excitement and emotions from that moment come rushing back.

小学生レベルの英語しか出来ない私でも､一緒に飛んでくれるインストラクターの方が片言ながらも日本語を話してくれ､ジェスチャーでも示してくれるので不安はなかったです。何より､超フレンドリーでテンション↑↑
スカイダイビングのために またハワイに来たい...いや...絶対もう一度来る!!

P.S 値段は上がりますが､DVDは購入するのをオススメします。映像を見るたびに あの時の興奮と感動がよみがえります。

I'm not good with thrill rides, but this one isn't scary at all!! I want to do it again and again!! If I have the chance to go again, I will definitely repeat it!!!

絶叫マシンは苦手ですが、これは全然怖くない！！何度でもやりたい！！また行く機会があれば絶対リピートします！！！

I signed up for the 11 AM plan, but I arrived at the center around 10 AM and the waiting time was too long. In the end, I was able to jump around 3 PM, which was exhausting. The skydiving itself was great. I had a lot of fun!

１１時開始プランで申込みしましたが、センターに１０時くらいに着きそこからの待ち時間が長すぎた。
結局飛べたのが、１５時くらいで疲れました。
スカイダイビング自体は文句なし。
たのしかったです！

Definitely do this during your holiday! The sunset and scenery at Mauna Kea is out-of-this-world and impressive. The stargazing afterwards is fun, as well as amazing to see so many stars so brightly.
The tour was excellent too, with well-informed guides and an un-rushed feel. Dinner was decent too.
