Arrive early to avoid delays: Traffic in Waikiki and Honolulu can be heavy, especially during peak hours. If you are driving, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the tour starts to allow enough time for parking and check-in.

For guests driving out to the check-in location: Paid parking is available at Kewalo Basin Harbor at a rate of $2 per hour. Please allow extra time to find a parking spot and walk to the check-in location, as parking availability can vary. We recommend carpooling or using public transportation if possible.

For guests selecting free transportation: Arrive at the pickup location at least 5–10 minutes early to avoid missing the shuttle.

Waikiki Marine Sports will send you a link by email and text to select a new tour date. The second trip must be booked within 7 days of your original booking. A $7 per person fuel surcharge and handling fee will be charged when you check in.
Free pickup service is not offered for returning customers. You are responsible for your own transportation. - Rebooking must be completed by April 15, 2025, and the offer cannot be extended to the following season.
