- Shared Group Tour: Any cancellations made after 15:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount. This includes, but not limited to, change of the activity date/time, package, the number of participants, etc.
Groups of 20 or more: Any cancellations made before 15:00 local time, 30 business days prior to the activity will receive a refund of the deposit and tour cost.
Any cancellations made between 15:00 local time, 29 to 14 business days prior to the activity will receive a 50% refund of the deposit and 50% of the tour cost.
Any cancellations made between 15:00 local time, 13 to 8 business days prior to the activity will receive a 50% of the tour cost only, and no refund will be provided for the deposit.
