Reviewed by: Kristin, 2023/06/17This company is really on the ball. They noticed errors I made in my flight information and contacted me immediately. I rated the company good because one of the passengers scheduled for the shuttle was in the wrong spot so we waited at least 20 minutes for her, then we drove around for ten minutes looking for her. I guess the missing passenger should be rating the company outstanding because we couldn’t leave the airport until we found her. No man left behind!

Nice ride

Great driver!

Easy, No Hassle
Reviewed by: Jessie , 2022/07/30We decided not to rent a car while in the Waikiki area. This shuttle was the perfect solution to getting to and from the airport. They were on time picking us up from our hotel and were only a phone call away when we arrived at the airport. Both of our drivers were polite and courteous and the driver taking us to our hotel had a lot of tips on places to go while we were there:)

A few bumps

Good service, confusing pick up location

The communication was not very good, however the service when we finally got on the shuttle was very good. The way back to the airport after our stay was good as well. The driver helped us with our luggage on and off the shuttles, the driver was a good driver on the road as well.
