Important activity information

• Guests may not fly within 24 hours of a two-tank scuba dive due to the high risk of decompression sickness.
• This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
• Children 10 years old and above can participate in this activity.
• Children age 10-14 must be seated with a responsible adult
• Open Seating passengers weighing in excess of 250 pounds may be charged an additional fee. This fee is already reflected in the pricing section.
• Open Seating passengers weighing more than 300 pounds may be charged for an additional seat. This fee is already reflected in the pricing section.
• Any two Open Seating passengers from the same reservation whose combined weight exceeds 430 pounds may be required to purchase a comfort seat.
• The combined weight of two First Class passengers must not exceed 340 pounds.
• In compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, Magnum Helicopters will weigh each individual when checking in at the airport for safety and weight balance of the aircraft. Please provide accurate body weights for all passengers. Misrepresentation of body weight could result in denial of service without refund.
• Phones are allowed only when secured in Magnum-approved cases with lanyards, available for a nominal fee.
  
  Selfie sticks and gimbals are not permitted.
  
  DSLR and large cameras are allowed only if they have a secure attachment point and are used with a Magnum lanyard.
  
  GoPro cameras are permitted with Magnum lanyards only. Grips, wrist straps, chest mounts, and head mounts are not allowed.
  
  Limit of one device per person, and all devices must be controlled at all times.

• Watches are allowed only with standard clasps, and magnetic or Velcro straps are not permitted.
• Some medical items are permitted with prior briefing, and non-essential items may need to be left with staff.

• A valid government-issued photo ID
• Closed toe shoes
• Sweatshirt / light jacket
• Do not wear flip-flops, sandals or any other footwear that could potentially fall off during the flight.
• Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times during the tour. Shoes must be secure around the ankle, and close-toed footwear is strongly recommended.
• Hats and other loose articles of clothing are not permitted.
• Due to colder temperatures at higher altitudes, long pants and a jacket are recommended.
• Passengers with long hair must secure it in a ponytail or braid.

• Please call the activity provider the day before to reconfirm your booking. Your voucher has the necessary contact information listed.
• Participants will be weighed upon check-in.
• Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
• Minors are required to have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.
• All guests must be able to board and exit the helicopter independently. Access requires using a staircase with three steps.
• Please check in 60 minutes prior to departure. A mandatory safety briefing takes place 20 minutes before departure, and guests who miss the briefing will be required to reschedule their flight.

• The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
• The tour guide has full discretion to refuse service to customers based on attire, behavior, physical fitness and condition.
• Gratuity is not included in the price.
