Covid sucks

The trolley crew were fantastic! They were very jolly and I appreciated that they sanitized the trolleys in between each ride. They also decorated the trolley with lights and Santa was on board as well. I was just disappointed at the fact that all the decorations at the Honolulu hale weren’t on display. Also, a lot of the downtown buildings that usually have decorations didn’t decorate this year. Hopefully next year will be much better because the ride was fun!

Expensive for What It Is

Expensive bus ride to Honolulu Hale where the lights and decor are. Driver was awesome! However in the future I'd save my money and Uber to the lights and carnival. The bus ride is cool but over priced.

Just okay.

Overrated, but still fun to see the city from up high (especially with kids)

Okay but not what I was expecting

Reviewed by: Melanie, 2015/12/29

It was a little hard to find the meeting spot, and the description of the tour didn't match what actually happened. First, I thought we would be on a smaller, old-fashioned trolley. We actually rode on a double-decker tour bus, and the fumes were awful on the lower level. The description of the tour said that we would make 2 circuits around Waikiki to see the lights and made no mention of getting off the bus at any time. But, we actually stopped at the extremely crowded Honolulu City of Lights for 30+ minutes, which I was not expecting.

Happy New Years Melanie!
Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience with our Holiday Lights Tour. We were not clear enough in letting customers know that
they would be in double decker vehicles. We sincerely apologize. (The name of our company is The Waikiki Trolley but we actually have many types of
vehicles.)

Where did you read the description of our tour? Was it on our web site? The stop at Honolulu Hale is the highlight of this tour so I am concerned where
we missed that in the description you read. We really do appreciate you letting us know these things so we can continually improve.

If you could respond to jlawson@waikikitrolley.com that would be great!

Sincerely,
The Waikiki Trolley Team
