The staff were friendly, and the service on board was attentive. On the way to Lanai Island, we encountered a pod of wild dolphins, and it was wonderful to stop the boat and take our time to watch them. Once we arrived at Lanai Island, we were able to see many colorful fish while snorkeling! Those who wished could participate in a tour of Lanai Island, and I joined. The local female guide was very polite and shared many stories unique to the area. On the return trip, we enjoyed drinks while watching the sunset, making for a truly lovely time. I would definitely like to go again!

フレンドリーなスタッフの皆さんで、船内でのサービスも行き届いていました。ラナイ島に到着する途中、野生のイルカの群れにも遭遇し、船をとめて、ゆっくり眺める時間も素晴らしかったです。ラナイ島に到着してのシュノーケリングでは、色とりどりの魚をたくさん見ることができました！
希望する人は、ラナイ島内の観光に参加することができ、参加しました。ガイドの現地の女性もとても丁寧に、地元の方ならではのお話をたくさん聞かせてくださいました。
帰りの船内も、夕暮れを見ながらお酒をいただき、とても素敵な時間となりました。またぜひ、行きたいです！

We had a comfortable trip there & back. Wish you still had a ferry running to Molokai

We loved it. First timer. We will recommend to our friends. Good was lukewrm but good. Desserts were superb. Grounds are gorgeous.

The staff was excellent, we were sorry that we were unable to snorkel, but thoroughly enjoyed the whale watch. Mahalo!!

Our captain (Emily) and crew were fantastic hosts! They educated us on the hump back whale while entertaining us with great stories, food and drink. Good time had by all!

I was immediately impressed when we were greeted as we entered the venue. The staff was extremely organized, friendly, and helpful.
The venue was clean. The activities before the meal and show were fun and informative. The food was excellent. The entertainment was excellent.

The guide was very kind and attentive. They provided chairs and had a telescope, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful night under a sky full of stars! If we had a bit more time, we could have enjoyed the restroom breaks and the supermarket more! The only reason I didn't rate it as the best was that it was just too cold that day. The next day, I heard the mountains were closed due to snow. In Maui, you can swim at the beach and see snow on the mountains.

ガイドの方が、とても親切で至れり尽くせりでした。椅子も用意していただき、天体観測スコープも有り沢山の星が広がって素敵な夜でした！
途中のトイレ休憩やスーパーももう少し時間があれば楽しめました！最高でしたにしなかったのは余りにもその日が寒すぎたからです。
翌日は雪で山がクローズされたとか。
マウイではビーチで泳ぎ、山には雪が見られます。

I had several concerns about participating in the overseas tour, and this time was no different.
Will the pickup be on time? ← They arrived right on time.
Will the guide speak Japanese? ← The guide was a true Japanese person, haha.
Will I be able to use the restroom? ← There were breaks, and the restroom was relatively close.
Will I be warm enough with the cold-weather gear I brought? ← There were warm clothes and blankets available.
Will I suffer from oxygen deprivation? ← It was fine as we ascended while acclimatizing.
Regarding this tour, there were absolutely no issues.
Our guide, Mr. Yamauchi, was great at conversation and very knowledgeable. He answered questions outside of the tour accurately as well. It rained during the day, but it was clear above the clouds. During the stargazing, the wind was minimal, and we could see a perfect starry sky. We even saw shooting stars! The sushi we had for dinner was delicious, and the warm tea helped to warm us up.
I took various photos, but I believe seeing it with my own eyes is the best part of the tour. If you plan to go, make sure to book early as it fills up quickly.
Lastly, thank you for everything, Mr. Yamauchi! I look forward to seeing you again when I visit Maui! (*^^*) Date of participation: January 2019.

海外のツアーに参加するにあたって心配事はいくつかあります。今回も然り
お迎えはちゃんと来るのか？←時間通りに来てくれました
ガイドは日本語が話せるのか？←生粋の日本人でした笑
トイレは行けるか？←休憩もあるしトイレは比較的近くにありました
持ってきた防寒具で寒くないか？←防寒着も毛布もありました
酸素不足にならないか？←体を慣らしながら上がるので大丈夫でした
このツアーに関して言うと全く問題ありませんでした。
ガイドの山内さんは会話上手で知識豊富。ツアー以外の質問にも的確に答えてくださいます。この日は途中で雨に降られましたが雲の上は晴れていました。星空観測では風の影響も少なく満点の星空を見る事ができました。流れ星も見えましたよ！夕飯に食べたお寿司は美味しく温かいお茶で身体も温まります。
写真は色々撮りましたがやっぱり自分の目で見る事が一番のツアーだと思います。行こうと思ったら早めに予約をしないとすぐ満員になってしまいます。
最後になりますが山内さん色々ありがとうございました！

This was a very great luau. We all had a wonderful time. We recived a Lei greeting. That was very awesome. Everybody wants a flower lei. There was a lot of good food. Something for even the pickiness eaters. It was way cool to see the pig being roasted. We just loved it.

I participated with my wife. It was a tour that we joined with high hopes for the magnificent panorama of Maui and the starry sky, but unfortunately, it rained heavily. We had a faint hope that the weather might change at the summit, but the rain continued, and we decided to head back. However, thanks to the warm hospitality of our guide, we were invited to a popular local Italian restaurant, and the authentic wood-fired pizza was truly delicious.

Additionally, the guide's stories were very enjoyable and educational, which captivated us. Although we didn't get to see the starry sky as we had hoped, this tour, which could have been just a disappointing memory, turned into a very memorable and enjoyable experience thanks to the guide's entertaining stories and kindness. I would like to join the starry sky tour again next time for a chance at redemption. Thank you very much for the wonderful memories.

私は家内と二人で参加しました。
マウイの壮大なパノラマと満点の星空に期待を膨らませて参加したツアーでしたが、残念なら土砂降りの雨、山頂に行けば天気も変わるのではとの淡い期待も虚しく変わらずの雨、諦めて帰路に着きましたが、ガイドさんの暖かなお心遣いにより地元で人気のイタリアンレストランに招待して頂きました、直火窯焼きの本格的ピザは本当に美味しかったです。
また、ガイドさんのお話しがとても楽しくまた勉強にもなる内容でしたのでついつい惹きつけられてしまいました、目的であった満点の星空には出会う事が出来ず本来なら単なる残念な思い出になっていた今回のツアーですが、ガイドの楽しいお話やお心遣いで大変印象深い楽しい思い出となりました。次回またガイドの下満点の星空ツアーにリベンジ参加したいと思っております。楽しい思い出を本当にありがとうございました。

I drove up to a height similar to that of Mount Fuji, and coincidentally, it coincided with a lunar eclipse. Despite the heavy crowd, I was able to navigate skillfully and enjoyed an enchanting world.

富士山と同じくらいの高さに車で登り、たまたま月食と重なって、劇混みの中、クルクルと機転を利かせて頂き、幻想的な世界を満喫させてもらいました。

The staff was so friendly and attentive! Drinks and food were awesome and the sail was perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better excusion. We highly recommend Trilogy!!! We will definitely be back!

We were lucky that it was a beautiful day on the water. Everything was perfect! We saw so many whales we couldn't keep up with which side of the boat they were breaching on. Our "Captain Dan" was the most amazing host. He provided a lot of insight into the whales (their behaviour, etc), the surrounding area & history, the crew on the boat and even his own life. It wouldn't have been the same without him onboard. Thanks, "Lieutenant Dan"!! Riley was an excellent bar keep and equipment manager. I don't remember the names of the rest but all were so professional and accommodating. Snorkelling on the Molokini for a newbie like my wife was a breeze thanks to ALL of them. Will definitely book this again when we go back to Maui.

I was looking forward to Molokini, but unfortunately, the weather was bad with rain the day before. The sky was covered with thick, dull clouds, and the sea didn't shine brightly. There weren't as many fish as I had hoped, but I did encounter sea turtles. After snorkeling, I enjoyed the resort atmosphere with free drinks, including beer. I was a bit surprised that the transportation was a taxi, and I didn't realize it was for us right away.

楽しみにしていたモロキニでしたが、前日も雨であいにくの天気。どんより厚い曇に覆われ、明るく輝く海とはなりませんでした。魚の数は期待したほど多くはありませんでしたが、海亀には遭遇出来ました。シュノーケリング後はフリードリンクでビールも飲めてリゾート気分を味わえました。送迎がタクシーだったのはちょっとビックリで、自分たちの出迎えと直ぐには分かりませんでした。

It was a great experience and something that I always wanted to do. I want to thank Jennifer for being very patient and walking me through the skills that I needed as a beginner. Her experience as a diver really comes through and it was a pleasure to dive with her. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

On Christmas, December 25th, I participated with my family of five. We were blessed with good weather, and it was comfortable without any wind. However, as someone who gets cold easily, I spent the time bundled up in my UNIQLO Ultra Down jacket, along with the warm gear provided and a lap blanket. (I noticed someone brought a knit hat, and I thought I should bring one next time!)

Every moment was a luxurious experience!

(I brought some snacks, and for some reason, my usual snacks tasted several times better, haha.)

It was reassuring to have a restroom nearby.

I read reviews to choose this tour, and one mentioned, "The guide, Mr. Yamauchi, maximized its charm."

That was absolutely true! Mr. Yamauchi's thoughtfulness multiplied the emotions we felt. Having such a wonderful guide made it a memorable experience for a lifetime. I believe the scenery and stories left a lasting impression on the children as well!

For those who are hesitant about going, you absolutely should!

If I have the chance to visit Maui again, I would definitely like to participate. Thank you, Mr. Yamauchi!

お天気に恵まれ、風もなく、過ごしやすいとのことでしたが、
寒がりの私は持参したUNIQLOのウルトラダウンと用意していただいた防寒具と膝掛けで過ごしました。(ニット帽を持って来ていた方がいて、次回は持って行こうと思いました！)

Beautiful views, fun little tour and learned a lot We had no clue about. Make sure you do the tasting also.

From December to April, humpback whales come to the Hawaiian Islands, and while I saw them on Oahu, I thought Maui would be a better place to see them up close. I also signed up for the Trilogy, which is a catamaran, so I thought we might be able to see the whales closer to the water's surface. Although the tour was in English, it was fine for us, as we were the only Japanese participants. We were able to see the whales for quite a while, and one came right up to the front of the catamaran, which was very impressive. Additionally, the triangle area between Maui, Molokai, and Lanai is said to be shallow, making it a good spot for nurturing calves. It’s estimated that around 4,000 humpback whales come to the islands each month, so I highly recommend this season for whale watching.

１２月から４月の間、ハワイ諸島沖にザトウクジラが来るということで、オアフ島でも見たのですが、マウイ島のほうが近くで見れそうなのとトリロジー号はカタマランなので水面近くでクジラがみられるかも？と思い申し込みをしました。英語のみなのですが、英語の話せない私たちで大丈夫でした。日本人も私たちだけでした。クジラはかなりの間見ることができ、一番近くでカタマランのすぐ前まで来てくれ、迫力満点でした。また、マウイ島、モロカイ島、ラナイ島のトライアングル地帯は地形的に浅いらしいので、子育てにはちょうどいいらしいです。月には4000頭のザトウクジラが来島するらしいので、これからのシーズンはおすすめです。

We live on Maui but decided to venture out to Lanai. This little ferry was great! I was able to book trip for 5 people fast online and confirm it within 15 minutes just one day ahead.
Weather was great and ride was smooth to Lanai. We even managed to see wails. On island we decided to stay longer and I was able to move our tickets to last ferry without any problems (there is a phone number on the tickets, they do pick up the phone fast). Ride back was in the dark but it still was fun, we got to see amazing starry sky!

We had such a great time snorkeling!! The secondary location was full of sea life and it gave more time to watch for whales. Great trip and we’d definitely go again.

I had only experienced horseback riding about three times at a ranch and had never ridden alone, but it was absolutely no problem. After receiving a brief explanation in English, they selected horses based on each person's body type, height, and skill level, and we started riding without any practice. We waited on the horses until everyone was done riding (laughs).

Once we passed through the mountain path, the ocean spread out before us, and the view was breathtaking! The horses were well-trained, listened to commands, and were adorable. We gave a $10 tip for the two of us! Thank you for a truly valuable and wonderful experience!

乗馬は3回程度牧場で経験したのみで、1人で乗った事もないレベルでしたが、全く問題ありませんでした。
軽く英語で説明を受けた後、1人1人の体型や身長やレベルを見て、馬を選んでいただいて、練習も何もないまま急に乗馬開始で、全員乗り終わるまで乗ったまま待機していました（笑）
山道を抜けると、海が広がり絶景でした！
馬はしつけられていて、言う事も聞いてくれて可愛かったです。
チップは2人で$10渡しました！
本当に貴重で素晴らしい体験をありがとうございました！

The tour started at 3 am. First stop was in a store where we were supposed to buy water and chewing gum to make the way up the mountain easier. The bus was new and confortable. We arrived at the top of the Haleakala around 5:30 am and stayed freezing outside the bus until 6:40 am, for the sunrise. It was cold and windy, around 0°C... Other companies provided blankets and jackets to their customers. Ours didn’t. The view was fantastic even in that cloudy morning. It’s worth waking up that early! After the sunrise, we started our way down, with two great stops to see the view. Breakfast was served in front of golf course around 9:30 am. We arrived at the hotel at 10:45 am.

For sunrise viewing, there is a standby time of 30 minutes to 1 hour until the sun rises, so during that time, you can also enjoy the beautiful stars, which is a great bonus!

日の出鑑賞の場合、日が出るまで30分~1時間のスタンバイ時間があるため、その間にきれいな星たちも同時に鑑賞できるのでお得です！

It was very good. We were blessed with great weather, and thanks to the guide's attentive service, we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend sightseeing in Maui.

The day I went, it was very windy, and due to the weather, I couldn't go to Molokini Island. However, I enjoyed snorkeling in the waters around Maui and participated in activities like whale watching. I was very satisfied because they were very flexible in accommodating my plans.

私の行った日は風が強く、天候の都合上モロキニ島に行くことができませんでしたが、代わりにマウイ島周辺部の海でシュノーケルを楽しみ、ホエールウォッチングなどのアクティビティを行い、非常に柔軟に対応していただいたためとても満足度が高かったです。

Had a great time! Awesome crew. Great music and cocktails. And saw whales! Great experience and would definitively recommend Sea Maui!

If you're going horseback riding in Hawaii, go to Mendes! It's just "refreshing" to feel the wind from the Pacific while surrounded by nature! No problem at all if you don't speak English!

ハワイで乗馬するならメンデスです！ 大自然の中で太平洋からの風を受けながら、兎に角 「爽快」そのものです！ 英語通じなくても全く問題ないですヨ！

I'm regretting that I got sick from seasickness, but thanks to Kana's full support, I was able to swim with the sea turtles. I'm glad I pushed myself to come to Maui!

I love watching sunrises and have seen them all over the world, but the sunrise in the Sahara Desert has become my number one! I highly recommend it.

日の出鑑賞が大好きで世界中の日の出を観賞しましたが私史上、サハラ砂漠を超えて世界一になりました！おススメです。

I participated with my daughter. We decided to join because there was live music, and the authentic hula show was also very good. There were no Japanese crew members. I’m not good at English, but it was not a problem at all. It was a very windy day, so I felt like I might be blown away while watching the show, and it was quite cold. I think it would have been even better if the wind had been weaker.

娘と参加しました。生演奏ありということで参加を決めましたが、本格的なフラのショーもあったのでそちらもとても良かったです。日本人の乗務員はいませんでした。英語が苦手ですが全然問題ないです。風が大変強い日でしたのでショーを見ているときはすっ飛ばされそうでかなり寒かったです。風が弱ければ更に良かったと思います。
