On the day of the tour, due to the wind around Molokini Island, we couldn't go to Molokini Island and instead changed to two other snorkeling spots where we might see sea turtles. ツアークルーはほぼ現地人なので説明は全て英語です。お一人だけ日本人の優しくてクールなお姉さんがいらっしゃいましたので重要なことは日本語で説明してくれました。
当日の天気は晴れていたものの、曇りがちで寒かったのでシュノーケルには不向きな天候だったかと思います。それでも魚はまぁまぁいたし、綺麗な海をのんびり泳げてとても気持ちよかったです。クジラは沢山いました！遠くからですが、豪快に潮を吹く様子や、絵に描いたように尻尾を上げて潜っていく様子を肉眼でも見れて感動。
船上では十分な飲み物と朝食・昼食をいただけます。バーベキューグリルまで完備されており、作り立てのハンバーガーが美味しかった!!
ウミガメに会えなかったことは残念でしたが、気持ちよくクルーズし、クジラを見て、海を泳いで、ハンバーガーを食べて、総合的に満足です。

Very knowledgeable crew! We saw so many whales on our tour which was a bonus. We couldn't snorkel molokini because of the swells being too dangerous so we were able to snorkel at the Coral Gardens which were great as well. Loved everything about this excursion and recommend it for everyone!
Let me just say Alii Nui treated everyone right even from the second we boarded the boat! A full spread of hors d'oeuvres and open bar - created a light, fun, exciting atmosphere . Captain Nick was great - awesome personality ! All the staff was super knowledgeable and very friendly. I'll say this- I could sail on this whale watching tour everyday and never get bored with it- it was that fun! Saw a mother and baby double breach too! Highly recommend whenever you're in Maui !
Wasn't sure what to expect and it was a lot better than I thought it might be. Food was good, setting very nice - the moon was rising over the mountain - and the show was informative. We are horsey people but you dont't have to be to enjoy the show (might even be better if you aren't.). Very friendly, hotel or mall pickup, we were lucky and had uncle George play. It was nice to have a new activity since we've been coming to Maui for 20+ years

Butch and Destiny were outstanding with my 7-year old grandson, who had only ridden a horse with me walking next to him. He actually went for a trot - all by himself!! Between the views, the entertaining guides and aloha spirit, my daughter and I would recommend the Mendes Ranch to any and all riders, from beginners to advanced.
The view was beautiful, the food was good, and the crew was very friendly. However, the boat and experience was not as advertised. The boat was dirty and old, which put a dampener on the atmosphere. From the description, it sounds like you're going on a "high class" cruise in Maui. Instead, you're sitting on plastic outdoor chairs with sticky vinyl tablecloths. We didn't feel it was worth the cost. We did get beautiful sunset photos though.
The second time was the best. Dinner was great service and staff were excellent Chris the frist mate was also great. Our kids loved and it was romantic thank you will do again next time we come.
It was a nice ride, beautiful scenery. The barbecue afterwards was delicious. :)

Your guide was the best. He knew the name of every tree flower and bush. He knew the story behind the water falls and how they feed the water system. It was a fun journey. Unfortunately we could not return on the helicopter because it was too windy and raining. Veltra was quick to give us a refund for the helicopter. This is the way to go if you want to see Hana and all the sights.
As the season was coming to an end, I thought it might not be possible, and indeed, I couldn't see them. The staff kept searching around the sea, but it seems they weren't nearby.
However, I did receive a proper refund. I want to try again next time, so I gave it two stars with hope.

My husband and I very much enjoyed the guided tour of Lanai. It's the best way to go. Our guide, Bruce, is very knowledgable about the Island and it's history (as he grew up on the island) and told us many, many interesting facts. He is very personable and accommodating.
