The tour locations were great and our driver was amazing. The tour guide did not share much about the area. Most tour guides are extremely knowledgeable of their land, especially when they are local but not him

Reviewed by: Adriana, 2019/01/02The tour started at 3 am. First stop was in a store where we were supposed to buy water and chewing gum to make the way up the mountain easier. The bus was new and confortable. We arrived at the top of the Haleakala around 5:30 am and stayed freezing outside the bus until 6:40 am, for the sunrise. It was cold and windy, around 0°C... Other companies provided blankets and jackets to their customers. Ours didn’t. The view was fantastic even in that cloudy morning. It’s worth waking up that early! After the sunrise, we started our way down, with two great stops to see the view. Breakfast was served in front of golf course around 9:30 am. We arrived at the hotel at 10:45 am.

It looked like we were floating on the clouds. It was unlike anything I had ever experienced. The view of the crater was great and surreal as well. Unbelievable colors. Bring a jacket! It was cold up there. The dinner was good as well. I highly recommend this excursion!

Best experience ever

何よりも、ツアーガイドのネリーさんが最高でした！！人生観も変わるステキな出会いだったと思ってます。
山頂は非常に風も冷たく、寒いです。日の出前1時間くらい外にいますので温かい格好は必須です。
私は友達から聞いていたので、ヒートテック、カシミアのタートルネック、ウルトラダウン、スノボのジャケット、ネックウォーマー、ニット帽、手袋とカシミアのストールを着て、貼るホッカイロでちょうど良いくらいでした。外国人の方で半ズボンやスパッツで着てる方は山頂で買ってましたが、現金のみなので要注意です。

最高の思い出になりました。

とにかく運転ガイドの女性の方の道中のお話が先ず良かったです。
もちろんハレアカラのサンライズも神秘的で心が洗われる気持ちになりました。
帰りの朝食のパンケーキもすごく美味しかったです。
お値段以上の価値があるツアーと思います！

素晴らしい景色

このツアーの担当ドライバーも親切でよかったです。
山頂は、みなさんもいわれる通り寒いですから防寒対策は必要ですが、薄手のダウンがあれば、あったかくてかさばらないので、おススメしておきます。
あとは、ツアー出発が2時〜3時と早く、帰りは12時頃になるので、そのあたりがプランニングに影響しちゃうかもしれません。
チェックアウト時間は11時のところが多いと思うので。

Reviewed by: Mike Caranna, 2018/10/20We were promptly picked up at the designated time at the pier. This tour went West to Lahaina. The road thru the mountains became very narrow in places but our driver Halley did an excellent job of navigating the turns. This road was definitely more scary than the road to Hana.
Halley did a good job in explaining the various sights just as Sammy did the day earlier. She made frequent stops so we could get photos.
Once we arrived in Lahaina Town, Halley recommended a nice restaurant where we had lunch overlooking the ocean.
We were very pleased with this tour and would highly recommend it.

Reviewed by: Mike Caranna, 2018/10/20Our excursion went extremely well. We were met at the pier at the designated time with no issues. We met our driver/guide and were on our way. Our driver was Bobbie who gave us a very comprehensive verbal overview of the entire trip. She would pull over at various times to let us get photos of the scenery. We liked the fact that we could stay at any stop for extended time if needed.
Because Bobbie was Hawaiian raised, she could give us a perspective of Hawaiian life on the island.
The van was very comfortable and the driving was very good. No speeding. She gave us plenty of bathroom stops.
All in all we very much enjoyed the trip and would recommend this tour.

集合場所でピックアップされませんでした。

という集合場所をメールされました。ロビー前のロータリーと、ホテル手前で待っていましたが、車は来ませんでした。
代表番号にかけても繋がらず、その後、リコンファームの番号にかけると繋がりました。
既にバスは過ぎたとのこと。ドライバーに戻れるか確認する、たぶん大丈夫だろうということになりました。
しかし、その後、もう戻れない、ツアーには参加できないという電話がありました。返金はするから、という話で納得しましたが、同日中に不安になり確認すると、返金すると約束した担当は確認で来ませんでした。
結局ベルトラさんに連絡し、確認していただきましたが、最後まで現地のツアー会社は事実を確認できませんでした。結局返金されることになったのは、ベルトラさんの対応のおかげです。現地のツアー会社の対応には問題があります。
これから参加される方には、合流場所をホテルにも確認していただき、緊急時には必ず連絡取れる電話番号を現地ツアー会社に確認する必要があります。

Best Maui Tour!

I went with my boyfriend on a Friday and our tour guide Trevor was amazing and took great care of us. It was an all-day event starting at around 8am with the bus coming to our hotel to pick us up, and ended around 6pm with us being dropped back off as well. Trevor, a local of Hawaii for many years, was very informative of the lifestyle, culture, and geography of a lot of the sightseeing we encountered on the road and made multiple stops throughout the trip to allow passengers to explore, shop, and take pictures. We pretty much made an entire loop around the right side of the island which was amazing because we definitely got to see the different terrains as well. The highlight of the trip for my boyfriend and I was making stops at one of the waterfall pools and Black Sand Beach at Waianapanapa State Park. Our tickets included a light, continental breakfast and a nice lunch. We couldn't have asked for a better day!

朝とても早くから出版するので、満点の星空が見れます！
朝日もとても美しかったです。
とてもさむいので、ダウンジャケット、セーター、デニム、デニムの下にヒートテックでも寒かったです。
またガイドさんや他のお客さんも全員外国人なので英語です。
説明会も細かくしてくれてわかりやすかったですし、ほかのツアー客もいい人でした！

Views were great. Judy not so much.
Reviewed by: Nancy Gianotti, 2018/06/02Our driver Judy wasn't the most pleasant of people. When we first got on the bus we sat in the handicap set behind her. My sister in law has a knee brace on so it was easier. Judy told us we couldn't sit there. We moved and a little bit into the ride she asked if anyone was prone to motion sickness. She said they could come up front. That made me mad. Then when we stopped to order our dinners a couple complained they couldn't understand her. We couldn't either. She got better speaking after that. She also told use we had 15 minutes and then disappeared for a half hour leaving us in the hot van. People start getting off so they could get air. Just not the greatest of drivers.

Reviewed by: Alberich, 2018/05/19Der Sonnenaufgang über dem Haleakala ist definitiv einen Ausflug wert. Wer nicht mitten in der Nacht eine unbekannte und kurvenreiche Strecke fahren will, sollte diese Tour buchen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass alle Busse auf den Parkplatz am Visitor Center halten und es entsprechend voll dort ist. Außerdem ist eine organisierte Tour die einzige Möglichkeit den Sonnenaufgang zu sehen, wenn man keinen Parkplatz mehr über die Website des Nationalparks buchen kann... Ohne reservierten Parkplatz kein Zutritt!
