Great experience under the water. We had à view of the ocean we could not have without diving equipement. The divers that show us what they find is very cool to !

Very good tour. The driver was very knowlegable and provided a lot of information about Maui.

We had a great evening. Only complaint is the seating is in the direct sun. They let us in at 545
Drinks good, food good. Main show started a 8 pm. They close down buffet pretty fast. We will do this again.

Steve was our driver/guide on the Lanai Full Day Tour.
He is a very knowledgeable guide and answered all our numerous questions. He is also an excellent driver.

Despite the fact that our tour was cut short by about 2 hours due to the cancellation of the last ferry because of bad weather, we were able to see everything on our list.

Thanks Steve for making our Lanai trip so memorable.

Cole was our tour guide, he was extremely informative and helpful. We were nervous not knowing how difficult the paddle was going to be but it truly was easy. We paddled over to the turtle cleaning station and we’re amazed at all the turtles we literally just hanging out with. Cole showed us different sea life and explained the history of the surrounding islands. It was the best tour we had during all our trips, clear waters, lots of coral and mostly turtles!!! We highly recommend

The return ferry departs at 14:00. The guidance for SUVs ends at 10:30. What am I supposed to do for three and a half hours on an island where I have no transportation? It's disappointing that if I had been informed from the beginning, I could have made better plans.

Totally worth the lack of sleep. You wake up early, however you can sleep on the bus. The sights were amazing and our tour guide/ driver was extremely knowledgeable.

I was relieved to find a Japanese person at the reception.
Inside the submarine, there is a tape with guidance in Japanese.
The day before, the waves were high, so the water was a bit murky, but I was still very satisfied to see the coral fish.

Went on the tour with my wife. I didn’t know a pineapple tour could be so much fun! Our tour guide, Tim, made the trip fun such a good time. After touring and eating all the pineapple we could handle he even gave us a special performance on the ukulele, “Pineapple Princess”. 10/10 tour 10/10 performance!!

Since it was an English tour, there were only three of us Japanese participants. We were packed into a small bus to full capacity and set off. The male guide was friendly, taking pictures for us at the rest stop, but the shopping planned at Clar Lodge was canceled without any explanation. After watching the sunset from the summit, we were all dropped off at the dining location without any follow-up. We were just ushered into the restaurant, where our seats were taken by other tour participants, leaving us feeling excluded.

I joined the English tour knowing what to expect, and I didn't anticipate the detailed support typical of Japanese tours, but it didn't turn out to be a very good experience, which is disappointing.

英語ツアーとわかって参加し、日本ツアーの細やかなフォローを期待して行ったわけではないですが、あまりいい思い出にならず、残念でした

Tour guide was Very knowledgeable and friendly , bus is extremely comfortable, dinner was delicious

The boat sways quite a bit, so I recommend that those who are prone to motion sickness take medication before participating. I was grateful for the cheerful staff who provided thoughtful attention.

船が結構揺れるので、酔いやすい方は薬を飲んでから参加することをお勧めします。
スタッフの方々は明るく細かい配慮をしてくださりありがたかったです。

The Sunrise Tour was my first experience. Most of the participants were foreigners. I took motion sickness medication before joining. At the summit, I was able to see the sunrise while listening to chants, which was a wonderful experience.

サンライズツアーは初めてでした。
殆どの参加者は外国の方でした。
車酔いの薬を飲み参加しました。
頂上ではチャントを聴きながらサンライズを見ることが出来て素晴らしい経験でした。

The sunset sail was very good, better than others I've done. Definitely wasn't live music and booking online doesn't allow for a kamaʻāina discount, once I got to the front desk I was told they did offer 25% but I couldn't get it since there wasn't a way to do it online.. 5 of us went so perhaps someone could figure that out on your end?
Otherwise the excursion itself was great even saw doplhins swim along the boat!

My husband and I took this cruise last Friday night . It was the perfect way to end our stay in Maui. We were staying at a condo right next to the harbor where the boat departed, so super convenient for us. Some people were caught in a lot of traffic coming from Lahaina that night and, although the ship waited for a while still didn’t make it. This was unfortunate for those people because they missed out on a really great experience. It was good for us because there was only half the number of people aboard...more room to move around,. It was like a private excursion l The staff was top notch,super attentive, the entertainment wonderful.The crew puts on a hula show, the food and drinks were excellent. Had my Hawaii drink all night, lava flow. Sunsets and views amazing!!

If you dont get the parking pass it’s worth to book the tour.
The guide was amazing and knowledgeable.
He shared many deep facts about the place, showed us variety of flowers and plants and shared interesting facts about them.
He stopped at other view points on the way while coming back.
The breakfast place they stopped was level up and the breakfast was very good.
I surely recommend to book the tour.

The location of the luau was perfect for us because it was close. The resort itself is breathtaking and immaculate. We were a party of 12 with 2 young kids and were seated right away. There were several activities for everyone before it got started. We took tons of pictures, most of them being the beautiful sunset. They singing, dancing and overall production was very entertaining. The delicious food and open bar were the icing on the cake. Overall, everyone in our party had a great time.

Our overall experience was outstanding. From the moment we got there we were treated like family. Our guides Chauncey and Jesse were hilarious and a lot of fun! The ziplining was great and easy to get to. I recommend this course for first timers! It was well worth it!

Everything was amzing! We loved it. Saw multiple species of dolphins, snorkeling was great

The ferry was promptly on time and made the trip without any problems. The staff was friendly and welcoming. As it was a very warm day I appreciated to A/C in the main cabin lower deck!

It was a very satisfying activity.
【Experience Details】
We had plenty of time to see fish and turtles at two spots. On the way there, we encountered a pod of dolphins and even saw them spin. At each spot, we saw many fish, and we were able to see six turtles and an octopus as well. However, since I participated at the beginning of July, there were some areas where the water was a bit cold. This might have been due to a typhoon approaching a few days later.
On the way back, it was a great experience to enjoy a hearty barbecue chicken while sailing.
【Others】
We were the only Japanese couple, but the staff were all cheerful and friendly sea men and women who interacted with us warmly. The other participants were mainly families and couples. The explanations in English were delivered quite quickly, so honestly, it was hard for me to catch everything, but I think it’s fine as long as you mimic those around you (laughs). I was worried on the day of the activity because I completely forgot about the reconfirmation phone call the day before, but it turned out to be okay.
Also, I gave a tip of $20 to one person when disembarking (the others around me did the same).

Overall, it was a very satisfying activity.

【体験内容】
スポット2箇所でたっぷりの時間で魚や亀を見ることができました。
行きの船ではイルカの群れに出会い、スピンも見れました。
スポット各々で、たくさんの魚を見れ、亀も6匹、タコも見ることができました。
一方、7月頭の参加でしたが、少し水が冷たい箇所もありました。数日後に台風が迫っていたことが理由かもしれません。
帰りはセーリングで帰りながらボリューミーな鶏肉のバーベキューを食べるのも良い体験でした。
【その他】
日本人は我々夫婦のみでしたが、スタッフは皆海の男&女で爽やかに明るい方々で、気さくに接ししていただきました。
我々の他はご家族やカップルが中心でした。
説明など英語はかなりスピーディに話されるので、得意でないわたしには正直聞き取るのは無理でしたが、基本周りの真似をしていれば大丈夫かと思います（笑）
前日リコンファームで電話ということでしたが、完全に忘れており当日心配しておりましたが、大丈夫でした。
また、チップは、下船時にお一人に20ドルをお渡ししました（周囲の方も同様な形でした）

総じて大満足のアクティビティでした。

We were able to see a wonderful sunrise from the sea of clouds. There were about 15 buses that had arrived, and since we got there around the middle, the front row was already taken. Although we left in the middle of the night, I wish we could have departed earlier. It was a bit disappointing that we had to bring our own winter gear, which made our luggage bulky.

バスが15台程登頂していて、真ん中位の到着だったので最前列は埋まっており、深夜の出発でしたがもっと早く出発できればよかったです。
防寒具が持参のため、荷物がかさばった点が残念でした。

I was worried about the late-night departure, the traffic near the toll booth, and whether we would make it in time for the sunrise, but the experience was so wonderful that it brought me to tears. I'm glad I signed up for the sunrise tour. The chant (prayers and gratitude recited in Hawaiian) was also great.

A few days before our arrival, it had snowed on Maui, and on the day of the luau, there was quite heavy rain, leading us to think it might be canceled. However, it stopped for a while, so the event went ahead. Unfortunately, it started pouring again, and they handed out rain ponchos. The food ended up getting soaked, and it was quite cold, making it uncomfortable to sit for long periods. Many guests left early. The performers' voices also seemed to tremble at times... While we can't control the weather, overall, it wasn't a show that matched the price.

到着数日前には雪の降ったマウイ島、ルアウ当日も結構強い雨でキャンセルになるかと思いきや、一時止んだのでそのまま決行になりました。でも途中からは結構な降りでビニールカッパが配られましたが、料理はびしょぬれでかなり寒く座っているのがつらい感じになり、中座するゲストも相当数いました。出演者の歌声も時々震えてる感じで・・・天気はコントロールできないとは言っても、総合的に見て価格に見合うショーではありませんでした。

Bruce our island guide was great and customized for us. Lanai is a special island and very worth seeing. One highlight was seeing two Indian spotted deer bucks with very large horns.

I was visiting Maui for a week and a cruise sounded like a great experience for my trip. The ship itself is very old and outdated, the seats are very snug and you sit across from a couple that you do not know. Thankfully we sat across from two very nice and friendly people. I had the roasted chicken and it was dry. The drinks were not good, very watered down and didn’t taste as they should have. Well over priced and do not recommend.

We were picked up at our resort within one minute of the scheduled time in a brand new very comfortable tour bus and the guide Henry immediately set a wonderful tone for the tour. Our entire time together his comedic delivery was flawless but he mixes it with very interesting facts about Maui history and culture which really kept our interest. His content and delivery was perfect and completed the tour rather than overpowered it; a perfect mix.

The tour stops were excellent in timing and again, Henry's information really made the difference. Of course, once we got towards the top his focus was on safety but not overpowering. He's also an excellent photographer!

The scenery of the tour by itself is breathtaking but combined with Henry's expertise it was truly memorable.

When I came to Maui, my friend told me that I should definitely experience the sunrise at Haleakalā, so I joined the tour, and it was a great decision. The guide who took us to the summit was a local and explained everything in English. Most of the participants were Americans, so if you're not confident in your English, you might feel anxious, but there weren't really any situations where English was necessary, so you can rest assured. Since it was summer in June, it wasn't too cold, so if I want to join again, I would prefer to do it during this time. It was also great that we stopped at various viewpoints on the way down. The attached photo was taken at one of these viewpoints.

マウイ島に来たらハレアカラ山のサンライズを必ず経験すべきだと友人から言われたので参加しましたが、大正解でした。山頂まで案内するガイドさんは現地の方でずっと英語で説明されてましたしツアーに参加されたのはほぼアメリカの方だったので英語が苦手な方だと不安になると思いますが、英語が必要な場面は特になかったのでご安心を。６月の夏だったからかそこまで寒くなかったので、今度また参加したい場合もこちらの時期にしたいと思いました。
下山するときにいろんな展望スポットに寄ったのもすごく良かったです。添付した写真はこの展望スポットで撮りました。

Great sunset cruise. Sunset was beautiful. Food was excellent. The staff and musician made it even better! We loved it!!!

I had my first horseback riding experience on Oahu, and I was so impressed by the location of the course that I've enjoyed horseback riding every time since.

Oahu and the Big Island of Hawaii have amazing locations, but Maui is also wonderful and has become a lifelong memory.

Also, even though it was a short distance, the galloping was surprisingly fun and I think I might get hooked.

The cheerful cowboys took many photos while we were riding.

I definitely want to participate again!

Just a heads up, the explanation before riding is in English only, so those who are new to horseback riding should be careful!

初めてオワフ島で乗馬体験をして、
そのコースのロケーションに感動してから、毎回
乗馬を楽しんでいます。

オワフ島、ハワイ島も最高のロケーションですが、
マウイ島も素晴らしく、一生の思い出になりました。

また、短い距離ですが、走らせてくれたのが
意外と楽しくてはまりそうです。

陽気なカウボーイさん達と乗馬しながら、沢山写真も
撮ってくれました。

また絶対に参加したいです！

ただ、乗馬の前の説明が英語オンリーですので
乗馬が初めてという方はお気を付けて！
