We were the last table to get the food, while many trays already empty and no deserts. When we wanted to have more food in second round, all trays were removed. We pay the same amount of money but we didn’t receive the equal service. Such a bad experience.

The tour was supposed to include two snorkeling spots, but in reality, we only visited one, and we couldn't go to the spot where we could see turtles. The weather on the day was clear.

As for my experience snorkeling at Molokini Island, the sea was relatively beautiful, but there weren't many types of fish, and I couldn't help but compare it to Okinawa and other islands in Japan, which left me a bit disappointed.

However, the local staff were very accommodating, the food was delicious, and the unlimited drinks made the tour more reasonable than I expected.

I was able to figure out the parking location by looking at everyone's reviews. I think it would be helpful for the operating site to provide a bit more detailed information.

ツアー内容はシュノーケルスポットを2箇所まわるということでしたが、実際は１箇所のみで、カメの見れるスポットには行けませんでした。当日の天気は晴天でした。

It takes about an hour by shuttle bus from Waikiki! Plan for at least half a day.

While flying, the scenery was beautiful, and I was looking down the whole time, but before I knew it, we had climbed to a height where I could see about half of the island. If you are sensitive to changes in pressure or have issues with your inner ear, please be careful. My companion was affected and felt groggy afterward.

But it's definitely worth experiencing at least once in a lifetime!

At first, I thought canoeing was completely impossible, but by the end, it felt like the last remaining canoe was inviting us to give it a try. I quickly paddled like a Viking, while my wife just managed to get the kayak into the water. Although she acted as a brake, we were able to return to the mother ship without capsizing. My wife and I participated in a 150-meter high course. I was a bit anxious about seasickness and the first-time experience of parasailing, but with assistance in putting on the equipment, I was able to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. We wore swimsuits and shared one bath towel. For valuables, I recommend only bringing a room key and about 60 dollars in a waterproof case for your smartphone. There are no lockers, and since there are other participants, you will have to leave your belongings behind while flying.

For an additional 40 dollars, they will take about 150 photos, including some great shots of Diamond Head and ones that make it look like you’re being eaten by sharks. The photos can be downloaded directly to your smartphone or saved on an SD card right there. At the end, they gently drop you into the sea, so you will definitely get wet!

On the day we experienced this, there were some clouds over the island in the morning, but from above, the scenery was quite magical and very enjoyable. By the way, the boat and the air can be quite bumpy due to the wind, so if you are prone to motion sickness, it’s a good idea to take some medication.

The captain and the assistant were fun and lively, so don’t hesitate to strike up a conversation with them. Since you’ve come all the way to Hawaii, the most important thing is to have fun. Definitely give it a try!

服装は水着で、荷物はバスタオルを２人で１枚持ちました。

I was worried about whether I would understand the instructions, but the instructors were very friendly and communicated with me in simple English, so it wasn't a problem. I've always wanted to try skydiving at least once in my life, so I signed up for an optional tour during my trip to Hawaii. (From the moment I signed up until the moment I jumped, a slight sense of anxiety kept bubbling up.) I was looking for places to do it in Japan, but I thought it would be better to have a beautiful view and an authentic experience, so I decided to do it in Hawaii.

Now that I've finished the experience, I truly feel, "I really jumped, I really did it." I thought I might be able to manage a little in Japanese, but it was all in English communication. However, they taught me everything well with gestures, so it was fine.

Since it was tandem, I think it's good to just trust the pilot and embrace the fear and excitement as you jump. I'm really glad I had the experience! I feel like I might want to do it again... which is a bit scary, haha.

We had a group of 6 adults who all had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful. One female employee was extra helpful to my 83 year old uncle. The boat is nice and not too crowded with guests. We had a gorgeous day so our pics were beautiful in the clear, blue water. We had plenty of time to use the paddle boards and snorkel. The snorkeling was ok. The reef seems like it is dead. We saw a couple of turtles and small fish but not the best snorkeling I have done. We brought our own alcohol and the staff gave us some ice. Snacks were ok but I think for the price - lunch should be provided. It was one of our most expensive excursions. It was good transportation was included but we did have a rental car. The boats have bins to keep your belongings dry and safe. Bring a water proof cell phone case to take water / snorkel pics. Bring towels and sunscreen. It was nice to have a bathroom on board too. Music was playing but it was not a party vibe.

The checkin was a huge line but the welcome drinks made it up. We booked the floor seating and had good view. The entire dance portion was very interesting, new and got to learn few things of their culture. Talented dancers and singers.
We had few options in food as we do not eat some meat, hance requested for extra bread. The waiter seemed to be very busy that he could not provide us our requests few times after acknowledging it. We were family of four ( 2 teenagers) and were seated with a couple on our table. They got the same portion food as us. That seemed unfair. Over all it felt a little bit pricy if do not eat all the meat options. And wished we had more choices to eat.

We only found out about this tour because we knew a local person. There’s no sign at the road near the bay as to where to turn or park. Parking cost $38 in the public beach parking area. Once you get to the parking lot, there’s no sign as to where the boat is docked or where the kiosk for the tour company is. One girl working the kiosk told us that they didn’t offer glass bottom boat tours; the kiosk name matched our reservation. The website is very unfriendly. The tour guide was good but the captain could go a bit slower when over a reef so that we unfamiliar with it can focus our eyes to see the fish.

I watched from a Category 1 seat, and luckily, I was seated next to the Grand Circle. It was a truly wonderful experience and a great memory. However, the venue was very cold due to the air conditioning, so I brought a blanket with me, just in case. The venue isn't very large, so I think you can enjoy it from any seat, even from the back.

It was fun! The service was great and I was excited! I want to improve my English skills and try again! There were surprises along the way! The scenery was amazing, and the guide was kind. I definitely recommend experiencing this when you go to Hawaii.

We were lucky enough to be hosted by Stephanie who was just awesome. Saying awesome is an understatement as she was much more than that. When my sister and her family were here a few months ago, they were hosted by Stephanie and had nothing but good things to say.
