I participated in this tour on February 28th. The weather was clear, and the water was very clear, making for the best conditions. The snorkeling gear is available for rent on-site, which is reassuring. All the explanations are in English, but there is generally a Japanese guide on the voucher, so I was able to understand everything without any issues. Although I didn't encounter any sea turtles, I was able to see a variety of colorful fish, both large and small, which was very moving. I think even beginners can participate with confidence. There are also facilities for restrooms and changing spaces. It was a wonderful tour where I could fully enjoy the nature-rich Hanauma Bay, and I definitely want to participate again.

2/28に本ツアーを利用しました。当日は晴天で海の透明度も高く、最高のコンディションでした。シュノーケリングセットは現地でレンタル可能で安心。説明はすべて英語ですが、バウチャーに概ね日本語の案内があるため問題なく理解できました。ホヌには出会えなかったものの、大小さまざまな色とりどりの魚に出会うことができ、とても感動しました。初心者でも安心して参加できると思います。トイレや着替えスペースも整っています。自然豊かなハナウマベイを満喫できる素敵なツアーで、ぜひまた参加したいです。

At the ticket counter, I was able to easily exchange my voucher for tickets. Since I took the first train, they also properly informed me about the boarding area, allowing for a smooth boarding experience. On the route from Waikiki, we were able to stop along the way for photo opportunities! The explanations were in English, so I couldn't understand everything, but it was relaxed, and they provided various explanations, making the ride enjoyable. Since it runs along the coast, I think it's the best trolley for enjoying the scenery.

チケットカウンターにバウチャーを見せれば簡単にチケット交換してもらえました。始発から乗ったので乗り場もちゃんと教えてもらえてスムーズに乗車出来ました。ワイキキからのルートでは途中降りて写真撮影させてもらえます!英語での説明なので全ては理解できませんでしたがのんびりしていて、色々説明してくれるので楽しみながら乗車することができました。海岸沿いに走って行くので景色を楽しむには最高のトロリーだと思います。

My wife wanted to try it, so even though I have a fear of heights, I decided to participate. There were about ten other participants at the same time. We flew in pairs or threes, but since we were last in line, we had time to mentally prepare ourselves. I think each group flew for about seven minutes. When we actually took off, it was scary, but the view of Hawaii from the sky was breathtaking.

You can bring your phone while flying, but I didn't have much opportunity to take pictures. You can also purchase photos taken from the boat, or ask other participants to take pictures for you. The photos you buy are often taken with professional cameras, and they turned out well, so I recommend purchasing some as a keepsake.

一緒に行った妻がやってみたいとのことで、私は高所恐怖症でしたが参加することに。参加した時間は他にも参加者が多く10人くらいとなりました。2人もしくは3人で飛んでいましたが、自分達は順番が最後だったので心の準備をする時間がありました。1グループ7分程度空を飛んでいたと思います。実際に飛ぶと怖いのは怖いですが、空からのみたハワイの景色は絶景でした。
携帯も持って飛べますが、自分はあまり写真を撮る余裕はありませんでした。船からの写真は購入もできますし、他の参加者にお願いして撮ってもらうこともできます。購入した写真は本格的なカメラで撮ってもらえることもあり、写りはよかったので思い出に写真購入することをおすすめします。

I participated in this activity during my honeymoon trip to Hawaii, hoping to have a Hawaiian experience. The weather had been bad until the day before, but on the day of the activity, the weather cleared up, and we were able to proceed without any issues.

The crew members were locals, but they spoke Japanese fluently, so there were no communication problems at all. They encouraged us to take lots of photos, which made for great memories.

I would love to participate again the next time I visit Hawaii!

新婚旅行でハワイに行った際にハワイらしい体験をと思い参加しました。前日までは天気も崩れていましたが、参加日は天候も回復し無事にアクティビティが実施されました。
クルーの方も現地のかたですが、日本語ペラペラでコミュニケーション等は全く問題ありませんでした。写真等も声をかけてもらいたくさん撮ってもらい良い思い出になりました。
またハワイに行った際には参加したいと思います！

We had an amazing tour of the Road to Hana! Our tour guide/driver was Clarissa and she was outstanding! Hands down! She knew the road, shared her experience, and was very knowledgeable about the entire tour! Thank you!

Capt Jamie and the crew were amazing and very knowledgable! We got to see a pod of whales pop up 4 times or more, we saw flying fish, and a pid of dolphins with babies! Great cruise!

The Lahaina Luau was such a great event! Our family spanned Age 1 to 88. All had the best time in all ways. The hospitality, dinner, show, atmosphere, and setting were all amazing. Definitely remarkable and will be most memorable!!

I had always wanted to join a stargazing tour on the Big Island of Hawaii, and this was my first time participating. The guide spoke Japanese, which made me feel very comfortable joining the tour.

On the day of the tour, it was quite cloudy at sea level, and I was worried about whether we would be able to see the sunset and the stars. However, since Mauna Kea is higher than the clouds, we were able to see the sunset above the sea of clouds, which was very magical and wonderful.

We could see the stars, but unfortunately, the moonlight was too bright, and we couldn't see the Milky Way. 💦 It was an opportunity to experience how precious moonlight is in complete darkness. I definitely want to participate again when I visit the Big Island!

ハワイ島の星空ツアーは以前から行ってみたいと思っており、今回初参加しました。
ガイドの方は日本語も話してくださるのでとても安心して参加することができました。

当日は平地でかなり曇っていて、夕日、星空共に見られるか不安でしたが、マウナケアが雲より高い位置にあるため、雲海の中で夕陽を見ることができとても幻想的で素晴らしかったです。
星空もみられましたが、まさかの月明かりが明るすぎて天の川は見られず💦
真っ暗闇で月明かりがいかに貴重なのかを体験する機会になりました。
またハワイ島に訪れた際には是非参加したいです！

My boyfriend and I had the BEST time on this experience. Firstly the bus that picked us up was LUSH and so comfortable (more comfortable than the flight to get to Hawaii!). The tour guide and bus driver were so nice and very informative. Took us through the most scenic route to get to the bay so it was really nice to see the beautiful coastline before we even arrived. The bay itself is just INCREDIBLE. So so beautiful. They have a great service to drive you down to the bay to save your leggies (although we did walk back up and it was fine - short and sharp lol). We got ourselves a great spot on the beach, then got straight in to the water. The water was crystal clear, and beautiful temperature and we saw SO many fish from the get-go. It was a really love few hours snorkelling and then just relaxing in the sun, would absolutely recommend doing this experience to anyone and everyone!

I participated in the morning tour. There were a lot of participants, and I think all the seats were full. I was looking forward to seeing whales since February is said to be a good season for it, but unfortunately, I didn't see any. They announced that we can reattempt for free at any time. The boat was larger than I expected, but it swayed a lot. I think having motion sickness medication would help. Also, since the wind was strong, it's better to have a light jacket or something to wear.

朝イチのツアーに参加しました。参加者はとても多く、椅子は満席だったと思います。
２月はクジラが見やすいシーズンとの事で期待してましたが、見れなかったです。
再チャレンジをいつでも無料でできるとアナウンスありました。
船は予測より大きいものでしたが、めちゃくちゃ揺れます。酔い止めあれば大丈夫かと思います。
あと、風が強いので薄手羽織ものある方がいいです

Brian was a very experienced guide, and his driving was excellent, allowing us to enjoy the tour with peace of mind. Thank you very much. When I mentioned that I was worried about needing a restroom, he told me to let him know early if I thought it was urgent, which relieved my worries!

Wonderful fun for all ages ! Great Hawaiian experience

The instructor spoke Japanese and explained everything politely. Because the moon was bright, the stars weren't as impressive. Please be careful as it gets quite cold at the summit.

日本語を話せるインストラクターで丁寧に説明してくれました。月が明るかったため、星は感動するほどではなかったです。山頂は兎に角寒いので気をつけてください。

The Polynesian show was impressive, with authentic impersonations and a perfect balance that kept us entertained without getting bored until the very end. We attended with three generations, and everyone, young and old, enjoyed it.

ポリネシアンのショーも迫力があり、ものまねも本格的で、バランスが丁度良く、飽きる事無く、最後まで楽しめました。3世代で参加しましたが、老若男女、楽しめました。

The buffet was very delicious. I was guided to a table with only Japanese people, so I was able to have a lively conversation with those nearby and enjoyed my meal. I think it would have been a bit tough if I had been surrounded by foreigners. I appreciated that consideration. Some people say that the time before the show was too long, but I personally didn't find it boring. With the extra time, I went back for seconds multiple times.

The show featured familiar numbers, and I enjoyed it normally. There was also hula dancing. However, while the impersonations of Elvis and Michael were amusing, there were few male backup dancers.

Since there isn't much to do at night, I think it's a good option as one of the many shows available. If you go without the buffet, it's cheaper, making it even more enjoyable.

ビュッフェはとても美味しかったです。日本人のみのテーブルに案内されたので、近くの方とお話しが弾み、食事中も楽しめました。外国人に囲まれていたら、ちょっとしんどかったとは思います。その配慮はありがたかったです。ショーまでの時間が長すぎる、という意見もありますが、私に限っては退屈はしませんでした。時間がある分、おかわりも何回もしました。
ショーも知っているナンバーばかりで、普通に楽しめます。フラダンスもありました。ただ、プレスリーやマイケルは似せていて面白いですが、男性バックダンサーが少なかったです。
夜は特にする事もないので、数あるショーの一つとして良いと思います。ブュッフェなしなら安いので、より楽しめると思います。

I went to Hawaii for my honeymoon, and it seemed like such a fun experience that I made a reservation! The guide mostly spoke English, but I was able to watch an explanation video in Japanese before the horseback riding, so I understood most of it!

All the horses were smart, and even beginners could enjoy it safely. The scenery was amazing, and I really feel like I made a great choice in booking this. It became a wonderful memory!

ガイドさんはほとんど英語でしたが、乗馬前の説明動画は日本語での説明を見る事ができたので、大体の事は理解できました！

I heard that we would rise to 150 meters above the ground, and I was very scared, but being in the air was very meaningful, and there was no shaking, so I enjoyed it. However, I experienced the worst seasickness ever while on the boat before taking off. I knew that a certain speed was necessary for flying, and I took motion sickness medication, but it didn't help. Others were also feeling unwell and had to sit down, so I think once in a lifetime is enough for me.

地上から150mまで上がると聞いてとても怖かったのですが、空中はとても有意義で揺れもなく楽しめました。が、飛ぶまでの船内で過去一船酔いしました。飛ぶのにそれ相応の速度が必要なのは承知しており、私は酔い止めを飲みましたがダメでした。他の方も体調不良でダウンしており、人生で1度乗れば十分かなと思いました。

I decided to join this tour because I wanted to fulfill my long-held dream of visiting Haleakalā Mountain in Maui for my graduation trip. Since it was a small group, I was able to enjoy breathtaking views, eat delicious food, and have many conversations with the other participants, including our guide, Mr. Yama P. It became an unforgettable memory! The scenery, Mr. Yama P's personality, everything was amazing! Thank you very much!!

大学の卒業旅行で、マウイのハレアカラ山に行きたい念願を叶えたくてこのツアーの参加を決めました。
少人数だったこともあり、山Pさん含め他の参加者の方々と絶景を見ながら、美味しいものを食べながら、たくさんお話できたことが、忘れられない思い出になりました！

The food is delicious and very filling.

This is my second time, and I really enjoyed the show. I was amazed by the dancing skills, just like Michael! The fire show was also an impressive performance and a lot of fun!

もう2回目ですがショーは楽しませてもらえます。マイケルさながらのダンスのうまさにはびっくり！ファイアーショーも驚きのパフォーマンスで楽しいです！

The river boat tour was just ok but the Hawaiian music, hula, dancing and Fern Grotto was amazing !!

We had such a wonderful time. Our guides were excellent and very knowledgeable. The ONLY complaint we had was the fact that the ATV’s could be a little cleaner other than that, it was a great experience.

It's about an hour, but you can relax by drinking some beverages, eating snacks, and enjoying the sea breeze.

The pickup was smooth, and we were able to watch the video that we would normally see after arriving while still in the car. Depending on the time, there were long lines for individuals to get tickets, but since we were part of a group, we were able to go to the beach smoothly. Overall, there was no wasted time, and we got to enjoy a beautiful beach!

The guide provided explanations in English, and they spoke slowly, making it easy to understand!

送迎もスムーズで、
本来なら着いてから見るビデオを車内で見ることが出来たことや、
時間によっては個人でチケット手配して入るところは長蛇の列でしたが、団体だからかスムーズに海に行くことが出来、
全体的に無駄な時間がなく、素敵な海に行けました！

ガイドさんも英語での説明でしたが、ゆっくり話して下さるので、分かりやすかったです！

On the day of the event, there was a storm, but it seemed they were going to proceed even in heavy rain. Since the kappa costume only covers the upper body, the lower half will get soaked down to your underwear, and your shoes will be drenched. It's better to bring a change of clothes.

当日はストームが来ていましたが、土砂降りの雨でも決行するようでした。河童は上半身だけなので、下は下着までずぶ濡れ靴はぐちょぐちょ着替えを持っていったほうがいいです。

There was a bit of cloudiness, but thanks to the captain and the curly-haired brother, I had a great time! I definitely want to participate again when I come to Hawaii next time!

少し曇りもありましたがキャプテンとチリチリ頭のお兄さんのおかげでとても楽しむことができました！

You can enjoy horseback riding while taking in the stunning views of the beach in Haleiwa. Each horse is well-trained and responds perfectly to commands. The view from atop the horse is fantastic. The instructor was cheerful and always attentive. It was also a nice touch that they provided photos taken during the ride. However, the time for exploring Haleiwa was short, and it was a bit disappointing that we only had enough time to eat.

ハレイワの海辺の絶景を眺めながら乗馬ができます。どの馬も慣れていて、きちんと指示通りに動いてくれます。馬上からの眺めは最高です。インストラクターの方は陽気で常に気をつかってくれました。道中撮った写真を配信してくれるのも嬉しいサービスです。ただ、ハレイワ散策の時間は短く、食事するだけでいっぱいなのはちょっと残念でした。

The wind was stronger than I imagined, but I was kindly lent a down jacket, which made it possible to enjoy the sunset at the summit despite the cold.

Unfortunately, the moonlight was too bright, making it difficult to see the stars, but the view of the stars from Mauna Kea under the clear sky was breathtaking. I want to participate again to see the starry sky!! Mahalo!!

P.S. The BLT sandwich you provided was very delicious. It was the best flavor of this trip.

想像より風が強かったですが、親切にダウンジャケットを貸していただき寒い中でも山頂でのSunset感動しました。

星空はあいにく月の明かりが強く、星光が見えにくかったですが、澄んだ空のもとマウナケアから見える星は圧巻でした。
星空を観るためにまた参加したいと思っています！！　Mahalo！！

P.S.提供いただいたBLTサンドイッチはとても美味しかったです。この旅で1番の味でした。

頂上からのパノラマビューは圧巻ですが、人気スポットゆえの混雑は避けられません。このシャトルを利用すれば下山後もスムーズにワイキキへ朝には戻れるため、時間を有効に活用したい方には非常に実用的な選択肢です。

The hospitable guides and Japanese staff provided various support, allowing us to enjoy driving the Raptor, fully experiencing nature, and listening to lectures about Hawaiian traditional culture, myths, and nature. Driving the Raptor is super easy even for women, and it's so much fun!

ホスピタリティあふれるガイドさんや日本人スタッフさんたちが色々とサポートしてくれるので、楽しくラプターを運転して、大自然を満喫して、ハワイの伝承文化や神話や自然についてのレクチャーを聞いたりできました。ラプターの運転は女性でも超簡単で、楽しすぎます。
