MUST DO-Our family comes to Hawaii every summer and this is by far the most magical experience we've ever had on an excursion!!! There were four manta rays swimming around us-truly awe inspiring! Our kids are 16, 14, and 10...ALL LOVED IT and said it was the highlight of our trip! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

There was a Japanese guide. A Japanese woman kindly assisted me over the phone. Unfortunately, if you can't see a manta, you can participate for free next time. In fact, I was able to try again for free.

On June 10th at 18:00, we saw the best sunset, but we only caught a glimpse of one manta passing by in the distance. My husband didn't see any at all.

On June 13th at 21:00, I was allowed to try again for free, and I had the best encounter with 4 to 5 mantas that spun around right in front of me multiple times. It truly felt like a manta experience. Since it’s nature... the impact and emotion were different from just seeing mantas pass by in Ishigaki Island.

Even though I don't understand English, I could feel the excitement of the crew. Since it was dark in the sea, I felt reassured participating just by understanding Japanese.

6/10　18:00からは最高の夕日は見れましたが、遠くに通り過ぎた1枚しか見れませんでした。主人は、全く見れてません。
6/13　21:00に無料で再チャレンジさせてもらい、4～5枚のマンタが目の前で何度もクルクル回転してくれる最高の出会いを見れました。これぞマンタという感じでした。自然相手なので。。。。。石垣島での通り過ぎるマンタを見るのとは、迫力、感動が違いました。
英語が解らない私でも、乗組員のスタッフの興奮が伝わりました。
暗い海なので、日本語がわかるだけで安心して参加できました。

The staff are awesome food and drinks were great, took my wife for our 15 years anniversary it was very beautiful we had a great time!

Great dinner cruise! treated us so well! We were treated courteously by the entire crew. The food was served well spaced out and was VERY good! Both of my sons had the steak and the commented it was cooked exactly how they liked it. I had the shrimp with a delicious sauce on it- WOW! The sunset views were spectacular. The Captain also did a great job with steering us out to smooth waters and I diid not feel seasick at all! I highly recommend for anyone!

There are sharks everywhere, not just a few. Sharks in 360 degrees.
The cage is so wide that not only my hands and feet but even my body can easily stick out; in fact, if the sharks really try, they could get in too. It's a tour that depends on the sharks' mood.
There were no Japanese participants, but there was one Japanese staff member, which made me feel very reassured.
A GoPro is essential; it seems you can rent one there too. I think it will be a topic of conversation for ages, so you should definitely take photos and videos. I’ll probably brag about it to my grandchildren right before I die.
I was in the cage for 20 minutes, but I think 10 minutes would have been enough (laughs). In the first half, I was moved by seeing the sharks, and in the second half, I was just swaying around like in a washing machine. I got seasick. You will definitely get seasick. Even if you take motion sickness medication, you will still feel it.
The staff member said the weather on the day I participated was very calm, but once you're in the cage, that doesn't matter; you will get seasick.
On the way back on the boat, a handsome guy with bronze hair was throwing up right in front of me. The boat was moving at a decent speed, so the vomit was flying sideways. Even while throwing up, he was still handsome.
The distance from the hotel in Waikiki to the North Shore is too far, so it's better to check your transportation options properly. It seemed like everyone came by rental car. We took a bus transfer, but I was most worried about whether we would make it there.
Overall, I was very satisfied! I don't think I'll ever get the chance to swim with sharks again in my life, so if you're hesitating, you should definitely do it. You’ll get to see the handsome guy's blue face.

サメがうじゃうじゃおる、ちらほらじゃない。360度サメ。
檻の幅が広すぎて手足どころか身体も全然出る、なんならサメも頑張りゃ入れる。サメのお気持ち次第のツアー。
参加者に日本人はいなかったけど、スタッフに1人日本人のお兄さんがいたのでとっても安心でした。
GoProは必須、向こうでもレンタル出来るみたい。未来永劫話のネタになると思うから絶対写真も動画も撮るべき。死ぬ直前にも孫に自慢する思う。
20分檻の中に居たけど、10分でええと思った（笑）前半はサメ見て感動して、後半は洗濯機の中でただただ揺られてた。酔う。絶対に酔う。酔い止め飲んでも酔う。
自分が参加した日の気候、めちゃくちゃ穏やかってお兄さん言ってたけど、檻の中入りゃあそんなん関係ない、酔います。
帰りの船の中、ブロンズヘアのイケメンが目の前でずっと吐きょうた。まあまあの速度で船動いとるからゲロが真横に吹き飛んでた。吐いててもイケメンはイケメン。
ワイキキのホテルからノースショアまでが遠すぎて、足はちゃんと調べた方が良い。みんなレンタカーで来てたっぽい。自分たちはバス乗り継いで行ったけど、辿り着けるかが1番不安だった。
総じて大満足！サメと泳げることとか多分これからの人生でないと思うから、迷ってるならやるべき。イケメンの青い顔が見れます。

Im sorry but this was the best American boat experience ever. When they say open bar they mean it! Great staff, great experience, food icing on the cake this should be 200 per person!!!!!!

I was able to see various fish and corals clearly on the seabed. The staff was friendly and nice, the boat was clean, and everything was explained in English throughout. Although the content being discussed at the time was different, there was a Japanese audio guide playing. The air conditioning inside the submarine was quite strong. It was a very enjoyable time.

いろんな魚や珊瑚など海底の様子がよく見れました。
スタッフはフレンドリーでいい感じ、船はキレイ、全部英語ですが終始いろいろ説明してくれます。
その時に見て話してる内容とは違いますが、日本語でガイド音声が流れます。
潜水艦内はクーラーが強いです。
とても楽しい時間でした。

They don’t rush people, very professional. I hope they keep the standards up for a long time to come. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

We arrive at the park in time for the opening. The shuttle car is very cold. It's chilly.
Drinks inside the park are expensive, so let's bring a water bottle or a plastic bottle. There are hydration spots at the restaurant.
Interacting with the dolphins can get you somewhat wet as they splash water around. I think the price is reasonable.

開園に合わせてパークに到着します。送迎の車はクーラーガンガンです。寒いです。
パーク内で飲み物は高いので水筒やペットボトルを持っていきましょう。レストランに吸水スポットがあります。
イルカとのふれあいはイルカが水をバシャバシャしてくるのでまぁまぁ濡れます。
値段的にはまぁまぁかなと思います。

Great experience pretty clear cut check in and the dolphins are extremely friendly

The sea felt great and I was excited. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see any whales, but that's okay. I enjoyed it as if I were on a cruise.

If you’re second guessing whether or not you should do it, DON’T. I’m so glad I didn’t let my fear get in the way of experiencing such an unforgettable moment. I learned a great deal and have found a new appreciation for these apexes predictors.

It was May 2nd, so the night sea was still cold. But the manta rays were so beautiful that I forgot about the cold! I saw just one, but it kept spinning right in front of me, so I could see its mouth wide open and observe its skin closely; it was almost within reach if I stretched out my hand. (If you touch them, you will be forced to return to the boat. I thought it was wonderful that there is a strong attitude of respecting them.) The mystical time continued, and I was so absorbed that I forgot about the cold.

It seems that the manta rays get startled and swim away if they see human feet in the water, so you need to keep your feet on the float while lying face down and kicking to stay afloat. It can be quite challenging until you get used to it, but the large "ロ" shaped float allows small children to sit on it and look through the opening. Since it’s not cold, and you don’t need to float, and the manta rays don’t swim away, I thought it was a good method (as children tend to splash their feet in the water). The Japanese guide was kind and attentive, moving around to help us, and he gave us all the photos he took for free. I even saw a seal in the pictures! (It seems there was actually a seal very close by. Guests are not allowed to let go of the float, so he went instead to take photos.)

5/2でしたのでまだ夜の海は寒かったです。でもそんなことを忘れるくらいマンタが美しかった！見られたのは1枚ですが、ずーーーっと目の前でクルクル回転してくれていたので、口の中も丸見え、肌感もしっかり観察でき、手を伸ばしたら触れるほどです。（もし触ったら強制的に船に戻されます。彼らを尊重する強い姿勢が素敵だと思いました）神秘的な時間が続き、寒いのも忘れて夢中で見入ってました。
人間の足が水中にあると驚いて逃げてしまうようで、フロートの上に足を乗せながら、うつ伏せに蹴伸びをした姿勢で浮き続ける必要があります。慣れるまで結構大変ですが、手でつかまってるロの字フロートは大きく、小さなお子さんはその上に乗っかって、ロの字の中から見てました。寒くなくて、浮く必要もなく、マンタも逃げないので、良い方法だと思いました（どうしてもお子さんは水中で足をバタバタさせてしまうので）。ガイドの日本人の方は親切で色々と気づいて動いて下さり、また撮った写真は無料で全部下さいます。見たらアザラシまで映ってました！（すぐ近くに実はアザラシが居たみたいです。ゲストはフロートから手を離してはいけないので見に行けませんが、代わりに行って写真を撮ってくださってました）

This is a great outfit to take you to see Manta Rays. The boat is a medium size so the group size is much smaller than the big boats. Crew are very professional and knowledgeable in the Manta Ray habits and behaviors. The boat ride to the site is short (<15 min) then it's into the water.

On our trip a single manta showed up after about 5 minutes in the water. As the sky darkened the plankton seemed to multiply and the show really began. The single ray made several passes within inches of our masks. Then another showed up and it was like a graceful dance being performed right beneath you. Another two rays showed up and things really got interesting. What fun watching that ballet!

Afterward, hot soup and warm drinks helped fuel the conversation with the other participants. A most delightful and memorable experience.

We were blessed with very nice weather and felt the impressive submarine and pleasant sea breeze as we moved towards the submarine. Everything was wonderful! It was the best dream-like experience! Both my mother and child were very satisfied, and after getting off, they were excited, saying, "We saw sea turtles! There were so many fish!"

It was a unique world, different from regular snorkeling, almost like a movie. The explanations were in English, delivered by a lively and entertaining host, while my mother and child enjoyed the commentary in Japanese that they had downloaded in advance.

This is a tour that I definitely recommend trying at least once!

とても良い気候に恵まれ、迫力のある潜水艦と気持ちの良いシーブリーズを感じながら潜水艦へと移動する船。
すべてが気持ちよかったです！最高の夢のような体験でした！
母も子供も大満足で、降りた後も海亀に会えたね！お魚さんたち沢山いたね！と興奮していました(^^)
貴重なシュノーケリングとはまた違う映画のような世界でした。
説明は英語でお姉さんの迫力あり、笑いありの楽しいホストと、母と子供は事前にダウンロードしておいた日本語音声で解説を楽しんでいました。
ぜひ一度は乗ってみてほしい、体験してほしいツアーでした！

This was an excellent start to a seven-day island excursion. Enjoyed every aspect of the journey including the boat ride to and from. The submarine crew did an excellent job of insuring that viewers on both sides of the vessel got to see the same sights. Fish of all size, turtles, and even eels all clearly visible coupled with insightful commentary from a comedic crew member.

A great tour, lead by 2 very professional guides, we felt completely safe. The turtles were amazing and the boat ride was cool. Thank you

I was able to see a manta ray just at the last moment. Since I easily get seasick, I took some medicine before joining, and I was fine, but others were unfortunately getting sick. Also, it was colder than I expected. It's essential to have measures for warmth after coming out of the sea.

最後ギリギリにマンタに会えました。
船酔いしやすいので薬を飲んで参加したら、大丈夫でしたが、他の方はどうにももどしてらっしゃいました。
後、想像以上に寒いです。海からあがったあとの防寒対策必須です。

We participated with children. The explanations were in English, and we were able to see many fish. We also saw turtles, and the kids were very happy. Please be careful near the seats by the stairs for getting on and off the submarine, as seawater may fall there when disembarking.

子供連れで参加しました。解説は英語ですが、たくさんの魚を見ることができました。カメも見ることができ、子供たちは大喜びでした。潜水艦の登り降りする階段付近の席は、下船時に海水が落ちてくるのでご注意下さい。

The portions were super small but meals were good. Captain was amazing and whole crew very on top of things and friendly. Drinks were good.

We departed from West Oahu, but unfortunately, we didn't see a single whale that day. We also experienced a cruise departing from Waikiki as a backup service from the same company, but we still didn't encounter any whales! However, if you don't see any whales, you receive a free boarding ticket for the next time, so if you have flexibility in your schedule, you can reschedule for another day. If you're visiting for about five days, you might not have time to switch to another day, so it's a bit of a gamble... There were no Japanese crew members, so everything was in English. Our family was the only Japanese guests. But as long as you can find the departure location, you should be fine even if you don't understand English.

西オアフから出発ですが、その日は残念ながら１頭も会えず。
リベンジでワイキキからも出発するクルーズ（同じ会社の振り替えサービス）も体験しましたが、くじらに会えず！
ただ、見れなかった場合は次回無料乗船券がもらえるので、日程的に余裕がある人は違う日に振り替えられます。5日くらいの観光できているとほかの日に振り替える時間がないと思うので、一か八かですね・・・。
日本人のクルーはいませんので、すべて英語です。
日本人客は私たち家族だけでした。でも出発場所にさえちゃんとたどり着ければ英語がわからなくても大丈夫です。

Snorkeling at Molokini Island was beautiful and fun. However, I didn't know that renting a wetsuit (upper body) would cost $10 per person, and I only brought cash for tips (since it's dangerous to take money on the boat), so I was short on cash and had a hard time. I would have liked a notice that the snorkeling set is included in the price, but the wetsuit fee is not. It costs $10 per person. Without a wetsuit, I couldn't get in because it was too cold with just a swimsuit.

モロキニ島でのシュノーケリングは綺麗で楽しかったです。
ただ、防寒用のウェットスーツ（上半身）のレンタルが1人10ドルかかるとは知らず、チップしか現金を持って行っていなかったので（船の上にお金を持っていくのは危ないので）、お金がたらず困りました。
あらかじめ、シュノーケリングセットは価格に含まれているが、ウェットスーツ代金は含まれていません。1人あたり10ドルかかりますという告知が欲しかったです。ウェットスーツを着ないと、水着だけでは寒くて寒くて入れませんでした。

I wasn't very confident in my English, so I was a bit anxious, but the staff were friendly and the tour had a small number of participants, which was great.

The dolphins were lively. There is an island in Tokyo where you can swim with dolphins, but it was also nice to see them from outside.

Honestly, snorkeling is better in Okinawa.

イルカ達はイキイキしていましたね。
東京ではイルカと泳げる島があるのですが、
外からイルカを見るのもまた良かったです。

Diego, Trevor, and Tamae were incredible! They were fun and upbeat and super helpful. We got in the water and we say more than a half dozen different manta rays swimming around right beneath us! It was an experience we’ll never forget!

Great Morning Out, was the only package on the Island (I checked with tonnes of tour guides out there) that offered Transport to the North Shore and Time in the town up there.
100% recommend, Get out of Waikiki and see the island and some Sharks. We also saw Dolphins and Wales but didn't get a refund for that.

No sunset and it sprinkled for 2 mins so the musician hardly played any songs. . Maybe two. Another passenger

Couldn’t have been much better experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

It was a fun and valuable experience, but I can't help but think that it wasn't that rare of an experience.

The slow pace of travel and seeing sea turtles, which I feel like you can see anywhere in Hawaii, lacked impact as the main attraction.

Of course, it was enjoyable!

楽しかったし貴重な体験でしたがそれほど珍しい体験ではないかと思ってしまいます。

ゆっくり過ぎる移動である事やハワイならどこでも見れる気がするウミガメを見るのが目玉ではインパクトに欠けました。

The snorkeling location at Molokini was great, and I was able to see many different types of fish. The tour staff were very accommodating, and I was satisfied with the meals. There was a mistake with the parking area, and my rental car was towed, but thanks to the kindness and quick thinking of the Japanese staff member, Takako, I was able to retrieve my rental car safely. It was an expensive lesson, but it taught me the importance of asking questions on the spot. I am truly grateful to Takako for making my experience in Maui unforgettable. I believe many Japanese tourists will be visiting in the future, so I would appreciate efforts to handle any issues that may arise on-site.

モロキニでのシュノーケリングのロケーションも良くてたくさんの種類のお魚がみれました。
ツアーのスタッフの対応もとても良く、食事も満足できました。
パーキングエリアのミスがあって
レンタカーをレッカーされてしまったのですが
日本人スタッフtakakoさんの親切で機転の良い対応で
無事レンタカーを回収することができました。
高い授業料でしたが「わからないことはその場で聞く」良い勉強になりました。
マウイの最高の思い出にしてくださったtakakoさん本当に心から感謝します。
これから日本人観光客も大勢来られると思うので現地でのトラブル対応に努力いただければありがたいです。

This trip was great. Outstanding crew constantly catering to our every need and ensuring the best experience. Captain Trevor, first mate Diego and Joe and everyone else were so accommodating to all. Would love to come back and visit the mantas again!
