I was moved to see whales up close! I was able to see whales not just once, but multiple times. I also encountered a pod of dolphins, which made me very satisfied. The cruising experience itself was pleasant, and it was truly a recommended tour.

This was the only activity my husband requested and it did not disappoint! The rain stopped and the sun came out! Staff were attentive from the greeting to departure. Very generous drink service. The food was tasty. And the sunset. Wow! Everything was on point. Thank you for the experience.

One of the top 5 experiences of my life! A must do on the big island. Captains Trevor and Diego were helpful. Storm was coming in so water was choppy. Climbing out of the water was the hardest part.

I chose this tour thinking that a large ship would be less rocky since I was with elderly people. It was a two-story boat, and we were able to sit at the front on the second floor. The boat's rocking was minimal.

There was a complimentary soft drink service, but it wasn't distributed to everyone; instead, those who wanted it had to go get it themselves. My family was so focused on watching the whales that we didn't take advantage of it.

We were able to see many whales, but we didn't get very close to them, which was a bit disappointing. However, I was satisfied overall. On a previous whale watching tour, the boat was smaller, and we could see the whales up close, which felt more thrilling, so I was a little let down this time, but I think it's just a matter of luck.

I heard that whales can be seen at any time of day, so I think the early morning trips are a good deal.

The parking lot had information about free parking in the tour's pre-explanation document, so we parked according to that. There are several free parking areas in Lahaina.

高齢者が一緒だったので、大型船の方が揺れが少ないと思い、このツアーを選びました。2階建ての船で、2階の前方に座ることができました。
船の揺れは少なかったです。
無料のソフトドリンクサービスがついていたのですが、全員に配られるのではなく、欲しい人が取りに行くという方法でした。鯨を見るのに夢中だった我が家は利用しませんでした。

鯨は沢山見ることができましたが、すぐ近くで、という状況にはなかなかならず、でも満足でした。以前参加したホエールウォッチングツアーの方が船が小さかったせいか、鯨もすぐ近くで見られてより迫力を感じられたので、ちょっと残念でしたが、こればかりは運だと思います。
どの時間帯でも鯨は見られるとのことなので、早朝便はお得だと思います。

駐車場は、ツアーの事前説明書に無料の駐車場の案内もあるので、そちらに従って停めました。ラハイナには無料の駐車場は何か所かあります。

Loved the intimate feel of the cruise even though others are around. The captain and crew are great and it all goes to a great cause

I experienced this with my 4-year-old and 6-year-old children. The explanations were all in English, and while the staff's responses were a bit rough at times, it was great to see the kids enjoying themselves. It seems like the facility is under renovation, so we couldn't see everything, and since there's nothing around, it was a little disappointing.

説明は全て英語、スタッフの方は少し雑な対応があったりしましたが、子供たちが喜んでいたので良かったです。
施設が改装工事中？のようで全てを見ることができず、周りにも何もないところなので少し残念。

On the day of the trip, it was sunny, but there was a bit of a strong wind, and the waves felt high. For those who get seasick, taking motion sickness medication is a must.

We departed on time from the harbor next to Prince Waikiki. Unfortunately, we didn't see any whales, but the views of Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, and the hotels from the sea were beautiful.

The staff were cheerful young men who kindly took photos of each group during the trip. It was also great that we could choose from different time slots: 8:00, 10:30, and 13:00, allowing us to fit it into our schedule.

当日は、晴れていましたが、少し風が強く、波も高いように感じました。船酔いする方は酔い止め必須です。
プリンスワイキキの横のハーバーから、定刻通りに出航しました。残念ながらクジラには会えませんでしたが、海の上から見るダイヤモンドヘッドや、ワイキキビーチ、ホテル群の景色も良かったです。
スタッフの方々も、陽気なお兄さんたちで、合間にはグループ毎に写真を撮ってくれたりと、親切でした。
時間帯も、８時、１０時３０分、１３時と選ぶことができて、自分たちの予定に合わせることができたのも良かったです。

This was such a great adventure! The crew was super nice, friendly, knowledgeable and gave us all the important information ahead of time. I am glad we rented wetsuits (the long sleeve, short legs version - $10), because the amount of time we stay in the water and specially at sunset, made it for a very cold attraction.
Nonetheless, we saw at least 4 manta rays, they were swimming around and under us for the entire time and it was such an incredible experience!!!
When we got back to the boat, we were treated to some really yummy hot chocolate.
Tamae, one of our guides, also had some pictures and videos that she shared with us!!

Really great captain and naturalist staff. The boat ride was enjoyable and we saw several whales. The snorkeling was beautiful. They have staff on surf boards setting up a safety perimeter. We really enjoyed this trip! We would definitely book again if we return to Maui.

I would do this again, as my family had a bunch of fun and its not too sun heavy!

At Dolphin Aloha, we had the incredible experience of touching dolphins for the first time, and our whole family was thrilled. It was reassuring to have Japanese staff following up with explanations.

The dolphin show and feeding the sea turtles were great, but the highlight for my 8-year-old daughter was definitely feeding the little birds! The friendly birds kept coming to eat the food, which was very exciting for her. I highly recommend this alone. Additionally, there was a play area for little kids, and they seemed to be having a lot of fun.

One point to note: The voucher listed a meeting place at Hotel B, which was a bit far from our accommodation at Hotel A. We moved to Hotel B early in the morning to wait for the shuttle bus, but when the time came, the shuttle did not appear. It turned out that Hotel A was actually the meeting place. I'm not sure if it was a mistake by VELTRA or the tour company, but because of the error on the voucher, we ended up taking a taxi from Hotel B to the location, and we were reimbursed later. However, the service was very polite, so I have no particular complaints. Even if you are staying at a fairly well-known hotel, I think it's safer to confirm the meeting place in advance if it is not your hotel.

ドルフィンアロハでは、初めてイルカに触る体験ができて、家族皆感激しました。日本人スタッフが説明をフォローしてくださったのも安心感ありました。

イルカショーやウミガメの餌やりもよかったですが、娘（8才）が1番楽しんだのは、小鳥のエサやりでした！人懐っこい小鳥がどんどんエサを食べにくるので大興奮でした。これだけでもおススメです。あと、ちびっ子用の遊具のスペースもあって、小さい子たちも楽しそうでした。

注意点をひとつ。
voucherには、自分たちが宿泊しているAホテルではない、少し離れたBホテルが集合場所として記載されていたので、朝イチバンでBホテルへ移動してシャトルバスが来るのを待っていたのですが、時間になってもシャトルバスは現れず、実はAホテルが集合場所だったそうです。VELTRAかツアー会社かわかりませんが、voucherに手違いがあったせいで、私たちはBホテルからタクシーで現地に向かうことになり、後日精算してもらいました。尚、対応はとても丁寧だったので特に不満はないです。ある程度メジャーなホテルに自分が宿泊しているにも関わらず、集合場所が自分のホテルになっていない場合は、念のため事前に確認されると安全だと思います。

Great experience and fantastic crew! Learned so much about whales, dolphins and the waters of Maui! Sound several humpback whales with their babies! Highly recommend!

Excellent adventure, was very well organized. We enjoyed it alot and definitely recommend this excursion. The excursion was on time the staff was super friendly and informative.

John was an awesome guide. Perfect excursion, we got to swim with turtles, touched an octopus and watched a Manta Ray swim beneath us. Excellent tour !!!

The cruise staff was excellent and the snorkeling was great.

I think this is an activity unique to Hawaii. It's a bit expensive, but I'm very satisfied with the experience. It's interesting to take a boat to the submarine station and switch there. While waiting to board, you can enjoy the beach in front of the Hilton.

多分ハワイならではのアクティビティと思います。じゃっかん高いですが、内容的には大満足。船で潜水艦乗り場まで行って乗り換えるのもおもしろい。乗るのに待つ間にヒルトン前のビーチで遊べます。

The boat itself is fun. You can see the whale's tail. I think you can enjoy it even if you don't understand the English commentary. There is no seasickness. You can also order drinks. I think it's a good value for the price.

船自体楽しい。鯨の尻尾がみれます。英語の解説がわからなくても楽しめると思います。船酔いはないです。ドリンクも注文できます。コスパいいと思います

Departure in the rain
By the time we arrived at the manta sea, the rain had stopped.
Underwater, the mantas spun around several times, and we couldn't help but cheer.
It was amazing to see them glide through the water as if they were flying.
It was just cold; we had two towels with us.
The guides were very kind, and it was reassuring to participate with Japanese support.

マンタの海に着いたら　雨はあがっていた。
海の中では　マンタが何度か回転して　思わず　歓声があがります。
海の中をまるで　飛んでいるかのように去っていくのもすごかったです。
ただ寒かった　タオルは２枚入りました。
ガイドさんたちはとても親切で　日本語対応で安心して参加できました。

Lots of fun! Went at the end of March and saw some whale activity which was exciting. Service was FANTASTIC!! Everybody was really warm, friendly and engaging. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolute must do while in Maui. We saw several whale pods, mama whales showing their young how to wave, and excellent views of the coastline and Molokai. The crew and captain were fantastic, high energy, knowledgeable, and kept the drinks flowing. Food was pretty good, definitely go with the short rib! The catamaran was pristine and well maintained. Instructions for boarding and exiting were easy to understand. I cannot express enough how much the 3 of us enjoyed this tour. We keep saying it was an epic day. So memorable and enjoyable.

I was able to see a lot of whales!
I participated around the second week of March.
I was really moved to see the spouts and tails multiple times.
On the way back, I encountered a pod of dolphins and was able to see them up close.

I didn't understand any English, but I was able to manage by mimicking others:
- Put shoes in a box before boarding
- Get drinks on the boat
(Since everyone was putting tips in the box, I did too)
- Put tips in the box when getting off

I was quite anxious because I didn't know what time or where the pickup would be, and the people I was with on the way there somehow took an Uber back.
After waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes, the pickup arrived, and I was able to return safely, but I should have confirmed it on the bus going there.

クジラたくさん観れました！
3月の2週目くらいに参加しました。
潮吹きや尾びれが何度もみれて、すごく感動しました。
帰りにはイルカの群れに遭遇して、
近くでみることができました。

英語は全く分かりませんでしたが、
・靴を箱にいれて乗船する
・ドリンクは船の中でもらえる
(みんなは箱にチップいれてたのでいれた)
・降りるとき箱にチップいれる
はみんなの真似してできたので困りませんでした。

帰りのお迎えが何時にどこへ来るか分からず、
行きで一緒だった人たちも何故かウーバーで帰って行ったのでかなり不安になりました。
15~20分くらい待っていたら、迎えが来てくれて無事帰れましたが、行きのバスで確認しておくべきでしたね。

My child finally got to touch a dolphin, which was a long-awaited dream. The rain that had been falling just before stopped, and we made the best memories!

At the entrance, they provided information about the meeting time and shuttle service, and we received a map, which was reassuring. When the time came, a very kind staff member who spoke Japanese explained the precautions, so the kids were able to participate with confidence.

My second son is about 120 centimeters tall, and he was a bit scared because he could barely touch the bottom of the pool, so parents with children should keep this in mind! By chance, we were able to touch a walrus, and it truly felt like a miraculous moment. The photos were taken by family members who weren't participating from a distance, but I think it's best to purchase the beautiful photos. They took several pictures, and they were ready about 20 to 25 minutes after the tour ended, allowing us to choose our favorites! We also enjoyed other facilities within the aquarium. I'm glad we participated!

子供が念願のイルカタッチ。直前まで降っていた雨も止み最高の思い出ができました！
入口で集合時間と送迎時間を案内してくださり、マップも受け取れるので安心です。
時間になると、日本語を話せるとても親切やスタッフの方が注意事項を教えてくださったので、子供達も安心してチャレンジできました。
次男が120センチくらいの身長で、プールでギリギリ足がつくかつかないかでちょっと怖がりましたので、お子さん参加の方は参考になさってくださいね！偶然にもウォルフィンとのタッチができ、本当に奇跡のような時間でした。写真は遠くから参加してない家族が撮りましたが、やはり綺麗な写真は購入するのが良いと思います。何枚か撮影してくださって、ツアー終了後20〜25分くらいで完成して、自分で好きな写真を選べます！水族館内の他の施設も楽しめました。参加してよかったです！

My daughter and I had an amazing time with the crew learning about sharks and observing them in their natural habitat. A MUST DO for everyone. Bring an underwater camera but don't spend your whole time behind the camera or you will miss what is all around you. Listening to the whales singing was an added bonus.

The crew made the cruise fun and enjoyable for people of all ages.

Snacks were included, but you may not want to est if you get seasick easily.

As part of the experience, they even took some pictures during so we could just enjoy the experience ourselves.


Note: If it's the right season, you may even be able to see other wildlife on the Sunset cruise like we did!

Amazing!!!! Great tour, including seeing multiple whale contacts.
Weather and boat were awesome, and the crew were amazing, being informative and making sure all the guests were happy and involved.
This was our second year of touring with this catamaran and even though I do not really like the water, it was fun, relaxing, and thrilling all at the same time.

I get anxious snorkeling and this was a fantastic alternative. The guide was super knowledgeable and funny. My 5 year old son loved it too and we could chat about what we were seeing in real time, which I loved.

I was very satisfied to see many sea turtles and fish. The weather was bad, but the ocean was very beautiful. We also saw dolphins on the boat during our travels.
