After arriving in Honolulu from the outer islands, I used this service to head to Waikiki. There was a check-in counter in front of the baggage claim area for domestic flights, and since my name was displayed, the check-in process went smoothly. There were quite a few passengers, and the departure was leisurely, but it didn't bother me too much—it's just part of the Hawaiian vibe. The order of drop-offs in Waikiki is a bit of luck, so sometimes you get off early, and other times you’re last. This time, I was the third to get off, which was relatively early. Having a suitcase makes me feel more secure on the shared bus!

It was reassuring to have two staff members who spoke Japanese. I was a bit nervous at first because we went further out to sea than I expected, but it makes sense... if the water is shallow, there won't be any fish to see, right? (laughs) I can't swim at all. I even dislike putting my face in the water. But please bear with that. After entering the sea, you'll put on the sea bob. After that, please do the equalization. If you can do that, you're good to go!!! At first, we'll get used to it near the surface, and if everything is fine, we'll dive a little deeper to meet the fish. It's strange to be underwater even though I can't swim. I wish I could have seen a few more types of fish, but that's being greedy... Time flew by, and when we got the signal to go back up, we returned to the boat. Once you're back on the boat, it gets cold with the wind, so please make sure to bring a jacket!!! Since there are other people, you can eat snacks and drink water while waiting. They will take videos and photos, which you can purchase at the end. Don't worry and just enjoy yourself. It became a lifelong memory.

Staff was friendly, helpful, happy and overall a joy to be with.
The captain was interesting, had a lot of experience, laughed at the dumb joke I made about no more 3 hour tours - Gilligan Island joke - and went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome.
The food was good, hot when served, and you were not made to feel rushed.
The guy singing was great. Had a wide variety of standard songs that fit the age group he was dealing with - yes there were a lot of us old folks on the trip - and he made sure to recognize all the birthdays and anniversaries - 4 couples married 50 years or more - and played their song.
The departure was just as nice and overall a great time.
Ride was good. Nice welcoming area. Reasonable price.
BUT:
1- the ride was supposed to be west Maui and Molokai. We started at the airport, ride only the northern part of west Maui up to Kapalua, then went on to Molokai. On return from Molokai, it flew back over on the north side again! It was supposed to fly over the rest of west Maui (Kaanapali, Lahaina, etc.), but it basically went over the same route.
2- The pilot was silent for the first ~15 min and the last ~10 min of the flight. I understand they have to communicate with the tower. But almost half of our tour was silent.
Overall, it could have been better.
Thank you for your feed back. On the 45 minute duration, we don't fly above the hotels in Kaanapali and Lahaina. The pilots rather take you into the valleys to see majestic waterfalls and lush rain forests. The flight route is also flown to be fair for other passengers on board who sat on the opposite side of the helicopter while flying over to Molokai.
We had hoped the weather would clear, but, unfortunately, despite our tour guide’s best efforts to find some clearing, we were beaten by the weather. Our guide, Hunter, was extremely knowledgeable and tried really hard to wait for some sign of being able to observe anything, but had to cancel with no luck. I can imagine it would have been spectacular to see and hear the wealth of information he would have been able to provide if we could have seen it.
I signed up for this tour in Maui hoping for a valuable experience. The hotel pickup made the two-hour drive enjoyable thanks to Yamapi's fun talk. Along the way, we were able to buy delicious local food and enjoyed dinner at the summit.
At the summit, the magnificent crater, 360-degree views, and the sunset sinking into the sea of clouds were enchanting, allowing me to forget my everyday worries. The starry sky after sunset was also amazing; I could quietly gaze at the Milky Way and other stars, bringing back precious memories from my childhood. I'm grateful to Yamapi for showing us famous star clusters and planets through the GPS telescope.
It's definitely a must-see tour!

ホテル送迎で、片道2時間のドライブも山ピーさんの楽しいトークで楽しく過ごせました。途中おいしいローカルフードも買えて、山頂での夕食を堪能しました。
山頂では壮大なクレーター、360度の眺望、雲海に沈む夕日が幻想的で、日頃の些細な悩みなど吹っ飛ぶ経験が出来ました。落日後の星空がまた最高で、天の川その他もろもろの星たちを静かに眺めることができ、遠い子供のころ観た記憶も蘇る貴重な体験でした。山ピーさんが、GPS天体望遠鏡で次々と有名な恒星群や惑星を見せてくれたことにも感謝です。
とにかく必見のツアーであることは間違いないです。

We enjoyed the activity. We went to the sandbar during high tide, so the water was up to our knees, just slightly under our hips. The difficulty is easy, especially when it's self-guided. The corals are beautiful when snorkeling! The waterproof maps helps a lot, and obtaining the rentals were a breeze. They provided snorkels, dry bags, maps, flippers, life jackets, and the kayaks. With this being our first snorkel tour, I wasn't sure what to expect. I can tell you that it was just as much about the people running the tour as it was about the tour itself. Everyone was dedicated to making our experience a memory to last a lifetime. The boat was great, the food was awesome, the drinks were a nice touch and the snorkeling was exactly what we were hoping for. Thanks again for making this an awesome memory.
Every time, the service is truly wonderful. This time, due to various circumstances, I was forced to change my return date on the morning of the pickup day and couldn't notify in advance for cancellation (or change). However, when the driver came to pick me up at the hotel, they kindly accepted the change.
