My family and I enjoyed our whole day in PCC. We manage to visit all the 7 tribes of polynesia thanks to our to guide. He was very courteos and very friendly specially to our little ones. The day went very smooth although the weather was hot and muggy. The food at the luau was good as well as the performances of the girls and cousin benny. It was a delightfull dinner indeed. After the luau, we had 1 hour free time to ourselves to visit the souviener shops and check our photos taken during the day. A bit expensive for an 8X10 picture but we bit the bullet for the sake of remembrance. The night show was splendid. They pretty much showed all the seven tribes altogether and made a fabuluos show. Hula dancers were good, they were great shaking their butts. Men were also good at what they do. They really played their part as a tribe warriors. They added a little humor which I thought was cool such as slipping down the floor and pretending to hurt their butt. The three men fire dancers remind

I decided on this activity after seeing posts from people who had participated before. It's true that if you don't speak English, you might feel a bit lost at first since all the explanations are in English. However, once you get there, there are various events leading up to the actual dinner and show, such as making bracelets and crowns with flowers. You will need to give tips, so it might be a good idea to prepare a few $1 bills. The time flew by. My family participated, and everyone seemed to have a great time. Since everything was in English and most of the participants were Americans, it was nice to experience the unique vibe of America. Including the pick-up time, it takes about half a day, so it might be wise to plan with some extra time. I highly recommend this option. Both options I booked through Alan were great!

This was my second time participating, and I felt it had been upgraded compared to two years ago. First, the guide on the shuttle bus made us laugh (in English). Upon arrival, we took photos with the dancers (you can purchase them later for $15 if you like). There were about two hours before the show started, filled with a variety of activities such as canoeing, tattoos, hula dance lessons, and lei making, so there was no chance of getting bored. This time, we had table service for dinner (the fried chicken is exquisite, and the pork is, of course, delicious too). Six people sit at one table, and the others were Americans. It might be tough if you're not sociable and can't speak English. If you're in a group of four or more, you probably won't feel out of place (but if it's just two of you, you'll be sitting next to each other with strangers across the table).
I believe there were about 600 guests, and it seemed like we were the only Japanese people there.
I think you can enjoy it even if you can't speak English. Don't forget to tip the guide when you get off the bus, about $5 per person.
I was actually considering the Royal Hawaiian Luau show, and luckily got to see it from the sidelines the day before, but I think Paradise Cove offers better cost performance. I'm glad I participated.

Well we were expecting good lei's but when we arrived, the Lei's were even better than we thought. The only pitfall for this company is their lack of trying to get the right flight. We told them the right fight number three times and all three times they couldn't find it. The did get there at the end so it was good. The price is a little high for the Lei's but other than that, it was a good experience getting them as we arrived in Hawai'i

My husband and I had a gret time at the Polynesian Cultural center. The tour bus guide "Kemo" or Cousin K was very knowledgeble about the cultures, and land legends of Oahu. The tour bus ride was 1 hour 15 minutes from Waikiki, but it went by very quickly. He taught us how to speak Hawaiin properly, a few legends from the Windward side, as well as the local spots. Once in the center, we got to see all but 2 islands (very hard to do as the center is huge) and we went to many shows, the canoe ride, the lua, and the night show. It was a very long and hot day that ended in a huge rain shower, but it was so worth it and we do not regret spening the whole day there. Very educational!!

My wife and I celebrated our Honeymoon in Oahu, and choose to goto the Cultural Center for the day, including the luau and the show.
It was an amazing experience!
Each village was unique and the people were so friendly!
My only suggestion is to sell caffinated coffee and soda at the Center...since many people are there all day they will need a pick me up.
The worst part of the entire day was our bus driver to and from the Center...Loretta. She was boring, rude, and forgot we were on the bus.

I was nervous about using this service, but things worked out great. We purchased the Deluxe Package which included 6 free alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, front row seating and tableside meal service. We were greeted with a fresh flower lei (women) and kukui nut lei (men), a mai tai drink and photos with dancers. It was everything they promised. It was on a pristine, beautiful private beach with numerous hands on activities. It was absolutely wonderful!

My fiancée took me to the 5-Star on our last evening in Hawaii and it was the perfect end to a wonderful vacation. From the moment the limo picked us up from the hotel to the time we were dropped off, the customer service was INCREDIBLE. I am so glad that he decided to book the 5-Star since the other decks looked pretty crowded and definitely not as intimate as the Super Nova Deck.
We got the Couple's Plan upgrade and we got window seating, a bottle of champagne and this great photo of us on this pretty leather cover. The maître d' and the waiters provided incredible service and the whole atmosphere was very upscale and refined.
The dinner was very scrumptious and I loved how there were many different dishes served throughout the evening. Also, I had been on other dinner cruises where they bombard you with annoyingly LOUD touristy Hawaiian music, but with the 5-Star, it was soothing jazz and I LOVED IT!
This is the PERFECT romantic dinner cruise!!!

This was my first trip to the island of Kauai, and I must say I fell in love with the island. The people are much more relaxed than Honolulu, and the sceneries were just beautiful. Waimea Canyon was definitely the highlight of this trip, and I'm glad that I was able to see the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific". The breathtaking view of the art of the mother nature is worth every penny. The Wailua River Cruise was very nice, and the Smith family did such a wonderful job entertaining us on the boat and at the Fern Grotto. We thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality. This is definitely recommended if you are only staying on O'ahu, and want to see Kauai for a day.

We just purchased the general admission which starts at 4pm til 9pm Friday, 9/14.
We thought that when we get there there will be entertainment in each island that was presented but to our surprise some of the islands are empty. No performers. We did the canoe ride wherein you don't really see much entertainment, just showed us the different cultures of diff. islands.
The Cultural show was the best. But because of the site where we seat we could not really see it very well.
But we had a great time.
Suggestion: It would be nice if you have some more choices of menu in the snack bar for those guests that did not buy the package with the dinner and the luau so they can also enjoy the food even if they have to buy it themselves.

Good food, unlimited drinks, great entertainment (variety of dances both males and females), great host and service. The only complaint I have is that the seating was horrible. The seats were literally right up against each other so you don't have much arm or leg room. It was hard to get in and out of your seat because they were so close together. Overall wonderful experience! They even ask you if you want shaded or sun seating.
