It was very busy. Good food but my gluten free meal was brought 20 minutes after I was full from the salads provided. However I ate the pork , chicken from the buffet style feast and food was well labelled so I had no reaction to the food I ate considering I am allergic to wheat. Very nice staff. Show was good. I wished there was more history and traditional dance wear. The high pitched whale noises the one lady made hurt my ears for every song. I wished the warrior dance was longer as I enjoyed the drums and seeing less women dancers hehe. The fire show was the best part. Thanks so much smith family!!

The show can be enjoyed in a very atmospheric location. You can appreciate not only the dancers' performances but also the production itself. Additionally, the view from the stage backdrop is beautiful, allowing you to enjoy a meal while watching a lovely sunset. I've been to other luau shows, but the food at this luau was the most delicious I've ever had. I recommend opting for the seating style where you sit on the floor instead of at a table; it's more enjoyable to watch from closer to the stage!

またステージバックの景色はとても美しく、綺麗なサンセットを見ながらの食事ができます。

This was my eighth time on Maui, but it was my first time attending a luau in person. The show was wonderful, and the food was local cuisine. The steamed pig, in particular, was very delicious, and I went back for seconds multiple times. It was a fun experience with food that exceeded the price! ^_^

This was my first time participating with my child.

Before the show, we waited at the entrance while choosing drinks with or without alcohol and snacking on light appetizers like fruits and nuts. Then we were shown to our seats.

Our seats were right in front of the main stage, and we had dinner first, but it took a while to place our drink orders as no one came to assist us. Just before the show started, other guests began to enter the second-floor seats, and we were still eating dinner, which made it a bit embarrassing as they could see us from above.

Once the show began, everyone was captivated, and it was so much fun that it ended in the blink of an eye. The excitement was incredible.

After the show, we waited at the designated spot as instructed by the staff from Veltra, but for some reason, a few people from the same hotel left and boarded a microbus going to a different hotel.

Later, I found out that the staff had actually arranged a separate bus for our hotel. (The bus arrived quickly.) They apologized multiple times, and after we boarded that bus, we were the only ones, so they dropped us off very close to our hotel instead of the bus stop we had originally departed from.

I truly appreciate how kindly and properly they handled the unexpected situation. If there are more enjoyable tours in the future, I would love to participate again!

ショーの前に入り口で、アルコール有りか無しの飲み物を選びフルーツやナッツの軽いおつまみをつまみながら待ち、席に案内されます。

ショーの席はメインのすぐ前で先にディナーをいただくのですが、飲み物のオーダーがなかなか出来ず（人が来ない）少し待たされました。
始まる直前に2階席に別の客が続々入ってくるのですが、まだディナーをこちら側は食べていて上からその様子を見られているようでちょっと恥ずかしかったです。

ショーが始まると皆さん釘付けで、本当に楽しくあっと言う間に終わってしまいました。
迫力も満点。

終了後、ベルトラの付き添いの方が待つよう指示した場所にしばらくいたのですが同じホテルから来た数名がなぜか行ってしまい、別のホテル行きのマイクロバスに先に乗り込んでしまいました。

後でわかったのですが担当の方はうちのホテル行きのバスを別にちゃんと頼んでいてくれていたのです。（バスはすぐ来ました）
何度も謝ってくださり、またそのバスに乗った後、わが家だけだったので行きのバス停より泊まったホテルのすぐ近くで降ろしてくれました。

不測の時も親切にきちんと対応してくれて本当にありがとうございました。
また楽しいツアーがありましたらぜひ参加させてください！

Thank you very much for all your help this time. Thanks to you, the weather was great, and I was able to see the vast Big Island of Hawaii and the long-desired Kilauea Volcano from the sky. If I had to say, it would have been perfect to see a bit more volcanic activity, but I suppose we can't go against nature (laughs). However, I was satisfied as I could clearly see the lava flowing.

I was a bit concerned about the budget, but considering it as a once-in-a-lifetime memory, I don't think it was expensive at all.

このたびはいろいろお世話になりありがとうございました。おかげさまで天気もよく、広大なハワイ島と念願のキラウエア火山を空から観ることができました。敢えて言うならばもう少し活発な火山活動が観られたら最高でしたが、さすがに自然には逆らえませんね(苦笑)。でも溶岩が流れ出ている様子などはハッキリ見えたので満足しています。

The overall experience was a little cheesy...For the good news--I give 5 stars for the dancing during the main hula show--the dance crew were truly amazing and very athletic! The food was tasty but the overall presentation reminded me of the buffet line at a high school cafeteria. And there was no coconut cake which was very disappointing! The M.C. For the entertainment was straight off the Love Boat...he made me chuckle but not in a good way! The pre dinner activities went on for way too long, and I felt like I was in a cattle line being herded from one presentation to another. I would have liked to come just for the dinner and show, but then you risk being assigned a bad seat as it was first-come-first-seated. The property was gorgeous with spectacular views of the sunset. Maybe if this was my first luau I would have enjoyed it more, but I left feeling kind of...meh...

Not only did she get on the ground to take our photos she insisted on multiple photos in different poses all of which we couldn't live with out now that we have them. I've been to Hawaii several times, but this was my first time seeing a show. We opted for the VIP dinner & cocktail & show package, which is a bit on the pricier side, but the dinner included at the table on the first floor makes it worth the price. The food, including lobster, salmon, and steak, was seasoned to suit Japanese tastes.

The show featured tributes to Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, and Katy Perry, along with a hula show. While the impersonation show of the classic stars was fantastic, it might not be enough for younger audiences. I was captivated by the fire dance in the hula show.

After the show, there's a service in the lobby where you can take photos, making it a great tour for creating wonderful memories.

VIPディナー＆カクテル＆ショーしたので、ちょっと高めの金額設定ですが、

The meal was delicious, but there was a delay in service as our dishes arrived only when the table next to us was finishing their meal. The show was entertaining and enjoyable. I wish Presley could have come to the seats in the back as well, not just the front row.

The boat swayed, but it was a large vessel, so I felt safe. The restrooms were clean, and the staff members were kind (they can communicate in English).

Since the premium seats were fully booked, I reserved standard seats. I arrived at the hotel just after 4:30 and lined up. Our seats were at the end of the second row from the front. The stage was positioned high, so it wasn't difficult to see. The male fire dance was impressive, and the female hula dance was very vibrant. I was able to enjoy a luxurious time with an ocean view backdrop.

Many people are already lined up before the meeting time, so if you have some flexibility, why not arrive a little early?! This is because those who get the welcome drink early and can freely enjoy the stick snacks while waiting at the front have a higher chance of being seated at the dining area sooner and getting a spot in the front row! The food, including lobster and steak, is all delicious. The show was truly amazing. It's definitely worth paying a bit more to see. With performances featuring Elvis, Michael, Katy Perry, hula dancing, and fire dancing, this is the essence of America! It felt like a true Las Vegas entertainment show from start to finish, and everything was great. It was almost like watching a Disney musical! The cost performance is excellent. I absolutely recommend the first-floor seats that are closer to the stage with meals included!

I wanted to do hula, so my 8-year-old daughter and I participated. Since there were two of us, the tour was held.

On the day of the tour, it was just the two of us, which felt like a private experience—very luxurious!

The Japanese staff at the Bishop Museum kindly guided us around both inside and outside the museum.

Since both my daughter and I practice hula, we had discussions related to hula, which were very educational!

I thought it was a tour that would be very beneficial for anyone who does hula.

Of course, we also learned a hula song. Although the kumu hula was absent, the substitute teacher, who was a man, was very kind and friendly, making it enjoyable to learn hula.

Our 5-year-old son also practices hula, but he couldn't participate since he is under 8.

It was a tour that made me want to let my son join as well.
