This was one of the best (if not THE best) Hawaii adventure we've been on yet. Paddling and steering the kayak was definitely difficult for us older newbies, but we were able to figure it out and not capsize.
Our guide Jeffrey was very experienced and showed great patience with the group; we felt like he was one of the reasons we enjoyed the experience so much.

I thought it might be tough since we had to gather early in the morning, but it turned out to be a great experience. On the day, we encountered dolphins and whales, and we were able to enjoy the subsequent activities as well. The staff, including AYA who spoke Japanese and INGRID who was great at hula, were kind and fun, which made it even better.

Since it's an activity involving nature, whether you see the animals depends on luck, but I recommend giving it a try.

早朝の集合時間だったので、きついかなぁと思っていましたが、それ以上に良い体験ができました。
当日はイルカとクジラに遭遇することができ、その後のアクティビティも楽しむことができました。
日本語スタッフのAYAさんやフラが上手なINGRIDさんなど親切で楽しいスタッフがガイドしてくれてとてもよかったです。

自然相手のアクティビティなので、動物と会えるかは運次第ですが、参加してみてはどうでしょう。

I applied for tickets for three people and completed the card payment, but when I arrived on the day, I was informed that only one ticket had been issued. It was quite chaotic at the venue. I had reserved three of the best seats and completed the payment, yet I struggled to enter because I didn't receive an email. There were others who had made reservations on the same site and were also denied entry for the same reason. In the end, after confirming the details of my card payment, I was finally able to enter, but it was quite frustrating. I wouldn't recommend making reservations through this site. I don't think it's acceptable to spend a lot of money and have a negative experience that wastes time.

3人分のチケットを申し込もしてカード払いも終えて当日現地に行くとチケットが1人分しか発券していない。との指摘を受けて現地でバタバタと。席も一番良き席を3席分予約をしてお支払いも完了しているのにメールが来ない理由で入場するのに手こずりました。同じサイトで予約をしている人もいて同じ内容で入場を断れていました。結果カード払いをした内容を確認してやっとの思いで入場できましたが参りました。このサイトからの予約はお勧めはしないかなぁ。高いお金を出して嫌な思いをして時間の無駄遣いには全く納得がいかないと思います。

Thank you for a wonderful day with my grandchildren, enjoying water activities that are different from Waikiki. The bus transportation was also smooth.

ワイキキとは違う水遊びが出来て孫たちに最高な一日を有り難う御座いました。バスでの送迎もスムーズです。

We participated as a family of magic lovers (an elementary school student, a preschooler, and a father). The performers recognized that we were Japanese and incorporated some Japanese into the show, which the father enjoyed, but it seemed difficult for the children who didn't understand English. My elementary school son somewhat understood, while my preschool son was completely lost (laughs). It’s quite an expensive show, and it wasn't suitable for children who can't understand English. They were very happy with the magic kit as a souvenir.

マジック好きの親子（小学生、幼稚園児、父）で参加しました。
日本人と気づいて頂き、所々日本語を交えて下さり
父は楽しめましたが英語が分からない子供たちには難しかったようです。
小学生の息子はなんとなくわかった、と、幼稚園児の息子にはちんぷんかんぷん（苦笑）
かなり高価なショーですし、英語を理解できない子供には不向きでした。
お土産のマジックキットには大喜びでした。

If you don’t want to go over 5 mph and you just look at plants, you will be fine.
If you are looking to ride atv’s like they were made to ride, stay away!

The Captain, Holly and Alex were great! I would highly recommend this Snorkeling Trip.

The crew was super knowledgeable and gave some helpful recommendations for the rest of the trip. We saw at least 5 (!!) sea turtles and a whale

I was able to find the staff without hesitation and comfortably get into the car. It was about the size of a small bus, with spacious seats, and the driving was stable, so I felt completely at ease during the transfer!

迷うことなくスタッフ様を探すことができ、快適に車に乗り込むことができました。小さめのバスくらいの大きさで座席も広く、運転も安定感があり何も不安なことなく送迎いただけます！

I have seen Cirque du Soleil before, but the fusion with Hawaii's beautiful culture was wonderful. It was well combined, and I had a great time. There was also laughter, and there were several scene transitions, making it a fulfilling 90 minutes!

シルクドソレイユは他にも見たことがありますが、ハワイの美しい文化との融合が素晴らしかったです。うまく掛け合わせてあり、とても楽しました。
また、笑いもあり、シーンの転換も何パターンかあり、充実の90分でした！

Its just shuttle service to Diamond head
Its a stone throw away from honolulu waikiki, and you coukd have just walk there.
Nothing more of a ferry services.

Staff charged me the memory card without asking if I ever need them.
I have no use for such huge memory stick; that was age old technology.

Overall, it was fun granted it was my virgin experience.
would I recommend my friends?
Probably no.

Saw a few whales, good food, interesting information shared.

For my 60th birthday, I fulfilled my dream of planting a koa tree in my beloved Hawaii! I considered tours around the Big Island and the North Shore, but I'm glad I chose the familiar tour at Kualoa Ranch. The shuttle service from Waikiki was reassuring as well. To get to the planting site, we took a break for lunch and spent about two hours in the morning and afternoon exploring various viewpoints at Kualoa Ranch on a four-wheeler. We had the whole day to ourselves, and our guide, RED, provided the tour in English, so I made full use of my smartphone translation app, which made it a fun experience. There seemed to be several locations for planting, but we were taken to the Ka'a'awa Valley, overlooking the ocean towards Kaneohe and the vast mountain range, where we planted the koa saplings. I was even more moved to learn that Kualoa is a sacred land where ancient Hawaiian royalty lived. This tour became a lifelong memory for me. Thank you very much.

還暦記念に、大好きなハワイでコアウッドの苗を植樹したい！という夢を叶えてきました。ハワイ島やノースショアなどのツアーも考えましたが、なじみのあるクアロアランチのツアーにして良かったと思います。ワイキキからの送迎も安心ですしね。植樹の場所まで行くのに昼食をはさんで午前、午後と２時間ほど四輪バギーでクアロアランチのビュースポットをあちこち案内してくれました。一日中貸し切りで、ガイドのREDさんは英語で案内してくれるのでスマホの翻訳ソフトをフル活用して、それも楽しい時間でした。植樹の場所は何箇所かあるようでしたがカネオへの海や広大な山脈を望むカアアヴァ渓谷へ案内されコアの苗木を植えました。クアロアは古代ハワイの王族が暮らした神聖な土地と知りますます感激しました。このツアーは一生の思い出になりました。

I wish they would give you a ruff idea on wait times. We spent most of the day to board the boat. And than had to rush through the Missouri. With the cost of the excursion we would have loved to not be rushed.

We were unable to hear the guide information and feel she was inexperienced keeping the group together. There was another group close by and listened to his knowledge.

We really enjoyed our trip to the top to view both the sunset and the stars. Our guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating--he saw to our every need. He supplied chairs, blankets, hot tea and donuts (bonus). He also brought two telescopes and was able to show us so much more than we had ever seen before. Truly and incredible experience. Bring food (dinner) and warm clothing.

The local desk was easy to understand and very helpful. It was unfortunate that the wait time was long. It would be helpful if you could provide information about the wait time. Also, since the arrival time can be predicted in advance, I would like to request that measures be taken to reduce the wait time.

My husband, Eric, and I were excited to ride in a helicotper ride while on our honeymoon. It was a first time adventure for either of us as we had never 1) been to Hawaii before and 2) ridden a helicopter before. The adventure happened early in the day, and we enjoyed some beautiful sites. I particularly enjoyed seeing the beautiful clear water of the ocean and the rust colored Waimea Canyon.

During my stay in Waikiki, this was the most exciting activity nearby. Even those who are not good at surfing can ride the waves and experience the thrill. I recommend trying this canoe surfing before parasailing or jet skiing.

I was glad to receive such polite guidance! I was a bit anxious since it was my first time, but there were no problems at all! The friendly atmosphere was also great!

This was the best way for us to see Oahu! We were picked up close to our hotel. We had just the right amount of time at each stop. Our driver was fun and informative! This tour was the highlight of our stay!

It was a very satisfying experience.
The explanations in Japanese were easy to understand.
There was also a great consideration for safety.

The hamburger for lunch was delicious.

The tour was a great way to see the southern part of the island and learn a lot of history about the island. Our guide, Rosario, was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend this tour.

It became a wonderful memory of Hawaii that will remain in both my memory and records, both the stars and the sunrise. Next time, I want to participate again with my family.

My wife and I came with our son and his wife and had an incredible time. Be sure to come super hungry because the family style meal is huge! They were super accommodating to my wife’s food sensitivities as well as our DiL’s vegetarian diet.

The weather was nice, the sea was beautiful, and it was an obviously enjoyable tour, but I was especially impressed by the hospitality of the boat staff team. The hamburgers on board were also delicious. Thank you very much.

Only Japanese people. Front row seats.
I was a bit nervous because everything was in English, but surprisingly I could understand it.
The magician was Japanese and performed in both English and Japanese, which made it easy to follow.
I never expected to perform together in the front, and it was a great experience.

すべて英語で若干焦ったけど案外聞き取れました。
マジシャンが日本人で英語と日本語で演じてくれてわかりやすかった。
まさか前で一緒に演じるとは思わず、よい体験でした。

We visited Hawaii for our honeymoon and tried parasailing for the first time. I was nervous until we took off because I'm not great with the feeling of floating, but once we were up in the air, it felt amazing and the view was beautiful—it was the best! The local instructor was very cheerful and bright, and even though all five groups on the same boat were Japanese, everyone was able to communicate and have fun with the instructor.

The airtime was less than 10 minutes, but both my husband and I were very satisfied. If you're hesitating, I definitely recommend giving it a try! I will definitely do it again when I go back to Hawaii!

新婚旅行でハワイに訪れ、初めてのパラセーリングに挑戦してみました。私は浮遊感が苦手なので、飛び始めるまで緊張してましたが、いざ上空に行くととーーーっても気持ちがよく景色も綺麗で最高でした。インストラクターの現地の方もとても陽気で明るく、同じボートに乗った5組全員日本人でしたが、みんながみんな楽しくインストラクターの方とコミュニケーションを取れていました。
滞空時間は10分未満でしたが、それでも私も旦那さんも大満足でした。
迷っていたら是非体験することをおすすめします！
またハワイに行ったら必ずやります！
