I enjoyed a thrilling and exciting time. My son, who is in his third year of middle school, was also happy. Although my reservation was confirmed, the email from Veltra only registered one ticket, so I had to pick up another ticket at the service counter. However, the staff were kind, and even though the two of us couldn't speak English, we were assisted without any difficulty. It seems better to head to the reception early, as there were many people who entered just before the show started. I also remember seeing a note that drinks could only be purchased inside the venue, but it was quite vague. When I asked the staff checking tickets if I could bring in a plastic bottle, they just ignored the question.

中学3年の息子も喜んでいました。
予約は通っていましたが、ベルトラさんから送られてきたメールでは1名分しかチケット登録されていなくて、サービスカウンターでもう一人分のチケットを受け取る必要が生じましたが、スタッフの方も優しくて、英語喋れない二人でも苦労なく対応してもらえました。
こういうこともあるので、早めに受付に向かう方が良さそうです。
ただ、ほとんどの方は開演直前になって入場して来られる感じでした。
また飲み物は店内購入以外持ち込めないような記載があった気がしますが、わりとアバウトで、ペットボトル持込可能かをチケット確認のスタッフに聞いたら、スルーでした。

It was a two-hour experience of rain coming and going. I was worried about whether I could enjoy it, but the misty scenery was fantastic. I was anxious about riding for two hours, but the smart horse mostly moved on its own. The instructor used a little Japanese, but it was mostly in English. I couldn't understand most of it, but I had a very enjoyable time riding for the first time in the great outdoors. Thank you very much.

2時間も馬に乗るのは不安でしたが賢いお馬さんでほぼ自分で進んでいってくれました
インストラクターの方は少し日本語を使ってくれましたがほぼ英語です
聞き取れない箇所がほとんどでしたが初めての乗馬と大自然の中でとても楽しい時間を過ごせました

Our driver was wonderful and funny. I appreciate that he called us to tell us he had arrived at the pick-up spot. We didn’t see the van pull up and he was parked behind us. The hike is demanding especially in the rain. It was quite slippery on the way down. We had already purchased ponchos, but our driver had some for sale. We were able to complete the hike easily within the timeframe, and had time to stop in the gift shop. Just be aware of the weather and plan accordingly. Good shoes are a must!

I went to Honolulu for work, and I was able to make a reservation relatively close to my departure date. Although the bus departure location was a bit far, there was a guide who kindly explained everything in Japanese right after I got off the plane. When I was getting off, the driver was also carefully picking up the contents of a bag that a customer had dropped.

仕事のためホノルルに行きましたが、割と直前でも予約が取れたこと、バスの出発場所は遠めでしたが、空港を降りたところで案内の人が丁寧に日本語で説明をくださった。降りるときも、運転手（？）の人が、御客さんが落としたバッグの中身を丁寧に拾ってくれていました。

The trolley is decorated for Christmas and Christmas songs are playing, so you can enjoy a different atmosphere than usual. City Lights has displays throughout its spacious grounds, including outside, but I found myself with too much free time. I thought it might have been better to go see it on our own rather than participating in the tour.

トロリーがクリスマス仕様にデコレーションされクリスマスソングが流れているので、いつもと違う雰囲気を味わえます。
シティライツは、外も含めれば広い敷地内にディスプレイがあるものの、時間を持て余してしまいました。ツアーで参加せずとも、自分たちで見に行くのでもよかったかなと思いました。

The activities here were truly amazing. I will definitely repeat them next time I go to Hawaii! In the morning, I did the buggy and in the afternoon, the zipline, and since each activity lasted a long time, I was able to enjoy them thoroughly. The views I saw were all fantastic.

The view from Waikiki to Diamond Head was refreshing! I took off into the sky without even having time to feel scared, so I had no fear at all. The location was easy to find, so I would love to experience it again!

ワイキキからダイヤモンドヘッドまで一望できて気分も爽快でした！怖いとか言う間もなく空へ飛び立ったので、恐怖心は全然なかったです。場所もわかりやすかったので、また体験したいです！

It was fun that the captain and crew talked to us. We searched for whales since they said we could see them, but we couldn't find any that day. The scenery was really beautiful and enjoyable! I have a fear of heights, so I was nervous and held onto the reins the whole time, which made my arms sore when I got off, but it became a great memory. I tend to get motion sickness, so I took some medicine, but I was totally fine.

キャプテンとクルーの人達が話しかけてくれたりして楽しかったです。
クジラ見えるよーって探したけれど、この日は見つけられなかった。
景色が本当に綺麗で楽しかった!!
高所恐怖症でドキドキで、ずっと手綱握ってたから降りたら二の腕パンパンだったけれど、いい思い出になりました。
乗物酔い激しい方なので酔い止め飲んだけれど全然平気でした。

Super fun tour with easy to talk to guide. So many fish to see. Our son even saw an octopus.

Our ferry rides over to Lanai and back were great and the return was the best. We had one of the best sunsets ever looking back over the water with colorful cloud layers over Lanai. Also lots of whale activity in the morning and evening.

Thank you to the crew on the three tiki catamaran. We had a blast and three of you were all terrific. Mahalo 🤙

Really enjoyed this 2 hour activity, we had the chance to visit many movie locations and took pictures with the family. The tour guides were very helpful and explained the history of the Kualoa Ranch.

This is my second time parasailing. The thrill of rising while feeling the Hawaiian breeze is exhilarating. The view of Waikiki from above is amazing. The timing was just perfect too!

パラセーリングは2回目です。
ハワイの風を感じながら上がっていくドキドキ。上から見るワイキキの景色は最高です。時間的にもほどよくて最高でした！

I watched this during my trip to Hawaii over the New Year. I think it's a show that you can only see in Hawaii. Everything was wonderful.

This was such a fun Luau!! Everything was done very well, the performance was excellent! I have celiac and a dairy allergy, I was able to eat most of the food!! When I got tickets I put my food allergies in at that time and when I was seated someone came and found me to talk about my allergies. The server had my husband and I go through the buffet first so there was no risk of cross contamination! The staff was fabulous and very knowledgeable!!

It was authentic and highly entertaining, and my 6-year-old daughter was very happy. It was the best luau I've seen so far. I will go again next year. The food was not something to expect.

本格的でエンターテイメント性が高く、6歳の娘も非常に喜んでました。これまで見たルアウで1番良かったです。また来年も行きます。食事は期待できません。

Due to the tides, we were submerged on the sandy beach. We encountered quite a few turtles, which was great, but the water clarity in Hawaii (Honolulu) wasn't very good, so that was disappointing.

潮の関係で、自分たちは砂浜なは水没していました。
亀にはかなり遭遇できたのでとてもよかったのですが、ハワイ（ホノルル）の透明度はあまり良くないので、そこは残念。

This is quite interesting.
We toured major filming spots from movies, and it was on a grand scale, which made it enjoyable.
The hospitality of the staff was also very good.

これ、かなり面白いです。
映画のメジャーな撮影スポットを巡るのですが、スケールが大きく、楽しめました。
スタッフの方のホスピタリティもとてもよかったです。

I saw several Cirque du Soleil shows in Las Vegas, and this one was also great. The venue was compact and had a sense of unity.

ラスベガスでいくつかシルクドソレイユのショー見ましたが、このショーも良いものでした。会場もコンパクトで一体感ありました。

It was far away, but we were able to see mother and baby whales. The recorded announcements were in Japanese, but the direction where the whales appeared was announced in English, so it might be good to follow everyone’s movements! There was coffee and banana cake available.

遠かったですが、親子クジラを見れました。録音アナウンスは日本語も流れてましたが、クジラが出現した方向は英語で言われるのでみんなの動きに合わせるといいかと！
コーヒーやバナナケーキがありました。

Unique experience with a knowledgeable and fun crew! Common sense and safety first approach put us all at ease, so the swim was nothing but fun. We also saw dolphins, green turtle and a whale! They even pointed out to listen for a whale song under the water, which we heard!! If on Oahu, this is a must!

It was my first time arranging a trip to Hawaii on my own. I was worried about finding my pickup, but I recognized it right away. (The yellow aloha shirt at the personal exit was the landmark.)

お迎えが分かるか不安でしたがすぐに分かりました。（個人出口にいる黄色のアロハシャツが目印です）

We were entertained by discovering sea turtles and seeing heart-shaped corals even before we arrived at the sandbar. During snorkeling, we were able to see sea turtles right in front of us, and our family was thrilled. There were staff members who spoke Japanese, which was reassuring, and everyone was very kind, making it a fun experience. I recommend it to anyone considering snorkeling.

サンドバーに到着するまでもウミガメを発見したり、ハートのサンゴを見せてくれたり楽しませてくれました。
シュノーケリングではウミガメを目の前で見ることが出来て家族で感激しました。
日本語が話せるスタッフの方もいて安心ですがみなさんとても親切で楽しい体験になりました。シュノーケリングを検討されている方にはオススメです。

I suspect there was a traffic jam due to the rain, as I arrived nearly 20 minutes late from the scheduled pickup. Although I thought it would be fine since I had plenty of time before my flight, I couldn't help but feel worried. The hotel staff contacted me by phone, so I was aware of the delay, but I would have preferred an email notification. That said, I was grateful for the ride to the airport.

雨による渋滞があったのだと推測しますが、予定ピックアップから20分近く遅れて到着しました。フライト時間に余裕があるので大丈夫だとは思いつつ、さすがに心配になりました。ホテルの方が電話で連絡してくれたので遅れている事がわかりましたが、メール連絡が欲しかったです。
とはいえ、空港まで送って頂けたので助かりました。

We did this just 8 months ago and we brought the rest of the family with us this time. There was 8 of us and everyone participated in all of the activities and it didn't matter that the weather wasn't perfect, the aloha shared by this team is what made this experience wonderful. Thank you for making our Obana's day!
