I was overall satisfied with the service and the shuttle, but I felt that it was a bit inflexible since it was stated that the voucher needed to be printed out. I used this service when I arrived in Honolulu from Kauai. In the morning when flights from Japan arrive, there is a check-in at the group exit, but after 1 PM, the check-in moves to the individual exit. I had read this in the guide, so I was able to find the check-in without getting lost. However, there is quite a distance from the Hawaiian Airlines terminal to the check-in area. If I hadn't read it, I think I would have been at a loss (laughs).

At check-in, they greeted me with "Aloha" and presented me with a shell lei. The bus was new and clean, and the seats were spacious. The driver also provided a brief explanation along the way to Waikiki. It's nice not to have to worry about how much it costs like a taxi or about tipping. I will use this service again.

We were left standing at our pick-up point well past our time, finally phoned dispatcher
and the driver had to back track to pick us up. over-all 25 min. late. this was a little stressful. The driver did apologise. Otherwise every0ne was very polite nd helpful.

It was more than half the price of a taxi, and I was able to board without much waiting at the airport, sitting comfortably all the way to the hotel. I would like to use it again when I'm traveling alone.

Since there was no airport transfer included in the return plan, I arranged this myself. I chose this option instead of the HIS shared transfer, which was a dollar cheaper, but I wanted to go with this one. The driver was pleasant, and the shuttle was spacious, which was nice for the small number of passengers. When we arrived at the airport, people were getting off the bus one after another, and while I was waiting for my luggage from the back, someone said in English, "This is not the place, get on the bus." What more could you ask for in a shuttle? The lady was at the airport with a sign with my name on it, gave me a shell necklace, brought me over to the driver who helped me with my bags. The driver was friendly, told us some interesting facts and got us to our hotel safely. My toddler traveled free and the fees were reasonable compared to other options. Wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

I had a flight at 10:20 AM, and my pickup was scheduled for 6:35 AM. I was waiting in front of the hotel 10 minutes early, but the pickup didn't arrive until 6:50 AM! Other customers were angry. Even though my hotel was the first pickup, there was no apology for the delay, and we didn't leave until 7:00 AM because they were confirming a customer who wasn't even on the pickup list. That confirmation took a long time. Because of this significant delay, I arrived at the airport three hours before my flight, which I thought was an early pickup. It was early in the morning, and having to wait made me decide that I will never use this service again. Taking a taxi would have been a more efficient use of my time. When I checked Uber during the wait, I found that it was cheaper. I wish I had done my research properly... I wanted to relax more at the hotel. The enjoyment of my trip was halved on the way back home. I will not use Roberts Hawaii again.

I met the staff right on time for the pickup and was guided to the bus, but we didn't depart for quite a while. I waited for about 30 minutes, and finally, a group of Koreans boarded, and we finally set off. The price is low, so I guess it's to be expected, but it was disappointing.
