Excellent, the shuttle was waiting for us on our arrival. The driver was helpful and showed us many sights on the way. The hostess was was extremely helpful as my Mom was in a wheelchair. It was a perfect way to transfer to our hotel.

I use this service every time I go to Hawaii. Everyone except the driver speaks Japanese. There is a slight wait time after arriving at the airport, but it's affordable and very convenient. I will use it again.

Just before returning to my home country, the shuttle I was counting on was canceled. I hurriedly searched for alternatives through Veltra and found this one. I had previously relied on Roberts Hawaii for various tours, so I was relieved to secure a reservation.

The next day, while waiting in the hotel lobby, the driver only spoke English. Although the two of us weren't very proficient in English, the driver was considerate and communicated with us. We shared the shuttle with other travelers from the United States and Australia, and despite our limited English, we had a lively conversation.

It turns out that even if you can't speak well, you can still manage!

帰国直前になって当てにしていた送迎がキャンセルに。ベルトラさん経由で慌てて探したのがこちらでした。ロバーツハワイさんには以前からいろいろなツアーでお世話になっていたので、予約が取れてひとまず安心。
翌日ホテルのロビーで待っていると英語しか話せないドライバーさん。こちら二人はあまり英語が達者でないのですがいろいろ配慮して話してもらえました。混載で他はアメリカとオーストラリアの旅行者さんたちでしたが、同じ旅行者同士、拙い英語でしたが話が弾みました。

Although I made a reservation the day before, they were able to accommodate me. I think this is the cheapest shuttle bus option available for solo travelers. The reason I didn't give a perfect score is that the bus arrived about 15 minutes late, which made me a bit anxious while waiting. However, that kind of delay might be normal for "Hawaii time." When I boarded, I was the only passenger, but they mentioned that another person was supposed to join. We made a stop at another hotel, but that person never showed up, so it ended up being a private ride for me, which felt a bit awkward. The bus took the scenic route along my favorite Ala Moana Boulevard instead of the highway. Seeing Ala Moana Park and Aloha Tower at the end of my trip was quite moving. The driver was very cheerful and full of Aloha spirit, making for a really pleasant experience. I think this bus is perfect for wrapping up wonderful memories. Next time, I plan to use it for a round trip if the opportunity arises.

I stayed Waikoloa Village and my arrival was at night.
I planed to use rent a car from 3rd day of the stay since I didn't want to drive in dark and I knew I wouldn't go out from Waikoloa Village in first couple of days. So I booked Roberts Hawaii's Airport Shuttle.

I couldn't find the Roberts' Shuttle at Kona Airport at first since I went wrong place.
But the Roberts' stuff was at the luggage pick-up place(It's outside).
She put a shell lei around my neck. I felt it's very traditional and really nice.
And it went smooth after that. no long walk.

It's very good service.
