Horrible service! She was rude and very disrecpectful. Service Dec.12/2021 6pm. She changed the times of my pick up three times and got mad at me for it and called me a lair. I ended up calling a TAXI. I will be making a dispute

Both girls loved theirs and it was such a great surprise for them! The leis were absolutely beautiful! The ladies would put them in the fridge when not wearing them during the day and then put them on when going to dinner. They lasted almost 11 days!

Great Service!
Reviewed by: Jim, 2021/11/17I used VELTRA for transportation to and from Honolulu Airport. BOTH directions were wonderful. When I came in, I went to the wrong pickup location at the airport. When I called to let them know that the van wasn't there, they just said to stay where I was and they radioed the driver and he drove to where I was to pick me up. Totally my mess up.
On the return to the airport 5 days later, the Van was right on time for pickup in front of the hotel. The driver was great. Wouldn't let me lift my luggage. He had a great personality and great knowledge of the islands. We also only made 4 stops to pick up other people. Most of the other companies make 5 or 6 stops.
I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them for all transportation needs.

It was our 30 year anniversary Hawaiian trip and after that long flight, it was delightful to get a true Hawaiian greeting!! The young lady was gracious and very informative! She directed us straight to the shuttle service send took several pictures for our memory book. The flowers lasted 5 days and kept our condo smelling like a sunny floral garden.

Reviewed by: Gale, 2021/07/08Our van took a long time to finally pick us up from the airport. The driver was very personable but dropped us at the Hilton lower lobby. We had no idea where we were. We had to find our way to an elevator and get to the main lobby to check in. I had to drag two suitcases since my husband is in a wheelchair. It was very stressful after long flights and a long wait for the van.

Reviewed by: Yohana, 2021/07/06It was so nice to arrive at the airport and be greeted with a lei. Our greeter was so kind and offered to take a picture of our family with our leis. He seemed genuinely happy for us to have arrived on his island. This was a surprise for my family so it was great to see their faces. The leis lasted all day. Two things to note: my flight info changed at the last minute and I was nervous that I would lose the money I paid and they wouldn’t be there when we arrived. I called multiple times, but the time difference didn’t let me catch them in the office. Someone did call me about my flight change, but I was in the air. I was pleasantly surprised to see the greeter there. But definitely call them if anything like that happens to you. Secondly, (in my own little world) I was expecting to be the only one greeted, but it’s one greeter for all the people who buy this package, so we waited for the family ahead of us who were greeted and took pictures. It almost ruined the surprise for my family, but since they had no idea this was happening, they waited patiently for me to turn their attention toward the greeter. They were still surprised.

Awful Service!!

Smooth ride, but no Lei at arrival
Reviewed by: Melissa P, 2021/05/18We paid for the ride and a Lei greeting well in advance of our trip. Plenty of time for someone to figure out they don't do Lei greetings at the airport in which we arrived.
We didn't get it, so I called to find out what happened. That's when I was informed there was not ever going to be a Lei Greeting. I've been trying to contact the company for a couple of days for my $30 refund and can't seem to stir up a human for help.
The shuttle was waiting for us and the driver was friendly. He pointed out some restaurants we should try near our Airbnb.
Aside from the lack of communication and needing a refund, I'm happy with the transportation we received.

Had to do it again!
Reviewed by: Jeff, 2021/05/09I had family members flying to Honolulu for first time back in 2019 and found I could have them receive Lei's as the came off the plane. I thought that sounded like a great greeting to Hawaii for the first time.
My family members loved it so much. I found out they were going to go back to Honolulu again because they fell in love with Hawaii. This time there was going to be a total of 5 family members traveling. I got them all Lei's.
Because of Covid, this time the greeters could not meet my family members at the gate when they deplaned. Everyone in my family still loved getting the Lei's when they reached the baggage claim area.
So be it a gift for yourself or family or friends, I highly recommend a Welcome Flower Lei Greeting at the airport.

Honolulu Private Car Service - Airport Transfer and Hourly Charters [Closed]
Do not use this service

Speedi Shuttle Did The Job

Though I booked for the 'shared' option, 3 out of the 4 transfers I was the only rider, so it was a great value. Would definitely use again when I'm not renting a car in HI.

Reviewed by: GaryAllen, 2020/03/28It never gets old seeing my wife light up when she sees her name on a placard and your staff holding her lei in wait. Others adjacent to us are with envy as the lei is placed around her neck, wishing their spouse had ordered one for them.
Men, take note, Hawaii is a great experience and you can make the experience truly unforgettable by purchasing a lei in advance and having it when your wife exit the security area.

Great early pick-up service to get to the airport.

The driver called in advance to let me know he would be arriving soon & he was quite polite & helpful as I was dragging my luggage down to the pick-up point.
