There was no one at the counter near the inter-island baggage claim at the airport, and I had to go to another counter. Moreover, the staff only told me to wait, and the woman who assisted me seemed to be eating something and did not appear to be taking her job seriously.

空港のインターアイランドのバゲッジクレームの近くの窓口に誰もおらず、他の窓口まで行く必要があった。その上、窓口の対応は待てと言うだけで、対応した女性も何かを食べながらで、真面目に仕事をしているように思えなかった。

The hotel is within Hilton Grand Vacations, but since it was Waikikian, I wanted to get off in front of the Ilikai Hotel, but I got off at the Grand Islander, which was a bit disappointing. Was there an option to get off in front of the Ilikai Hotel? I missed the chance to ask at the airport because there was no one who could speak Japanese.

ホテルは、ヒルトングランドバケーション内ではあるのですが、ワイキキアンでしたので、イリカイホテル前で降りたかったのですが、グランドアイランダーで降りたので、ちょっと残念でした。イリカイホテルの前は？選択肢にあったのでしょうか？
空港で日本語をできる方がおらず聞きそびれてしまいました。

I always use this service, but this time the shuttle bus was about the size of a van, and with so many people, I felt it was quite cramped inside. I noticed that the comfort level varies depending on the size of the vehicle.

いつも利用させて貰ってるんですが、今回はシャトルバスの大きさがバン程度であり、人数も多く車内がかなり狭いと感じました。
車の大きさによって快適さが違うと感じました。

The shuttle bus arrived almost on time. The driver was Japanese, and he handled the luggage carefully during both pickup and drop-off. I would like to use this service again next time.

ほぼ定刻通りにシャトルバスが到着。日本人のドライバーさんで、荷物も丁寧に受け取り、受け渡しをして貰えました。また次回も利用したいと思います。

It had been a while since I visited Hawaii, and I was thinking about how to get from the airport to Waikiki, but I was able to move smoothly thanks to my reservation from Japan. The price was also reasonable, and it was my first time using this service, but it was great.

久しぶりのハワイ、空港からワイキキまでの移動をどうしょうか考えてましたが、日本からの予約でスムーズに移動できました。値段も安く初めての利用でしたが良かったです。

I usually use the HIS shuttle, which is a bit cheaper for transportation from the airport to Waikiki, but this time I couldn't make a reservation with HIS, so I booked Roberts for the first time in a while. The staff at the reception spoke Japanese, so I was able to board the shuttle without any confusion.

空港→ワイキキへの移動ではいつもこちらより少しお安いＨＩＳのシャトルを利用しているのですが今回はＨＩＳの予約が取れず久々ロバーツさんを予約しました。受付の方は日本語ＯＫですので何も迷うことなくシャトルに乗車出来ました。

I use the shuttle every time I go to Hawaii, and the reservation process is easy, the meeting point is clear, and the service on-site is smooth. Depending on the location of the hotel, the drop-off order may be later, but I can rely on the reliable and affordable transportation.

毎回渡ハの際にはシャトルを利用しておりますが、予約も簡単で待ち合わせ場所もわかりやすく、現地での対応もスムーズ。宿泊ホテルの所在地によっては降りる順番が後になりますが、確実な送迎と安価で安心できます。

Since it was a transit to an outlying island, it was quite empty upon arrival. When I contacted them because I didn't know the meeting place, they responded politely, which made me feel at ease.

離島へトランジットだった為、到着時は閑散としていました。待ち合わせ場所が分からないと連絡すると丁寧に対応いただき安心できました。

I had always used a different company for transportation in Hawaii, but this time I used this service for the first time. I was worried about finding the meeting point, which was supposed to have staff in yellow shirts right outside the personal exit. However, I was able to quickly spot the staff in the yellow shirt and joined them without any stress.

The driver was a woman and did not speak Japanese, but perhaps because we were two women, she kindly helped carry our suitcases and was very considerate. If I have the opportunity to come to Hawaii again, I would like to use this service.

ハワイの送迎はいつも別の会社を利用していましたが、今回初めて利用させていただきました。
集合場所は個人の出口から出たところに黄色のシャツを着たスタッフがいるということでしたが、すぐに見つけられるか不安でした。
しかし、すぐに黄色いシャツを着たスタッフを見つけることができ、ストレスなく合流することができました。

ドライバーは女性で日本語は通じませんでしたが、こちらが女性2人ということもあってか、親切にスーツケースを運んでくださったり、とても気遣ってくれました。
またハワイに来る機会があれば利用させていただきたいです。

They arrived right on time for the pickup♪ It was helpful to be taken to the airport by airline✈️. The bus ride was also comfortable.

I usually travel to Hawaii with my surfboard, so I typically use a rental car. However, this time I arrived in Oahu from the Big Island in the evening, so I used a shuttle bus. I was worried about whether my surfboard would fit, but there were no issues at all, and the service was very comfortable. I would like to use it again.

いつもサーフボードを抱えてのハワイ旅なのでレンタカーを利用するのですが、今回はハワイ島から夕方にオアフ島入りだったのでシャトルバスを利用させていただきました。
サーフボードの荷物が乗るのか不安でしたが、何の問題もなくホテルまで送迎していただきとても快適でした。また利用させて頂きたいです。

The pickup was in front of the hotel and arrived on time. The driver drove safely and smoothly. Along the way, an elderly gentleman got in, and the driver quickly extended a hand to assist him.

I felt that the location was a bit difficult to find. My flight was delayed, and I hurriedly contacted Veltra to inform them about the delay from Japan. It seems that they were able to reach out successfully, and the pickup went smoothly.

I used this service for my return trip. They arrived on time, confirmed my name, and I felt reassured. I was picked up about three and a half hours before my flight, which allowed me to relax at the airport.

One thing to be careful about is that for those using Hawaiian Airlines, the departure gate is at Terminal 1, but the check-in counter for Japanese Hawaiian Airlines passengers is only at Terminal 2. I mistakenly got dropped off at Terminal 1 and was told to go to Terminal 2 when it was time to check in, which caused a bit of a panic as I had to rush over (it's about a 5-minute walk between T1 and T2, so it's not a big issue if you make a mistake). If you haven't checked in yet, please make sure to go to Terminal 2 first.

帰路に利用。時間通りに来てくれて名前を確認して乗車するので安心できます。
3時間半くらい前にピックアップされるので空港でゆっくり出来ます。
気をつけていただきたいのが、ハワイアン航空を利用する方は出発ゲートはターミナル1なのですが、日本人のハワイアン航空利用者のチェックインカウンターはターミナル2にしかありません。
間違えてターミナル1で降ろされてチェックインに並んでいざという時に日本人はターミナル2と伝えられて慌てて移動しました（T1とT2は徒歩5分ほどなので間違えても問題ないです。）
チェックインがまだの方は是非ターミナル2にまず行ってください。

I was able to get to Waikiki without any unnecessary delays after arriving at the airport. Everyone on the same shuttle bus was Japanese.

空港に着いてから余計なタイムロスもなくワイキキまで行けました。

This time I traveled alone, so I used this shuttle for the first time. As soon as I exited the personal exit, a staff member wearing a yellow aloha shirt welcomed me, confirmed my reservation, and I was able to get on the bus right away. I stayed at the Wyndham's timeshare at Beachwalk, and it was very helpful that they took me close to there. I look forward to using your service again next time.

今回は1人だったのでこのシャトルを初めて利用しました。個人出口を出るとすぐに黄色のアロハシャツを着たスタッフが出迎えてくれて予約の確認をしてくれてすぐにパスに乗ることが出来ました。宿泊はビーチウォークのウィンダムのタイムシェアでしたが近くまで行ってくれて大変助かりました。また次回もよろしくお願いします。

My Sister and Niece have never been to Hawaii. I wanted to ensure their visit started wonderfully, so I ordered leis for them, plus another friend traveling with us. A very nice and friendly man was waiting for us as we entered baggage claim. He presented the beautiful leis as well as given us directions to the baggage claim for our flight and where to go to get our rental car shuttle. The leis did get the trip off to a wonderful start.

They arrived on time, and everything went very smoothly. I felt very secure during the ride to the airport. I would like to make a reservation from here again when I come to Hawaii!

They came to pick me up right in front of the hotel, and since the driver and staff spoke Japanese, I felt安心 (at ease). Compared to other shared shuttle companies, they have a lot of destinations, so I think the cost performance is good.

ホテルの目の前まで迎えに来てくれて、日本語ドライバー兼スタッフさんでしたので、安心でした。他の混載送迎の会社に比べて送迎先がたくさんあるので、コスパも良いと思いました。

This was my first time using the service. The transportation to the accommodation was right in front of the entrance, which made it very convenient. The check-in at the airport was easy to understand, and the staff was cheerful and kind, which made me feel at ease. I was also impressed that the bus was equipped to accommodate wheelchair users, showing their commitment to diversity.

今回初めて利用させていただきました。今回の宿泊先の目の前までの送迎だったので、とてもラクでした。空港での受付も分かりやすくスタッフも明るく親切で安心でした。また、車いす利用のお客様に対応したバスだったので、ダイバーシティ対応もできているんだと感心しました。

What I liked: The excitement I felt when the Escalade limousine, so different from everyday life, arrived at the meeting point, and the comfortable ride made me look forward to the upcoming stay for sure! I was also glad that we could take a commemorative photo at the beginning.

What I was concerned about: Those with knowledge might find it a bit concerning, but since we take a different route to Waikiki than regular cars, we end up spending a little longer in the vehicle, for better or worse.

Impression: Overall, I think this is a tour where you can truly experience a sense of specialness. The driver was friendly, and at the end, he said, "We look forward to your return," which makes me want to come back again.

良かったこと：日常生活からかけ離れたエスカレードリムジンが集合場所に現れた時の気持ちの高揚と、快適な乗り心地にこれから始まる滞在が楽しみになること間違いなし！最初に記念写真も撮って頂けて良かったです。
気になったこと：知識のある方は気になるかもしれませんが、普通車とは異なる経路でワイキキまで行くため、良くも悪くも車に少し長く乗ることになります。
感想：とにかく特別感を味わうことの出来るツアーだと思います。運転手の方も気さくな方で、最後に「またのお帰りをお待ちしています」と言われたので、また帰りたいと思います。
