The welcome was great, as upon arrival, the vehicle was upgraded from an SUV to a limousine, which really boosted my excitement!! They also picked me up earlier than scheduled for the return trip, which was very nice. I will definitely use this service again!

出迎えは到着すると車の都合でとSUV→リムジンにグレードアップされており、テンション爆上がりでした！！帰りも時間よりも早めにピックアップしてもらってとても良かったです。また利用させていただきます！

Glenn was great he met us at baggage claim and when he was done he even helped with our baggage to the awaiting car I had.

I booked a pickup from the Islander to the airport. I was grateful that they arrived on time, but it seemed the driver had some difficulty walking, so I had to handle my own luggage onto the bus. With a stroller and quite a bit of luggage, and since I also have trouble walking, my daughter ended up carrying everything. The foreign passengers who were sharing the ride kindly helped, but I felt quite apologetic and it made me uncomfortable.

I understand that the driver's condition is beyond their control, but since we were paying for the service, I think it would have been better if a staff member from Roberts could have assisted with the luggage. If I were younger and healthier, it might not have bothered me as much, but for someone like me with health issues, it turned into a somewhat disappointing experience.

I had arranged for a different service from Honolulu to the hotel, so I might consider using that service again next time. I don't blame the driver for their condition, but I think it would be good for Roberts to choose staff who can assist customers a bit more in situations like this.

アイランダーの場所でのお迎えで空港までを予約しました。時間通り来ていただいたので助かりましたが、運転手の方が少し足が悪いのか、トランクのバスへの持ち込みを自分でしなければなりませんでした。ベビーカーやかなりたくさんの荷物があり、私自身が足が悪いため、その荷物を全て娘が運ぶこととなりました。一緒に乗り合いでいた外人の方々が親切にも手伝ってはくれましたが、申し訳なくかなり気を遣ってしまいました。
運転手さんの足の悪いことも仕方がないとは思いますが、料金が発生している以上できればロバーツさんのスタッフの方に運んでいただければ、これほど気を使わなくてよかったかと思っております。
私も若く元気ならば気にならなかったのかもしれませんが、体も悪い私にとっては少し残念な経験となってしまっています。
ホノルルからホテルまでは別の業者にお願いをしていたので、もしかすれば次回からはそちらの業者にお願いすることになるかもしれません。足の悪い運転手さんを責める気はありませんが、ロバーツさんの方がもう少しその辺は配慮してお客様のお手伝いをできる方を選ばれるのも良いのではないかと思っております。

Perhaps because I was traveling alone, I was overlooked when getting on and off the shuttle bus. It was so slow that I got off at a nearby hotel and walked to my own hotel.

ひとり旅だったためか、送迎バスに乗る際も降りる際も、後回しでした。あまりに遅いので、近くのホテルで降りて自分のホテルに歩いて行きました。

This was my first time using it.

Perhaps because it was early in the day, there were few passengers, and it was comfortable. However, the temperature inside the vehicle was too cold.

今回初めて利用しました。

早い時間の利用だからか、乗車人数も少なく、快適でした。
ただ、車内の温度が寒過ぎました。

The person who assisted me was kind. In my case, the same person was there for both the outbound and return trips. I recommend it. On the way back, it was a large limousine.

担当していただいた方が親切でした。
私の場合は往復とも同じ方でした。
おススメです。
帰りは大型リムジンでした。

I went through the departure procedures feeling anxious, but I headed towards the exit. The bright yellow aloha shirt made it very easy to spot, which made the process reassuring. The driver advised me to remember the hotel name well. Since he shared a lot of information about Hawaii like a bus tour guide, it was really enjoyable.

不安な中出国手続きをして、出口に向かいました。黄色いアロハシャツがとてもわかりやすく安心して手続きがありました。
ホテル名はしっかり覚えておいた方がいいですよ〜と運転手さんがアドバイスしていただきました。バスガイド付きツアーのようにハワイ情報を教えてくれたので、とても楽しかったです。

I was a bit delayed due to road conditions, but the female driver was very pleasant. She helped me when I almost got off at the wrong stop. She was a skilled driver and even helped with my luggage.

道路事情で少し遅れましたが、感じのいい女性ドライバーさんで、降りる場所を間違えそうになったら、ちゃんと教えてくれて助かりました。
運転も上手で、荷物も下ろしてくれました。

This was my first time using the service. It was much cheaper and more convenient than taking a taxi for a solo trip, with less waiting time. The car was spacious and I was comfortably taken to my hotel. I will use it again if I have the opportunity.

The meeting place was a bit hard to find, but there was an image of the vehicle, so I found it right away. The service was on time, making the start of the trip comfortable! The driver spoke only English, but he was kind and it was great.

集合場所が少しわかりづらかったですが、車両の画像があるので、すぐに見つかりました。定刻通りの運行で旅のスタートを快適にさせてくれました！英語のドライバーさんだけど、親切で良かったです。

I appreciate the timely operation. I accidentally forgot to give a tip to the driver. I haven't been using cash much lately, so I truly apologize for that.

They arrived on time. Although the staff couldn't speak Japanese, it wasn't a problem since it was just a transfer service. You load your own luggage. If you don't expect excessive service, it meets expectations.

時間通りに来てくれました。日本語が話せるスタッフでは無いけれど送迎だけなので特に問題になりません。荷物は自分で乗せるスタイルです。過度にサービスを期待していなければ想定通りです。

I couldn't find the meeting place and had to ask someone for directions. Other than that, there were no particular issues. It's a style where you load your own luggage.

If you look for someone wearing a yellow aloha shirt, you'll be fine! Don't worry if your English isn't great! Also, tips are not required, so it's relaxed!

黄色のアロハを着ている人を探せば何とかなります！英語が苦手でも大丈夫です！
あとチップ不要なので気楽です♪

I used the evening hotel pickup to catch a night flight to the mainland United States. It was a large van, but there was only one other passenger, so we were delivered to the airport smoothly.

アメリカ本土への夜便に乗るために夕方ホテル前ピックアップで利用しました。大きなバンでしたが他にお客さんが1人しかおらず、スムーズに空港まで届けてもらえました。

The reception counter was easy to find, and I felt reassured to receive guidance in Japanese for the boarding area. It was also great that the reservation included the tip, so I didn't have to deal with cash after arriving.

受付カウンターがわかりやすく、日本語の案内で、乗り口を案内してもらえて安心しました。予約にチップ込みなので、到着後に現金を扱う手間がないのもとてもよかったです。

I was really nervous because I had a driver in another country who drove extremely fast, but this driver was actually very skilled and gentle when I got out of the car. I was relieved to arrive at the hotel without any confusion from the airport.

以前別の国のアクティビティでめちゃくちゃ飛ばす運転手さんで、ドキドキしましたが、普通に運転上手で、降りる時もジェントルでした。
空港からオロオロしないでホテルに到着できて助かりました。

I use this service every time from the airport to the hotel. This time, I was able to board with almost no waiting time. The seats are spacious and comfortable, and the driving is careful, so I can use it with peace of mind.

空港からホテルまで毎回利用させていただいています。今回も待ち時間ほぼなしで乗車できました。座席も広く座り心地も良く、運転も丁寧なので安心して利用できます。

As a final surprise for our trip, we used a limousine from the hotel to the airport. While you don't see them as often in the city as you used to, seeing one in person was overwhelming with its pure white ultra-long body, and it looked fantastic against the backdrop of our accommodation, the Pink Palace. We chose a more affordable car, a Chrysler 300C, so it's true that the model is a bit old, but everyone was surprised and delighted. I highly recommend choosing a private transfer.

旅の最後のサプライズとして、ホテルから空港までリムジンを利用しました。昔ほど街中では見かけなくなりましたが、実際見ると真っ白な超ロングボディに圧倒され、宿泊先のピンクパレスとの映えがスゴイ。選んだリムジンは、安価なクルマを予約しましたが、クライスラー３００Cなので、車種が旧いのは否めませんが、全員が驚き喜んでもらえました。貸切送迎を選ぶならお勧めです。

I used the round-trip shuttle service (airport ⇔ Honolulu). They helped with loading and unloading luggage smoothly, which was very helpful. Since the tip was included, I didn't have to worry about calculating tips.

We used the service with nine people from three generations. I have visited Honolulu several times. In the past, I used taxis or rental cars, but this time, with so many people, we opted for the shuttle service. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. I was dropped off at a different terminal during the shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, and I had to walk between the terminals. I realized that I need to confirm things myself instead of relying solely on the driver.

ホテルから空港までの送迎で、違うターミナルで降ろされ、仕方なく歩いてターミナル間移動しました。運転手任せにせず、自分でちゃんと確認が必要だと思いました。

When heading to the airport on a late-night flight, I was a bit scared to take a taxi, so I used this service. They arrived right on time!

深夜便で空港に向かう際、タクシーだと少し怖かったのでこちらを利用しました。きちんと時間通りに来てくださりました！

There were only two other Japanese people besides us, and they seemed to be from the mainland United States. The immigration inspection took some time, but I think they were waiting for our departure. Thank you very much.

日本人は私どもの他は二人だけ、ほとんど米国内地の方のようでした。入国審査に時間がかかりましたが、出発を待っていてくれたのだと思います。有難うございました。

I was surprised to see that they arrived by large bus, but they confirmed the airline in Japanese and we boarded. At the airport, they guide you and drop you off according to each airline, so there were no particular issues, which was great.

まさか大型バスで来るとは思わなかったのでびっくりしましたが、日本語で航空会社の確認をしてくれて乗りました。
空港では航空会社毎に案内して降ろしてくれますので、特に問題もなく、良かったです。

It's best to come out quickly and check in without lingering inside. There's nothing particularly noteworthy about the vehicle, but it's convenient since the tip is included.

空港からホテルの便でしたが、受付順で乗せてくれるがかなり待たされるので中でぐずぐずしないでサクッと出て来て受付するのが良いです。
車内は特筆することはありませんが、チップ込みなので楽です。

The storage area was quite far to the right after exiting, so I couldn't find it right away with my dazed mind, but the yellow uniforms were noticeable and helpful. The wait time until boarding the bus was short, and it was comfortable.

収納場所が出口を出てかなり右手だったので、ボーっとした頭ではすぐ見つけられませんでしたが、黄色の制服は目立ってよかったです。バスに乗るまでの待ち時間も少なく、快適でした。
