I usually use a shared shuttle, but it was fully booked, so I decided to try this service for the first time. It was smooth and very comfortable. The driver had a great vibe, which made for a wonderful start to my trip to Hawaii.

いつも利用している乗り合いシャトルが満席だったので、初めてこちらを利用してみました。すると、スムーズだしとても快適でした。運転手さんも良い雰囲気でしたので、良いハワイ旅行のスタートが切れました。

It was a domestic move, and overall it was on time. The only concern I have is regarding the content in the email I received, which mentioned a kiosk before the baggage claim, but there isn't one in reality. I searched everywhere and couldn't find it, and when I called, it was confirmed that there is no kiosk. Please provide an update, as this is confusing.

国内移動でしたが、概ね時間通りでした。
唯一気になるのは、頂いたメールに書かれている内容で、バゲッジクレーム前にあるキオスクとありますが、実際にはありません。
私も探しまくり見つからなくて電話したら、キオスクはないことが判明しました。混乱するので、更新をお願いします。

I waited 30 minutes for the bus from the airport to the hotel. That was still okay, but despite the fact that the Ramada Plaza Hotel is relatively close to the airport and near Ala Moana Center, the bus took a long detour, dropping off everyone else before stopping at the hotel. It should have taken less than 30 minutes if it went straight, but it took 1 hour and 20 minutes, which made me really angry.

The return trip from the hotel to the airport was just as bad. I waited and waited, and when I called, they said it would arrive in about 20 minutes, but it ended up being about 50 minutes late in total. The meeting point was supposed to be the "hotel front rotary," but they only came to the road in front of the hotel and apparently left without even looking for me. If I hadn't called, they probably would have never come. I will never use this service again.

空港→ホテルはバスを30分待った。それはまだいいけど、ラマダプラザホテルというアラモアナセンターに近い、比較的空港に近いホテルにも関わらず、大回りしまくってほかの人を全部降ろしてからホテルに立ち寄った。まっすぐいけば30分かからないはずだが、1時間20分かかってマジ切れそうでした。
ホテル→空港も待てど暮らせど来ず、電話したら20分ほどで来たが、トータル50分ほど遅れた。「ホテル前ロータリー」が待ち合わせ場所だったのに、ホテル前の道路にしか来ず、しかも全く探さずそのまま行ってしまったらしい。電話しなかったら永遠に来なかったようだ。二度と使わないです。

When I arrived at the designated location, I had to wait a long time for the next car after the first one left. Even though it was a Wyndham resort, I was dropped off at Hokulani. On the way back, I had to wait at Hokulani again in a place with no seating, and when the time came, the car that came to pick me up had actually arrived early. If they had come to the specified location to check, I think I wouldn't have had to worry.

案内された場所に行った時に車が出てからなかなか次の車が来ずかなりまたされた。またウインダム　リゾートなのにホクラニで降ろされた。かえりはまたホクラニまで行き座るところもない場所もないなかでまち、時間になり車からむかえにきたがその車は時間前に着いていたので指定の場所に来て確認してくれたら心配しないですんだと思います。

I couldn't get out for over an hour at MPC, and when I finally did, there was a bus stopped in front of the group exit. It was chaotic in front of the reception, so I asked a staff member in front of the bus for help. They kindly guided me to the reception, which was nice, but when they told the staff at the reception my name, it took a long time for them to confirm it. I was told to wait in front of the bus, but even after three buses arrived, my name was never called, and people who arrived after me got on first. I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes. I thought I should have taken the W line instead.

On the way back, the bus arrived on time in front of the hotel, and they even helped carry my suitcase onto the bus, which was great.

MPCで出れなく1時間以上並んでやっと外に出れましたが、団体出口前にバスが停まっていましたが、受付の前がごちゃごちゃして見えなかったのでバスの前のスタッフに声をかけたら、受付へ案内してくれたのは親切で良かったのですが、受付カウンターのスタッフに名前を言ってくれましたが、なかなか確認をしてくれず待たされ、バスの前で待つように言われましたが、3台バスが来ても名前を呼ばれなく、後から来た人が先に乗り、30分以上待たされました。これならWラインに乗ればよかったなと思いました。
帰りは時間通りにホテル前に来てくれ、スーツケースもバスの中まで運んでくれたので良かったです。

I waited for an hour from the time I arrived at the boarding area until I actually got on. I was passed over in line by people who arrived after me, and in the end, I was left waiting until the very end. I thought the way the staff handled the passengers was terrible. I made complaints each time, but more creativity is needed.

乗り場に着いて実際に乗るまで1時間待たされました。あとから来た方々に次々順番を抜かされ結局は最後まで待ちぼうけ。乗客を捌くスタッフのやり方が酷いと思いました。
都度クレームしましたが、もっと工夫が必要です。

I was picked up at the hotel on time. The driver was a foreigner, and there were many foreign passengers on the large bus. We were able to get to the airport without any issues. I think it's convenient for first-time solo travelers to Hawaii.

時間通りホテルに迎えに来てもらえました。大型バスでドライバーは外国人、乗客も外国人が多かったです。問題なく空港まで行くことができました。ハワイ初心者おひとり様には便利だと思います。

I made a reservation because it was my first time overseas and there was a distance from the airport to the city. As soon as I got to the airport, there was a guide who was easy to find, and they led me right away. After a short wait, I was welcomed by a huge car.

There were many Japanese people waiting as well, which gave me a sense of security. During the transfer, they shared various little stories, and they spoke both Japanese and English, which made it enjoyable.

I would like to make a reservation again if I have the opportunity.

初めての海外で、空港から街まで距離があるということで予約。空港でたらすぐにわかるところに案内の人がいて、すぐ誘導。少し待ったらどでかい車でお出迎え。
待ってる人も日本人が多く、安心感がありました。
送迎時はいろいろなところの小話もしてくれて、日本語、英語どちらもやってくれたので、楽しかったです。
また機会があれば予約したいです

It was a tour to the North Shore. The guide's knowledge was amazing, and it turned into a fun tour. I learned a lot about Hawaii, and it was very enjoyable.

I will be heading to the airport after stopping at several hotels. They will drop me off in front of the airline I am using. It was on time and smooth!

I think the travel time can vary quite a bit depending on the number of companions and the number of hotels you stop at, but I had no worries at all. In Hawaii, where prices are high, I believe a recommended shuttle service is a good option.

Since I was the last pickup, I arrived at the airport in less than 30 minutes.

The flight was significantly delayed, arriving nearly 5 hours late. Despite this, I was very relieved that someone came to meet me at the baggage gate. The woman who came to pick me up was also very kind.

I arrived from Los Angeles using the flight number provided, but there was no staff at the domestic terminal. I even went to the international terminal, which is the farthest away, but there was no one there either. I found a Japanese-speaking phone number on Roberts' website and called. I was told that there are no kiosks available at the moment. I communicated my location and was able to arrange a ride. After arriving at the airport, I had to wait an hour and a half until departure. It was the worst experience.

I felt like if I had to search and call for a ride myself, what would be the difference from using Uber?

I used this service because it was said to be available for domestic flights in the U.S., but I will never use this shuttle service from this site again. I would even like a refund that includes the phone charges.

利用便名伝え、ロスからとうちゃくでしたが国内線には誰も係りがいなく、一番離れている国際線にも行きましたがだれもいなく、Robertsのホームページに日本語対応可の電話番号があり、電話。いまはキオスクがでていないとのことでした。居場所つたえ配車頂きました。空港到着後出発までに1時間半。最悪でした。
自分で探して呼ぶなら、Uberと何が違うんだろうと感じました。

米国国内線利用でも使えるとあったので利用しましたがこちらのサイトのこの送迎は二度と使いません。電話代含め返金してほしいくらいです。

The gate was lowered accurately to the right spot. Therefore, I didn't have to walk a long distance. The driver was friendly, and he was happy when I gave him a tip.

I was worried because it said to contact in English if there were any issues, but everything went smoothly and they picked me up on time. I'm glad.

I used the service for both my arrival and departure, and the same driver assisted me. On the way to my destination, there was a significant delay due to a major traffic jam at immigration, but the driver remained courteous throughout and even took a photo before I got in the car.

For the return trip, I was about 15 minutes late due to a misunderstanding of the pickup point, but the driver recognized me and immediately greeted me when he saw me. He also helped with my child getting out at the airport and said goodbye, providing the same gentlemanly service as before, which left a very good impression on me.

On the other hand, the person who answered the phone (who I believe was the same as the one for both trips) seemed to take my delay poorly, and I got a rather brusque impression from them. Additionally, regarding the misunderstanding about the pickup point on the return trip, I tried to ask how I should have confirmed the details through the website or email to have the correct understanding, but I received vague answers (it would have been fine if they had just said they didn’t know, but perhaps that’s different from what I’m used to in Japan). This left me feeling confused due to the gap between the courteous driver and the phone representative.

往復利用で、同じドライバーの方が対応してくださいました。
往路はイミグレの大渋滞でピックアップ時間を大幅に遅延してしまいましたが、ドライバーの方は終始紳士的に応対してくださり、乗車前に写真まで撮ってくださいました。
復路もピックアップポイントの認識誤りで15分ほど遅れてしまいましたが、顔を覚えておられたのか、私を見つけるとすぐにドライバーの方から声をかけてくださり、また空港でも同行した子どもの下車を手伝ったりバイバイしてくれたりと、往路と同様に紳士的に応対してもらいとても良い印象を受けました。
一方で、電話応対してくださった方(こちらも往復同様の方のように思います)は私が遅れたことに対し気を悪くしたのか、刺々しい印象を受けました。また復路でのピックアップポイントの認識誤りについても、Webやメールなどどこをどう確認すべきだったのか私自身正しい認識を持とうと質問を投げかけたものの、的を得ない回答に終始する始末で(分からないならそう言ってもらって構わないのですが、そこは日本とは違うところなのかもしれません)、紳士的なドライバーの方とのギャップに戸惑ってしまいました。

I have used this service several times. Right after exiting the airport, there is a Roberts Hawaii desk, and I was relieved to find that they also provide assistance in Japanese. Previously, I had a hard time figuring out where to meet for a ride share that only offered English support.

Perhaps because it was the off-peak season, there weren't too many people sharing the ride, so I plan to make use of this service again next year.

空港出てすぐにロバーツハワイの受付があり、日本語も対応しているので安心しました。以前直接申し込んだライドシェアが英語対応だったので、どこに待ち合わせてよいかわからずとても苦労しました。

閑散期だったためか乗り合いの人もそこまで多くないので来年も重宝したいと思います。

I requested round-trip transportation for two people from the airport to the hotel in Waikiki.

First, for the outbound trip, I was able to meet the welcoming SUV right away, and the cheerful driver (who spoke English) made for a pleasant journey.

For the return trip, I requested a pickup from a different hotel, and to my surprise, I was picked up in a stretch limousine by a driver who spoke Japanese. It was a comfortable ride to the airport, making for a nice conclusion to my trip.

空港から、ワイキキのホテルまで、往復の送迎を、二名乗車でお願いしました。
まず、往路は、出迎えの車(SUV)ともすぐに会えて、かつ、明るい感じの運転手さん（英語）で、気持ちよく移動できました。
復路は、異なるホテルでのピックアップをお願いし、驚いたことに、ストレッチリムジンで、日本語を話す運転手さんでした。　心地よく、飛行場まで移動でき、旅の最後の締めくくりも快適でした。

I used the shuttle service from my hotel in Hawaii. Although the arrival time was a bit delayed, they handled my luggage with care, and the service was very good.

ハワイの滞在先のホテルから送迎で利用しました。少し到着時間は遅れてましたが、丁寧に荷物も運んでもらって、とても対応はよかったです。

I usually rely on HIS for Japanese support, but this time the timing didn't work out, so I sought assistance here. It was stated that only English support was available, but my limited English conversation skills were sufficient. I think I will seek assistance again if the opportunity arises.
