This hike adventure was awesome! The views at different stops along the way were just amazing. Our Guide Jon was great! He was a knowledgeable about so many things such as the local birds, plants and history of the area. Entering a lava tube that was hundreds of years old was interesting, and fun. Jon made sure our group remained safe and also had fun along the way. One has to experience this activity to really appreciate it! I would definitely recommend this activity.

I have visited the Big Island multiple times and had seen the starry sky from the slopes of Mauna Kea, so I thought there might not be anything particularly new. However, I was very moved by the sea of clouds and the sunset from the summit! I had no issues with altitude sickness, and even though I was lightly dressed in September, the warm clothing provided was more than enough. The warm cocoa was appreciated, and the sandwiches were very delicious as well. I was able to take many photos of the sunset and the starry sky, creating precious memories. The attached photo was taken with a compact digital camera that has a starry sky shooting mode that I brought along. I hope to participate in other tours again someday.

ハワイ島には複数回訪れたことがあり、マウナケア中腹からの星空を観たこともあったため、そんなに目新しいいことはないかもしれないと思いつつ参加しましたが、山頂からの雲海、夕陽にとても感動しました！高山病は全く問題なく、9月で薄着でしたが貸していただける防寒着だけで充分でした。暖かいココアもありがたかったですが、サンドイッチもとても美味しかったです。夕陽、星空とたくさん写真を撮ってもらえて、貴重な思い出になりました。添付の写真は持参した星空撮影モードがあるコンパクトデジカメで撮影したものです。またいつか他のツアーにも参加させていただきたいと思います。

On the last day of my trip, I wanted to feel a bit luxurious and wrap up my enjoyable memories. As expected from 5STAR! The course dinner was very delicious (^.^). The sunset and the lights of Waikiki from the sea were as beautiful as jewels! The stylish atmosphere with jazz will surely create unforgettable memories with my loved ones.

This was my second horseback riding experience, but it was my first time along the coast! I started with a mix of excitement and nervousness. Thanks to the kind and attentive trainer and the adorable horse, I ended up having so much fun that I was filled with joy before I knew it. I definitely want to do this again! For those who are unsure about it, this wonderful location for horseback riding will help you forget your everyday fatigue and stress in an instant.

Very Accessible and Enjoyable Cruise

We had a great time on the Dinner Cruise. We were especially impressed when we received a call from Medina from the Body Glove office. She noticed that we stated we both had limited mobility when we registered, so she called to tell us we could park at the pier right across from the boat and arranged to have their crew unlock the gate for us when we arrived. This made it very easy to board. The crewmembers assisted my wife, who uses a walker, during boarding and when getting off the boat. Everyone on the crew was very warm and friendly. Service was excellent. Food was good. Entertainment was a lot of fun. I highly recommend this cruise and thank the folks at Body Glove for their kind assistance to both of us.

Diamond Head Hike & Oahu Island Tour - North Shore, East Coast & Dole Plantation

JUST RIGHT!

My son and I had just a few days, and wanted to see as much as we could without wearing ourselves out. An early morning hike up Diamond Head, and a subsequent tour of the island seemed like a good option, and it was great! We had enough time to climb and enjoy the view from the top, and then the van ride was wonderful. We both felt like it was the perfect balance of riding time and stops around the island at well-chosen locations. We never felt rushed, and never got bored. Our guide, Stephanie, was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great day! BTW, the hike is not an easy stroll, but neither is it too strenuous. I'm 68, and didn't have a problem. If you're not in great shape, take the easier trail, and not the demanding stairs when you get to that point. But take the hike. It's worth it!

Luau was amazing

It’s just a shame that you guys didn’t pick us up.
Had to get a taxi to the show which was lucky we found one that could take my husbands mobility scooter.
Made some phone calls to complain and sent an email to complain
We were promised a ride back to hotel on bus.
The hostess on the bus on the way was very rude to us
We did receive a small refund which we will grateful for.
Just a suggestion (which I did mention in my emails) for future tours. That maybe your host on the buses actually go and check with all persons that may be waiting by the pickup point or little further away from pickup point. You are dealing with tourists and not everyone will know where the exact pickup points are. Also in our case have the actual name of the tour in front window of bus. Our bus did not have this. Otherwise we would like have know. The host for our tour actually started walking down towards where we were standing but turned back around half way down. She would have seen my husband was in a mobility scooter and would i assume have this information written on your paperwork.

Much so had to hire a wheelchair.
When got on the bus we mentioned it to the star of Honolulu host and she said we did not need to do that. So maybe for any future customers you could check your information first.

A trip to Hawaii with my 92-year-old mother and three generations
I was looking forward to whale watching, but my mother said she didn't want to go, possibly due to fatigue, so I requested to change it to the next day, and they were very accommodating.
On the way to the harbor, we saw a rainbow, which made me feel like we would meet the whales.
After setting sail, they met our expectations, and we saw them many times.
Watching them swim gracefully in the waters of Waikiki made me feel the essence of Hawaii.
At the end, we witnessed them spouting water and slapping their large tails on the surface of the sea.

It was my first time horseback riding and visiting the North Shore, but I had the best time! The instructions on how to ride were explained in Japanese, which made it very easy to understand, so I was able to enjoy the experience without any worries. The seaside scenery was incredibly beautiful, beyond words. I was so happy to participate.

The driver who picked us up was Japanese, and he shared various stories during the bus ride! He asked where in the North we wanted to get off and extended the meeting time based on the situation, which was very thoughtful of him! He also taught us how to ride and dismount the horse, as well as how to change directions, all in Japanese, which was really helpful! Once we arrived at the site, we could use a QR code to watch a YouTube video to confirm how to ride again, which was great!

The staff at the riding area didn't speak our language, but the driver acted as an interpreter, and the staff were cool, kind, and wonderful! It seems that the horses dislike the smell of alcohol, so please be careful about drinking! It really seems like you won't be allowed to ride if you have been drinking. Selfie sticks also seem to be a no-go since the horses dislike them! It's recommended to carry them in a way that hangs around your neck.

The horses were very calm and obedient, so we had a really enjoyable time! Riding along the seaside with the wind in our hair, the view from the horse was amazing! After riding, we were dropped off near our target shop, where we bought and ate some frilly chicken (available only on weekends) and garlic shrimp for lunch. We still had time left, so we were able to explore various shops!

It was a wonderful day! Thank you very much! ♪

馬たちも大人しくいうこと聞いてくれるのでとても楽しい時間を過ごせました！

乗馬の後に目当てのお店の近くで降ろして貰いお昼ご飯にフリフリチキン（土日のみ）とガーリックシュリンプを買って食べ、それでも時間があったので色んなSHOPを見て回れました！

We did the movie sites tour which was great! Our tour guide was incredibly informative and very passionate about the ranch. We didn’t have a chance to do more like the Jurassic tour or zip lining, so if we get a chance to come back - those are on our list to do next time!
