It is possible to make reservations directly through the official website, but I was unable to make a payment with a Japanese credit card that does not have a Zipcode, so I purchased the tickets through VELTRA. (The price was the same as on the official site.)

There is a Japanese guide on site who explains the history and overview of the battleship.

I reserved this and the USS Arizona for a visit, but I also wanted to check out the aviation museum. I recommend taking your time to explore Pearl Harbor.

We participated as a couple, and with one more person, we formed a small group of three, all of whom had experience with Segways, so we quickly got to practice and then hit the streets. Our guide was very good at Japanese (I initially thought he was Japanese) and was interesting to talk to, making him a great person. Riding along the coast with the refreshing breeze was the best. The two hours flew by. At the end, my husband accidentally fell due to a sudden brake, but since he had never fallen off a Segway before, it was a good experience to have. Thank you for the band-aid. I definitely want to ride again the next time I go to Hawaii!

I participated with my husband, who uses a wheelchair, and our sons, who are in fifth and second grade. The deciding factor for us to sign up was the large boat that allows wheelchair access. Since I used to dive a lot during my student days, I wanted my children to experience snorkeling and dolphin watching at accessible points by boat, but it was quite challenging with a wheelchair. I was very happy that we could go this way.

However, the meeting time was early in the morning, and we had to leave the hotel by 6 AM to drive from Waikoloa, which made my sons look sleepy the whole time. That was a bit disappointing. Still, the snorkel, mask, and fins we borrowed were comfortable, and despite it being their first time snorkeling in open water, they weren't scared at all and had a lot of fun. They also loved the noodle, a long floating device. (My husband wasn't feeling well and didn't snorkel, so I'm not sure if he would have supported them if they had wanted to.)

The kids wore life vests, and I only had the noodle, but it was enough to keep me afloat. The fish at the snorkeling spot were honestly fewer in variety compared to places like Okinawa, but I think it was a good experience for the kids' first time.

We also saw dolphins on the way there! We had breakfast (a variety of breads, fruits, and yogurt) before snorkeling, and during the snorkeling time, we could come up whenever we wanted to eat the hamburgers for lunch. The taro chips served at lunch were a favorite of the kids.

On the way back, we had a longer cruise away from the coast to look for big animals (dolphins, whales, mantas, etc.). Unfortunately, we didn't encounter any, but the cookies they handed out during that time were delicious, and my younger son asked for seconds.

It was a half-day tour, but it became a very enjoyable memory! If I could wish for something, I think a tour with a later meeting time and just lunch would be better. By the way, my children and I took motion sickness medication, so we didn't get seasick. My husband seemed a bit unwell, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication just in case, even for those who usually don't get seasick!

私自身は学生時代ダイビング三昧だったので、船に乗って行けるポイントでのシュノーケリングやイルカウォッチングは子供たちにも体験してほしいことでしたが、車椅子にはなかなかハードルが高く。。今回このような形で行けてとても嬉しかったです。
ただ、集合時間が朝早く、Waikoloaから運転して行くため6時台にはホテルを出なければならず、息子たちは終始眠そうだったのが残念ポイント。。
それでも、貸していただけたシュノーケル＆マスクとフィンが快適で、初めてのオープンウォーターでのシュノーケリングであったにも関わらず全然怖がらず、二人ともとても楽しんでいました。ヌードルという、細長～い浮き具もお気に入りでした。（今回夫は体調もさほど優れずシュノーケリングはしなかったため、やりたいと言えばサポートしてくれたのかどうかは不明です）
子供たちはライフベストを着用、私はこのヌードルだけでしたが、充分浮いていられました。ポイントのお魚は、正直沖縄などよりは種類も少なかったですが、子供たちの初めての体験としてはよかったと思います。
行き帰りにイルカも見られました！
行きに朝食（何種類かのパンと果物やヨーグルトなど）を食べて、シュノーケリングの時間中好きな時に上がって来て昼食のハンバーガーを食べる、という感じでした。昼食で出たタロイモチップスが子供たちのお気に入りでした。
帰りは大物（イルカ、クジラ、マンタなど？）を見つけるために、行きより海岸から離れての長めのクルーズでした。残念ながら遭遇はできませんでしたが、この時間に配ってくれたクッキーが美味しくて、次男はおかわりしていました。笑
半日のツアーでしたが、とても楽しい思い出になりました！
欲を言えば、集合時間遅めのランチだけのツアーがよいかな、と思いました。
ちなみに私と子供たちは酔い止めを飲んで行ったせいか船酔いはしませんでした。夫は少し気分が悪そうでしたので、普段酔わない方も念のため酔い止めをお勧めします！

Kualoa Ranch is vast, and you can go horseback riding and tour the filming locations by bus, along with many other tour participants. For those who don't understand English at all, it seemed like they just let the bus driver's explanations go in one ear and out the other. Everything was explained in English. There were also many participants who were not Japanese.

The scenery was very beautiful. The buffet had very few food options, and there were flies, so my nervous child couldn't eat much.

It's best to think of it as completely different from something like Universal Studios.

The pre activities were so fun; my son (23 years old) participated in the coconut opening and the palm head cover. He totally embraced the moment.
The area was beautiful! We did the falls and the gardens first.
The drinks were quite festive, and the food was awesome.
The “show” was engaging; I loved the music and dance. And, the fire was very impressive!

We used this service to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a bow renewal with a friendly captain in a corner of the boat. He took photos with my own phone. It was a bit embarrassing, but it became a wonderful memory. We enjoyed a bottle of champagne together. Since it was Friday, we also got to see fireworks, which was great. The view of the sea of clouds and the setting sun from the summit of Mauna Kea was incredibly beautiful. During the stargazing, I was moved by the summer sky filled with stars and the Milky Way. Additionally, since it was the day after the full moon, I was lucky to see the reddish moon rising as well! The photo taken with a DSLR camera turned out to be the best shot with the Milky Way in the background. The staff's explanations were easy to understand, and I learned a lot about the Big Island, Mauna Kea, and the stars. I'm really glad I was able to participate in this tour, which will be a lifelong memory!

They introduced us to some of the best places on the island for garlic shrimp and malasadas. Gliding on a Segway until sunset on the last day of my stay in Hawaii! After practicing in the spacious parking lot of the small Segway center shop, we headed into the city! From Kaka'ako to Magic Island Beach at Ala Moana. Then, we glided along the coast to a hill where we could see the setting sun, passing through the park. We covered quite a distance on the Segway! It was a fulfilling final day in Hawaii!!

I was a bit anxious because there were few reviews and no Japanese guide, but it was more fun than I imagined, and the kids were very satisfied!

The tour lasted about two and a half hours and was divided into three main sections:
- A flat road where we could drive about 40 km
- A bumpy road through the jungle
- A course within a playground with steep ups and downs
Each section offered a different kind of enjoyment.

Good points:
- The drive through the vast scenery was cool and pleasant.
- The bumpy road was fun like a roller coaster.
- The guide was very kind.
- Even if you're not good at English, they speak slowly, so it's understandable.
- There are instructions in Japanese.
- The water and juice provided during the tour were cold and delicious.
- We received photos and videos from the tour via AirDrop.

Bad points:

悪かったこと
・運転中もトランシーバーでハワイの歴史などを解説してくれるのですが、英語が苦手だとトランシーバーごしでは理解できない…
・チップがカードで払えず現金のみ
・ノースショアまでの移動が必要


参加するまでは、ハワイまで来て海じゃなくて山行く必要ある？とも思ってましたが、参加して正解だったと思いました！

I arrived in Oahu from the Big Island on a flight in the early afternoon, and there was a counter right in front of the baggage claim area. A man was holding a tablet with my name displayed, so it was easy to find. I walked a short distance to the shuttle bus stop, but they guided me properly from the counter to the stop, making everything very smooth. I would like to use this service again.

The pickup time was three and a half hours before the flight, but the hotel pickup was over 15 minutes late, and I had to call twice to inquire about it. The response was poor. Furthermore, we went to four other hotels in Waikiki, which took an additional 30 minutes. Despite having informed them of the airline, we were all dropped off at Terminal 1 instead of Terminal 2. We ended up walking unnecessarily to change terminals. I think taking a taxi would be cheaper and faster.

On the last day of my stay in Kauai, I participated in this experience. From the welcome music upon boarding to the entertaining talks, the journey to the fern cave, the beauty of the cave, the songs and hula dances in front of the cave, and the music, singing, and hula dancing on the return boat, it was all very rich. The wonderful sunset from above the clouds, the starry sky that feels within reach—it's an indescribable view that left me completely satisfied. While there were many visitors at the summit, we occupied a slightly distant scenic spot on this tour. I was able to leisurely enjoy the sunset and the starry sky while eating poke bowls. Since we went up to 3,000 meters, we took breaks along the way, allowing us to ascend at a comfortable pace. I thought this tour would be suitable even for those with weaker legs. I learned a lot about photography and was able to take stunning photos and time-lapses!

I was torn between choosing the sunrise or this tour, but I absolutely recommend this one. Above all, I was touched by the hospitality of our guide, Mr. Yamap, who shared fun stories and even prepared warm drinks for us.

雲の上からの素晴らしいサンセット、触れそうな星空、全てが言葉にはできない絶景で、大満足でした。山頂はビジターもたくさん来てますが少し離れた絶景スポットをこのツアーで占領。ゆったりとポケ丼を食べながらサンセットから星空を思う存分鑑賞することができました。3000メートルまで行くので、途中休憩を取りながらゆっくり登って行ってくれます。このツアーなら足腰弱くなっても行けそうかなあと思いました。写真の撮り方もたくさん教わり、絶景写真やタイムラプスも撮れました！

After arriving at Honolulu Airport, the shuttle bus arrives at the bus terminal without much waiting. It takes about an hour to get to hotels in Waikiki by either bus or taxi. Taxis are expensive and have been getting pricier each year. I recommend this shuttle bus.

Hawaii has a high cost of living, and taxi fares have been rising year by year. While the shuttle bus fare has also increased, it is not significant compared to taxi fares. I definitely recommend making a reservation, as it will get you to the airport at just the right time, allowing you enough time for souvenir shopping and rest.

The sunset, night view, and Friday fireworks were all very beautiful. The food was delicious, but I felt it was a bit lacking in quantity. The five-star seats were quite cold, so a jacket is a must. It was so cold that I often went outside to warm up. (laugh)

I used this service to reduce stress during the peak Obon season. It's convenient, but the price is still high, so I give it 4 stars.
- After exiting the personal exit, the staff is hard to understand.
- Use the staff in the yellow aloha shirts as a landmark; when you go to the designated area, there is a small desk for check-in.
- Since other flights arrive together, the waiting time is long. Given the price, I wish they would operate more consistently.

今回はお盆ピーク時期のためストレス軽減のため利用しました。便利だが、やはり値段は高いので星4つ。
⚫︎個人出口を出たあと、係員がわかりづらい。
⚫︎黄色いアロハシャツの誘導係を目印に、
言われた場所へ行くと小さいデスクあり受付。
⚫︎他便到着もまとめて同乗するため、待ち時間が長い。この値段であればもう少しコンスタントに運行してほしい。

This cruise was not very good. The food was cold and the meat was mostly fat and if I could guess, it was about a 2 ounce cut of fat. The show was 2 people, doing a song. Not what I would think a show of the culture would be.
