However, we were not able to go to the Arizona memorial because they were doing repairs. The boat just took us around there then the speaker’s microphone stopped working so we didn’t hear anything he said.

The counter is easy to find right in the arrival lobby. However, there were some bags that hadn't arrived, and it took a while for everyone to gather, so the bus we were supposed to take left without us.

After that, the staff at the counter gave us various instructions, and since we could speak English, it wasn't a problem for us, but those who don't understand English might feel anxious.

The HIS bus is the same, but the waiting time is quite long, so if you want to make effective use of your time, I recommend taking a taxi even if it's a bit more expensive.

The tour itself was great. Getting to stop at some sightseeing areas and enjoy the PCC was definitely a highlight. Could have spent more time at the Dole Plantation and the PCC. The driver Rob was obnoxious however. He talked non stop very loudly and it was difficult to decifer what was fact and what was BS. He talked non stop about himself and we got to the PCC later than anticipated so had less time there.

It was good my friends and I really enjoyed it. The view was breathtaking & the crew on board were so friendly and helpful. I am a picky eater so the food was alright to me however my friends really enjoyed it. If prone to seasickness, I recommend you take medication before getting onto the boat.

I went on this cruise with my friends as we all met in Hawaii for a little vacation. This dinner cruise was wonderful. We got to see the sunset and the food was delicious however we were just happy to be surrounded by great company and the view. If driving out keep in mind the traffic as it will get busy.

The tour was okay. To begin with the driver did not wait or call us when we were at the hotel. We called the company so many times and they gave us info that the bus is late and then again in 10 minutes one says the bus left us! It was a horrible experience. I would believe they would atleast call us. But even then we tried to ask to meet the driver elsewhere to catch up on the tour and there was a long wait before they could say yes! The dispatcher lady was helpful but then the driver not so much. I didn't like how the driver kept on talking even though the crowd was asleep. Most tours I have been has a guide talking and interacting with you while the driver drives so its more fun but these have the driver drive and speak on microphone which was disappointing! The tour itself was okay because with the better tour guide it could have been much better. Do not miss the Polynesian Cultural Center. Could spend a good half a day there.

The tour started at 3 am. First stop was in a store where we were supposed to buy water and chewing gum to make the way up the mountain easier. The bus was new and confortable. We arrived at the top of the Haleakala around 5:30 am and stayed freezing outside the bus until 6:40 am, for the sunrise. It was cold and windy, around 0°C... Other companies provided blankets and jackets to their customers. Ours didn’t. The view was fantastic even in that cloudy morning. It’s worth waking up that early! After the sunrise, we started our way down, with two great stops to see the view. Breakfast was served in front of golf course around 9:30 am. We arrived at the hotel at 10:45 am.

I signed up because I wanted to see whales, but in the end, I couldn't see any. All I saw were a few small sharks and dolphins in the distance. Since both the sharks and dolphins were far away, it wasn't very exciting, and with nothing to see in the vast ocean, the nearly three-hour duration became quite boring. Considering it was a bit pricey for a cruise, I wonder if I can endure it...

It was my first time visiting Hawaii, and I had a valuable experience learning about the culture of the Polynesian region, including the Hawaiian Islands. It was a trip with my mother, who is 60 years old, and I was glad I signed up since she was also very satisfied with the experience.
