Upon arrival at Honolulu airport, we made our way down to collect our luggage and immediately were met by the Robert's representative. After collecting our luggage,we we were then escorted to the van where Mike was waiting for us. A few minutes later, once the other clients had arrived, we left for the various hotels/condos. Along the way, Mike gave us plenty of information and helpful hints. We arrived at our condo within a very reasonable time frame. The whole process was stress- free and impressive.

The weather was great, and we were able to see a lot of whales in a perfect location! There were many mother and calf whales, and we were captivated by the gentle commentary in English. We also got to see spouts and jumps, which had everyone applauding! It might depend on the weather and luck, but this day was filled with both, making it one of my best memories! ✨

I signed up at the last minute the night before. The meeting place, Kailua Pier, is right next to the King Kamehameha Hotel, so it's very easy to find. I was staying at the Sheraton, so I just took the trolley back and forth. During the tour, they worked hard to find whales, but it seems that the sudden warm weather was the reason we couldn't see any. However, I was able to see dolphins jumping, and on the way back, I received a free ticket valid for the next few years. During the cruise, drinks and snacks were provided, and all the staff were friendly, so I was personally satisfied. I don't think many people get seasick, but the front of the boat can be a bit shaky, and you might get splashed, so be careful.

I would like to request this service again for one or two people. If there were more than that, I might have chosen Uber or Charlie's Taxi.

Since my friend had a different flight schedule, I had to travel alone between the hotel and the airport, so I used the shuttle bus. The wait time was short, the price was reasonable, and since tips were included, I didn't have to worry about how much to prepare for a tip. If you're traveling with two or more people, a taxi might be a good option, but for one or two people, I think the shuttle bus is definitely worth it.

I didn't feel rushed and because of our slower pace, our guide was able to delve deeper into explaining about the history and culture of each spot. Each shot became an opportunity to learn, which I really appreciated.
I'd recommend this tour for anyone who loves beautiful views and exploration at a slower pace. A camera is not necessary to enjoy yourself!

Skyline Classic Haleakala National Park Sunrise Guided Tour with Breakfast

What an amazing trip! you will not be disappointed! Diane picked us up at our Condominium and we picked up other passengers and went to have a continental breakfast. While at the home base, they give you extra layers of coats, ear muffs, and gloves to wear. We were prepared and had our heavy winter coats, but took these extra provisions just in case. I was so glad that we did! It was awesome to layer up as it is very cold before sunrise at the top and you do stand out in the cold as the sun begins its ascent.

One of the other guides or park rangers performed a chant as the sun rose which was very special.

Our Guide Diane was really great! So cheerful and personable the entire time. She drove safely up and down the mountain (we were SO glad we chose to do the tour instead of attempting to drive it ourselves). Diane peppered the journey with insightful facts and history. We learned so much about the history of Maui, culture of Hawaii, indigenous and protected species, and so much more! Truly a joy!

After sunrise, we also went up to the Summit, then stopped at several places on the way back down the mountain for sight seeing before heading to Breakfast. The Hot Chocolate was the best I have ever had! Great food!

Could not be more thrilled with this tour! Highly recommended

My wife and I went on the Sunset Dinner Cruise on the Star of Honolulu to celebrate our thirty-fifth wedding anniversary. This was one of the things we had scheduled in advance of our trip to Oahu, because we had heard nothing but good things about the cruise. They did not disappoint. From our meet and great with the captain to the final departure from the ship, everything was first class. The entire crew was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Our server, Germese, could not have been any nicer and very attentive. The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. We also enjoyed the live entertainment during and after dinner. It did start to rain as we were heading back to the dock, but the crew took very good care of us and walked us out to our transportation with umbrellas. Would definitely cruise again if we get back to Waikiki. We would certainly recommend the Star of Honolulu to anyone who wants to be treated perfectly. Aloha!

Since my flight arrived from outside Japan, I used Roberts Hawaii's airport transfer service this time. However, the driver of the bus we happened to board seemed very impatient, handling our luggage (suitcases) in a hurried manner, and the driving felt somewhat rushed. There was definitely an atmosphere of "hurry up, hurry up!" (I don't think there was any delay in time since the pickup was on schedule.) While I don't think the speed was excessive during the drive, the driver's impatient demeanor left a rather unfavorable impression on the passengers.

Nice ride, kind staff. No whales. There was a promise to have a free new cruise if whales were not spotted, but I did not see the lady, who had to organise that. So, bit disappointing all in all

Tour was great! Weather was a downer

AC was our guide for this tour and he was funny and full of information. The lunch at the waterfall was not the best and very limited. We heard from other people that the lunch at the burger place was very good. It started to rain right after lunch which cut short afternoon activities. AC took us to the Dole plantation to try to make up for the rain. AC really tried to make the day better for us.

Pearl Harbor Battleship Missouri General Admission Tickets & Guided Tours

Great way to see the Missouri.

Joe was our tour guide for the Missouri tour and he was awesome. He took us below deck to see the heart and soul of the ship. We learned so much from Joe any history buff would love this tour.

Oahu Island Guided Tour, Waimea Waterfall Swim & Dole Pineapple Farm

Great way to see the whole island.

Our tour guide was very informative. She talked about the Hawaiin lifestyle and how things have changed for them over the years. She was also very good about teaching us some of the Hawaiin language. A very important part of the culture. One thing would have made this better would have been a better lunch menu. The buffet at Kualoa ranch was limited.
