As others have mentioned, the guide primarily speaks English. However, their character was bright, and we had a fun time. Besides the E-bike, there are buggies and bus tours that cover similar routes, but the top recommendation is the E-bike. It has electric assistance, so you won't get tired, just a pleasant level of fatigue. The ocean in Hawaii is great, but the mountain scenery is also fantastic!

I experienced the 2-hour E-bike course and the sea kayaking course at Kualoa Ranch! The E-bike was really, really fun! The scenery was breathtaking, and since it’s an electric bike, it was not tiring at all. The guide was very cheerful and took photos and videos for us! I thought the 1-hour course might not be enough, so I’m glad I chose the 2-hour course! The sea kayaking was a bit scary with the waves, and we didn’t progress very well, but the guide helped pull us along, so we managed to reach our destination! The lunch was a bit disappointing, but both experiences were truly great!

I wanted to sign up for the Japanese tour, but it was fully booked with no cancellations, so I reluctantly joined the English tour, which turned out to be the right decision. The van was large enough that I could use two seats by myself, making it quite spacious compared to the number of people, and they provided a Japanese tablet for explanations, so my anxiety about the language was alleviated. The meal at the golf course café was warm and delicious.

Unfortunately, it rained on the day of the tour, and at times it felt like we were driving through the clouds, so I couldn't see the scenery around us. However, when we reached the summit, the clouds cleared for a short time, and I was able to enjoy the crater and the sunset. The English tour ends at sunset, so we didn't get to see the starry sky, but I didn't feel disappointed since I thought the clouds would have blocked the stars anyway.

It can be cold at the summit, so it's best to dress warmly. There were participants in shorts and short-sleeve shirts who borrowed jackets from the driver, and they looked cold. I also spotted the Japanese tour vehicle at the summit, and compared to the English tour, it seemed smaller and likely cramped since it was fully booked. For those who get motion sickness, I recommend the larger van from the English tour.

食事もゴルフ場のカフェで温かい美味しくいただきました。
ただ、当日はあいにくの雨天で途中は雲の中を走っているようで周りの景色は見えませんでしたが、頂上に着くと短時間でしたが雲も去り、クレーターと夕陽を堪能できました。
英語ツァーは夕陽までで星空を見ないで帰ってしまいますが、この日は雲で星が見えなかったと思えるので、残念には感じませんでした。
頂上は寒いので防寒はしっかりいておいた方が良いですよ。短パン・半袖シャツで参加されていた方は、運転の方のヤッケを借りましたが寒そうでした。
なお、頂上で日本語ツァーの車を見かけましたが、英語ツァーに比べると小型で、かつ満席で窮屈だったのかなと思えました。
車酔いするかたは、英語ツァーの大きなバンがお薦めです。

The stars shone overwhelmingly, covering the night sky, and the Milky Way flowed across the vast sky like a silver river. After nodding in agreement with my partner, we looked through two telescopes at the Large Magellanic Cloud, Jupiter, and Saturn surrounded by its elongated rings. It was truly an extraordinary experience. Thank you to our driver who explained various things along the way, including Haleakalā and Maui.

We received an email informing us that Ala Moana was closed and we were unable to stop by at the last minute, which forced us to change our shopping plans unexpectedly. I believe the closure of Ala Moana was known earlier, so I would have appreciated a bit more advance notice.

Regarding the transportation, we were able to depart immediately after our arrival, and the driver was cheerful and pleasant, creating a friendly atmosphere during our transfer to the hotel.

Highly recommend the Vow Renewal package! The experience was wonderful from start to finish. The ship is beautiful and staff was so welcoming. We were escorted to our table in the elegant dinning room. Our table was by the window, but every seat has a great view. The package includes cocktails and there are many to choose from. Food was excellent and the presentation was lovely. Service was outstanding! And the vow renewal by the Captain was really, really meaningful. He did a great job and we loved him. They even took photos for us with our phone. (Note: We unfortunately left without taking care of a tip for the Captain and photographer....they really deserved a tip so we are mailing it in.) It was a bit windy so the water got a little choppy. If motion sickness is an issue for you, suggest taking a non-drowsy or ginger-based motion sickness pill before you board. Also, parking was very easy in the gated lot - which is across the street from the Old Spaghetti Factory. We arrived almost an hour early for the cruise, there was plenty of space in the lot, and we had a drink at the Old Spaghetti Factory (a 30 second walk to the ship). Definitely a deluxe experience!

A one-hour cruise to the snorkeling point. If you get seasick, be sure to take precautions! The food, location, and the crew's coolness were all top-notch! We even got to meet dolphins at the end! If you're going snorkeling, I think it's better to go to beaches like Honaunau or Kahalu'u.

一日、運転と案内をしてをしてくれたガイドさんがとても良い方で、各所での説明もわかりやすくユーモラスに話してくれて、参加者も和みました。海亀を何とか私達に見せてあげたいとの事で複数のスポットに立ち寄り、見事に最後の所で5匹もの海亀を間近で見る事ができました。盛りだくさんでとても楽しくハワイを感じられるツアーでした。

The tour was nice and Big Island is beautiful, but our tour guide gave an extensive history of Big Island which felt removed and disconnected from what we were seeing. The guide was asked multiple times from other people on the tour about things they had noticed during the tour but the guide was stuck on the historical narrative and refused to talk about "politics", yet the questions being asked were quite simple and relevant to what we were seeing. He was very knowledgeable but it made for a very tiring and boring ride. It would be great if he could break up the historical narrative with some more present-day information about Big Island.
