I was able to experience both the sea and the mountains in a compact way. The two guides were kind, and I was able to ask various questions since they were Japanese. It was meaningful to enjoy so much in just the morning.

We had a great time with Kimo. He made us feel at ease. He was very knowledgeable and funny. He was able to answer our questions and did not make us feel dumb. He also seemed to genuinely enjoy our party’s craziness.

We really enjoyed the lunch stop on this tour, with delicious pizza and salad at Hana Farms.

The tour was very organized, with a comfortable vehicle and a knowledgeable guide who shared local fun facts throughout the day. We loved seeing the contrast between Oahu’s scenic East Side coastline to the laid-back North Shore.

Transportation from Waikiki was smooth and stress-free. Then having reserved USS Arizona Memorial tickets was a huge advantage and allowed us to avoid long lines and make the most of our time at Pearl Harbor!

The Polynesian show was super entertaining feeling very luau esque! Also sailing along the Waikiki coastline at sunset was beautiful, and the Friday night fireworks were the perfect finale!

It was early in the morning and the outside was completely dark, so I felt quite anxious about interacting with the locals. However, once it was over, it turned out to be a very smooth tour. The driver was really friendly and cheerful, and he provided appropriate advice while mixing in some jokes, which was a great help. When we reached the summit, it started to rain heavily, and we ended up soaking wet on the way down. However, the view from the top was amazing, and that moment when I could see the entire cityscape of Waikiki was truly moving.

朝早い時間で外は真っ暗で、現地の方とのやりとりということでかなり不安はありましたが、終わってみれば非常にスムーズなツアーでした。ドライバーの方は本当に気さくで明るい方で、冗談も交えながら適切なアドバイスもしてくださって大変助かりました。私達が頂上に到達した時に丁度かなりの雨が降ってきてしまい、帰り道はびしょ濡れになりながらの下山でした。ですが、頂上から見た景色は素晴らしく、ワイキキの街並みを一望できたあの瞬間は感動しました。

On the day of the tour, the weather in Kona was cloudy, which made me a bit worried, but it turned out to be no problem at all! The sunset was surrounded by a sea of clouds, creating a very magical atmosphere. For stargazing, even though the half-moon was out, I was able to see the Milky Way and winter constellations perfectly, making it a wonderfully romantic experience! Overall, the tour was smooth and efficient, and the guide was very kind, providing a comfortable experience.

サンセットは一面雲海で、とても幻想的でした。
星空観測も、半月が出ていましたが、天の川や冬の星座はばっちりと見れ、十分にロマンチックな体験でした！

Since the 25th is Christmas, I arranged everything knowing that the tourist spots would be crowded. On the day itself, as expected, there were many cars and only a few shops were open, but thanks to the thoughtful arrangements, my family was able to spend a meaningful time together. The service is excellent and we are really appreciate our experience.
Stars are much more vivid at 10,000+ feet, even with naked eyes.

What an amazing experience! We had the perfect weather conditions to watch an amazing sunset and an absolutely clear night to see the stars. BUT what made this trip unforgettable is James our tour guide. He is funny knowledgeable and kind. He made sure we were able to capture moments throughout our trip. He is an amazing photographer and was intentional in capturing our photos with the sunset and with the millions of stars! You have to book your trip with Hawaiian Eyes Tours.

Guide Show was friendly, and I was able to relax and enjoy the entire time. Not only did I learn about Mauna Kea, but I also gained insight into Hawaii's background and history, making it a very fulfilling experience. The sandwiches they prepared were delicious, and it was a memorable experience.

From the time of pickup, there were thick clouds over the mountain, and it was raining below the clouds. Although the tour was conducted because it was said that the summit was above the clouds, even above 2000 meters, we were still in the clouds. At the summit, we couldn't see much because we were surrounded by clouds. The tour conditions state that there may be times when the weather is bad and the scenery cannot be enjoyed, so there was no cash back for the participation fee, but they mentioned that the next attempt would be free of charge.

ピックアップの時から山には厚い雲がかかっていて、雲の下では雨でした。頂上は雲の上とのことでツアーは催行されましたが、2000mを超えても雲の中。頂上も雲の中でほとんど何も見えませんでした。ツアー参加の条件として天候が悪く景観が楽しめないときもあります、とあるので参加費用のキャッシュバックはありませんでしたが、次回の再トライは無料で対応してくれるということでした。

We were blessed with great weather, and I was guided to some wonderful photo spots, making for very nice memories. The driver shared various information along the way, which was very helpful.

Sunset views in Big Island was the best sunset we ever seen!!

Lots to get to see around Oahu, it deserves its highlights as it was fabulous to see the city and country side!

I participated in the Mauna Kea stargazing tour led by the tour guide Yorkie. It was great that Yorkie could speak Japanese, allowing us to hear explanations about the constellations in our language. During the drive up to the summit, he reminded us several times about measures to prevent altitude sickness, and we all practiced deep breathing together. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy the tour energetically. The sandwiches were delicious too. He also shared a lot of information about local shops! It was a fantastic tour where we got to see the best sunset and starlit sky, and I was very satisfied.

ツアーガイドヨーキーさんのマウナケア星空ツアーに参加しました。ヨーキーさんは日本語もできるため、日本語で星座の説明を聞けてとてもよかったです。また、山頂に着くまでのドライブ中は、高山病にならないための対策を何度もリマインドいただき、みんなで深呼吸などを行い、おかげさまでツアー中元気に過ごすことができました。
サンドイッチも美味しかったです。
地元のお店などもたくさん教えていただきました！

The weather forecast was bad, but the sunset at the summit was wonderful with a salmon pink sky! The starry sky also defied the weather forecast, and I was able to observe the Milky Way, which made me very satisfied. The guide was fluent in both English and Japanese, and the explanations were easy to understand, allowing us to have a truly wonderful time!

天気予報は悪かったのですが、山頂でのサンセットはサーモンピンクの空が広がりとても素敵でした！星空も天気予報を覆し、ミルキーウェイも観察できて、大変満足でした。
ガイドの方も英語・日本語堪能で、解説もわかりやすくとても素敵な時間が過ごせました！！

I wanted to enjoy Matsumoto Shave Ice and Huli Huli Chicken in Haleiwa, so I opted for the 3-hour stay course. On the way there, we didn't have much time to relax at the Dole Presentation, but we managed to buy some limited edition items and eat ice cream before heading to Haleiwa. We were able to visit all the places we aimed for, and the weather was so nice that I felt three hours wasn't enough! It was a fulfilling tour.

I think you can either join a tour or drive a rental car to Haleiwa, but I wasn't in the mood to drive, so joining the tour was the right choice! Since it was after Thanksgiving, the roads were clear, and we didn't get stuck in traffic, allowing us to enjoy the day without stress.

ハレイワでマツモトシェイブアイスやフリフリチキンを楽しみたかったので3時間滞在コースにしました。
行きの途中で寄るドールプレゼンテーションはあまりゆっくりしている暇がありませんでしたが限定品を買ったりアイスを食べハレイワへ。目的の場所はすべて行けた上に天気も良く３時間じゃ足りない！と思えるほど充実のツアーでした。
ハレイワまではツアーに参加するかレンタカーを自分で運転するかになるかと思いますが車を運転する気にはなれずツアーに参加して正解でした！感謝祭後ということもあり道も空いていて渋滞にもはまらずストレスなく過ごせました。

This is my third time in Hawaii, but it was my first time participating in this tour. The movie location tour was enjoyable as there were many films I had seen. The Kaneohe Bay cruise had great weather, and I was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Additionally, the explanations about the culture and history were interesting and well done. Both tours had guides who were great at engaging the group and took plenty of photos for us. The lunch buffet was hearty and very delicious. There was a well-delivered lecture in Japanese at the beginning, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the experience.

数回目のハワイですが、初めて参加しました。
映画ロケ地巡りは、見た映画が多くあり楽しめました。カネオヘ湾クルーズも天気が良く、良い景色を楽しめました。また、文化、歴史の説明も興味深く良かったです。両ツアーともガイドさんは盛り上げ方が上手く、写真もたくさん撮ってくれました。ランチビュッフェはボリューム満点でとても美味しかったです。
最初に上手な日本語でのレクチャーがあるので安心して楽しめました。
