I participated in the same course last December and had a great experience, so I joined the same course again this time. However, the service from the staff was so terrible that it turned into a nightmare.

There were three of us, and three chairs were prepared, but four plates were set on the table, so we asked for them to be cleared. They took a long time to respond, and another staff member kindly removed them. After that, the main staff member came to our table, glaring at us, saying things like, "I'm the one in charge" and "Don't ask anyone else." They continued to complain as they walked by (unfortunately, I had no trouble with everyday English), broke a glass, and insisted we "finish, finish" while we were still eating, as if they wanted us to hurry up. The timing of the food being served was also much slower than at other tables, and when the steak was served, we had no drinks.

The person at the next table received an apology after breaking a glass, but of course, we were ignored! In the end, we received only one survey form for the three of us, and when they took it, they slammed it down on the table. They probably crumpled the survey as well. If it weren't for being on the ship, I would have left. I was really looking forward to the last day, so it was very disappointing.

I wasted my time and money. While there may be some ups and downs with other tours, the cost of this experience was far too high. I hope for a more professional attitude in customer service. I would like to see a satisfactory explanation after reviewing the survey.

昨年12月に同じコースに参加しとても良かったので、今回も同じコースで参加しました。しかし、今回は担当の方の対応があまりにも酷く最悪な時間となりました。
3名で参加、椅子も3脚で準備されていましたが、4人分のお皿がセットされていたため片付けをお願いしました。いっこうに片付けてくれなく別の方が快く下げてくれました。その後「担当は自分だ」「自分以外の人に頼むな」などテーブルに来てに睨み付けられ、その後も通りすがりに文句を言われたり（残念なことに日常英語には困りません）、グラスを割られたり、頂いている途中の物を「finish、finish」と捲し立てられ、まるで早く終われといわんばかりの対応。食事が運ばれるタイミングも他のテーブルよりもはるかに遅くステーキの時には飲み物なしでした。隣の席の方には、グラスを割った後謝っていましたが、勿論私たちのことは無視！最後は、アンケート用紙・・一人1枚来ている用紙も私たちには1枚。持っていくときにはテーブルを叩きつけて持っていきました。アンケートも握りつぶしているのでしょうね。船上じゃなきゃ帰っていました。最終日に楽しみにしていたのでとても残念でした。
時間とお金を無駄にしました。他のツアーにも当たり外れは多少あるのでしょうがあまりにも代償が大きすぎます。接客にもプロ意識が欲しいですね。アンケートを確認し納得のいく説明が欲しいです。

During my seven-day stay, there were many cloudy days, but on this particular day, there were no clouds, and I was able to see a beautiful sunset. I chose the lowest-priced meal option, so the taste was good enough for me as I was heading to see the sunset right away. However, the rooms were ranked differently, and the hospitality inside the room varied, which was a bit disappointing. For those aiming to see the sunset, I think the lowest-priced all-you-can-eat course is sufficient, but if you want more Hawaiian hospitality, I recommend opting for a higher-ranked course.

The show was the main attraction, so the food was just passable.

The most beautiful sight was the sunset, which you can enjoy more than the show itself. You can freely go out on deck to view it. (I believe that, due to the ship's structure, only the 3-star or 5-star courses allow access to the deck, so it might be worth choosing one of those two courses for that reason.)

ショーがメインとなる為、料理はまぁ及第点かなという内容でした。

一番きれいなのは、ショーそのものよりも船より見れる夕日で、そちらは勝手に甲板に出て自由に見学することが出来ます。

We had a participation of four parents with two girls, aged 6 and 3.

As for my impressions, the timing was just right. We started by enjoying the food on the boat.

Regarding the meal, I had no expectations for the tour food, but it was better than I thought.

We went out on the deck to enjoy the scenery and have our meal, and by the time we finished eating, the show began.

After the show, it was sunset time, which was perfect for taking photos.

In the end, we all danced together upon arrival. The experience was lively and enjoyable without any downtime. The parents were very happy as well. I think it's a perfect finale for a trip.

Beautiful sunset, earth blue, and a starry sky! (It was close to a new moon) It was a very satisfying tour! Since it was a tour where we could move around by car, it was fine not to wear trekking shoes. I didn't imagine it would get that cold, but even with a shirt, hoodie, ultra-light down jacket, fleece-lined tights, a stole, the jacket I borrowed, gloves, and a blanket, I still felt cold. They mentioned it was good that there was no wind, but if you don't need it, you can leave everything in the car, so if you're sensitive to the cold, it's better to bring some extra layers. You can take really beautiful photos with a DSLR or mirrorless camera!

Since it's a natural experience, I can't guarantee the conditions will be perfect, but if you're going to Maui, I think this is a tour you absolutely should participate in. I definitely want to come back again.

車で全て移動できるツアーなのでトレッキングシューズじゃなくても大丈夫でした。
そこまで寒くなることを想像できずにいましたが、シャツ、パーカー、ウルトラライトダウン、裏起毛のタイツ、ストール、お借りしたジャケットに手袋、毛布でも寒さを感じました。風がなくてまだよかったとの話でしたが、いらなければ車に全て置いておけるので寒いのが苦手な方は持って行った方がいいです。
一眼やミラーレスだと本当に綺麗な写真が撮れます！

自然のことなので、コンディション良くしっかり見られるかわかりませんが、マウイ島へ行くのであれば、絶対に参加すべきツアーだと思いました。また絶対に来たいです。

The food was exceptional especially considering the number of people being served. The staff was polite and very accommodating. The young entertainers interacted with the crowd and performed in their traditional attire. We came back to the port with a bang, singing and dancing. I would definitely recommend this cruise. My only disappointment was that the harbor/tower area used to be filled with shops. It was our last night on the island and it would have been nice to purchase those last minute sovereigns. Now it’s just empty with a few eateries.

It was more fun than I expected! This time, I stayed for three weeks, and this was the last tour. That said, I only organized three tours, all through Veltra. Since it was Friday, there were five buses at Aloha Landing, which shows its popularity. First, we had dinner on the Star of Honolulu. There was a service ticket for two drinks (including alcohol), and my wife was satisfied with her Blue Hawaii. We reserved a bottle of champagne but couldn't finish it. The appetizers were quite good too. The main attraction was the lobster, which I haven't had since I ate it in Los Angeles ten years ago. Compared to Ise lobster (I might get scolded by the Ise lobster), it was a bit coarse, but still quite nice. I couldn't finish the steak. The dessert cake was delicious as well. The fireworks were beautiful, but it's more impressive to watch them closer to the beach. The live show was of a pretty high level. Just listening and watching was enough, but there were also opportunities to participate, which was a lot of fun! I enjoyed it more than the price suggested. I will come again next time. Highly recommended!

- All three attractions were amazing. The location tour, jungle exploration, and historical explanations were all interesting and easy to understand. While looking at other attractions, I definitely wanted to participate in the interactive ones.
- The movie location tour was very intriguing, as there were various filming sites besides Jurassic Park.

In the vast nature, with easy-to-understand explanations from a Japanese guide, I was able to see various plants and also enjoyed some tastings. Since various movie filming locations and sets are still preserved, it was a lot of fun!

- Jungle Expedition & Kualoa Legends Tour
Riding in the back of a large jeep-like vehicle, we went through the jungle, which was quite thrilling. The gate from Jurassic World was there, and there were even claw marks left by the Indominus Rex on the wall! I was able to touch on history and had a very valuable experience.

- Movie Filming Locations & Ranch Tour
In the midst of wonderful scenery, the landscapes I saw in the movies spread out before me, and I was very moved! The fallen tree where Dr. Grant and the children hid from the approaching dinosaur in Jurassic Park is still there, and you can take commemorative photos there! I also got to see famous movie scenes and sets from Jurassic World and King Kong, making it the best experience!

I used Three Star with my family.
The table was small and felt cramped.
The entertainment show started just before we docked, and we were left waiting in the heat without any breeze until it ended.
There was a lack of crew assistance, and the atmosphere was lacking excitement.
In such a dull environment, even though there were only individual guests, making everyone hold the shoulders of the person in front and spin around in a circle might not suit the Japanese.

There were Moai statues, but it was disappointing that we weren't allowed to get off the bus. Also, basically, if you sit on the right side of the bus, you can enjoy various views. Sitting on the left side (driver's side) might be disappointing for those who want to take photos.

This was a GREAT sunset cruise - food was good, drinks were good (and they did not even make you give in your drink tickets so not trying to get more out of you) and the show was good.

Just one thing to improve upon:
1. Seating took way too long. You know who is coming so you should have assigned seating and it should be really quick - not making people stand in stairwell for 20 minutes just to get seated
