We participated with our 4-year-old daughter. She has a food allergy, so it was helpful to check the allergy information on the menu. Naturally, we ended up choosing a buffet course with many options she could eat, and the buffet menu was delicious; our daughter ate the most after arriving in Hawaii. There was a section where we could dance with the dancers, and surprisingly, our daughter showed interest, so we participated together. She seemed a bit shy but did her best to dance, creating a lovely memory. I was a little surprised by the high prices for alcohol and photos, but overall, we were satisfied with the experience.

I considered various locations to watch the fireworks limited to Friday, but to secure a spot, I signed up for this tour. As the meeting time approached, the meeting place was extremely crowded with people participating in the same tour, and I wondered how it would turn out. However, once we boarded the bus and arrived at the port for departure, we were smoothly guided to our seats on the boat.

We took our plates from the dinner buffet in order from the nearest seats, and when everyone had finished, the hula show began. We enjoyed various hula performances with changing songs and costumes. The fireworks started right at 8:00 PM. For about five minutes, watching the fireworks and the night view from the boat was truly an amazing experience.

It was my first time.

I participated in the 3-star course. Our seats were on the edge, but the hula dance show featured dancers coming to the sides as well as the center, so we could see it up close and it was very impressive! During sunset, we were able to leave our seats and watch from the deck. It was amazing to see the beautiful sunset and the red Diamond Head! We were also very satisfied because we got to see fireworks at the end of the day!

The sunset dinner was truly a great experience. Everything was very well organized. We were served champagne to begin with and helped ourselves to fresh cheese, crackers and fruit trays. And those were left out for everyone the entire trip, which is beneficial when you have kids who might not like the whole dinner but still want to eat something. The entire dinner was fresh and tasty, and plentiful. Beverages were refilled as necessary but there weren't a lot of soda options. The sunset was beautiful. You just have to keep watch for the ideal time to take pictures of your experience. The entertainment was great, with music and dancers. Great experience overall!!

I usually avoid these typical places, but this one was quite entertaining.
Honestly, I didn't expect much from the food, but the crab was delicious.
I was pretty much silent while eating, and there was unlimited refills.
Since I was eating crab, I completely ignored the show and the scenery.
Actually, the sunset only lasts about 20-30 minutes, so I wasn't sure which was the main attraction, but I did manage to get some nice photos of the sunset.
There were fewer Japanese people, and it was a mix of people from various countries, so I enjoyed the overseas vibe in Hawaii more than in Waikiki.

As mentioned in other reviews, the cruise turned out to be the worst due to troubles with the shuttle service, ruining what was supposed to be a wonderful trip. I arrived at the designated location 15 minutes early and showed my voucher to the staff in cruise uniforms near the bus that was parked at the bus stop, but I was told to wait in the waiting room and was left unattended even after the scheduled time had passed. I showed my voucher again since other tour guests from different travel agencies were being picked up, but I received the same response that the driver would come in and call me, so I should just sit and wait in the waiting room. I complied quietly, but there was no announcement or call, and after 10 minutes past the scheduled time, I became extremely anxious. I called the Japanese support line for VELTRA, but was told that there was no one who could speak Japanese at the moment and that my name was not on the reservation. I persisted, and it seemed they called the staff at the pickup point, and finally, my name was called, allowing me to board somehow. Meanwhile, I received a follow-up email from VELTRA stating, "We received a notification from the cruise company that we would depart if we couldn't meet you on time, and refunds are not possible in case of cancellation," which only added to my anger. It was a cruise experience that left me feeling utterly frustrated.

We were picked up at our resort within one minute of the scheduled time in a brand new very comfortable tour bus and the guide Henry immediately set a wonderful tone for the tour. Our entire time together his comedic delivery was flawless but he mixes it with very interesting facts about Maui history and culture which really kept our interest. His content and delivery was perfect and completed the tour rather than overpowered it; a perfect mix.

The tour stops were excellent in timing and again, Henry's information really made the difference. Of course, once we got towards the top his focus was on safety but not overpowering. He's also an excellent photographer!

The scenery of the tour by itself is breathtaking but combined with Henry's expertise it was truly memorable.

This is the number one optional tour I've participated in so far! The guide, Yamapi, really conveyed his desire for the participants to enjoy themselves, and I was moved by his hospitality. I believe this is a tour he has done many times, but I felt he delivered the best performance every time. I think that's truly amazing.

Haleakalā has an elevation similar to that of Mount Fuji, so I was a bit worried about altitude sickness, but we ascended the mountain by car with breaks along the way, which minimized the physical strain, and I had no problems at all.

The sunset viewed from the grand panorama, the shadow of the Earth, and the starry sky were beyond what can be captured in photos; the scenery I saw with my own eyes is something I will never forget for the rest of my life.

After stargazing, I felt my heart was cleansed while listening to Yamapi's stories over a warm cup of tea. Since this trip was a turning point in my life, it resonated deeply with me, and I felt motivated to keep moving forward.

Considering the history of the stars, I want to live my life to the fullest without regrets, even if it's just for the blink of an eye! I hope to bring my family here someday. Thank you so much, Yamapi!

When I came to Maui, my friend told me that I should definitely experience the sunrise at Haleakalā, so I joined the tour, and it was a great decision. The guide who took us to the summit was a local and explained everything in English. Most of the participants were Americans, so if you're not confident in your English, you might feel anxious, but there weren't really any situations where English was necessary, so you can rest assured. Since it was summer in June, it wasn't too cold, so if I want to join again, I would prefer to do it during this time. It was also great that we stopped at various viewpoints on the way down. The attached photo was taken at one of these viewpoints.

On the last day, I participated with my mother. The ship was quite crowded, but I was excited to see how popular this tour is, with so many people joining every day. The first sparkling wine can be hard to get unless you call the waiter, so don't hesitate to ask for it. The breathtaking views were a feast for the eyes, and the food was delicious. Everyone danced at the end, and my mother was very happy and enjoyed it a lot. The whole lobster was a bit difficult to eat, but it was a good experience. I recommend this for a memorable last day in Hawaii.

This was purchased as a birthday gift for my sister. She has always been fascinated by volcanoes and it's been her lifelong dream to come to the island and see the volcano for herself. She was incredibly excited to have this tour. However, the day before it was scheduled, she received a call and was told that there had been a mistake when recording her reservation and they no longer had room for her on her scheduled date. They offered to move her reservation to a different day or to schedule her for the same day as her initial reservation for instead for the Epic Circle Island Volcano Journey. She chose to keep her originally scheduled day and do the Epic Circle Island Volcano Journey.

The woman who called was very apologetic and kind, let's face it, humans make mistakes sometimes, we've all done it. They did their very best to make it right. In the end, my sister said her experience was incredible and she was glad there had been a little bit of a mix up, because she thought the tour she went on was better (granted, that is based purely on the description of the originally scheduled tour).

Her guide was knowledgeable and told all kinds of stories about Pele and the island and recounted the history of the volcano. The lava tube they visited was unique and interesting and fascinated her.

Overall, it was a huge win and even in spite of the little problem I would definitely book again!

I think it depends on the plan, but honestly, the food was about what I expected. It felt just as I imagined. However, for those who prioritize the atmosphere and scenery of the dinner cruise, even the most affordable buffet can be enjoyable! We didn't have high expectations for the food with this plan, so we finished eating in less than 30 minutes and spent the rest of the time enjoying the view from above!

Although it wasn't sunny, I was very moved by the beautiful orange sky, even though we couldn't see the sunset properly. Additionally, the staff took photos for us, and they made sure to get my partner to smile, resulting in some really great pictures! Although there is a fee, the quality is professional, so I recommend purchasing them! (Of course, you can check them first, so if you like them, it's a win!)

However, depending on the weather and wind conditions, there was more rocking than I expected that day, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication just in case. Neither my partner nor I usually get motion sickness, but we both felt a bit queasy even while enjoying the breeze outside.

プランにもよると思いますが、正直にご飯はまあこんなもんだろうなという感じで、想像通りとゆう感じです。
でもディナークルーズは何よりも雰囲気・景色が醍醐味！という方は1番リーズナブルなブッフェでも十分楽しめるかと思います(^^)
私たちもこのプランでは料理に関してはそこまで期待していなかったので、30分も経たない内に食べ終え、ずっと上で景色を見ていました！
晴天ではなかったので夕日はしっかり見られなかったですが、綺麗なオレンジ色の空にとても感動しました(*´ω`*)
また、スタッフの方が写真を撮って下さるのですが、写真でなかなか笑わない彼が硬くならないように笑わせて下さるのでとても良い写真が撮れました！
有料にはなりますがさすがプロなのでとても綺麗な写真になりますので購入をお勧めします！
(もちろん確認ができますので、気に入れば◎)

ただ、天気や風の状況にもよりますがこの日は思ったより揺れがありましたので念の為酔い止めを飲む事をお勧めします。
なかなか乗り物酔いしない私と彼ですが、2人とも外の風を浴びていても少し酔ってしまいました(^_^;)
