It started to rain as soon as we got on the bus from the hotel, and I was feeling a bit defeated because I really wanted to see the beautiful ocean sandbar... However, by the time we boarded the boat, a little blue sky started to appear, and after about 10 minutes, we arrived at the sandbar. As we stepped off, the sun came out, revealing the white sandbar! The beautiful scenery I had seen in books was right in front of me. Interestingly, this place was not known in Japan until about two years ago, and it has been used for filming movies and music videos. Although it felt a bit chilly due to the wind, I was glad to see the sea turtles swimming and that the weather cleared up.

ホテル迎えからバスに乗ったくらいから雨が降りだし、どうしても綺麗な海のサンドバーを見たかったのでツイテナイ・・・と諦めモードでした。。。船に乗る頃には少し青空が見えてきて、10分ほどしてサンドバーに着いて下り立つと太陽が射し白いサンドバーが表れてきました！本で見たあの綺麗な景色が目の前にそのまんまです。何とこの場所は２年くらい前まで日本では知られていなかったそうで、映画やPVの撮影にも使われたそうです。。風があったので肌寒く感じましたが、ウミガメの泳ぎも見れ晴れてくれたので良かったです。

We had a wonderful time with the crew of Aloha Blue on our snorkel cruise. Breakfast was continental with a lovely spread of fruit, pastries and breads. Juice, iced tea, coffee and water were also available.

We were taken to two snorkel spots and had an hour in each location. The time went by much too quickly! Joe, crew member, was in the water with us the entire time to point out sites and ensure everyone's safety. We were also provided with swim noodles (take advantage of those!!) to help swim against the current.

The second spot is known as "Turtle Town" and there are ample opportunities to spot sea turtles. It is great fun looking at the beautiful underwater world of Hawaii and seeing the sea life. Though we only saw one turtle it was worth the experience!

Lunch was cold cut sandwiches, which was disappointing as the tour information specified a BBQ lunch. The food was very good despite the misinformation.

We participated in a morning activity as a family. At the snorkeling point, we were able to see turtles close enough to touch, and we spotted more than five sea turtles underwater. There were also plenty of fish, and we were very satisfied (^^).

When we went out to sea, the waves were high, and we got quite wet, which was a bit chilly... I recommend bringing extra dry towels.

I participated in several wild dolphin tours on Oahu. This time, I heard rumors that the dolphin tour on the Big Island is amazing, so I made a reservation. We chased dolphins on a boat that moved freely across the sea, taking us to a spot where the dolphins came very close. I was thrilled to see mother and baby dolphins and playful dolphins up close, but I was told that there were fewer tour staff than usual, which was disappointing. I wondered if I could really swim with the pod if I participated at the usual time! I decided that I would definitely make a reservation for the next time I visit the Big Island. Among the participants, there were beautiful underwater photos of dolphins taken with a 100% waterproof digital camera, so I want to bring a waterproof digital camera next time. We went to the Big Island for our honeymoon and participated in ocean rafting on August 31. The staff only spoke English, but they kindly provided Japanese explanations for us. Upon arriving, we were supposed to call "Captain Zodiac," the company organizing the tour, for confirmation, but our English skills made it difficult to convey what we wanted to say, which was a bit challenging. However, the staff on the other end of the phone continued to explain how to get to the meeting point with great effort, and we could feel their determination to help us, which was very kind.

On the day of the tour, a male boat driver and a female captain (who acted a bit like a pirate) boarded the boat together. I was surprised by how to get on the boat. We sat on the inflated edges of the rubber boat, and as we hit the waves, it rocked violently while speeding along. If you weren't focused, it felt like you could be thrown off. It was incredibly thrilling, and I kept shouting "Waaaaaaah!!!! Gyaaaaaah!!!!" (laughs). There were eight of us participating together: a couple in their 40s to 50s, two grandmothers in their 60s, a Japanese parent and child, and us.

When we arrived at our destination, we enjoyed snorkeling in a coral reef filled with tropical fish. However, it was just after daylight saving time ended, and the temperature wasn't very high, so I got cold while in the water. Although we had time to swim again after lunch, I decided not to because I couldn't stop shivering. It was a shame since the coral reef was beautiful. It seemed that the spot we visited had cold water flowing from the mountains.

After enjoying snorkeling, we returned while looking at the famous sights along the coast from the sea. On the way back, we also sped along and made sharp turns with the boat, which was a lot of fun. I highly recommend this tour!

当日は、ボートの運転手（男性）と、案内をしてくれるキャプテン（海賊のイメージでちょっと悪っぽい感じに振舞う女性）が一緒にボートに乗り込みました。驚いたのが、ボートの乗り方です。ゴムボートの周りの膨らみの部分に腰をかけた状態で、波にぶつかり大きく縦揺れしながら、猛スピードで進んで行くのです。集中していなければ体が投げ出されてしまいそういでした。とってもスリリングで、ずっと「ワーーーーー！！！！！！！！ギャーーーーーーーーー！！」と叫んでいました（笑）一緒に参加していたのは、40~50代くらいのご夫婦、60代くらいのおばあちゃん２人組、日本人の親子、私たちの８人でした。行き着いた先では、トロピカルフィッシュが泳ぐ珊瑚礁でシュノーケリングを楽しみました。ただ、この頃はちょうどサマータイムが終わったころであり、気温があまり高くなかったため、海に入っている間に体が冷えてしまって、お昼を食べてからもう一度泳げる時間があったのですが、体の震えがとまらず泳ぐのを断念しました。せっかくきれいな珊瑚礁だったのに残念でした。特にそのスポットは山からの地下水が流れ出ており、少し水が冷たいところだったみたいです。
シュノーケリングを楽しんだあとは、海岸沿いにある名所を沖から眺めながら帰るという内容でした。帰りも猛スピードを出したり、ボートを極端に傾けてターンをしたりと、楽しませてくれました。
このツアーはおすすめです！！

This excursion was fun, but staff at office was very rude. Acted like we were a burden to even help. Very short and snobby. Especially blonde lady. No one even smiled at us. I have never been on an excursion so unorganized and unfriendly. Our guide was nice enough, but no instructions for snorkeling. My sister had never snorkeled and he just gave us our masks and left us to snorkel on our own while he went spear fishing. As we were kayaking he got way ahead and never stopped and checked on the group. I was very disappointed. I have been on several excursions and the staff has always been wonderful, but not this one. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!!!

I had been wanting to participate in a dolphin tour for a long time and did some research, but I decided to apply to Aloha Kona Tours for a couple of reasons: the small group size and the fact that they speak Japanese. Additionally, the numerous comments from past participants were decisive factors for me.

Participating in the tour was truly an amazing and moving experience. We were a couple not so young and complete beginners, but thanks to Mr. Nawata and staff member Tsuyako's thoughtful attention, we were able to enjoy snorkeling without any worries.

Of course, we got to see dolphins, and we even encountered a manta ray, which was incredibly moving. They made sure we could meet dolphins multiple times by getting the boat ahead of them, and we could even hear the dolphins' sounds and saw a mother and baby dolphin.

I am truly grateful to Mr. Nawata and Tsuyako, who were always smiling. It was a reassuring dolphin tour for beginners.

We participated as a family. Since it was about wild dolphins, we were able to see a family of dolphins shortly after the boat started moving. At the front of the boat, we could also see many flying fish several times.

I wanted to see the dolphins a bit closer, but since snorkeling was the main activity this time, we traveled for about an hour.

For breakfast (light snacks), we could freely make our own bread and fruit, and the burgers for lunch were also delicious, along with fresh potato salad and vegetables. Maui chips were available as snacks, which was nice.

当日、日本人は自分達だけでしたが、スタッフにやさしくサポートしてもらえたので安心でした。マスクも度付きのを貸出してもらい。ヌードルやグラスで下が見えるビート版等、シャワー完備と充実しておりました。シュノーケルのスポットは、透明度が高く、深くても安心して泳げる波の高さでした。

帰りにカメも見ることができ、とても満足しています。

I was thrilled to see not only dolphins but also manta rays! It was a truly unforgettable experience that I could never have in Japan, so I was very satisfied.

There were only two crew members, the captain and a guide, along with eight guests, which made for a more intimate atmosphere. I think it's great for those who dislike a noisy environment.

However, since it was my first time snorkeling, I panicked a bit when I jumped into the sea and swallowed quite a bit of seawater (laughs).

Na Pali Coast Explorer Ocean Rafting Snorkel Tour (from Kikiaola Harbor)

Beautiful views but unpleasant

We were contacted for an "upgraded" tour at no additional cost and accepted. We were slated for a catamaran but the upgrade got us a zodiac boat. We were supposed to have 1 hour of snorkeling with the tour and with the upgrade to recieve a nicer lunch.

The trip out was bouncy but tolerable. Saw the coastline, caves and spinner dolphins which was a treat. Got the tour of the old Hawaiian and the lunch was very good.

Things deteriorated when there weren't enough snorkles for all the people! (They were two short) We were told we'd have only 30 minutes to snorkle the reef which just wasn't enough time (no explanation for the shortened snorkeling time). The trip back was brutal in the zodiac once past Barking Sands. High chop, winds and bouncing on the edge of the zodiac was particularly rough (understatement). The driver did the best he could to minimize the bouncing but we found out that the afternoon winds made the trip we expereinced very typical. It was very,very unplea

This time we went to the Big Island, and visiting Kilauea and Mauna Kea was a must. I looked into what else there was to do and found out that you can swim with dolphins, so I joined this tour, which had great reviews compared to others.

It turned out to be a fantastic choice! First of all, the guide was really nice and amazing! The quality of a tour is definitely important, but the guide makes a huge difference!

The tour itself was filled with dolphins, and I was truly moved. I was surprised to see so many dolphins up close!

Apparently, the types of dolphins on the Big Island are different from those on Oahu, and they swim in large groups, which is why you can see this incredible sight.

I highly recommend it if you visit the Big Island!!

今回はハワイ島ということで、キラウエアとマウナケアは必須、他にどんなものがあるのかと探してみてイルカと泳げるということがわかり、他のツアーと比較しても評判の良かったコチラに参加。

I had been wanting to go for a long time, but this time I finally decided to participate. The reason I hadn't joined before was probably due to cost... I had been settling for cheaper Kailua Beach tours instead. However, after going this time, I was convinced that the price was worth it. The ocean was beautiful, and I saw several sea turtles; it truly was the best location. Our guide, Yukiko, was a fun and wonderful person, and I had an enjoyable half-day. Since I didn't go snorkeling, the half-day course was sufficient for me, but I recommend the lunch-inclusive course for those who want to fully enjoy snorkeling.

以前から行きたいとは思っていましたが今回思い切って参加しました。なぜ今まで参加しなかったかと言うと費用の問題かな・・・もっとお安いカイルアビーチツアーなどでお茶を濁していたと言うことです。然し今回行って見てこのお値段でも納得がいきました。海も綺麗だし海がめも何匹も見れたしやはり最高のロケーションでした。ガイドのゆきこさんも楽しい素敵な方でしたし楽しい半日を過ごせました。一緒に参加した私もシュノーケリングをしなかったため半日コースで十分でしたがシュノーケリングを存分に楽しみたい方はランチ付きのコースをお勧めします。

The water was shallow, only up to our ankles, but the deep blue sea and white sandy beach created a striking contrast, allowing us to fully experience the wonders of nature. While the adults were captivated by the beautiful scenery, the children seemed to really enjoy snorkeling.

小１・５の子どもと家族４人で参加しました。
砂浜にはならず１番浅くてくるぶしほどでしたが、濃いブルーと白砂の海、色の違いがクッキリで、自然の不思議を十分に体感できました。

It was my first time snorkeling, and both my daughter (11 years old) and my husband were very satisfied. Since we wore life jackets, I think it's fine for anyone who can float with their face in the water, even if they can't swim. It might be a bit lacking for experienced snorkelers, but I would like to participate again when we go to Hawaii. It's reassuring.

I participated in the morning tour with my wife. My son (7 years old) and daughter (9 years old) joined me, and the staff was always attentive. The kids were able to see a pod of dolphins right in front of them while holding onto floating rings.

Although they took breaks due to seasickness, the staff continued to check on them, which made the kids very happy. It was also great that all the staff were Japanese, allowing us to snorkel without any stress. I participated in a dolphin tour during my trip to Hawaii a year ago, but the Dolphin School was definitely more interesting. The tour guide really got us participants excited, so we had a great time both on the bus and on the boat.
