I joined this tour on a friend's recommendation. It was a small group, which allowed for flexible movement to dolphin spots, and I felt reassured by the attentive guide. We were able to see dolphins in several locations, witnessing them flying, sleeping, and playing multiple times. Since we didn't have to use floaties, we could dive or swim like the dolphins, making it a truly mystical experience. The guides were all very kind, and I was completely satisfied. I had no idea such a marine world existed! I will definitely participate again.

I participated in a tour with lunch on September 26 (local time). The guide on the shuttle bus spoke English, and we had a fun (though a bit noisy) time until we arrived at the port. From the port to the sandbar, our guide "Miho" kept us entertained with her enjoyable microphone performance until we returned. "Yuki" took some great photos of us (like making heart shapes with our hands and holding hands, as well as shots from behind). I heard there are days when you can't see sea turtles, but that day we were able to see 6 or 7, which was amazing. We enjoyed a paradise-like experience with lunch (freshly grilled hamburgers) and beer at the sandbar. After a break, we moved to the snorkeling spot, and snorkeling among the coral reefs was truly breathtaking. It was my first time going to Hawaii with my wife after 21 years of marriage, and it was the best experience. We went on this trip to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and the arrival of our first grandchild (by the way, I'm still only 44). I want to go back many more times. Next time, I want to bring my son, daughter, and all my grandchildren. Thank you for the precious experience and memories.

9月26日(現地時間)の昼食付きのツアーに参加しました、送迎バスのなかでは案内人の方が英語でしたが楽しく(少しうるさい)過ごし港に到着、港からサンドバーまでは案内人の「みほ」さんがとても楽しいマイクパフォーマンスで帰るまで楽しませてくれました、「ゆき」さんが撮ってくれる写真(夫婦で手でハートマークや手をつないでや、後ろ姿など)もすごく良かったです、海がめも見れない日があるらしいのですがその日は6、7匹見る事ができ感動、サンドバーで昼食(焼きたてハンバーガー)とビールで楽園気分満喫、休憩後シュノーケリング場所へ移動、珊瑚礁のなかのシュノーケリングは感動の一言でした、結婚して21年で初めて家内と二人でハワイに行きましたが最高でした、今回の旅行は結婚20年記念と初孫ができたお祝いで行きましたが(ちなみにまだ44歳です)、また何回も行きたいです。次回は息子、娘、孫みんな連れて行きたいです、貴重な体験と感動ありがとうございました。

My husband and I participated together, and I finally fulfilled my long-time dream of "swimming with dolphins"! A group of dolphins swam gracefully by, close enough that I felt I could reach out and touch them! There were also adorable baby dolphins. While we couldn't play with them, I was so happy to hear their voices.

The dolphins' performance is a must-see! They followed the boat and surfed, showing off impressive jumps with twists, just like Kohei Uchimura.

For those who share a dream like mine, I highly recommend participating. My husband joined reluctantly, showing no interest, but he ended up quite excited, snapping photos with an underwater camera. Later, he said, "That was pretty good."

Are you afraid of swimming in the ocean? No worries! You can borrow a float called a noodle. Plus, the guide holds your arm firmly, so you can feel safe (they took great care of both of us).

Worried about not seeing well underwater? No problem! You can borrow a prescription mask. My husband has terrible nearsightedness, but he enjoyed it.

Both the guide and the captain were very cheerful and kind. They seemed to find purpose in making sure we had a great time.

We also observed an activity at the hotel where you can interact with dolphins, but I thought that if you're going to spend that much money, this experience is definitely the better choice.

I created wonderful memories for a lifetime. Thank you!

The boat takes about an hour to reach Molokini Island. It's a comfortable cruise, although the scenery might be a bit monotonous. Along the way, a Japanese staff member (who is nice) will explain some important information.

The beach is close, but it takes about 20 minutes on foot to get to Kailua Town, so I think it's better to rent a bike if you're going to Kailua Town. However, if you relax on the beach for about an hour, you might only have time to visit the Kailua Shopping Center and Whole Foods. If you want to enjoy Kailua Town without engaging in sea activities and just take a stroll on the beach, I think it's better to use a bus or other means of transportation instead of an optional tour. This tour is not one that provides recommendations like "especially this is recommended" or "the view from here is great," so it's better to think of it as a tour that includes transportation, coin lockers, mat rentals, and lunch. However, since all the explanations during the cruise were in English, I highly recommend this tour if you understand English.

Our family did the private boat charter when on vacation in Oahu just a couple of weeks ago, after booking from the Internet and just hoping we would get a tour that we would not forget. We were not disappointed at all, not realizing this company catered largely for Japanese tourists we were so impressed with our charter. Our captain was just so friendly and informative and made us feel very welcome and was great fun too. We will certainly be coming back again one day and booking another charter and would highly recommend to anyone that wants to treat themselves to something special and spoil themselves on a captain Bruce charter. First, I was told that I needed to reconfirm my reservation, but when I called, they said that if I had questions about directions or anything else, I should call, but if not, there was no need to call. I felt a bit let down by that. Since it was a morning tour, I parked my rental car at the free parking lot past the nearby ABC Mart. There are restrooms at the pier, and while it's possible to change there, as others have mentioned, it's better to come dressed for the occasion. On the day of the tour, staff members came under a green tent, and after handing over the voucher, I received a colored card that corresponds to the boat we would be taking. Groups were divided by the color of the card, and we signed a liability waiver, but there was no Japanese version of the form available when we went. After signing, we boarded the rubber boat by group and set off. Until we reached the bay, we made sudden turns and sped along at an incredible pace. We stopped at a spot where there were lots of dolphins, and they took their time there, providing excellent service. It was really fun, but my 70-year-old mother kept saying how scared she was. On the way back, she seemed to be enjoying it more, perhaps because she got used to it. The snorkeling was just okay. The clarity wasn't as good as I expected, and there weren't a huge variety of tropical fish. Still, I had a great time. The staff were very cheerful and fun, and I felt a bit guilty for needing their support for my elderly mother.

We participated as a family of three with our 10-year-old son. This was our first experience with snorkeling, and despite not being great swimmers, we wanted to swim with dolphins. After considering various options, we decided to join Mr. Nawata's tour! The reasons were the small group size of eight people and the five-star service from the staff.

Having actually participated, I can confidently say that choosing this tour was the right decision! Mr. Nawata took great care of our son, allowing him to see the dolphins up close, which made him extremely happy! We were also able to chase the dolphins without worrying about our son (though we were quite busy with our own excitement).

Here are the good points about participating in Mr. Nawata's tour:
- With a maximum of eight participants, we didn't waste time getting on and off the boat, which increased our opportunities to swim with the dolphins (larger boats tend to take longer).
- The boat was specifically for snorkeling, so we were close to the water's surface, making it completely non-threatening for us, even as beginners.
- The staff were very attentive. As mentioned, Mr. Nawata was dedicated to taking care of our son, allowing him to see the dolphins up close. Swim guide Michi and the captain also constantly pointed out where the dolphins were so that participants could see them well!
- Even as first-time snorkelers who couldn't swim well, we were able to use a floating device, which allowed us to chase the dolphins with confidence.

You may already know this, but my wife, who has poor eyesight, had no issues wearing disposable contact lenses. I was able to borrow prescription goggles, which helped me see the dolphins clearly.

実際に参加しての実感はこのツアーを選んで大正解！
息子には縄田さんが付きっきりで面倒を見ていただけたので、誰よりもイルカを近くで見ることができ、大満足！私たちも息子を心配せずに（というか自分のことでいっぱいいっぱいでしたが。。。）イルカを追いかけることができました。

縄田さんのツアーに実際に参加して良かった点は、次のとおりです。
？定員８名なので、船のあがりおりに時間がかからず、イルカと一緒に泳ぐ機会が増える（大規模な船だとあがりおりに時間がかかるようです）。
？ボートがシュノーケル専用のボートとのことで、海面からの距離が近く、まったく経験のない私たちでも海に飛び込むことがまったく怖くありませんでした。
？スタッフの面倒見が非常に良い。上述のとおり、息子は縄田さんに付きっきりで面倒をみてもらったので、近くでイルカを見れて大満足。スイムガイドのミチさんやキャプテンも参加者にイルカをたくさん見てもらうためにどこにイルカがいるのか常に指し示してくれました！

また皆さんはご存知のことかもしれませんが、目が悪い妻は使い捨てコンタクトをつけたままでもまったく支障はなかったとのことでした。視力が0.1程度の私は度付きのゴーグルを借りることができましたので、イルカをよく見ることができました。

また来年も参加したいと思います。

I went on a sandbar tour. This tour was filled with Japanese people. There were about 30 participants on the day I joined. The staff seemed quite experienced.

I heard that it’s also used for gravure photo shoots, and the color of the sea is beautiful, an emerald hue. However, since we all walked together on the sandbar, it felt like there wasn’t much of a private atmosphere. That was a bit disappointing.

Overall, the sea is very beautiful, so it's nice, but I think it may not be suitable for those who want a sense of privacy. (For reference)

The sea was really beautiful, but the snorkeling was a bit lacking... I wish I could have seen some prettier tropical fish. I was a little disappointed given my expectations, but I was excited to see a sea turtle. The light snacks were quite delicious and filling. I think the staff was the most accommodating. In particular, Ryo, who is Japanese, was very kind and great. I would like to participate again.

海はすごくきれいでしたがシュノーケリングはいまいちかな・・・もう少しきれいな熱帯魚とかみれたら良かったかな・・・。期待してた分少しがっかりでしたがウミガメが見れてテンションあがりました。

I participated in the Angel's Sea Sandbar Cruise. The sea was incredibly beautiful! Due to the tides, it wasn't the perfect sandy beach you often see in photos, but the water was about knee-deep, and sitting in it felt like enjoying a half-body bath. It felt luxurious to be able to sit in the sea and look out at the ocean in 360 degrees, even though we were offshore.

Above all, the warm and delicious hamburger after playing in the sea was exceptional! Also, after snorkeling, they provided hot drinks to warm us up, and the sweet hot chocolate was the best. The only downside was that the time spent seeing the sea turtles was shorter than I expected.

海はとってもキレイでした！潮の関係で、よく写真にあるような完全な砂浜にはなっていなかったけど、深さはひざ下くらいで、すわってもお風呂で半身浴してるみたいに気持ちよかったです。沖にいるのに海の中で座って３６０度まわりの海を見渡せるなんて贅沢な感じがしました。
何よりも、海ではしゃいだ後の温かいおいしいハンバーガーは格別でした☆☆　また、シュノーケルの後には冷えた体を暖めてくれるホットドリンクも用意してくれて、甘いホットチョコレートは最高でした。
ウミガメを見る時間が思ったより短かったのだけが残念でした。

I was really looking forward to Heaven's Sea.

Perhaps because there were so many participants, we were divided into several groups on boats to get to Heaven's Sea, but for some reason, we had to wait a really long time. It seemed like there were too few boats available, and the wait to get on a returning boat was just too long, which took away the excitement.

Moreover, the wind was really strong, and since we had to stand the whole time, it was cold.

As for Heaven's Sea itself, it was fairly beautiful, but I didn't feel that much excitement about it. The water wasn't particularly clear, and there weren't a lot of fish.

The only good thing was that there were sea turtles near the pier, and we got to see them up close!

I think it would be better to check the tide schedule before participating.

Thank you very much for your support on September 13th. Thanks to Mr. Nawata and swim guide Michi, I had a very enjoyable dolphin swim. Michi even said, "It's been a while since I've seen dolphins in such a playful mood!" I was very satisfied with how much fun the dolphins had with us! I believe even those who can't swim can feel safe swimming with the dolphins with the support of floatation devices and the swim guides.

The dolphin swim involves chasing after dolphins that are moving south, and it’s a repetitive process of chasing and swimming. Aloha Kona Tours has a capacity of 8 people (there were 6 during my time), so compared to tours with 20 people, the boarding and disembarking is quicker, allowing for more time swimming with the dolphins. While you can't know for sure until you go, there are many boats out in the ocean for dolphin tours, and some are quite large. Aloha Kona Tours is definitely a better deal!

By the way, the boat (about a 20-minute ride) can be quite rocky, so motion sickness medication is a must. If you get sick, you won't be able to enjoy it. Also, if you bring a hat, make sure it has a strap to keep it secure, or it will get blown away. On the way there, a swimsuit is fine, but on the way back, since your body will be wet and cold, it’s good to have a light jacket. I brought an underwater camera, but I was so focused on watching the dolphins that I only managed to take one decent photo (；；). However, I think it’s more important to see them with your own eyes first, so I wish I had just recorded in movie mode instead of worrying about photos.

縄田さんとスインムガイドのミチさんにしっかりサポートしていただいたおかげで、とても楽しいドルフィンスイムになりました。
ミチさんも「こんなに遊びモードのイルカは久しぶり！」と言っていたほど、イルカにたくさん遊んでもらえて大満足でした！
泳げない人でも浮輪とスイムガイドさんのサポートで安心してイルカと泳げると思いますよ。

ドルフィンスイムは南下して移動してくるイルカを追いかけて泳ぐ→追いかけて泳ぐ→追いかけて泳ぐという繰り返しなのですが、アロハコナツアーズさんは定員８名なので（私の時は６名でした）、２０名い乗ってるツアーなどに比べて乗り降りが早くイルカと泳ぐ時間が長いようです。
行ってみないと分からないですが、海にはイルカツアーのたくさんの船が出ていて、かなり大所帯の船もありました。
絶対アロハコナツアーズさんの方がお得ですよ~☆

ちなみにボート（片道２０分ほど）はなかり揺れるので、酔い止め必須です。酔ってしまっては楽しめないので。
また、帽子は紐付きで固定できる物でないと飛ばされてしまうので持って行っても意味ないです。
行きのボートは水着だけで大丈夫ですが、帰りは体が濡れて冷えているので薄い上着が一枚あるといいです。
私は水中カメラを持って行ったのですが、イルカを見るのに夢中でちゃんと撮れたのは１枚くらいでした（；；）
でもまずは肉眼でちゃんと見るのが優先だと思うので、写真は諦めてムービーモードで回していれば良かったと思いました・・・。

でもミチさんのサイン帳にＰＣのアドレスを書くと、後日ミチさんが撮ったイルカの写真が送られてきますよ。（とっても良く撮れてます！）

We were picked up at the hotel at 6:50 AM, and it took about 15 minutes to get to the port for boarding the cruise.

The tour participants were about half foreign and half Japanese. My husband and I took a seat on the second floor with a good view, and it took about an hour to reach the snorkeling point. The Japanese staff provided a thorough explanation of the snorkeling precautions, which made us feel at ease.

We entered the water and observed the coral reefs and fish. I felt a bit disappointed, thinking, "Is this all there is?" I was expecting more colorful coral reefs.

感激したのはイルカばかりではない。この日はイルカがなかなか見つからずかなり船を走らせたが、スタッフみんなが何とか参加者により沢山のイルカを見せてくれようと群れを探し、見つかって海に入るとキャプテンは船の上から、ガイドのお二人は海中でこっちこっちと常にイルカのいる所を教えてくれた。またツアー後もミチさんが自身で撮られたイルカの写真を送って下さるというのでメールアドレスをお伝えしておいたら、早速にとてもクリアな素晴らしい画像を送ってくださった。自分達でも写してはいたがどうしてもイルカのスピードについていけず、上手く撮れていなかったので大変嬉しい心遣いだった。

船上でのおしゃべりも楽しく、ハワイ島での楽しみ方もいろいろ教えていただいた。スタッフ皆さんが本当に気持ちの良い方ばかりだったのでよりツアーを楽しめたのではないかと思う。
今回はシュノーケル初体験という方や小学生のお子さんもいたが、そのアテンドも大変きめ細かく、初心者でも安心して参加できるツアーだと思った。
船は小さいボートで参加者も８名が定員だが、それがかえってイルカと泳ぐには良いよいのだそう。実際イルカを見つけては彼らが泳いできそうな所に先回りして海に入って待つ、イルカが通り過ぎると船にあがり、また先回りして海に入る、の繰り返し。船が大きいと小回りがきかないし、人数が多いと全員が船にあがるのにも時間がかかってしまい、イルカを見る回数が減ってしまうとのことだった。

It started to rain as soon as we got on the bus from the hotel, and I was feeling a bit defeated because I really wanted to see the beautiful ocean sandbar... However, by the time we boarded the boat, a little blue sky started to appear, and after about 10 minutes, we arrived at the sandbar. As we stepped off, the sun came out, revealing the white sandbar! The beautiful scenery I had seen in books was right in front of me. Interestingly, this place was not known in Japan until about two years ago, and it has been used for filming movies and music videos. Although it felt a bit chilly due to the wind, I was glad to see the sea turtles swimming and that the weather cleared up.

ホテル迎えからバスに乗ったくらいから雨が降りだし、どうしても綺麗な海のサンドバーを見たかったのでツイテナイ・・・と諦めモードでした。。。船に乗る頃には少し青空が見えてきて、10分ほどしてサンドバーに着いて下り立つと太陽が射し白いサンドバーが表れてきました！本で見たあの綺麗な景色が目の前にそのまんまです。何とこの場所は２年くらい前まで日本では知られていなかったそうで、映画やPVの撮影にも使われたそうです。。風があったので肌寒く感じましたが、ウミガメの泳ぎも見れ晴れてくれたので良かったです。

We had a wonderful time with the crew of Aloha Blue on our snorkel cruise. Breakfast was continental with a lovely spread of fruit, pastries and breads. Juice, iced tea, coffee and water were also available.

We were taken to two snorkel spots and had an hour in each location. The time went by much too quickly! Joe, crew member, was in the water with us the entire time to point out sites and ensure everyone's safety. We were also provided with swim noodles (take advantage of those!!) to help swim against the current.

The second spot is known as "Turtle Town" and there are ample opportunities to spot sea turtles. It is great fun looking at the beautiful underwater world of Hawaii and seeing the sea life. Though we only saw one turtle it was worth the experience!

Lunch was cold cut sandwiches, which was disappointing as the tour information specified a BBQ lunch. The food was very good despite the misinformation.

We participated in a morning activity as a family. At the snorkeling point, we were able to see turtles close enough to touch, and we spotted more than five sea turtles underwater. There were also plenty of fish, and we were very satisfied (^^).

When we went out to sea, the waves were high, and we got quite wet, which was a bit chilly... I recommend bringing extra dry towels.
